Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! We'll be picking up right from chapter two here as we see Naruto making more progress with his training in creating his own Kitsune-based fighting style, along with some surprises as well. So, without further ado.

I own nothing

'I can't believe he actually thought I was going to stick around.' Naruto thought, shaking his head in amusement as he left the Academy.

After all the sparring matches had ended, Iruka had given Naruto detention, not only for cutting class and then skipping them for a few days, but also for how rough he'd been with Hibachi in their match. Though Naruto had no intention of actually staying to serve detention, having quickly left the Academy the moment it got out for the day. But not before he stopped by the Academy Library and grabbed a scroll for the Rope Escape Jutsu.

'This'll definitely come in handy.' Naruto thought, looking over the scroll on how to perform the Jutsu, knowing it'll be useful to be able to escape being tied up or any other traps that he could get caught in while on missions.

Naruto was also going over all the sparring matches he'd watched and which fighting styles he saw that he could use for his Fox Fang Style. And aside from Kiba, the only other spars that really got his attention and would help him with his style, were ones involving two members of the Izuno Clan.

One of the lesser known clans in Konoha and could be seen as the opposite of the Inuzuka Clan. As from what he learned, the Izuno Clan had Cat-inspired Ninjutsu. Which he saw with their Taijutsu Style, with the Uzumaki being reminded of the movements and strikes of a cat, as well as the speed.

'Both of their Taijutsu Styles focus on speed and hit-and-run tactics. Though it seems like the Inuzuka Taijutsu has an advantage in strength, given how it seems they use their entire bodies to attack opponents. But it also seems like they aren't at their best without their Ninken partners, though still being pretty strong on their own. While the Izuno Taijutsu looks to be more focused on claw strikes and out speeding their opponents, along with avoiding their attacks. And both clans have advanced senses, giving them the advantage to better hear, see or smell their opponents and where they'd be coming from.' Naruto thought, going over the notes he'd taken during and after the spars.

Thinking over what parts he could change to resemble the way a Kitsune fights, along with thinking of seeing if he'd be able to find some foxes that he could observe to see how they act in the wild.

'I may need to go to the Zeroth Training Ground or the Forest of Death if I want to find any foxes, here.' Thought Naruto, aware that after the Kyūbi Attack, foxes weren't exactly a very popular animal to see or have around, so if he wanted to find any in Konoha or even the Land of Fire itself, those two locations would be his best bet.

Before his attention was pulled away when he saw Shikamaru and Chōji coming towards him, making Naruto look at them warily.

"Something you two needed?" Naruto asked, wondering why they approached him, given how no one else in the Academy has approached him before.

"Hey Naruto! Shikamaru and I wanted to see if you wanted to hangout." Said Chōji while eating his chips, making the Uzumaki look at them in confusion.

"Hangout?" Questioned Naruto, unsure if he heard that correctly.

"Yeah, you know, the thing that friends do whenever they spend time together. We figured we'd see if you wanted to join us, even if it'd be troublesome if we'd get into trouble for something." Shikamaru said before yawning, while Naruto still looked at them in skepticism.

"I know what hanging out is, but last time I checked we aren't friends. And this is the first time either of you have talked to me." Naruto stated, making Shikamaru and Chōji frown since that was true.

"So…is that a no then?" Shikamaru asked, with Naruto looking between them for a few moment, wondering if he should accept the offer or not, before eventually nodding.

"…Okay." Replied Naruto, figuring he could give them a chance, in the event they were being sincere in wanting to befriend him.

*Later*

Naruto had been surprised when rather than doing anything, they'd instead gone to a spot on a rooftop and simply laid down to look up at the clouds. With Shikamaru having explained it was one of his favorite spots to watch the clouds, along with where he and Chōji first met. There was also a shōgi board in the spot, which Shikamaru had brought once to teach Chōji how to play. Only for the Akimichi Heir to admit he wasn't that good at the game.

Which lead to Naruto challenging Shikamaru to a game, only for the Nara Heir to beat him rather quickly, much to Naruto's disbelief. Before he challenged him again, refusing to give up that easily, only for Shikamaru to beat him again. Leading to several matches between them and each time Naruto was defeated, though did manage to last longer a few times before Shikamaru won.

Eventually they left, with Naruto inviting them to Ramen Ichiraku for lunch, which Chōji had quickly agreed to along with Shikamaru. With the three boys soon arriving at the ramen stand, where they were immediately greeted by Ayame.

"Naruto!" Ayame said, smiling brightly at the whiskered blonde before hugging him tightly, making Naruto smile and return the hug.

"Hey Ayame-neechan." Said Naruto, only to become nervous when Ayame pulled back and narrowed her eyes at him.

"And just where have you been the past couple of days?" Demanded Ayame, having been worried when he didn't show up at all, given how he stops by at least once a day.

"Uh, ehehehe…I was…out training and…I only just left…the training ground, today." Naruto replied, with the brunette only narrowing her eyes further.

"You're telling me that you spent almost a week at a training ground, alone?!" Ayame said, not liking the idea of Naruto being alone for that long.

Though before she could chew him out, she was stopped by her father coming out while laughing lightly.

"Ah, leave him alone, Ayame. I'm sure it must've been pretty important training if he spent that long on it. Beside it looks like he's perfectly fine and he's back now." Said Teuchi, with the Uzumaki quickly nodding in agreement.

"Yep, I'm perfectly fine! And I'll make sure to let you know when I train for a long time again!" Said Naruto, knowing Ayame can be scary when she wants to be.

"You better." Said Ayame, giving him a look before smiling brightly.

"Now are you going to introduce us to your friends?" Ayame asked while looking at Shikamaru and Chōji, with Teuchi doing the same.

"Well, this is a surprise, didn't expect you to bring anyone here with you, Naruto." Teuchi stated with a smile, glad to see it seems that Naruto's making friends.

"Uh, yeah. These are Shikamaru Nara and Chōji Akimichi, some of my classmates from the Academy." Naruto introduced.

"Hey." Shikamaru said while waving lazily at the father and daughter.

"It's nice to meet you both." Said Chōji with a wave as well.

"Likewise. Now then, what can we get you three? And don't worry about paying, it'll be on the house today." Offered Teuchi, willing to let their order be free today, since it's the first time Naruto's brought anyone here.

"I'll have two of everything!" Chōji said immediately while rushing towards a seat, eager and excited at the chance of getting a free meal, determined to get as much as he can, while Teuchi and Ayame looked at him surprise.

"Yeah, Chōji really likes food. I'll just take a pork ramen." Said Shikamaru, taking a seat, knowing it'll be good if they only let his friend eat for free this once.

"I'll have three miso ramens!" Naruto said with a grin and taking a seat as well.

"O-okay, coming right up. Come on Ayame." Teuchi said before he and his daughter went to the back, given they had a big order to fill with the Akimichi Heir wanting two of everything.

"So…how'd you get so good at shōgi?" Naruto asked, looking at Shikamaru, wondering how he got so good at shōgi to be able to beat him so quickly.

"Just a lot of practice. My Tou-san's way better than me, though, I haven't been able to beat him yet." Replied Shikamaru, with Chōji nodding in agreement.

"Yeah, his dad is really great at shōgi and Go, while Shikamaru's better than anyone else I've seen. I don't think I've seen him really try against anyone, before." Chōji added, knowing his friend was really smart and didn't need to try that much against anyone he plays, except his father.

With Naruto frowning at this, feeling a blow to his pride to hear that Shikamaru hadn't even been trying against him during their matches.

"Then I'll just have to get better at the game until I beat you." Stated Naruto, refusing to give up after being beaten in a few games.

"I'm sure you'll get it, eventually. You're already pretty good at planning things out, like with the shopkeeper." Said Shikamaru, causing the whiskered blonde to tense before looking at him warily and suspiciously.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Naruto said, while inwardly worried since he was sure he covered his tracks.

"Don't play dumb, it's pretty obvious it was you, which is also why no one suspects you. That combined with what happened, everyone likely assumes you wouldn't have gone that far." Shikamaru said, with Naruto's eyes darting around, ready to escape if this was just a trap to get him to confess.

"And stop panicking, seriously. We're not gonna say anything, it'd honestly be too troublesome to bother telling anyone." Added Shikamaru, making Naruto now look at them in confusion.

"What Shikamaru means is that it wouldn't be worth it to tell anyone. And that guy did kind of deserve it after what he did, too." Chōji said, surprising the Uzumaki that they weren't going to say anything and believed the shopkeeper deserved it.

"…Thanks." Muttered Naruto, not expecting them to know what he did or keep it a secret, but also now seeing they were being genuine in wanting to be his friends.

"Don't worry about it, after all, friends are supposed to keep each other's secrets, right." Said Shikamaru with Chōji nodding in agreement, while Naruto smiled slightly at that.

With their ramen eventually being brought and the three instantly began eating.

*Timeskip-One Day*

After they'd finished eating their ramen, the boys had noticed how late it was getting, leading to Shikamaru and Chōji both returning to their homes after trading farewells with Naruto. While Naruto had returned to the Zeroth Training Ground, on the chance that Iruka may come searching for him for ditching his detention. But not before gathering some supplies he'll need during his time in the training ground.

With the Uzumaki then getting back to his training once morning had come, working on his Chakra Control for the entire morning. Knowing how most of the things he'd be training in would require good Chakra Control in order to perform. As well as using less Chakra overall for any Jutsu he learns.

Now though, Naruto stood across from the boxing kangaroo and giant anteater that he'd met and befriended during his first visit to the Zeroth Training Ground.

"Okay guys, who's first?" Naruto asked, looking between them, wondering who he'd be sparring against first, with the anteater raising one of its claws before moving forward while the kangaroo jumped off to the side.

The anteater not wasting a moment before its tongue shot out towards Naruto, with the whiskered blonde jumping out of the way and rushed at the anteater. Jumping into the air when the anteater tried swiping at him with its claws, Naruto landed on the anteater's back before delivering a spin kick to the back of its head. With the kick making the anteater stumble slightly, before standing up on its hindlegs and began throwing itself around to knock Naruto off.

With Naruto grabbing into the anteaters fur to avoid being thrown off, only for the anteater to then throw itself backwards towards the ground. Though before it could crush Naruto, the Uzumaki quickly jumped off the anteater and into the air. Before diving back down and slamming his fist into the anteaters chest, sending it crashing into the ground.

Only to be surprised when the anteaters tongue came out and wrapped around him, with Naruto crying out as he was thrown through the air. Luckily, he managed to catch himself by grabbing hold of a tree branch, before spinning around it and landing on top of the branch. With Naruto having to quickly jump away when the anteater, having recovered and gotten back to its feet, ran forward at him. Launching its tongue out at the Uzumaki, which he managed to avoid in time, smirking when he saw the anteater's tongue got stuck on the tree branch.

Seeing his chance, Naruto rushed the anteater as it tried getting its tongue off the branch, jumping into the air and delivering a flying kick to the anteaters head, knocking it to the ground. The large animal holding its head in pain, with its tongue still being stuck.

"Guess that means I wi-woah!" Naruto said before he was forced to dodge the kangaroo when it tried punching him, with the Uzumaki quickly jumping back at the kangaroo chased him and kept throwing punches.

'I still have no idea where it got those.' Thought Naruto, looking at the red boxing gloves the kangaroo was wearing on its fists, even having a third one on its tail, having been confused when he first saw them, but figured the animals here weren't really normal.

Shaking his head, Naruto ducked down to avoid another punch, grunting as he quickly raised his arm to block the kangaroo's tail when it tried hitting him as well. Though he managed to grab the kangaroo's tail before it could pull it back, throwing it off balance. With Naruto then uppercutting the kangaroo.

Only to grunt in pain as the kangaroo kicked its legs out, sending the Uzumaki flying from it, with both of them crashing into the ground from the attacks. Before both them quickly got back up, the kangaroo instantly leaping high into the air and diving down towards Naruto. Waiting until the kangaroo was close enough, Naruto rolled off to the side, stopping just out of range of the kangaroos tail. But rather than try hitting Naruto with its tails, the kangaroo jumped straight at him and threw another punch.

The whiskered blonde smirked at this, having anticipated the kangaroo wouldn't try using its tail again and would instead go for more punches. With Naruto then surprising the kangaroo when he jumped up into the air, high enough to jump over its punch. Though this didn't stop it from using its other arm to try punching the whiskered blonde. Only to cry out when Naruto kicked the kangaroo's wrist, sending its punch straight into its own face, making the animal punch itself and be knocked back.

Though Naruto grunted when he was suddenly struck in the back sending flying forward a few feet, but was able to catch himself as he landed on the ground. Before looking to see what hit him, only to see the anteater and kangaroo now standing together across from him.

"Okay, fine. I've got no problem beating both of you at once." Naruto said with a smirk, just as the kangaroo jumped at him while the anteaters tongue lashed out.

*Later*

Naruto panted tiredly as he sat against a tree, while eating some fish he'd caught along with some berries and mushrooms he'd picked, having learned which ones were safe to eat.

Having to fight the kangaroo and anteater together had been tougher than he thought, with the kangaroo fighting up-close while the anteater attacked with its tongue from mid-to-long range. Making it tough to find a chance to attack one without the other jumping in when he was left open. But luckily, he'd been able to get a chance when he was able to trick the kangaroo into getting into a position where it'd be grabbed by the anteaters tongue. Giving Naruto an opening to momentarily gain the advantage, only to ultimately lose once they regained their bearings.

With him taking some time to catch some fish, afterwards, along with picking some berries and mushrooms to eat while he rested.

'They definitely have good teamwork, I'm gonna have to start working harder otherwise I may end getting beaten by them more than I beat them.' Naruto thought, not wanting to start falling behind to them.

Once he'd finished eating and resting, Naruto got up and headed further into the training ground to see if he could find any fox burrows.

'They might be somewhere in wide open areas, giving them more places to run and are familiar with, than in closed-in areas surrounded by trees.' Thought Naruto, heading towards the grasslands area of the training ground.

Soon entering the grasslands, Naruto looked around for any sign of a fox burrow before quickly moving behind a tree, when he spotted a large hole in the ground. Waiting a few moments to see what will come out, the whiskered blonde knelt to the ground when he saw several foxes start emerging. Only for his eyes to widen in shock when he saw some coming out, that looked to be the size of fully grown Ninken with some even going up to the size of a horse.

'Damn, I didn't think there'd be any that'd grow that big.' Naruto thought before quickly climbing to the top of the tree to avoid being seen, being careful not to make any noise that'd draw their attention.

Pulling out a pair of binoculars he'd brought with him, along with a notepad and pencil to take notes, Naruto began observing the foxes and their behavior. Watching how some of the bigger foxes crouched down low to the ground, making them barely visible if it not for their fur. Before they began stalking through the grass towards some large birds on the ground, while others moved towards some lizards on some rocks.

Observing them carefully, the Uzumaki watched only to be surprised to see that once the foxes were close enough. With Naruto noticing how the foxes tails swished around one after the other, as if they were signaling each other they were ready.

Before they instantly leapt off the ground and on top of the birds and lizards they were stalking. Flinching slightly as they opened their mouths and bit down onto their throats, before violently shaking them around until they stopped moving. Or got them into a position where they could be disemboweled, digging their claws into their bodies and ripping them open.

'Okay, so…it seems like foxes stalk their prey by remaining close to the ground to camouflage themselves with the terrain before leaping at them once they're close enough, which would suggest they have really strong hind legs as well. Making them strong enough and fast enough to land on top of their prey before they can escape. Before then using their teeth to bite down on their throats, then either shake them until they're dead or get them into a position to dig their claws into their bodies and disembowel them. It also seems like when multiple foxes are hunting, they can use their tails to signal each other.' Naruto thought, taking some notes on this before going back to observing the foxes.

This time going to some of the smaller and younger foxes, Naruto watched as they seemed to be playing with each other. How some stood up on their hind legs, with their front legs on their chests or shoulders, while their heads were held back and their mouths were open. A few times trying to bite each other's faces or necks, while trying to push the other to the ground. With Naruto being unsure if it was just playing or they were fighting each other, but took notes of it.

Before the bigger foxes dragged over their kills, causing all the foxes to instantly run over to eat, with some of them seeming to body slam others out of the way to get to the meat.

Naruto continued observing the foxes and how they behaved in whatever they did, before he began noticing the bigger foxes seemed to be looking around for something as they sniffed the air. Becoming worried when they quickly ducked down to the ground and seemingly disappeared from view.

'Where did they go?' Naruto thought, looking for any sign of movement before noticing all the smaller foxes running back to their burrow, making him more worried that maybe they sensed a larger predator coming.

Only to yelp when he felt the tree began shaking with the Uzumaki looking down, only to pale when he saw the bigger foxes were growling at him from the ground and slamming into the tree.

'Oh shit!' Naruto thought, not thinking the foxes had sensed him and they clearly didn't like his presence, given how they were looking at him.

With Naruto paling further as the foxes began digging their claws into the tree and began climbing up towards him.

'Double shit!' Naruto mentally shouted, knowing he needed to get out of here unless he wanted to be their next meal.

But knowing he needed to do this carefully or he was dead, Naruto waited until all the foxes had begun climbing the tree and got closer to him. Gulping at seeing how close they were getting, snapping at him the further they got. Though before the closest fox could get at him, Naruto instantly jumped out of the tree and back to the ground.

Grunting as he hit the ground, having made sure to tuck himself into a ball and roll the moment he landed, allowing the Uzumaki to quickly get back to his feet and start running. Heading towards the forest, hoping to lose the foxes in the trees. Naruto took a chance to look back, only to see the foxes had jumped down to the ground as well and now chasing him.

'Triple shit!' Thought Naruto, channeling Chakra to his legs to run faster, seeing how the foxes were already gaining on him.

Before letting out a yelp when he felt claws slicing through his shirt, just barely missing his flesh. With Naruto, luckily, jumping up to a tree and began jumping from branch to branch. Looking down at the foxes, Naruto was relieved to see they weren't making an attempt to jump up and chase him through the trees. Only to be worried again when the larger foxes instantly began running faster ahead of the others, before running off through the trees.

'Definitely need to be worried about that.' Naruto thought, knowing they were likely planning something, but couldn't take his attention off the foxes still chasing him.

Though he knew he was near the cliff and would be able to hopefully lose the foxes by getting to the ledge and sticking to the cliffside. With that in mind, Naruto began moving faster to get to the cliff and escape the foxes.

As he jumped through the trees, Naruto occasionally glanced back at the foxes on the ground, seeing how they were still chasing him. Worried when he saw a few try jumping up to bite him whenever he jumped to a different branch, but was relieved they were unable to jump high enough to bite him. But, eventually, Naruto heard something ahead of him, making him look, only for his eyes to widen in shock and slight fear.

Given in front of him and rapidly approaching were the foxes that'd split off, now seeing they'd circled ahead of him and climbed up the trees. Likely waiting until the other foxes had chased him right towards them, and now they were coming right at him!

Naruto only had a few moments to think of what to do as the foxes leapt right him, their mouths wide open and their claws out, ready to tear him apart. Acting quickly Naruto grabbed the next tree branch and spun around it, before letting go. Using his momentum to launch himself right under the foxes as they jumped at him. The whiskered blonde gulping when a few of their claws got a little too close, but luckily he managed to avoid them.

Only for his eyes to widen when one of the foxes on the ground took the chance to leap up at him, with Naruto being forced to act fast again. With him managing to spin around and slam his foot into the foxes face, kicking off it and knocking the fox down into the others on the ground.

Not letting himself stop or feel relief, Naruto continued running through the forest until he could finally see the cliff through the trees. Refusing to slow down, the Uzumaki didn't hesitate to jump off the cliff, before sticking to the side of it with Chakra. Though rather than stopping, Naruto moved down the cliff, in the event some of the foxes decide to jump down after him.

Once he was far enough down, Naruto looked up at the cliff to see if the foxes would pop out, before eventually letting a breath of air after a few moments. Waiting a few more moments, the Uzumaki went back up to the cliff, peeking over the edge for any sign of the foxes in case they were lying in wait. Breaking off a rock from the cliffside, Naruto threw it into the trees to see if there'd be any movement, only for nothing to happen.

After ensuring he was really alone, Naruto finally sighed in relief and climbed back up, sitting on the cliff edge.

'That was a close one.' Naruto thought, relieved he was able to escape the foxes before pulling out his notepad and began taking some more notes.

While the chase has been dangerous with a few close calls, it did also give him a really up-close look at foxes and their behavior against a larger target.

'It seems like they'll attack a larger target all at once, using diversions and sneak attacks to get the drop on them. It also seems like rather than going straight for the kill, they were working on incapacitating my movements. Likely in an attempt to prevent me from escaping or fighting back.' Naruto thought, pleased at what he's learned, not to mention seeing this as a good form of training in addition to developing his Fox Fang Style.

*Later*

Once he'd taken a moment to rest and recover from the chase, Naruto had returned to the village and decided to head to the library in order to find some Taijutsu Styles to incorporate into his. One of the few things he can look up without entering the Shinobi Section, though they're mostly just Martial Arts Styles that any civilian could be proficient in.

'Hmm, these ones seem pretty good.' Naruto thought, grabbing some books and scrolls on styles called Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, and Jujutsu.

Seeing how Muay Thai put an important on the user using their hands, elbows, knees, and legs as weapons to deliver strong, painful, and even crippling blows. While Jujutsu seemed focused on grappling and throwing an opponent, something that'd be good in knocking them off-balance. Taekwondo looked to center around different kinds of kicks. And Karate seemed more well-rounded, having several different kinds of styles for it.

'Yeah, these ones will definitely be good.' Thought Naruto as he smiled eagerly, knowing he'll be able to combine these with the claw strikes of the Inuzuka Clan and Izuno Clan Taijutsu Styles, as well as his research at the fox burrow, to help serve as the foundation for his Fox Fang Style.

Gathering up the books and scrolls, Naruto headed back to his apartment to begin studying them and then copying it all down.

*Timeskip-Two Months*

Two months have passed since Naruto had begun creating the foundation of his Fox Fang Style, with him having succeeded in getting the basics of it down. In addition to that he's managed to master Surface Walking, Water Walking, and Leaf Concentration. Being able to do the former two unconsciously and the latter he could focus on multiple different leaves stuck all across his body, while even combining the two exercises.

The whiskered blonde having also mastered the Transformation Jutsu, being able to use it without handseals and instantly switch between different transformations. The Substitution Jutsu to the point where he can instantly switch places with a log or any object the moment he sense danger even before he's hit. And the Rope Escape Jutsu, having practiced escaping several different kinds of knots and other restraints, either by undoing them or dislocating his joints before putting them back in place.

He's also started making good process with the Clone Jutsu, with the clones still not being perfect but no longer looking lifeless, as well as working on his Genjutsu.

Now though, Naruto was currently inside the Uchiha Clan Compound after making sure that Sasuke wasn't visiting today and checking to see Mikoto had gone out shopping.

'I better hurry, I really don't want to get caught here.' Naruto thought before rushing towards the Jutsu Archives, soon finding it near the back of the compound.

But before Naruto could take a step inside, he felt a hand on his shoulder, holding him place. Making the Uzumaki pale and gulp before he slowly turned around, only to be met with a stern looking Mikoto Uchiha.

"What do you think you're doing?" Mikoto asked, looking at Naruto with a frown, though she didn't look or sound like she was actually mad, with Naruto chuckling nervously.

"Ehehehehe…uh…I can explain." Said Naruto, knowing he's about to get into a lot of trouble and could only hope he could find a way out of it.

So, what did you think, good. Yep we see Naruto going over the notes he took from the sparring matches involving Kiba along with two members of the Izuno Clan, seeing which parts he'll be able to incorporate into his Fox Fang Style, along with planning to find some actual foxes to observe in the wild. Though Naruto is then approached by Shikamaru and Chōji who invite him to hang out with them, something Naruto is skeptical about but ultimately decides to give them a chance.

With the boys hanging out at Shikamaru's favorite spot to watch the clouds, where he and Naruto end up playing several rounds of shōgi, which Naruto all lose, before they got to Ichiraku where they're greeted by Ayame and Teuchi, the former wanting to know where he's been the past few days after not visiting, with Naruto being saved from further scolding's before they place their orders. Then Shikamaru reveals they know Naruto's the one who targeted the shopkeeper but promise not to say anything, much to his gratitude.

Then we get a small timeskip to the next day as Naruto returns to the Zeroth Training Ground to get some training done, while sparring against the boxing kangaroo and giant anteater, starting out one-on-one until it changes to two-on-one, with Naruto losing in the end. Before we see Naruto locating a fox burrow and begins observing the foxes behavior in everything they do, only to be forced to run when the foxes sense his presence and begin chasing him. Leading to a few close calls as Naruto eventually manages to escape the foxes, while being grateful for the up close look at them and getting a new training method. Before he leaves the training ground and goes to the library where he gets some books and scrolls on some martial arts styles to incorporate into his Fox Fang Style.

Finally we get a two month timeskip showing Naruto's gotten the basics of his Fox Fang Style down, along with mastering the Chakra Control Exercises, the Transformation, Substitution, and Rope Escape Jutsu's, while making progress on the Clone Jutsu and his Genjutsu. Before we see Naruto sneaking into the Uchiha Compound, only to be found by Mikoto. So, for those that like the story, thanks for your support. For those that don't or at least don't like the direction taken, you're more than welcomed to drop the story. But thanks for giving the story a chance anyway.
