All Male Hedgies are 18!
Just a heads up.
Warning(s): Swearing, dirty jokes, flirting, extreme gayness
Sonic, Scourge, Shadow, and Silver were entering a forest where Tails had told them people had been coming out heavily injured or found half-dead. Sonic decided to bring the three strongest people he knows that wasn't busy. "The forest is completely empty, we searched the whole forest." Scourge said wanting to leave, not because he was bored, no, he knows the cause of mobians being found here. And he doesn't exactly like people in his territory. "C'mon, don't be such a wuss. We haven't even checked that area yet."
He said pointing to the part of the woods that looked eerie and had signs on it saying 'Beware!' or 'No trespassing!' Scourge tensed up. Nope, he was not dying today. That's the guy's main territory.
He heard rustling in the trees. Shit. He had to leave, now. "Sorry to be a killjoy but the guy that lives here isn't too fond of visitors, so see ya in the hospital!" He said as he dashed off. Sonic rolled his eyes.
"He's just a scaredy-cat." Shadow's ears twitched thinking he'd heard something. He knew it was dumb to separate from the group, but might as well check it out to be safe. "I heard something, I'll be right back." He said turning around and walking in the direction where he thought he'd heard something. "Maybe Scourge was right," Silver said as he looked around, the aura in the forest getting creepier than it was when they'd first entered. Or maybe it's just him.
He'd never gone into a forest before. "Pfft— Yeah right," Sonic said waving him off. No, Scourge was not kidding. This place was scary as shit. "I-I think I'm gonna go, It's seriously creepy here.
I'll go look for Shadow." But he had no need as Shadow's body flew into his making the both of them fly into a tree. Silver's whole body ached. Just who the hell has strong enough to send Shadow himself flying? And get him unconscious nonetheless. Silver could barely make out Sonic's form. Everything was blurry and he was hurting like hell.
Though he didn't have to as the blue hero himself was sent flying and he could barely see him. Then that was it. He blacked out.
Silver awoke to find himself in a bed, the gentle breeze blowing through his fur, from the open window, a room with burgundy walls, a nightstand with a glass of water and painkillers, and a tv with a fire gently crackling on it. He soon noticed a light browned skinned male with a white sleeveless turtleneck on, black pants which he can only assume are sweats and black combat boots. He also wore a black mask with a ruby on the bridge of his nose. His red eyes were currently focused on a book he was reading. His slightly curly dark brown hair lightly covered his eyes. Wow.. He thought as he unintentionally stared at the male with flushed cheeks.
"Done staring?" Silver let out an unintentional squeak as he realized his mistake. Those gorgeous red eyes bored into his soul— Wait, did he.. like the guy? He forced himself out of his thoughts as he rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "S-sorry. I hadn't realized I was staring."
He apologized. The male shrugged and stood up, silver now noticing his elf-like ears and the rubies dangling off of them. Alright mind, I can clearly say, this is the hottest man I've seen before I met Shadow. He thought. "Can you walk?" He asked. Silver looked down at his legs.
Then back at the guy. "Uh, sure." He said and slipped off the bed standing up. He was a little wobbly because his legs felt like jelly. Strawberry Jelly if you know what I mean. A voice in the back of his head teased making his muzzle redden. He tried to take a step only to stumble and nearly fall, only to be caught by the male.
Once Silver's head rested up against the male's chest, he suddenly had a realization. Holy shit—This guy's chest is hard- Like rock hard, He thought. Are you talking about his chest or you when you get home? The voice teased once more. He was going to respond but was interrupted by the guy's heavenly voice.
"Are you alright?" He asked. Silver felt his heart stop. Oh, Sweet Chaos, please let this be some dream— He thought. Stop simping and answer the damn question! The voice ordered.
"Y-yes, I'm fine! Why?" He asked looking up at the male. "Your muzzle is red, are you sick?" He asked. Silver was going to speak but was interrupted by hearing some crashing. "What the hell is your problem hedgehog?"
Shadow asked sounding pissed. The male sighed. "Gods, please hope my living room isn't destroyed." He muttered. "I'll be back, I need to talk to those two. Especially the blue one." He said.
"Um, okay." He said as the male helped him to sit down. Then he left the room.
The male sighed pinching the bridge of his nose. "Please explain to me why you both were yelling, you should know by now that I don't like loud noises." He said. The hero chuckled and attempted to smack the male's back only to have his arm in his grasp being twisted painfully. "Alright, alright I'll stop just let go!" He yelled. "Thank you,"
He said and let go of Sonic's arm. "Anyway, how's Silver?" Sonic asked. The Keno was confused for a moment. "Who..? Oh, You mean your silver friend.
He's alright, he's having trouble walking though." Sonic gasped. "He's up?" He asked. He nodded. "Cool!
Shadow let's go see him—"
"I'll bring him out here. I don't need you destroying my room." He said and walked back into his room. Silver looked away from the bird that was chirping merrily on the window. The guy didn't seem to be fond of birds. "Get out you!
Shoo!" He yelled at the bird swatting at it making it leave. Silver whined. "Aw, why'd you make it go away? It was so pretty." Silver pouted. "Oh, sorry, birds are annoying.
I used to have one, he got shit everywhere." Silver winced. "Oof, that must suck. I always wanted a pet." Silver said. "Anyway, Sonic and Shadow are eager to see you—The annoying blue pest won't stop bothering me."
He said grimacing at the thought of the blue hero. Silver chuckled. "You sound like Shadow." He said with a chuckle. "Then he understands my pain." Silver snorted. The male walked over to him and assisted him to stand up.
"Ah, Y-you don't have to do this. I-I have telekinesis. It could help me out." The male hummed. "That's cool. I don't think you have enough energy to use it right now though. I hit you all pretty hard if it caused this much damage. That was barely half of my strength, back home that feels like no more than a punch."
Silver's eyes sparkled. "Cool!" The male chuckled. "You don't mind that I confessed to being the one that attacked you all?" He asked. "Nope. I felt like we were trespassing anyway.
I should've followed Scourge." He said. "Yeah, you should've. In all honesty, I don't get many visitors. But that doesn't mean I won't kick your ass for trespassing." Silver's golden eyes sparkled. The male helped Silver get to the door and almost got smacked in the face by the door because Sonic decided to bust in being the impatient little shit he was.
The male gripped the door preventing it from moving. "Huh? Oh hey!" Sonic greeted not noticing the deadly look in the male's eyes. "I told you to wait, hedgehog." He said. Shadow decided he would sit in the kitchen so as to not have the image of Sonic flying through the wall in his head.
"I'll deal with you in a moment, Shadow I need your help with Silver." He said. "Coming," Shadow said as he came back, the Silver hedgehog roughly being thrown into Shadow's arms. "Wh—"
"He's done with Sonic's shit. Let's go to the kitchen yeah?" Silver nodded.
Shadow rested his head on the table tired. Was he tired in general? Yes. Was he tired from trying to keep Sonic from getting his ass beat? Yes. Was he concerned for their host's mental health up to this point? Also yes.
He sighed. "What's gonna happen to Sonic?" Silver asked. "Two options. Either the hospital or he'll just be bruised up." Speaking of the annoying hedgie, he stumbled into a chair and slumped in it. The male following behind sitting across from Sonic, staring at him. Glaring into his soul.
"So, what's your name Mr. Mysterious?" Silver asked. Shadow snorted hearing 'Mr. Mysterious.' There was silence. "..Mao." Silver smiled. "That's an awesome name!"
He exclaimed. "You said you don't get many visitors right? I was wondering if you'd wanna meet our friends so you'd have at least some company when we're not around. How does that sound?" He asked. Mao was silent once again. Is he.. shy?
Sonic thought. He likes Silver. It's obvious. Shadow thought grinning, which scared Sonic. He doesn't notice it? Poor guy— He thought.
As Silver and Mao conversed, (mainly Silver) Shadow couldn't help but notice the awkward tension Mao radiated when talking to him. "..Are you all hungry?" He asked. Shadow noticed that Mao was quite quiet, not just when talking to Silver, but to all of them. So does that mean he's attracted to all of them? We'd have to test that theory. "Yeah!"
Sonic exclaimed. "Yeah, but are you okay with making food for us? I mean, the three of us— Or as far as I know, me and Sonic eat a lot." He said. Mao looked at Shadow. "What about you?"
He asked, fidgeting some. Shadow noticed the red tint come to the tips of his ears. So he is attracted to all of us. He thought. If I'm being honest, he's kinda cute. "I don't eat too much, but it'd be nice to get some food in my system." Mao nodded his ears drooping, the gorgeous rubies glowing softly in the light.
"Hey, how long have I been out?" Silver asked the male who was grabbing ingredients from the cabinets and refrigerator. "Two and a half weeks if I'm correct. You woke up a couple of days after Shadow and Sonic." Shadow noticed his ears reddening further saying their names. He's really cute. He thought.
"T-Two and a half weeks? You must be super strong if I was out for that long." Silver said in disbelief. "I'm not but thank you." He said smiling shyly. Silver's tail wagged happily. "Hey, I was wondering if you wanna stay with me and Tails for a couple days so we can kinda prepare a gathering so you can meet everyone.
If you want to, you know." Sonic said rubbing the back of his neck. Mao paused for a moment. "Are you sure it's okay? I don't want to intrude—"
"You're not!" The three of them interrupted. Mao nodded. "As long as I'm not bothering anyone it's fine with me," He said. Sonic and Silver grinned. Shadow snorted and rolled his eyes as the two did a victory dance.
As the days flew by, the three grew more and more eager to set up the party. Just then, Sonic got a call from Tails. He picked it up with a grin. "Hello—"
"Dude where are you?! You've been gone for weeks now!" Tails yelled. "Relax, relax, a new friend of mine is taking care of us. I mean he might've been the one that knocked me out for two weeks but—"
"Two weeks?!" He yelled in disbelief. "He could hurt you again! You need to leave-"
"Tails, listen. He only did it to protect his land. I mean he does own this forest after all." He said. "Yeah but-" Tails was once again cut off by his older brother. "No buts Tails.
The guy has been alone for years. We're the only company he has right now." He said as he glanced at the male who was rubbing Silver, who was purring with his head in his lap. "I just don't want him to be alone okay?" Tails sighed. "I have a feeling this includes me?" Sonic grinned.
"Yep! I was wondering if he could stay with us for a bit while we prepare a party for him so he can meet everyone else? Please?" He pleaded. Tails sighed. "Fine. I hope he won't be any trouble." Sonic cheered. "Oh, You don't have to worry he's a really quiet guy." Tails hummed. "Alright."
Mao looked at Sonic from the edge of the forest. It'd been years since he'd last left the forest. "Um, A-are you sure about this? What if he decides to kick me out?"
"It's my place, so technically he can't." Mao hesitated for a moment but stepped out of the shade, as soon as he'd stepped on the sidewalk, all eyes went to him. He squeaked from the feeling of people's stares. "I— I don't think I can do this—" Silver grabbed his hand smiling. "Just ignore it okay? Don't worry.
Plus Shadow's a natural at getting people's attention." Sonic gasped feeling offended that he wasn't mentioned. "What about me?" He childishly whined. "You're always the center of attention. Let someone else take the spotlight for once." Sonic looked at Mao and grinned.
"Mao, I got an idea. C'mere." Mao was hesitant. "Um, okay." Sonic grabbed his hand making Silver whine. "I wanted to hold his hand!" He whined like a child that got their toys taken away.
Shadow sighed. "Chaos you both act like children." He muttered. Sonic smirked. "If we're children then what does that make you? An old man?" Shadow growled.
"Shut the hell up!" Silver and Sonic laughed at his reaction. Mao held his hand out to Shadow. "Would you like to hold my hand?" He asked. Fuck, he's too cute— He thought.
"Why would I—" He cut himself off when seeing the looks citizens and the two hedgehogs gave him. Why does it feel like I'm being pressured? He thought. He sighed. "Fine." He said grabbing Mao's soft, warm hand. "Alright let's go!"
Mao marveled at the large house in front of him. He'd never seen a house this big before. Not that he could complain though, he'd only be here for a few days. Sonic let go of Mao's hand with flushed cheeks. He cleared his throat, noticing Mao's stare, his cheeks flushed further. Mao tilted his head to the side at that. Shadow now realizing he was holding Mao's hand, let go.
Mao's ears drooped sadly. He missed the warmth of their hands. Although he generated lots of heat preventing anyone from getting within a 4-foot radius of him, he did like it when he held their hands. It sounded like a party of sorts in there. "Sonic are you celebrating any events today?" He asked. "No, I don't think so."
He said. "I wonder what all that noise is." He mumbled. Sonic ignored that nagging part of him that itched to hold the male's hand again. He was going to knock on the door only for it to be opened by a yellow fox with two tails and baby blue eyes. The fox turned to Mao. "You must be Mao right?"
Mao nodded to confirm. "Well then come in. I apologize for all the noise. Rouge decided to have a party here." He said. Mao nodded and followed behind Sonic as he walked inside zooming into the kitchen immediately. Shadow retreated upstairs and Silver was conversing with a pink hedgehog.
Mao sat down on the couch playing with his sweater sleeves. Tails closed the door behind him and went into the basement(?). Mao was sitting beside a green hedgehog that looked much like Sonic. He had gorgeous teal eyes and he wore a black leather jacket. He had claw marks on his chest. Poor thing. Mao thought.
He turned to the window and rested his head on the arm of the couch. "Are you that guy that's been attacking people in the forest?" The male beside him asked. Mao sighed. "Yes. I do feel bad though. I can't help but worry that they'll take advantage of my forest."
He said, his eyes shining with worry. "If I had known you were gonna be this cute, I would've come earlier." Mao blushed, his ears lowering in embarrassment. "I— I appreciate the compliment, but really, if I took this mask off you'd change your mind." The hedgehog hummed. "Really now?"
Mao turned to the hedgehog who had a mischievous look in his eyes. Mao couldn't deny the hedgehog certainly was handsome, but if he really wanted to he could go out with him. (He really, really wants to—) "Alright then, how about Friday night, me and you go out for a dinner hm?" He suggested. Mao's face reddened which the hedgehog could now visibly see. He chuckled.
"T-that would be wonderful." He murmured. "Name's Scourge," Mao smiled at him. "My name is Mao, it's a pleasure to meet you Scourge." He said. Fuck he's cute—
Scourge thought. "Scourge stop flirting and come get some cake!" A fox yelled. Scourge rolled his eyes and stood up. "I'll be back," He said with a wink. Mao blushed and watched him walk away.
Ignoring the female fox that'd called him, he grabbed a plate and fork, he was going to start eating but noticed the stare of the Keno sitting on the couch. He gave him a smile making the shy boy cover his face and look away. Scourge chuckled and took a bite of his cake. Scourge felt slim arms wrap around his torso. Suddenly he lost his appetite. "What Fiona?" He asked with a sigh.
Her name left a foul taste on his tongue. She let go and whined. "Aw, how'd you guess it was me?" She asked. "Your voice gives me a headache." She ignored what he'd said and smiled. I'll just eat outside.
It's too crowded in here anyway. He thought. He grabbed his plate and was going to leave, but she blocked the way. "Who was that guy you were talking to? He was cute." She asked. "I'm not telling you shit.
Now move." He growled. Fiona faked a pout. "Come on, you can tell me. We're friends right?" Scourge had to keep himself from doing something he'd regret. He was going to speak but Rouge interrupted him.
"Hey, Fiona would you mind helping me with the pool?" She asked. "Sure." She said and walked away with the bat. Rouge turned around and gave him a look. "Thanks," He mouthed.
She nodded and gave him a smile.
He sat his plate down and walked over to the couch standing in front of the male who was rubbing Silver. "Wanna step outside?" He asked. "Uh, sure." He looked down at Silver murmured a soft sorry and followed Scourge outside. Scourge closed the door behind him. Scourge sighed softly from the cold autumn air.
Mao looked up at the leaves smiling. "I can't wait for summer." Scourge snorted. "Really? Fall's better, the leaves are beautiful this time around. And I like the cold." Mao smiled.
"Then you'd like it in Bellum." Scourge turned to the male. "Bellum? Is that some new country I haven't heard of?" Mao snorted. "Somewhat.
The leaves are red all year long, except winter of course. The leaves are white. And it's the perfect time to start a new training session for warriors." Scourge leaned on the railing interested in what he was talking about. "Can you tell me more?" Mao nodded and started to walk down the stairs. "Come on, let's go for a walk.
I'll tell you while we walk." Scourge stuffed his hands in his pockets and walked beside the tall male as they left the house.
Bonus:
Sonic walked up to Rouge who was talking with Silver, looking for Mao. "Hey, where's Mao?" He asked. Silver turned to him and smiled. "Oh, he went on a walk with Scourge." He said. "Scourge?"
He asked in disbelief. "Who knew Scourge liked to take walks?" He mumbled. "And with a cute boy at that." Silver and Sonic nodded in agreement. Rouge chuckled. Sonic was openly gay, yet somehow Amy doesn't pick up on that.
And he'd helped Silver to discover his sexuality as well! Silver had even shared his first kiss with Sonic. "You ever wondered what Shadow's sexuality is?" Silver suddenly asked. Rouge and Sonic shared a look. "Yep!" Rouge grinned deviously. "Let's find out!"
I don't know why I can just imagine Rouge and Sonic being bad influences on Silver lmao.
I have no clue who Fiona is, but for drama, I need her to be a bad guy. (Or girl— Oh wait nevermind, that sounds wrong—)
I hope this was enjoyable :D
