Here we go with another fresh chapter :3 no there's nothing too zesty if you know what I mean lol, anyways ENJOY!.

Like said in the last chapter, Shadow had walked into the bathroom to clean the little mess him and Sonic had made in the shower no too long ago. It took a few minutes but Shadow had cleaned all of it up. Meanwhile after Shadow had got done with that job he headed downstairs to have some breakfast.

Shadow inhaled deeply with the smell of fresh coffee boiling in the coffee maker. Shadow had loved the smell of coffee, he thought of crisp mornings and rain every time he smelt coffee. He continued walking downstairs to spot Sonic in the kitchen attempting to make pancakes.

"I see someone is pitching in?"

Said Shadow as he walked over to Sonic to see how the pancakes were going.

"Well I mean, I-I'm trying"

Said Sonic as he chuckled while attempting to flip a pancake. But with all that said, he failed at it. The pancake flopped over and folded. Sonic wasn't so pleased but I mean, it's just a pancake.

"Hon, you are not very good at this. Pass me the spatula"

Said Shadow as he took the spatula from Sonic, Shadow always was very experienced at making breakfast. He is usually the one to cook. Shadow flipped the pancake onto the plate without hesitation. He had landed it perfectly. Sonic crossed his arms and stamped his foot up and down with a funny look on his face.

"Come on, you can't be that pissed at a pancake. Besides, you flipped mine perfectly."

Said Shadow as he rushed over to the perfectly flipped pancake. Sonic had no choice but to shake his head and smile. The two sat down and enjoyed their breakfast, some chatter shoved in every other bite. Sonic had got done his breakfast first, like usual, and rinsed up the dishes. When Shadow was finished he took his plate and rinsed it up. Sonic then walked over to the couch me flopped down.

Shadow had no choice but to go and sit down with Sonic on the couch. He was still a but tired, he didn't sleep very well last night. But, he still felt as had he had more energy then usual. Well enough of being out of the energy stuff. Shadow had pushed all the sleeping thoughts to the back of his mind. He slumped back onto the couch and sighed.

"What's wrong Shads?"

Asked Sonic while looking at Shadow.

"Well, my sleep hasn't been so good lately, and I don't know why."

Sonic looked at Shadow with a confused daze and spoke.

"Well, maybe it's stress?. Ya know, we kinda came out not too long ago and told everyone we have been a thing for awhile. I wouldn't worry too much hon, I guarantee you will get over it soon. Plus, Miles is still a brotherly figure to me, and I'm still his older brother. Me being gay didn't affect our bond together one bit. He just knows that.. woman don't appeal to me as much anymore, and me and Sally still have a bond!. Just not a couple type bond. Everyone that was there for me and you before they knew we were gay, are still with us!. So, if you are stressed or nervous about anything. Don't be babe, it's all behind now."

Sonic said while putting his hand on his boyfriends shoulder and patting it gently. Shadow looked to him and smiled.

"so I guess you are my therapist now."

Chuckled Shadow while getting up off of the sofa.

"I will be your therapist"

Said Sonic with a grin and a chuckle. Shadow shook his head at his boyfriends antics and smiled. Sonic had gotten up and turned off the television and walked towards the door.

"Hey Shads!, speaking of Miles, I think I'm gonna go pay him a quick visit. If that's okay with you."

Sonic asked politely while leaning on the door.

"Sonic, he's your brother. Of course you can go see him, it's not like I'm gonna keep you away from a basic family member."

Said Shadow as he walked over to Sonic and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Sonic smiled and opened the door.

"I'll see ya later babe"

Said Sonic walking out the door

"Oh yea, tell Miles I said hi!"

Said Shadow as he looked at Sonic. Sonic nodded and smiled. He then shut the door and went for a little walk to Miles's house.
