Shadow laughed. "You're funny, fox boy."
"Before I dish it out, pick a number 10 to 20."
"Fifteen." Shadow realized he might have to do a set of something for a dare. "No! Ten. I'll do ten, final answer."
"Alright, fifteen it is. I dare you to cuddle Sonic for 15 minutes. Unless one of you is performing a dare."
Shadow set his fist over his mouth as his face turned red. Sonic glared at Tails in rage and disgust. "You serious?" He asked. "It's Shadow's dare, not mine!"
"You better not cause any trouble, Tails." Sally warned.
"Don't worry, I won't."
"Could you move?" Shadow asked Sally, who was separating the two. She reluctantly slid over. Shadow picked up Sonic and set him in his lap, hugging him from behind, setting his head on Sonic's head. "Is this good?" He asked.
"That will do. Want me to spin for you?"
"Sure, but be warned; I'm gonna get back at you for this." Shadow grunted, still unwilling to finish his quarter-hour dare.
"You'll pay for this, Tails." Sonic threatened.
Tails spun the wheel, which landed on Charmy.
"Hey Charmy! Truth or dare?" Shadow asked.
"Ummm, truth."
"Tell us how you feel about a certain rabbit friend you have."
Charmy looked at the ground as he said, "I kind of like her. I just didn't know what to do." He looked up at Shadow. "How did you know?"
"It's less than obvious, Charmy." Vector interrupted.
Cream finally spoke up. "I already knew that. I can't have a boyfriend though. Mom says I'm too young."
"Aww. That's a shame." Charmy responded. "Should I spin?"
"Go for it!" Tails spurred.
The wheel was spun and landed on Rouge.
"Oh my." Rouge laughed. "I'll take a question."
Charmy formulated a question quickly. "How can you afford a house like this?"
Rouge answered carefully, noticing Vector and Espio both watching her intently. "I make a good deal of money in my profession."
"Which is….?" Charmy continued.
"Professional jewel manager. Now will that be all?"
"Fine. We all know you're a thief, though."
"Oh, so you're trying to get me in trouble. That's it. My turn to spin."
She spun the wheel, which landed on Vector. "Well Vector, truth or dare?"
"I think I'll take a dare."
"Okay. How about you sell that gold chain of yours? It's very pretty."
"This… this chain?" Vector asked, looking visibly upset. "But I can't sell it! It's worth too much! It's my trademark!"
"Do you want to stay in, boss?" Espio asked. "You've only put in ten pounds for yourself. I'm certain that if you sell it, Rouge will buy it. It's worth well over ten pounds."
"Yep, she'll buy it." Knuckles agreed.
"Alright, y'all. I've made my decision. I'm taking an early exit. Ain't no way I'm selling my gold chain." With those words, he kicked his chair back and exited the circle.
"This must be some competitive game." Amy remarked. "Once you're done, you're out of the circle."
