Hello! this is a small tibit of what I will be writing I know im not the best at grammarararing but I do want to try writing a fanfic of my very own instead of just reading them, anyways without further hold up here is the beginnings of hopefully a fun story I present to you
The Brother of Scarlett
'I remember that day as if it were yesterday.'
the sky was blood red, the air scorching hot, My sister and I were running for our lives from the two dark mages that were chasing us.
"Erza! You need to stay here and wait for me alight?" I asked frantically as I placed my sister into a small fertilizer bin with our packs hoping she wouldn't be found
"but… what about you big brother?" My sister asked
"I'll be fine just stay there and wait for me I will have those two running after me in no time, after I lose them I'll come back and get you okay?" I told her quite frantically. "
"But big brother…" she started
"No please listen to me if not just this once please.." I said tiredly as I put my hand on her shoulder.
"…. o-okay.." Erza said. After which I put my hand on her hair and gave her a quick kiss on the forehead and ran off getting the attention of the two dark wizards that were following us.
"hey! Over here assholes!" I yelled.
"there! Stop him! That red headed brat that got away is there!" The tallest one yelled at his associates.
I was running towards the fires hoping to give Erza a chance to make it out even if I couldn't. I ducked quickly into a house that had nearly burnt down completely after I had gone ahead of them making sure to erase my tracks.
"Damn it we lost the kid again!" Stated the tallest among them. "shit we can't let any escape or we will have to face the wrath of the magic council!" The shorter one said.
I sighed, after a few moments had passed thinking I had bought my sister time, I decided to see if I could make my way back to her so we could leave together. I started to sneak my way back when suddenly a high pitched scream came from my left outside near the docks and I felt dread rising from the pits of my stomach.
"Erza!" I yelled after seeing her causing a few mages to spot me.
"Alex! Help me!" She yelled after spotting me running after her, suddenly I was grabbed from behind.
"oh no you don't you little shit we finally caught you" said the Tallest of the two dark wizards
"no!" I screamed struggling to escape from his grasp.
"Not this time brat its time to pay for making us chase you seeing as they caught the other little one we don't really need you anymore, let's make an example out of you shall we?" he said menacingly
"Alex!" My sister yelled from her small cage that she was in.
"Erza!" I yelled before looking back at the dark wizard with pleading eyes. "No! Take me instead let my sister go!" I screamed tears in my eyes.
"No way brat she's way more manageable than you are we don't need annoying brats like you in the tower." He stated simply
"you bastards! Let her go!" I yelled trying to escape his grasp before a strange force came from my body pushing the wizard back and through a wall destroying a few burning houses around me and if I wasn't so frantic in trying to get to my sister I would have noticed that for a second, a mass of red magic appeared above my head.
"Wait for me Erza! Im coming to get you out of that cell!" I yelled exhausted from whatever that was.
"Shit grab him he can use magic!" Yelled the tallest of the two wizards who pulled himself from the wall.
I ran as fast as I could in my exhausted state nearing ever so slowly to my caged sister while I was being chased by the two wizards, suddenly I was grabbed by the neck by a new mage who had a glowing red visage which seemed to highlight him and sickening pale white eyes.
"Gihihihi! Got you brat, now lets have your sister watch you die shall we?" he stated
"Urghhh" was the only voice that escape my mouth as my eyes went wide with terror.
'I'm going to die' I thought
"Alex!" "Let him go!" Erza yelled at the wizard who only smirked.
"Sorry girl time is up and we gotta go! Say goodbye to the brat!" He yelled then he placed me where I could face my sister our eyes locked both shone with horror at what was about to happen.
"Er..zz..aa" was all that came out as I reached out toward her while regret built up within me, regret that I wouldn't be able to save my sister, my twin, my home. Pain was all I felt
my eyes still locked with my sisters as she screamed my full name, with tears in her eyes something she never does "Alexander!"
I looked down a sword protruding from my body, my eyes with black spots hovering around, with darkness slowly encroaching. and the cold, how cold I felt, I looked back up to see them taking off having left me behind sword still in my body I saw my sister still screaming my name before being knocked out by the same man who stabbed me. He laughed at her before moving to the front of the boat leaving her, then nothingness.
I do hope you guys enjoyed this because I know I enjoyed writing it
it won't be this short per chapter because that's just dumb I wanted to see what y'all would think about this so its small and cute I don't have any parings set in stone currently but I am thinking about Alex X Levy do give me some recommendations about possible parings
