"I've never met you, so I don't know what gets you." Silver stared pensively for a few seconds, then asked "Have you ever loved someone other than Tails?"
"No. Tails is the first and only." As if a reward to her answer, Tails ran his hands through her quills, just the way she liked. "I love you too, sweetie." He said.
"Well, my time is over." Silver concluded, grabbing the back of the couch and performing a backflip off of it. "Vector and I are inviting all aboard the Reason Train."
"Don't be reasonable! I'm here for a good time." Zooey objected, spinning the wheel. It landed on Knuckles. He picked dare.
"I dare you to spend the night here."
"What kind of dare is that? Rouge, you have a guest room, right?"
"No. I've got two." She answered.
"Okay. I think I'll take this dare." Knuckles said warily. He spun the wheel, while whispering "Be good." He landed on Sonic. "Sonic, it's you again. Truth or dare?"
"Dare."
Knuckles asked Tails, "Should I do it to them again?"
"Please no." Sonic begged. "I'm strong enough to endure it, but not again!"
"Strong, you say?" Knuckles began, as if making an observation. "Boy, do I have a dare for you. We'll have a lifting competition tomorrow."
"Why do that? You'll win anyway."
"To see if you're as strong as you claim. You're a stick!"
"Alright, I'm not scared of you. Time for someone to be scared of me." Sonic menaced, spinning the wheel. "Zooey, again?" He asked after spinning the vixen's name.
"I'll take a dare this time." She decided.
Shadow leaned in and whispered something to Sonic.
"You wouldn't dare!" He yelled at Shadow, leaning away from him in disgust.
"I know, but would you?" Shadow shot back. "Some promises must be kept."
"You…" Sonic raged. "How are you so cruel?"
"Can someone explain what's going on here?" Zooey asked. "Is this a dare? Just to watch you talk?"
"I tried to warn you." Shadow replied. "Take it or leave it."
"Fine. Hang on a minute, Zooey. Still deliberating."
"How about a hundred?" Shadow suggested quietly.
"Not even close. Fifty max. Not too hard, right?"
Everyone in the room, including Vector and Silver, were listening.
"You've got a soft spot for him. You're getting weak."
"Shut it, faker." Sonic turned to face Zooey and Tails. "Tails, I told you we would get you back. It's time for your punishment. Zooey, I dare you to slap Tails fifty times, doesn't matter where. Just use some force."
"Fifty." Zooey stated, seemingly unimpressed. "You can't be serious."
"Yeah." Sally agreed. "What's gotten into you?"
"I was going to ask the same thing." Amy added.
"A revenge dare, that's all." Shadow retorted.
"Have you had one too many drinks, Shadow?" Tails sneered.
"It's okay, sweetie." Zooey reassured. "Are you comfortable with this or no?"
"Please don't, Zooey." Tails pleaded, hugging Zooey and holding her tight. "I don't want to do this!" He sounded genuinely upset.
"Scream, cry, and beg all you want, buddy! It's her decision, not yours."
"Why are you like this? You're hopeless." Zooey railed at Sonic.
"Be fair, Zooey. You know full well what Tails is like, as I do. He could use a few smacks every now and then."
"NO!" Zooey yelled. "He doesn't need a few smacks, you degenerate."
Lying to us is one thing; lying to yourself is another. And by the way, don't you ever insult me again." Sonic ranted.
"I won't hit him, no matter what you say."
"So you're leaving then?" Sonic asked, disappointed.
"Taunt me all you want, but I'm out." She leaned down to Tails' ear and whispered "I love you too much to do that."
"That's why I love you." Tails whimpered, giving her a short kiss on the lips.
