Finally finished this chapter, I have all of the other story chapters already finished, I was just waiting to finish this one so I could update them all at the same time.

I've been decently busy lately, lots of stuff have happened, not all bad but not all good either.

Anyways, I mentioned all of these things in my other stories, I don't feel like repeating myself again. Onto the reviews!

Anubis of The Highway Thieves chapter 6 . Apr 17

You forgot to mention Goku saying that it was similar to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber as according to the wiki - While never shown, Goku entered the Hyperbolic Time Chamber during his training with Kami in anticipation for the fight against Piccolo in the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament.

Me: I know it's similar to the Hyperbolic time chamber, I'm a big fan of DMZ and watched every episode of DB, DBZ, and to my shame DBGT just to say that I did. I also watched all the movies (I think) including that live-action one they made.

The live-action movie was actually my very first taste of anything concerning the DBZ show. My mom's boyfriend at the time bought the movie for us to watch saying he loved it and wanted to share it with us.

But I digress, I didn't think I needed to make Goku mention it, to be fair Goku might or might not have mentioned it if this was cannon. He seems to not mention some things not realizing that they're important from what I remember.

Great job keep it up. Ron ,Molly and Ginny just want Adriane money they don't care jack crap about her as a person who feel just as deeply as they do. I imagine Hermione only care about the rare books and knowledge that's been amassed in all the libraries she has. I don't care if Adriane gets with a boy or girl she deserves happiness after all the pain she's been through. Update when you can

Me: Yeah they just want her money or Library. I'm glad you don't care which she ends up with, if I was writing this as an actual story with my own original characters and whatnot then i would probably get negative feedback regardless of which gender Adriane winds up with.

Onto the story!

Adriane asked Clark, Bruce, Goku, and the Goblins if she could bring her friends into the time chamber during lunch. If these books were showing the future then obviously something would happen and she wanted everyone she cared about to be ready to fight.

None of them had a problem with it and in fact, Bruce had encouraged her to bring her friends into the time chamber, the more people who could help keep his little cousin safe along with being able to protect themselves would be for the best.

Adriane pulled the twins, Neville, and Luna into the time chamber where they spent the entire lunch period training and getting to know each other better than they had before.

They spent the entire 30-minute lunch period in the chamber, this meant they spent 30 days of compressed time together training.

All three men taught the children something important.

Bruce taught the group how to use their surroundings while fighting and how to deduce things like a proper detective. Obviously, there was a long way to go for them to be experts at it but they got the basics down. Luna seemed to get it easier than the others for some reason.

Clark spent some time teaching the group some history from his home planet, he also trained with Adriane on how to handle her Kryptionan powers better. He taught her how to use her laser eyes and how to tell when something was too heavy for her to lift even with her super-strength.

Goku was a surprise, he managed to teach the group how to use low-powered ki-blasts. Both Clark and Bruce were surprised when he explained that anyone could learn to do it but only if they had the right training and dedication to try.

Bruce then asked Goku if he would be able to teach him, he still didn't like magic or meta's that much, it wasn't anything against them, it was just a lot of the magic or meta users he met that were outside of the league were villains. He knew that a lot of them just wanted to be left alone so they hid their powers but he couldn't help but be a bit suspicious whenever he met one at first.

If he got to know the person then he could get over it for the most part. He explained this to everyone in the time chamber and while some were upset they all understood that he had developed the suspicion of meta's and magicals as a survival tactic and that he had to trust the group at least a bit to even be able to share this with them.

Not to mention he had literally just asked Goku to teach him how to shoot Ki-Blasts from his hands. He knew when something was too useful to pass up.

Adriane was a little disappointed that Bruce was suspicious of magic but she knew he wouldn't be like the Dursleys, the two of them spent plenty of time over the next 30 days talking to each other and learning to trust.

The three adults realized that every child in the chamber had home issues in at least one way.

Adriane was obvious, she had been abused and forced to live in a cupboard and be a slave to her relatives.

Neville had been thought to be a squib for most of his life, his family refused to accept this and kept trying to 'scare the magic out of him'. Bruce was convinced that the Longbottom family had actually been trying to kill the poor boy and only stopped when his magic finally reacted to save himself from yet another murder attempt.

Fred and George were neglected at home, their parents focusing more on perfect Percy or the younger two that the twins got overlooked most of the time. That's why they played so many pranks when at home, it was one way they knew to get their mom's attention, even if it was being yelled at.

Luna's father was very absent-minded and she had never been treated for the trauma she got from watching her mother die in front of her. Luna admitted to the group that she was scared of trying to do any spell crafting since that's what caused her mom's death.

Soon enough it was time for them to leave the time chamber, the teens were disappointed and Adriane was apprehensive. Everyone would start reading about her future again. So far a lot of shocking things were revealed, some good had come from it too but learning that her best friends were just using her was something that hurt her.

Adriane took a deep breath before walking into the great hall, she noticed several people looking over at her and her friends as they walked back to their seats.

"Ha-Adriane where were you?" She turned to see Hermione looking at her with a frown. "I don't see why that's any of your business Granger, please leave me alone. I want to get these books over and done with as soon as possible." She then turned her back on Hermione as she sat down and curled into her cousin's side.

Luna snatched up the book and opened it before anyone could say a thing.

"Chapter 7, shopping."

"Adriane stepped out of the bank, relishing in the fact that no one was looking at her, well besides most of the males and some of the females, but it wasn't because she was the Girl-Who-Lived- er, Boy-Who-Lived, it was because she was a beautiful young lady that no one had seen before today.

Adriane decided that the first thing she was going to go do was some shopping in Muggle London, so she walked through the Leaky Cauldron and called a taxi. She had to wait for ten minutes, but when it got there she got in."

"What's a taxi?"

"It's kind of like the Knight Bus, but smaller and slower so it doesn't through you all around like a ping-pong ball."

"What's a ping-pong-Ball?"

"After instructing them to take her to the nearest shopping center, she sat back and waited- it took around twenty minutes this time to get to a shopping center. After paying the man that had drove her, she walked inside.

She walked around looking for a clothing store and, walking into the first one she could find, she started browsing the clothing. She must've looked a little lost, because one of the salesladies came up to her, "Hello, do you need any help?"

Adriane had never felt so relieved in her life as she had now, she had been so lost and didn't know what to buy. She had never known that there were so many different types of underwear, dresses, shirts, skirts, or even what kind of the many bras to get!"

Several girls chuckled while the boys shared confused looks.

""Yes, please." She must have looked relieved because the lady gave a small chuckle and smiled a little, "Okay, do you know what you're looking for?"

"Clothes?" Adriane gave her a sheepish look because she had no clue what to buy.

The girl smiled a little more and chuckled again. "Yes getting clothes is a good idea, it's a good thing you came to this store- we have plenty of clothes."

"I can see and, uh, that's part of the problem."

"How so?"

"You see my Aunt normally buys my clothes for me, but some bullies at my boarding school thought it would be funny if they burned all of the clothes I had. Right now I'm wearing some old clothes that someone gave me, because the only thing I had was my PJs at the moment and that's what I was wearing.""

"That's actually a good cover story, good job Adriane." Bruce ruffled her hair as she beamed at the praise. Adriane was still getting used to having a relative that cared for her and showed it.

"The salesgirl gave her a look full of pity, which Adriane hated; she didn't need anyone's fucking pity for the shit she's gone through, let alone something she made up.

"So I need a brand new wardrobe, but since my Aunt can't do it, or even take me to do it, I need to buy everything myself, but I have no clue what to get or what my size is in anything."

Adriane did not like the glint that came into the sales lady's eye, and let out a yelp when she was suddenly being dragged and being measured all over and was made to try on what seemed like thousands of clothes.

Adriane now had a healthy respect for the woman who would do this for hours at a time and not get tired."

"It does take a lot of endorence and patience." Lavender said while laughing. Hermione was frowning, she disapproved of spending so much time shopping when you could be studying and getting good grades.

"Finally, after an hour she walked out of the store in some new clothes with bags upon bags of clothes around her.

She had on a black Skew neck tee- a t-shirt that wasn't a complete circle around her neck, but wrapped around her left shoulder and was held up by three strands of cloth- a knee-length black skirt, with red heart patterns, and she had gotten some zip-up black boots that reached up to around mid-shin. She got a small soft leather handbag that she could use to carry her wallet around. That wasn't all she had gotten, but it was what she was wearing at the moment."

"That outfit sounds so cute! Adriane, you have to let us take you shopping, we can help you pick out so many cute clothes." Parvati exclaimed. Adriane smiled, "Maybe when this book is done Parvati."

"Adriane snuck into the bathroom and shrunk all of her bags, putting them in her new handbag because she wasn't done here yet, and she wasn't going to go around lugging all of those bags from store to store!

Walking out of the bathroom, Adriane made a beeline for the bookstore, she was a closet bookworm and loved to read. While there, she bought a bunch of books to help her with her non-magic studies, but other than that she got some cookbooks, logic books, fantasy books, and books about space."

Hermione frowned, she hadn't known that Ha-Adriane liked reading. She wasn't sure what she would have done if she had known but it would have been nice too.

After shrinking her bags full of books in another bathroom, she made her way to a place that sold exercise equipment and clothes, the other store for some reason didn't sell the clothes she needed to exercise.

She got a bunch of dumbbells, some weighted clothes (She hadn't even known that was a thing), and some weighted bracelets and anklets, they would help her learn how to move about with much more weight than a normal person could stand. She had gotten a few of them, all different weights, to see if maybe the goblins would like the idea, if they didn't already use things like this, that was.

Goku laughed and smiled at Adriane, "That's exactly what I do, I wear a weighted shirt and bracelets, even my boots are weighted. As soon as I get used to the Weight I make sure to up it."

"Really?" Bruce asked curiously, they hadn't talked about this in the time chamber.

Goku nodded, "Yeah, it's really helpful to make yourself stronger and faster."

Several purebloods were frowning, they didn't seem to believe that the weighted clothes would work and Hermione was already sighing as she figured that Adriane would sprain her muscles trying to do this stupid idea of hers.

Her next stop was to get some hair care supplies and some, uh, other things that females needed, she was so awkward when it came to buying them, she had no clue which one to get and had never known that there were so many!

Several boys and girls blushed, and the younger boys looked grossed out.

But after that bit of awkwardness was over she started heading back to the Alley, thinking she got everything she needed so far, when she felt a tug on her magic. She stopped dead in her tracks, surprise covering her face.

"Wait what's tugging on her magic?" Hermione asked slightly concerned.

"She's in the muggle world, nothing should be tugging on it!" Ron said back.

She waited a bit, but just when she was about to leave she felt another tug and she knew that she had not imagined it. So, cursing her curiosity, she followed the tugging to a... a pet shop?

Several people gasped as they realized what was going on, sadly Hermione and Ron were still out of the loop and were confused when Adriane's face lit up.

Adriane looked at the store in confusion, before walking in. She followed the tugging to a small area of the store that was selling baby bunnies and led her to one bunny in particular.

It was so small that it could fit on the palm of her hand, its fur was an inky black, but was so soft to pet. It had small spots of white here and there but was mostly black but the thing that caused Adriane to breathe in awe when seeing the bunny was the eyes. They were the same shade of green as her own and had a look about them, showing that this little one was smarter than a normal bunny.

Adriane already knew that she needed to make sure to get this bunny when the books were over, just from the description she was already in love with it.

A young man that worked there walked up when seeing which bunny she was looking at, "You wouldn't want that one- she likes to bit anyone who tries to touch her and has been returned because of her behavior many times in the past month alone."

Adriane just stared at the bunny and the bunny stared back, before slowly hopping over and onto Adriane's outstretched hand and sniffed her with her twitching nose before nudging the hand as if to say, pick me up, and Adriane was happy to do so.

"I'll take her." Adriane had spoken without thinking but didn't regret it. She already loved her little one and the salesman stared at her in shock before rushing to grab her anything that a bunny could ever need or want.

Adriane then walked out of the shopping center with a bunch of clothes, books, weights, and a brand new adorable pet bunny that she had yet to come up with a name for.

Bruce smiled, already planning on getting this bunny for his little cousin, it was clear it was something she truly wanted from the look on her face.

She headed back to the Alley and made a beeline for the bookstore there, once again she loved her books. She bought books for everything they offered in Hogwarts, and even things that they didn't, like ward breaking, spell crafting, and much more.

Next, she moved on to getting magical clothes, even if she preferred the muggles clothes more, she didn't want to be without clothes suited for the magical world after all.

Here she bought both girl and boy clothes, because, even if she had to hide that she was a girl, she was not going to be wearing those old, raggedy clothes that her aunt said were fine any longer.

"You never have to wear those rags ever again." Bruce said as he hugged Adriane, he didn't notice that the Joker was watching with Jealously in his eyes at how close the Pretty boy was with his Neice.

She then moved on to getting potion supplies, while there she ran into Professor Snape and she smirked coming up with a small prank; the goblins had explained that her mother and Snape used to be good friends, how they knew that Adriane didn't know and didn't want to know.

But they had told her that she looked more like her mother now than she had before, so she concentrated and turned her hair the same shade of orange that Lily Potter used to have and walked around picking up her supplies.

Snape's face was getting very red as he glared at Adriane in fury, she silently wondered if he was trying to vaporize her with his eyes. If he was then she was happy to say that he wouldn't be able to because he wasn't like her or Clark.

She knew when he saw her, because he paled so much she thought he had turned into a ghost for a second. He walked over to her and his eyes had shock and longing in them when staring at he, "Lily?" He breathed out in shock when Adriane turned to him, "I'm sorry but I think you have the wrong person my name is Dive. Dive On, weird name I know, but my mom came up with it."

Snape seemed a little sad before sneering and pulling up a mask, "What kind of imbecile names a child Dive? I do not recognize the last name of On."

Clark glared at Snape, "Dive is a perfectly wonderful name." Snape just sneered back at the muggle that had been spending a lot of time with Potter and her apparent cousin.

"Oi! My mom was very smart, thank you very much! And I don't think you would, my mom was non-magical or a muggle as people around here seem to like calling them."

Snape's sneer got worse. "So you are a muggle-born?" Adriane nodded, "Yes, I believe so."

"Then you have no business in the magical world, Miss On. Leave and never come back if you know what's good for you. There are plenty of people who would love to get the chance to take care of you." He sneered at her once again before stalking away, his robe sweeping out behind him.

There was silence before every muggle-born but Hermione and more than half of the Half-Bloods started screaming at Snape who just glared at them all.

Hermione was sitting in shock, she knew that Snape wasn't the nicest of people but she never thought he would be so prejudiced against Muggle-Borns. He was a teacher, he was supposed to be fair and wise, and he was supposed to be respected and trusted.

But how could she trust or respect him when he acted like this?

As soon as everyone calmed down Luna started reading again, they were almost finished with this chapter.

Adriane watched him go with a small smirk, before going back to grabbing everything she needed, she even picked up one of every caldron that they had, not sure if it mattered in the long run what you used to brew in, but decided to get them anyway.

She walked around, buying a few other things here and there before heading back to the bank. On the way, she finally came up with a name for her bunny.

She decided to name them Usagi, the Japanese word for Bunny and it was also sometimes used as a name for girls, so she didn't really care that it was basically just naming a bunny, 'bunny'!

She entered the bank and was taken back to Grinlast's office where she was going to meet her teachers for the first time, she hoped that they liked her.

"They're going to love you." Bruce said as he ruffled her hair.

"Yeah, You're so strong they're going to love teaching you." Clark shook his head fondly at Goku, "You're also very smart, you'll be fine."

Adriane smiled at the three men she was starting to see as family, they really had been helping her.
