Rachel agreed to watch the kids, she was unsure why but Maddie was her sister and so she agreed to let the three boys stay for a few hours.

They went to the park and sighed as she found a bench to sit on.

"Mom can I play with Sonic and his two new friends, please mom." Jojo asked as she held a basketball andgav pleeding eyes.

Rachel just nodded "Sure sure but you best be careful"

Jojo smiled and ran back to where Sonic,Tails and Knuckles were. "She said yes,we can play!I can teach you how to play Basketball"

Knuckles tilts his head "Basket of ball? Do we run around baskets in this game?"

Sonic rolled his eyes "No, you try to get the ball into the basket up there"He pionts to the hoop"Buty you can't get too close as you do it."

Tails watches "I never seen Basketball before, sounds neat"

Jojo just chuckled "Knuckles is funny,I like him." She goes to throw the ball towards the basket and almost makes it.."Awww...ok someoen else's turn"

Knuckles hmmms as he looks at the ball and the basket and tosses the ball, missing by a lot and hmmphs as he pouts.

Tails goes to get the ball, he flies up and throws it in the basket and smiles "Ya, this is fun"

"Hey no fair,no flying allowed Tails" Sonic said as he watched Tails.

Jojo just smiled "That was cool, he flies with his tails..thats so cool"

Rachel watched from the bench quietly and then her phone rang, so she answered it "Hello...what no..no Randall I don't want to speak to you right now...I'm still upset with you."

Knuckles tried the basket again and this time almost made it.

Sonic nods "So close.."He throws the ball and it boucnes off the rim,the hedgehog pouts as he sits on the ground.

Tails tries again,but misses as he then shrugs "Oh wel,this is usually a good game for taller people I heard"

Jojo smiles "Anyone can play Basketball, even short people" She tosses the ball,barely misses and the ball bouces along and towards the road. "I'll get it!" Jojo rans off to get the ball, she lloks both ways and then into the road.

A car, not paying attention to where they are going comes speeding down the same road, the same road Jojo is driver looks up and gasps,he slows some but ends up hitting Jojo. He then panics and backs the car up and speeds off without even seeing if Jojo is alright.

Knuckles hears the car slow and looks towards the road "Oh no...what they did not stop!"His anger makes red light ance around him and he then charges after the car"You hit a child!"

Sonic gasps and speeds over to Jojo "Jojo!"

Tails frowns and shivers, then remembes he has a phone and calls 911 quickly.

Rachel looks up, drops her own phone "Jojo?..."She watches the car speed away and Knuckles speed after the car and then runs "Jojo! Baby!" She gets to her daughter"Baby...sweetheart...ohhh"

Jojo groans, she has a gash on her shoulder and her leg is seriously bruised,she goes to move it and starts to cry in is alive but could of been hurt so much worth."My leg...it hurts..."

Meanwhile knuckles catches up to the car and punches the back of it "Stop this car at once villian!"

The guy in the car screams as the car is slowed by the punch, he manages to get a fw more feet away before crashing into a limps out of the car and looks back at Knuckles in terror and pulls out a gun,"Get away from me!"He fires off a couple shots.

Back by the park Tails lands by the others "I called 911...watch else do I do?"

Sonic stays by Jojo's side "Its ok...breath in and out..umm"He frowns "Call mom and dad and...where is Knuckles?"

Rachel speaks "He went after the car"She says in a sort of trance,then shakes her head "Yes call Maddie and Tom please."She looks at Jojo"Stay still honey,ok...and Sonic"She looks at the hedgehog"Go find..Knuckles was it?...who ever is in that car is possible dangerous...we need the police to go after that car"

Sonic nods and speeds off the direction he seen knuckles go.

Knuckles tenses up as one shot hits him,one grazes his growls and goes to tackle the guyto the ground.

The guy screams and tries to limp off, only to get tackled and kick Knuckles to the side as he breaths heavely. He stabds and goes to aim his gun at Knuckles again when...

"Freeze hands on your head right now! Drop the gun!" The voice belongs to Wade. He goes to hand cuff the guy right away after the gun is droped and glaces at Knuckles "Hey...you ok there buddy?"

Knuckles grunts and passes out, a bad bleeding wound on his leg pours blood. Its about this time Sonuic finds them and quickly rushes to Knuckles,holds pressure to the wound and looks at Wade. In Sonic's eyes are worry,fear,shock.

AT the park the amulance comes and takes Rachel and Jojo to the hosipal. Tails looks around and frowns as he is unsure what to do.

Soon tom comes hurrying over to Tails "Tails...you ok, what happen?"He looks around "Where is Sonic and Knuckles"

Tails frowns "I don't know...and a car hit Jojo and then speed off, knuckles went after the car and then Rahel told Sonic to find Knuckls and the ambalance just took Jojo to the hosipal"He clings ontop Tom as he starts to cry "Is she gonna be ok?"

Tom picks up Tails "I hope so bud.."His phone rings as he carries Tails to the car.."Ok ok slow down Wade...Knuckles was What!...ok,ok...I have Tails with me, yeah...yeah meet you at the clinc"He glaces down at Tails paleing some "Knuckles got shot,Sonic and Wade is geting him to the Vet clinic, let's go"

Tails quickly gets into the back of the car as he and Tom quickly head to the vet clinic as fast as they can,lighs flashing on the police car.
