I own nothing but a weird brain. Enjoy. Warning I AM WIERD. Also I watch Call the Midwife but not since my grandmother died.

Tonight was the night before the wedding, the family was all eating dinner waiting and excited for tomorrow, but the room was silent as Mirabel stared at the empty seat next to her. She was worried, to say the least, but not because he may not show up but because of the idea that he may be hurt. He had been gone too long and everyone was feeling the weighted pressure.
"Ok, Agustin and Felix after dinner I want you both to get ready," Alma said officially making everyone perk up and look at her curiously.
"For what Abuela?" Felix asked.
"You two are going into Bruno's room..." She started making Agustin and Felix perk up at having a mission until she was interrupted.
"NO," The autoreactive feminine voice sounded making all of them look at Mirabel with concern.
"I have faith in him. He will be here." She said giving everyone serious eyes.
"Mirabel he could be hurt," Abuela said with concern.
"I know and I am scared too. But I have faith in him. If Felix and Papi must go in to get him then let it be tomorrow morning with his suit. The Ceremony isn't until 4 pm so there is time." Mirabel said.
"Very well then. Tomorrow." Abuela agreed making everyone nod in agreement as well. Conversation resumed with excitement for tomorrow as the gap in the family remained the same, unwavering but worrying.
"Mirabel, what time will you be getting up tomorrow?" Julietta asked with stars in her eyes making the other women perk up at knowing what she was asking.
"I have asked Casita to wake me up at 8 am which will give the rest of you time to get up and get ready before you all help me get ready." She relayed happily.
"OooooH. I'm so excited." Isabela said making pink flowers blossom around the room making them all laugh joyfully.
The night went on talking about the wedding and the plans for tomorrow and still, Bruno never came out of his tower.
After everyone else went to bed Mirabel stayed up, she wore a lovely nightdress of white with a long train as her medium-length hair was pulled back into a braid to keep her curls well placed. She held Mateo as he slept after feeding him the night was young and the stars shone brightly sitting down at the windowsill as sleep was the furthest from her mind.
"Please be safe, Bruno." She prayed to the heavens, her alone time she cherished especially the time she spent with Mateo. It was peaceful, she does love her loud and rambunctious family but having her quiet time was nice as well. She heard gentle scuttling before her door opened and looking she saw Casita gently scuttling in a tea set with a steaming teapot. She smiled and perked up at the sight.
"Thank you, Casita." She said happily as she carefully laid Mateo in his crib before she leaned down and picked up the tea tray. The tea smelled delightful with a calming aroma of Lavender and Chamomile and in her coffee cup and saucer set as well. She matched the tea with a spoonful of honey making it a very natural flavored drink to help calm her nerves for her rest.
She laid in her bed gazing at the empty bed across from her missing his presence but had faith in his return, she fell asleep dreaming of what was to come the next day.
Mirabel was awakened by the women of her family all wearing dresses of their designated colors in the style she chose for the seamstress to make. They all looked amazing in them as they were ready for the day.
"Oh, my baby," Julietta said happily hugging her daughter who was waking up. While Pepa had been assigned the position of Godmother for the Colombian tradition alongside Julietta to help the bride, then Felix was given the position of Godfather to Bruno.
"Good morning Mama. You look amazing." Mirabel said looking at her Mother's twisted bun that was weaved with flowers in a lovely teal gown. Pepa brought in a tray of breakfast and a happy rainbow she wore a gold and yellow gown with flowers down her braid. Isabella wore a dark blue gown with colorful plants and flowers along the hem as she carried her nephew to Mirabel for his morning feeding. The morning was filled with joy as each member helped her in one way or another though she took care of her bath alone. But everyone took their turn taking care of Mateo, getting Mirabel something to eat or drink, fluffing her curls, helping with makeup, adjusting her gown, and whatever else.
By Noon Casita was filling up with people creating noise and happiness as they were all setting up for the reception.
Mirabel was sitting on her bed feeding Mateo as she too ate her own lunch when the noises changed. Collective gasps of surprise and some feminine shrieks of joy were heard as hard stomps wet through Casita.
"What's going on?" Mirabel asked as Isabela and Luisa were both setting up new cups of tea when Isabela spoke up.
"I will go take a look," Isa offered setting down the sugar dish and went to the door cautiously opening it a little to peak out she saw the women down below all looking at the man that stood with Felix and Agustin, the Guayabera that Mirabel made him was stretched around his new muscles but luckily the fabric was stretchy so it still fit his new body. He looked towards the door and flashed her a smile of white teeth with a wave. She went wide-eyed at the new man that her sister was going to marry and she instantly slammed the door before looking at her bride of a sister in shock.
"Isa? What is it?" Mirabel asked with concern.
"I am so sorry." She said coming up to her as Julietta and Pepa went to the door and opened it slightly and they both squealed at seeing their brother as he was reaching up to pull his still drying curly hair from his bun showing its wild but clean state before he waved at his sisters. Felix was holding a cup of coffee for the groom as Agustin was pining a pink flower to his forest green vast that had his hourglass and baby pattern in small needlework along the hem.
Julietta and Pepa both closed the door and smiled at her.
"What's happening is something wrong?" Mirabel asked growing more concerned.
"You don't like hunks right?" Isabela asked as she laughed.
"Well, all of the ones I have met are dumb," Mirabel said as Mateo finished eating and she readjusted her dress easily.
"Then you better prepare yourself, because your about to marry one." Isabela laughed making Mirabel look dumbfounded.
"What do you mean? I'm marrying Bruno." She replied remembering her skinny but strong, funny, and awkward Uncle.
"Yeah, he is back." She replied like a giddy teenager, instantly making Mirabel straighten up.
"He is?" She asked excitedly as the heavy footfalls went down the steps of Casita making her look towards the door.
"But why..." She began when Isabela finished her thought.
"Because almost 5 days in his room doing whatever turned him into a beefcake hunk." She finally said with laughter.
"Oh no." Mirabel groaned with slight worry making all of them laugh.
Finally, the church clock tower struck 3 pm.
Mirabel descended the steps of Casita in ceremony her pale pink shoes made small clicks on the step as her white gown brushed along, the pastel green satin was light and was nearly white it had the full Colombian skirt with a dark forest green petticoat underneath it was off the shoulder with long sleeves then she had sewn on a white lace overlay to make the dress look white it had bunches of flowers and butterflies along the hems with the bodice as sheer with stray butterflies and flowers spotted throughout with rhinestones glittering it.
She added a dark green ribbon tied around her neck with the ends being long trailing down her back and hanging from her neck was one of the shards from the vision that brought them together that she had trimmed and shined into faceted glass crystal and set in a silver casting and decorated with small diamonds then had smaller earrings to match. Her mother and Pepa had helped her twist her hair into a curly bun that Isabela decorated with flowers. Her veil was a mantilla veil made from the same lace she used for her dress. She kept her glasses which matched her dress perfectly then going down her back were the pink mother of pearl butterfly-shaped buttons that held her dress together. She had her makeup done with pale green eyeshadow shimmer with a white fade and think black liner and mascara finishing with a pink stain to her lips with oil for a glossy look. Finishing her bridal wear was the bouquet of pink roses, baby's breath, and Ivy that fell down in vines all held together by another green ribbon with another crystalized vision shard and fake butterflies floating around it from nearly invisible metal rods.
In the main part of the courtyard were a lot of the women of the Encanto and they were all wearing white and they watched in awe of the beautiful bride. Her Father Agustin was waiting for her wearing his own Guayabera and he cried when he saw her.
"Oh, Mirabel. You look beautiful." he cried as she came up to hug him.
"Thank you, Papi," She said happily. He helped her up on the Donkey he held then he lead her through town towards the Church followed by Julietta and Pepa followed by Isabela, Luisa, and Dolores who held Mateo. They were followed by the women of the Encanto
Upon arriving at the Church Agustin helped her from the donkey as the women and everyone went inside and she was led inside. She heard the music as her father wrapped his arm around hers then the doors opened.
Agustin lead her in as she viewed the Church just the way she pictured it white lace lined the pews with bouquets of flowers everyone wearing white and all watching her, but her eyes caught his as he smiled happily watching her walk down the aisle towards him, she saw the happiness in his eyes knowing that he loves her just as much as she loves him, then she really looked at him and she tried not to laugh as his left his top button undone as his shirt was tight but not too tight and just as Isabela said he had bulked up he looked strong with his new muscles, he had trimmed his beard though he still had shadow though it was really short and the edges were clean, straight, and sharp. She smiled as she saw just as Isabela said he had turned into a hunk.
Mirabel had to stop her procession making everyone stop and stare until she turned into her father's arm and chuckled she lightly held her mouth as she felt small tears appear in the corner of her eyes and she worried about her makeup as looking back at Bruno who was flexing his pecs and smiling at her making her laugh again. Yup, Still her funny uncle. She finished her laughter as everyone looked concerned until she resumed her walk.
The ceremony was as beautiful as a Madrigal wedding should be the vows were shared, rings were given, the unity candle was lit,
"I now pronounce you Husband and Wife. You may Kiss your bride." The Father said and Mirabel and Bruno smiled at each other with big smiles of happiness, Bruno gently held her cheek as he brought her in letting their lips caress each other with absolute love for the first time letting the Church bells ring with the announcement making the entire Encanto celebrate.
Bruno and Mirabel exited the Church where they were greeted with Isabela raining flower petals around them with other citizens all wearing white. Bruno grasped Mirabel's waist to help her mount her white horse that was decorated with bells and flowers, then once Mirabel was situated on side saddle letting her skirt flare beautifully then Bruno pulled himself up and situated himself behind her and she snuggled into his embrace as he wrapped his arms around he protectively, he smiled back at her before he flicked the reins making the horse trot through town and their eyes watched the people celebrate happily.
"Did you notice the changes to Casita?" She asked him as she waved to the passing people.
"I did. It is exactly how I pictured it." He replied joyfully looking at the new addition.
"I hope the inside of your room is as well?" She asked nonchalantly while waving at the children.
"It is and you will see just how later on tonight." He whispered huskily in her ear making her get chills.
"Tio Bruno, I'm your niece." She replied flirtatiously making him laugh.
Upon arriving at Casita the party was in full swing as they had taken the long scenic route through town to see the people allowing everyone to get to Casita and many already exploring the new additions while they waited. Music played, dancing commenced, drinks flowed, and before long the sun was setting letting everyone know that it was time for the next part of the ceremony.
Bruno took Mirabel's hands as they ascended the stairs everyone watching as they stood on the balcony waving to the crowd before Mirabel grasped Bruno's doorknob and opened the door before entering symbolizing a gift ceremony but as a wedded partner who will now live in the room. Once Mirabel was inside Bruno went in and closed the door. The party continued their celebration knowing that a new full blooded Madrigal maybe conceived on this night.
