Then the second place to be Neko's playground is Juuban.
Same as Nerima, this ward has its fair share of powerful individuals, good or bad, weird and normal. The most prominent one is the Senshi and their opposition, such as Negaverse and Death Buster. And most of them are used to the "shoot first, question later" attitude.
As such when Neko comes to Juuban after punishing Nerima, she immediately gets attacked by the Senshi after she just finished destroying a youma that attacked a little kid at the park.
The Senshi is more powerful but less skillful than most Nerima Wrecking Crew. Therefore, it's quite easy for Neko to defeat the Senshi. They always stay in one spot to fire their magic attack. Neko simply dodged the attack and swiped her claw at the Senshi that attacked her.
But unlike what she does to those at Nerima, Neko let the Senshi go. They attacked her because they thought she is a youma or in Rei's case, a possession victim. They hit the mark with the latter, but seeing as the cat spirit of Neko-ken, the soul of the drowned girl of Nyannīchuan, and the soul of Ranma has melded strongly together, they cannot distinguish the difference between Ranma's soul and the merged soul. So they don't attack Neko anymore.
In fact, they befriended her instead.
