A/N: Sorry for the hiatus for two weeks. But my Practice Exam is finally over. Now, I could post a story and created a new one right away. But something nagging me, do you guys want me to create a Q&A on my next story (even though it's too early for that now)?

West Side Island, Mystic Cave

In the cave, Sonic, Tails, and Sticks are heading towards the other side of the mine, "Something tells me that Eggman must have escaped on the other side." "Yeah, he must have put a secret passage before we found it." They arrived at the other side and found a dead end.

"Tails, think you can do your thing." "I'm on it." Tails scanned the walls and found a thing off, "There." Sonic knocked on it and found its hollow. He punched it, revealing a passage, "We should head over there." "Guys, I need to head back home." They looked at Tails, "You lived on this island?"

"Yeah, there's something there I can use." Sonic smiled, "All right, you better be back." Tails smiled, "Thank you for trusting me, Sonic." He nodded, and they saw Tails leaving, "You okay with this?" "Yeah, after all, he might have something useful at his house."

She nodded and followed the passage.

West Side Island, Oil Ocean

They get out and find that they're in an industry with lots of oil, "Is this an industry?" Sticks sniff out and find it awful, "Ugh, it so stinks!" "That's probably because of the oil."

Sonic pointed the oil by the bottom, "So, this is what Eggman created?" "You're right." They turned and saw Sally with another chipmunk Mobian.

"Hey, Sally." "Hey." She then notices Tails isn't there, "Where's Tails?" "Right, he needs to come back home because he had something useful." "I see."

Sticks looked at Mobian Coyote with blond hair wearing a blue vest with red blazing, red shoes, white gloves, and a sword, "Who are you?"

He looked at Sticks and bowed, "I'm Antoine D'coolette, and I'm the princess's bodyguard." Sonic and Sticks nodded, "He's coming along since this is Egg- I mean Robotnik's base of operations."

"Did you find anything interested while you two were here?" Sally nodded, "Nicole found the last Chaos Emerald by that building over there." Sally pointed to the building with a lot of smoke, "Wait, who's Nicole?"

She immediately calls Sticks by her communicator, "Hehehe, someone calling me?" Sticks and Sonic were surprised by the timing, "Did you hear our conversation?" She smiled, "Maybe~." "She's a Holo-Lynx, so she can hack anything that's technology."

Sonic and Sticks nodded but didn't understand, "Should we get going? The emeralds won't be sitting all the time." "Agree, let'z go." They quickly headed to the building to get the last emerald.

Sally and Sticks swing around or jump from the obstacles, while Sonic and Antoine run while in the same place, "You managed to keep up, want a race?" "Noun not is a good time." Sonic grumbled, "Party-pooper." Sonic jumped and grinds on the rail.

He Homing Attack the coming Badniks, "Hehehe." He quickly runs forward, destroying the Badniks along the way. Sonic noticed Antoine destroys multiple robots with his sword style, 'Impressive.'

They arrived at the building and see oil leaking, "We should head in." "Yeah." They head in and see it's a mess inside, "Looks like Eggman didn't have time to clean it up."

"Yeah." Sticks notice a puddle of oil, "I wonder what's all of this oil for." "You're right. He might be planning something big." Sally notices a computer and logs.

She keyboards the computer, revealing an encrypted file, "Nicole, can you hack it?" "Of course." Nicole hacked the file and exposed something big, "Guys, I found something." They got the attention, "What did you find?" "There's a blueprint on a project he'd been working on."

She showed them a file of Project Death Egg, "Project Death Egg?" Sally opens it, revealing that it's a space station that will launch, "So that's a Death Egg?" "He's a real cuckoo." It exposes that the Chaos Emerald and the oil are used to power the Death Egg, "So, he's using Chaos Emeralds for the source..." "... and the oil is his back-up supply."

"We need to go. We don't know if that space station will launch very soon." They nodded, "I'll stay and keep tabs on here." Sally said, "Then I'll stay here too." Antoine said, "All right, good luck, you two." Both Sticks and Sonic leave Sally and Antoine by the building and head to the launch.

They quickly run, finding the launch site for the Death Egg. Suddenly they heard a laugh, "Well, I never expected you to be here so quickly."

They saw Eggman in his aircraft, "Honestly, you should've seen this coming. Now, we know your plans for the Death Egg, so where is it?" He grins at Sonic's question, "Well, somebody had done their homework. But I won't tell you, but maybe these guys do." He snaps his fingers.

They saw a robot version of the Mobian, "Copies, Eggman?" "No, they're actual Mobians." Sonic and Sticks were surprised, "You're joking us, right?" "Oh hohohoho. No, I'm not. I've roboticized all slaves of Mobians that I have."

Sonic and Sticks grumbled, "Well then, I had to go. Toodles!" He quickly left, "Wait!" But he was blocked by the roboticized Mobian, "Sonic, go on ahead." "Sticks, you're sure?"

She smiled, "Don't worry, an adventurer won't give up. Also, here." She gave Sonic the two Chaos Emeralds she had. Sonic smiled on that, "All right, good luck." He jumps and continues chasing Eggman.

Sticks hold the Mobians back with her boomerang and her fist, "Sorry about this." She punched one of them in the face and kicked one of them in the chest. She was about to continue until they were paralyzed by something, "Looks like I made it." She turned to see Bunnie, "Bunnie!" She smiled and helped Sticks.

"Do you... know about this?" "Yeah, we know they're roboticized, and we're working on curing them." They see they were carried by one of the members, "How did Eggman get a hold of this?" She sighed, "He... maybe Sally will explain to you later." Sticks nodded, knowing that's something personal.

West Side Island, Emerald Hill

Tails made it to his house and checked inside, "I hope it's ready." He went down and found the plane he's worked on last week.

It had a red color scheme with silver color on its wings and the tail of the plane. Both sides had Gatling guns, each loaded with bullets and missiles in them.

"All right." He jumped in and started the engine. The door opens automatically for the plane to fly "I'm coming, guys!" He quickly flies his plane to where Sonic and Sticks are.

A/N: All right, so, Antoine's design is drawloverlala's design on DeviantArt, but Nicole is still in voice-over, so I'm not showing her yet. And yes, it might be stupid to send Tails like that. But how am I supposed to explain the Tornado's appearance?
