So. Deidara, Itachi, and Madara are back. And Salem may have made a big triumph, or a big mistake. Salem could negotiate with Madara, and Deidara will pretty much do what he can to blow Sasuke to smithereens, where Itachi is, well, Itachi. And I don't see how Salem could control Madara unless they both willingly became partners. Also, BTW, I might start up a new story between Naruto and RWBY, but this time with Gaara. He's pretty cool, I'm surprised that he isn't even a main protagonist in just ONE Naruto x RWBY crossover. Anywhoo, enough talking, lets read. Enjoy!
Weiss sat down next to Yang, who was awake and sitting on the bottom steps of the stairs
It was midnight
"Couldn't sleep?" Weiss asked
Yang shook her head
"Me neither," Weiss said, "Kinda weird, you know, because of the whole energy-siphoning thing with the Apathy."
Yang nodded, then turned to Weiss and said, "Can't believe that crazy blonde's back. I wonder how he's here."
Weiss simply shrugged
Weiss asked Yang, "Yang, before you found out about how Sasuke was…well…Sasuke, what did you think of him?"
Yang looked at Weiss for a moment, then finally said, "Well, honestly, I thought he was a little cute, handsome even."
Weiss gave her a 'liar' face
Yang threw up her hands and admitted, "Fine, he was very handsome. But the whole deadpan, antisocial, dark thing wasn't really my type. Why are you asking?"
Weiss replied, "No reason."
Yang the asked, "What did you think of him?"
Weiss thought hard, and said, "well, I thought that he was a responsible person. One who is willing to not let anyone interfere with something he caused. I mean, he ended up bringing those Grimm to Mistral, so he got rid of them himself."
Weiss then asked, "Yang when we saw his past, why did you go all berserk on him? I mean, I never really saw you like that with anyone else."
Yang turns to the room where she knew Sasuke was gathering Nature Energy, and says, "Because, I was scared. Not for me, but for Ruby."
"But why?" Weiss said
Yang looked at Weiss, and said, "Before we were attacked at Haven, I wanted to try to get to know Sasuke more. You know, for friendly reasons."
Weiss just gave her a nonchalant look, "Yeah, right."
Yang returned the look, and continued, "He never said much. So I asked Ruby about him. And it was something she said."
"What did she say?" Weiss asked
Yang answered, "Ruby said that for some reason, despite the fact that she didn't even know Sasuke, she felt like he was some kind of older brother to her," then she looked down, "She said she didn't know why, just that she did."
Weiss then asked, "So, what does that have to do with you being afraid of him?"
"Because, he's unpredictable," Yang then turns to Weiss, "What if he turns again? Against me, or Blake, or you and Ruby? If he did, and killed one of you guys, Ruby would be devastated."
Weiss then said, "We all would be. But he came here to make things right, he came here with good intentions. If he was going to turn, then we would just have to help pull him back."
Yang then replied, "But what if we can't? What if we aren't able to?! What happens then?! Do we just sit back and let him incinerate Atlas for Salem!?"
Weiss then said, "As long as that lunatic blonde is with Salem, then I don't think he'll be going with Salem anytime soon."
Yang calmed down, and replied, "You got a point there."
Weiss then said, "We can't predict what he will do. That's because we aren't Sasuke. But I know in my heart that he will try to do what he thinks is best for Remnant. The Sasuke from Konoha is the past mistake, and the Sasuke of Remnant is the future acts meant to keep history from preventing itself. I believe that Sasuke learned from before."
Yang then nodded, and just whispered, "I hope you're right."

It was morning
Sasuke could have done this without Senjutsu, thanks to his already massive chakra reserves, although they weren't as big as Naruto's, but still, very big.
Sasuke deducted that if he wasn't using Senjutsu, he would still have about 70% of his chakra reserves intact by tomorrow morning. However, now that Deidara was back and had some new upgrades, Sasuke needed to keep up as much chakra as he could, and thanks to Senjutsu, he had about 84% left
Sasuke then opened his eyes, and stood up from his meditating position
He looked around him, and saw everyone still sleeping
Sasuke looked out the window, and saw that it was early morning
"Now would be a good time to leave," Sasuke said
After he woke everyone up, they all went outside, and they pulled out Yang's bike, and hooked up some contraption to it
Sasuke looked to see Ruby and Qrow pushing a flatbed trailer towards them
After they pulled it up close, Qrow said, "Alright, lets hook this thing up."
Suddenly, the right tire popped, and hissed as the air went out
"Goddamn it!" Qrow cursed
Sasuke facepalmed himself
Blake then said, "I saw a spare tire in the shed
"Please get it, I don't want my luck messing anything else up," Qrow responded
As Blake got up and went to the shed, Sasuke could feel his chakra slowly drain from him. It was making him more and more tired by the second, but he had to remain strong.
After fixing the tire, they hooked up the flatbed to Bumblebee and drove away from the accursed town. As they left, Sasuke could feel the drain on his Chakra start to diminish
Sasuke looked to Ruby, and said, "Do you have the Relic?"
Ruby then said, "Blake has it."
"No I don't, Yang had it, didn't she?" Blake responded
"No," Yang said as she started to slow down the bike
Sasuke suddenly tensed, and realized that they forgot it
Sasuke hopped off and made a Shadow clone, that immediately started gathering nature energy
"Stay here, I'll go back for it," Sasuke said as he rushed off before anyone could say anything
"I never said you were ready enough to go Sage Mode, taking in too much Nature Energy will turn you into stone, or if you were training in Naruto's terms, a toad," Hagoromo said
"How long have you been in there?" Sasuke asked
"Since Deidara."
"You said yourself, I had already progressed a large amount,"
"You're almost there, but not entirely."
"Whatever."
Sasuke slowed as he neared the farm, but he noticed that the roof had a big hole in it
Deidara
Sasuke ran in the house, but what he saw surprised him
He saw multiple, thin, skeletal like Grimm, and Deidara stood in front of them, like a leader, holding the lamp
"Hello, were you looking for this?" Deidara asked as he held up the lamp
"You bastard," Sasuke said
Suddenly, the Grimm screamed, and Sasuke felt his energy suddenly disappear as a whole, and he went onto his knees, barely able to stand up
"Ugh, what is this?" Sasuke said
Deidara was unaffected, and said, "The Apathy can emit a scream that will immediately drain a person's energy, and in this case, your energy and slowly, your chakra."
Sasuke could feel his chakra begin to shrink. He had to do something, quick
Sasuke looked at Deidara, and asked, "Tell me, have you ever seen the Mangekyou Sharingan?"
Deidara's face fell, and he just barely jumped out of the way before Sasuke lighted up the zombie-like grimm before with the Amaterasu, and almost immediately, he felt his strength return
Sasuke got up, and crossed his fingers, "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!(Shadow Clone Jutsu)"
Immediately, the clone that had been collecting Nature Energy appeared next to Sasuke, and Sasuke felt his Chakra Reserves grow
Suddenly, he felt his strength, rise, and he looked at his clone, and saw a orange pigmentation around it's eyes, and it had toad-like irises
Sasuke activates his Sharingan, and said, "Let's put this Sage Mode to the test."
Sasuke and his clone jumped out of the house, and breezed through multiple hand signs before saying, "Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique)"
Sasuke and his clone shot forward two giant fireballs while in midair, and the fireballs exploded and lit the house aflame
Deidara came flying out of the flames atop his usual white bird, and flew towards Sasuke
The clone pushed Sasuke away as Deidara rammed it with his bird, and it disappeared in a plume of smoke
Sasuke landed on the ground, and said, "This time, I will kill you."
With the Apathy burning to a crisp, the drain on his chakra had all but disappeared
Sasuke channeled chakra into his legs, and leapt towards Deidara, the ground literally being destroyed just by him jumping off, and he rocketed towards Deidara, and he pulled out his Kusanagi, and it quickly became enveloped in Lighting Style chakra, and extended to become 10 meters longer
Sasuke slashed at Deidara, who angled his bird to where the long blade just barely missed, and he flew out of Sasuke's grasp
Sasuke landed back on the ground and stopped channeling chakra into his sword, and it went back to normal. He then held the Kusanagi backwards and dashed after Deidara
Deidara turned around, and gave a smile before saying, "Eat this!"
He then flung multiple white small birds at Sasuke, who simply jumped upward to avoid them, and they each exploded as they hit the ground.
Sasuke then drawed out his storage scroll, and it exploded in a plume of smoke, and a giant shuriken was in its place
Sasuke flung it, and it went by Deidara's head, and missed, but then Sasuke made a hand signs
Suddenly, the giant shuriken multiplied and turned into hundreds of small-normal sized shurikens
Sasuke held each of them with a metal twine, and pulled, and the shurikens went flying backwards towards Deidara and his bird
"Get over here!" Sasuke shouted as Deidara was caught in the shuriken horde, and he was pulled downward and slammed onto the ground
Sasuke landed on the ground and activated his Mangekyou. He missed with the Amaterasu earlier because The Apathy had made it hard for him to aim, but there was no way he could miss now.
Sasuke was about to incinerate Deidara when he saw the Relic hanging from his side
If Sasuke lit up Deidara, he might end up accidentally destroying the lamp
Sasuke reactivated his Sharingan, and drew out three Kunai, and threw them, and they pinned Deidara to a tree that was behind him, and Sasuke then impaled him into the tree
"Give me the lamp, now." Sasuke said
"Huh, your barking at the wrong tree," Deidara said, and suddenly, he turned white, as if he was nothing but Explosive Clay
Sasuke looked up, and saw the real Deidara, who had the actual lamp, and Deidara made a hand sign, and said, "Katsu!"
"Oh shi-," was all that Sasuke could get out before the false Deidara in front of him exploded

Weiss heard a large explosion
Weiss looked at her friends, and said, "What was that?"
"Seems like Sasuke ran into that Deidara guy again," Yang said, "That could be the only explanation for the explosion."
"We've gotta go help him," Ruby said
Qrow drew Harbinger and said, "Let's go. Yang, step on it!"

Sasuke coughed as he got up. His cloak was burned, revealing his sleeveless shirt beneath
Sasuke stabbed his Kusanagi into the ground and used it as a cane to pull himself up
He felt a pain in his side
Thank god for the added durability from Sage Mode
Wait a second
Sasuke used his blade as a mirror, and looked, and just saw the orange pigmentation fade away
"Great," Sasuke said
"So, I see you survived," Deidara said as he jumped down from the tree, "Mind if I show-off a little?"
Deidara then spewed white clay from his hand, and it immediately started to take form, and turned into two big Ursa's
The first one charged at Sasuke, who slashed it in half, and then he charged at the second one, and before it could react, he jumped and drop-kicked it in the mid-section and sent it flying, and landed on his hands and flipped back up.
Sasuke then charged at Deidara and slashed at him, who jumped backward to avoid his sword
Sasuke held his sword upright and pointed at Deidara, and said, "Give me the lamp, and we won't have to fight."
Deidara laughed, "All I've been wanting to do ever since I was resurrected was to blow you to the sky. Ain't no way I'm giving this hunk of metal up."
Sasuke then said, "Then suffer death."
Sasuke shot his hand forward, and immediately a needle made of lighting style chakra shot forward, and easily went through Deidara's heart
Deidara swayed on his feet for a moment before his healing factor kicked in, but by that time, Sasuke had already charged forward, and slashed his arms apart, stabbed him in the neck, snatched the relic, and kicked his stomach, dislodging his neck from his sword and sending him backward, but Deidara stayed on his feet.
Deidara stuck his hand into the ground, and Sasuke jumped up to avoid a giant, white centipede from grabbing him that had sprung up from the ground, but immediately after he jumped up, Deidara detonated it, ad the explosion sent Sasuke flying backward, and he crashed through multiple trees and lost his grip on both the relic and his sword
Sasuke flipped back up, and went in search for the relic, but found Deidara, who grabbed it, and sent a white bird towards Sasuke, and Sasuke jumped to the side to avoid it
Deidara laughed as he raised his hands over his head, and formed another bird when the ground beneath him became ice, and covered his legs in ice as well

"Now!" Ruby shouted
Yang shot two shotgun blasts behind her and increased her speed, and she dashed towards Deidara, and bashed her fist into his face as she sped by, and Blake's Gambol Shroud in knife mode went whizzing by his head, a rope attached to it
It went flying towards Yang, and she caught it, and Blake pulled with all her might, and Yang went flying towards Deidara, and she bashed her fist into his face again as she past by, and Oscar dashed by Yang at the same time and smacked Deidara in the face with his cane
Weiss then summoned her Boarbatusk, and it rolled into a ball and went rocketing towards Deidara, and hit him in the back and sent him flying towards Sasuke, and then Sasuke channeled chakra into his fist, and uppercutted him high into the air
Weiss's Armas Giga stood behind her, ready for battle, and it went into it's full size, jumped up, and using the flat side of the blade, smacked Deidara back towards the ground
Deidara plummeted to the ground and crashed into it, and Sasuke made a few hand signs, and his hand burst in electricity
Deidara began to get up, but then Qrow and Ruby dashed by him, and Crescent Rose and Harbinger both slashed his arms off, and Weiss made multiple glyphs that formed around him, and long icicles rocketed at him and impaled him and kept him locked into the ground
Sasuke dashed towards Deidara, and shouted, "Go to hell!"
The chidori slammed into Deidara's chest, and sent him flying backwards, the relic falling from his hand, and with a hole in his chest, he went flying towards Weiss
Weiss stepped to the side, and the Armas Gigas kicked Deidara into the air and all the way into some part of the forest
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,," Deidara yelled as he went careening away
Sasuke picked up the relic and tossed it to Weiss, "Thank you for coming."
"Hey, it was the least we could do," Weiss said
Sasuke looked at the Boarbatusk and the Armas Gigas that stood behind her
So, her semblance were Glyphs, but it seemed to have multiple uses
Sasuke had seen Ruby's, Qrow's, and Yang's semblance in fights, and he saw Jaune's and Ren's back on the train, but Weiss's glyph's impressed Sasuke the most
Sasuke wondered if that was all she could do
Sasuke nodded at Weiss, and said, "You have a most impressive semblance. Is that all it could do?"
Weiss blushed and said, "Well, no, I do have a few other Glyphs."
"Now's not the time for showing-off, we've gotta go before that guy shows back up," Maria said
After everyone rushed and got back on the flatbed and Yang drove them off
Sasuke sat and looked at his comrades
What they did was rather impressive, but Sasuke knew they got lucky
They caught Deidara off-guard, if they had fought him head on, then they would have never won
Ruby's scroll buzzed, and she pulled it out and said, "Oh, it's Jaune," Then she picked up
"Ruby? Oh god, thank goodness, I've been trying to pick up your signal ever since we got to the city," Jaune said
"City?" Ruby asked
Suddenly, they stopped, and they saw a city through a small clearing in the trees, and it was near a coast, where the snow was no more
"Ladies and gentleman, Welcome to Argus," Yang said

Hagoromo stood on the shattered rock that these people of Remnant would call a moon
A golden glowing man with antlers and a purple man with rams horns stood next to him
"Salem has improvised, it seems," The God of Light said
The God of Darkness chuckled, and said, "I like Sasuke, it is very rare to find someone with his kind of dark power."
Hagoromo then said, "And to think that now he walks in the light. How poetic."
The God of Light then said, "Are you sure that they will be coming?"
Hagoromo nodded, and said, "The remaining Otsutsuki members will be coming to try to invade you in 3 years time."
The God of Light then nodded, and The God of Darkness then chuckled, "The reincarnation of Indra, fighting alongside his long-lost Silver Eyed cousin, and he doesn't even know. Oh the irony."
The God of Light asked Hagoromo, "When will you tell Sasuke?"
Hagoromo looked at the earth, and answered, "Soon."
