Sonic opens the door and finds Sally seated by the chair, "Are you a customer here?" "No, I wanted to talk with you." "All right." Sonic seated across Sally, "I'll introduce myself. My name's Sally Acorn, and I have heard about you, Sonic the Hedgehog." Sonic was surprised, "Wait, how do you my name?" "You're friend Sticks tell me." Sonic looked at Sticks, and she didn't care.

"So, why did you want to talk with me?" Sally crossed her hands, "It's my father... he wanted you to join the Freedom Fighters." "W-Wait, so you're father is-" "That's right, Maxmillian Acorn, the king of Great Mobius Island.. is my father."

Sonic was surprised and snapped out of it, "Why does the king want me to join them?" "He saw your potential since your appearance at Racing Island."

Sonic remembers it, "Right, I remember." "So, do you like to join us?" Sonic thinks about it and decide on the answer, "Can my friends join too?" Sally nodded, "Then it's settled. I'll join." "Great, thank you for your cooperation." Sonic nodded.

Sally stands up and heads toward the door, "So, you are head back?" "Yeah, I need to check on my team." Sonic nodded, "Good luck." "Thanks."

Sally leaves the shop, leaving Sonic, Stick, Tails, and Tay. "Guys!" Tails came out of the room, wearing green shoes, a green armband, and goggles, "How do I look?" "Not bad, Tails!" Tails smiled.

"You better thank me for that." Tay crossed his hand, "I know, I know." Tails' tummy grumbles, "I'll start making us some dinner." "Great!" Tay quickly heads to the kitchen, making them dinner.

Sally heads to the inn for relaxing, "Nicole, how's the expedition?" "It's going smoothly, Sally. How's the talk with the blue Mobian?" Sally smiled at the answer, "He accepted it as long as his friends are joining too." "Great, I'll go tell, Rotor." Nicole hangs up the call and talks with Rotor.

Sally lays on the bed and takes a rest, 'I need this rest.' She quickly slept on the bed and will wake up tomorrow.

"Man, that breakfast was good." "Yeah." They walked around the square, "You sure you're okay going with us?" Sticks smiled, "Of course, after all, I wanted a fun adventure." They smiled at that, suddenly they heard an explosion, "What's going on?"

Sonic felt the wind and felt the danger, "Trouble." Sonic quickly runs to the Casino, "S-Sonic, wait up!" Tails and Sticks run, trying to catch up with Sonic.

Sally saw the commotion, "Nicole, there had been an attack at Casino Night." "Got it. I'll send reinforcements." Sally hangs up the call and heads to the Night Casino.

West Side Island, Casino Night

Sonic runs to the Night Casino until he sees a security guard, "What happened?" He helped him get up, "I don't know, something must have hacked the security system." "Sonic!" He saw Tails and Sticks catching up with him, "Do you know anything that they want?"

"I don't know. One of the guests brought a Chaos Emerald to this place." "And you didn't stop him?" He shook his head, "It was the owner's idea for keeping it here." Sonic was about to punch him but decided to let it slide, "Go, take a rest. We'll handle things here." "T-Thank you."

Sonic nodded, and they quickly entered the gate. Once in, they saw how bright and neon the place was, "What could Eggman want in this place?" "The guard told me a Chaos Emerald was here." They were surprised, "Seriously?!" "He's telling the truth." They saw Sally walking towards them, "There's a report of a Chaos Emerald being in this casino."

Tails looked around, "We should hurry before Eggman escape?" "Eggman?" Sonic realized Sally doesn't know him, "Dr. Robotnik." Sally understands it and tries to hold her laugh, "You coming?" "Y-Yeah." Three of them quickly left.

In Sally's thought, 'Sonic, you jokester!' Sally clears her throat and follows Sonic, Sticks, and Tails.

Sticks swing around the place, and Sally is climbing up, "I admit, you're good." And Sticks smiled, "Thanks." She took out her boomerang and threw it at the Badniks, "My turn." Sally actives her Ring-Blades and slashed the robots, "Can I have one of those?" Sticks asked, "You might need some help on that."

Sonic and Tails running around finding Eggman, "What are these?" Sonic touched them and got blasted off, "Wooooah!" "Sonic!" Tails immediately fly, trying to find Sonic.

"Oof!" Sonic landed on his face, "How far did it send me?" Sonic looked at the distance and saw it flew him, "-whistle- That some feet." "Sonic, you all right?" Sonic nodded, "I think we better keep moving." "Right." Sonic and Tails continue moving forward while still being blasted off.

Sally and Sticks catch up with Sonic and Tails, "There you two are." They saw that they had taken a deep breath, "What happened?" "We... got... blasted off... by those... springs!" Sonic coughs after speaking tiredly, "I never expected to be this tiring, Sonic!" They saw Eggman riding in his aircraft, "Dr. Robotnik, hand over the Chaos Emerald."

"Oh, you mean this?" He showed them the Green Chaos Emerald with a drawing of a plant, "Shoot... he got to it first!" "Well, I love to stay and fight, but I have a business to attend." He snaps his fingers, summoning his badnik, "E-100 Alpha, go!" The robot begins attacking them, letting Eggman escape.

"Wait!" But Alpha didn't let Sonic past. Tails Spin Dash at Alpha, pushing it away, "Take this!" Sticks throw her boomerang, causing Alpha to be dizzy, "Hm!" Sally attacks it with her Ring-Blades.

Tails then threw his Dummy Rings at it, leaving Sonic an opening to an attack. He then begins to Spin Dash but longer. And then he let his body crash into Alpha, causing more damage to the body. Sally then charges in with her Cyan Ring Blades.

She slashed the arms and then impaled it into its head, "Now, Sonic." "Yeah." Sonic quickly Homing Attack the noggin five times, causing the robot to explode.

The flicky came out of the capsule and ran away, "I guess it's scared of us." "Yeah." "Captain Sally!" They turned, and one of the members of Freedom Fighters came, "We evacuated all of the people from the casino." "Good, make sure they're stable." "Yes, ma'am." He quickly heads back.

"Where do you think Eggman is hiding?" Sonic wonders about it, "He's probably headed where nobody would be there." "Hey, Sally, think we can go ahead?" Sally looked at Sonic, "All right, you guys go ahead. Don't forget this." She handed them the communicators, "It will tell us where you guys are right now." "Right, see you."

They quickly left and moved forward to find Eggman.

West Side Island, Oil Ocean

Eggman arrived at his base in his aircraft and landed, "Now, time to insert this." He put the Chaos Emerald, and the machine is quickly running smoothly, "Great. Computer, I want you to make a robot copy of Sonic."

The computer analyzed the data of Sonic that the Spy-Cams caught, "This should be good. Now, time to look at the slaves." He type keyboards in the computer and saw 15 Mobians are working, and 30 of them in their cells.

He smiles evilly for the things he has, "Let's see if you can stop me, Sonic." He looked at the plans for Project Death Egg.
