13) Shine
The sun was shining as Rachel, Quinn and Santana sat on their picnic blanket in Central Park, enjoying their rare day off. Rachel was looking through a script, while Quinn and Santana had books. Across the way, Brittany was feeding the ducks with a group of kids, sharing the duck food she had brought with her.
"Now, this is relaxing," said Santana, smiling as she looked at her girlfriends. "No college work, no work, nothing to worry about."
"Just spending some quality time together," agreed Quinn, smiling at Santana. "We don't get to do this as often as we'd like because of college, or work." Her smile widened as she saw Brittany walking back over. "Hey, B, duckies fed?"
"Yep," said Brittany, sitting down between Quinn and Santana. She lent her head on Quinn's shoulder and said "Read me a story, Quinn?"
Quinn smiled and put her book back into her bag, swapping it for a different book. Before beginning to read out loud.
