08) Constellations
Quinn couldn't help but smile as she listened to Rachel talking about all the constellations that were currently being projected onto the ceiling of the main room of their apartment through Rachel's old nightlight they had been sent by Rachel's dads, who had found it in storage when they were doing some spring cleaning, with Santana and Brittany. They were lay on the floor on top of their picnic blanket with the couch cushions under their heads while the furniture had been pushed to the sides of the room and the windows had been completely blacked out with more blankets.
"I can't believe you know so much about space, Rachy," said Brittany, grinning as she looked at her girlfriend with admiration in her eyes.
"My obsession with stars is two-fold," said Rachel, blushing while looking away. "My dads took me to see a rocket launch when I was five and the obsession kinda took off from thereā¦"
"It's amazing, Rach," said Quinn, taking her girlfriend's hand and squeezing. "Maybe we could see when the next launch is and go see it."
"And isn't the space center close to the theme parks?" said Santana, looking at them. "We could make a holiday out of it."
"That's a given," said Quinn, shaking her head. "We can't go to Florida and not visit Disney or Universal. It's impossible."
"Disney?!" asked Brittany, sitting up. "Are we going to Disney?"
"Someday soon, yeah," said Quinn, smiling as she also sat up. "When Rachel and I have our next school holiday."
Brittany nodded before lying back down and said "Tell us more about space, Rachy?"
Rachel smiled and said "Sure, Britt," before launching back into her earlier talk.
