By nightfall, the scene will now transition into the Next-Understructure that is located underneath the Capital of Saphirius. The Next-Understructures are similar to the Understructures that the old DIC used, but larger to allow for more space for the Confederations' civilians. Here, many helicopters circle around several huge buildings, to which inside them, several news reporters comment about the current situation below in the streets. They speak.
News Reporter Lady #1
...And now, virtually all citizens within the Capitals' Next-Understructure have abandoned their homes and are waiting out in the streets-all desperately waiting for their chance to board the Saviour Ships.
The female News Reporter says, as her helicopter flies overhead. She continues.

The Saviour Ships are capable of carrying all civilians and taking them to the planet Schirra, which is located after the Ascension-controlled planet Grissom. However, while that alone is seen as the biggest hurdle, many other civilians fear that the biggest threat will come from their own friends and neighbors-as tensions are running high at the sheer stress of the current situation-especially now that we are rushing to get everyone onboard the Saviour Ships.
The News Reporter says, as now the scene transitions to the streets below. Millions of civilians are seen to be packed in the streets, carrying everything they can towards the Saviour Ships.
At the same time, thousands of police and armed military personal will be seen to be directing the civilians using megaphones. Their faces will be seen to be that of desperation, as they shiver with fear and anticipation while they direct the civilians this-

Attention all civilians! We are authorized to use deadly force should any of you decide to instigate ANY sort of chaos during the week that we have to load all of you into the Saviour Ships!

So long as you all remain calm and do not give into panic, we can assure you that ALL of you will make it onto the Saviour Ships unharmed! Those that do wish to cause panic will either be shot with lethal force or detained until we reach the planet Schirra!

Please remember to keep your "Social Tickets" with you at all times, as if you don't have it, you and whomever you are currently with will have to wait until the final 2 days to board the Saviour Ships! Even if you've lost your Social Tickets, we can again assure you that you and your families will get onboard, as we do have enough "Self-Contained Modular Units" for everyone!

As the armed military personal say this, everyone within the Capital if Saphirius's Next-Understructure are seen to quietly-and carefully-obey the rules laid out for them. As they proceed closer and closer to the Saviour Ships, the area that they go towards is a massive open airport-type of building. Inside, the entire place is packed with people-many of whom carry families, pets and many children, along with whatever luggage they can take with them. The sounds of crying babies and children are heard all over, as a seemingly random family with a lot of luggage then gets to the front of one of the many lines of people. They approach the front counters by the hundreds, to which as they approach, the person on the other side speaks to them.

The woman with four children then weakly hands her Social Ticket over to the Representative, while her oldest daughter is struggling to hold onto her mother's baby in her left arm-while she also holds onto her mother's free hand. The mother has two more children clinging onto her skirt-who are seen to be half asleep, as they must've been standing in line for hours before now. Back with the Civilian Representative, she then gets to work on her computer.

...Originally you and your family were supposed to arrive after 14 more days-but with the new situation this "Ticket Number" doesn't matter anymore...

The Rep mutters this, as she types quickly on her keyboard. The Civilian Representative is then shown to have a lot of instructions on how to operate the computer in front of her, indicating that she is a new employee and doesn't have that much experience with the equipment. She rushes through a lot of the procedures not just because of stress of the current situation, but because she is inexperienced with the system, to which on the screen before her, it's clear that the people in front of her are supposed to get their own SCMU-but the lady makes the mistake of piling them up with another already full SCMU. Both the woman and her oldest daughter stay quiet to this, as they have to believe that the lady knows what she's doing-until the lady is finished with her work. The Rep now speaks with a quick smile on her face to the Woman with the two children below her.

Just as the woman and her daughter are about to leave, the lady speaks again-seemingly realizing her mistake and trying to fix it by saying-

Oh, and don't worry about the people already inside of the SCMU. Once we retake Mainland, we'll reposition you and your family to get another SCMU to yourself, as we are rushing to get all of you onboard right now.

With that, the woman now takes her belongings-while also having her three young children help her-towards the back area. As they go, the children struggle a little, but their mother is patient-even with armed Military personal looking towards them. They then get to the back area, where it is now reveled to be similar to a enormous elevator system-one that connects directly to the Saviour Ships behind them. The SCMUs are seen to be raising out of the ground in front of everyone, to which they will then be loaded up into the Saviour Ships.
After this is shown, the Woman with 4 children gets to her SCMU, to which it opens to revel-

Now, it is revealed that the SCMU already has another group of people inside of it-4 older gentlemen. The sight of these men inside of the SCMU causes the mother to pause, as she now becomes very fearful.

As the mother now stares at the men inside, her daughter then speaks, in a foul tone-as the men inside quietly watch, wondering what the Teenager will do.

Now shocked back into reality, the mother now realizes that there are more people coming up behind her, along with several military personal watching them-with their guns at the ready. Thus, the female Teenager then takes the lead and then gets in with her mother's baby, to which the mother then speaks.

Ah-oh, of course. Please forgive me...come along now, children...

The children now reluctantly agree and follow their mother and older sister. They bring in all of their luggage, to which as they get inside, the SCMU then closes. Afterwards, the SCMU is then raised up on the elevator system and then brought into the Saviour Ship.
As the scene then transitions once more, back on the Blue Aphrodite, Chairwoman Francoise is seen to be having a private meeting with Divitiya in her personal quarters. Divitiya speaks.

...Is this information true, Chairwoman Francoise?!
Divitiya asks, to which Chairwoman Francoise replies to her.
Chairwoman Francoise Luisant
Indeed it is, Divitiya. We've once again managed to intercept another communication from our little spy onboard earlier today. We've been able to confirm that the entire operation of moving Mainland closer to the planet Gleen is just a diversion-set up by the Ascension.

They are just moving it to scare us into rushing our response to them, as they fully intend on stopping it before it crashes into the Confederation. The spy-Noah...also mentioned that the Ascension want you specifically, as they will be sending most of their forces to bring you to one of their Dreadnoughts-possibly the very one that just attacked the Capital yesterday.

Behind Divitiya's mask, she is seen to accept her fate-that she will have to confront the Ascension once more. Chairwoman Francoise is then seen to be worried about something, but she then continues to speak.

...As the Tyranny ErotiCake will be the Ascension's main target, in order to make sure that neither Perle nor Sabrina suffer in any way, I will allow for you to engage the second secret feature-if you need it.

Chairwoman Francoise says this with commitment in her tone, as before her on her table she has a projection of how the battle will play out. Divitiya's mask reflects the images that the two see, as she then reacts to the images that play before her.

Divitiya asks, questioningly, to which Chairwoman Francoise replies with-

Indeed. While under normal circumstances we'd crush the Ascension and RF without breaking a sweat, now that most of the population is terrified that Mainland is about to crash into the Confederation, we'll have to let them believe that for the entirety of this operation. Should we play into the Ascension's hands and come out on top, that will then guarantee that Consumers will come to accept you and the other three "Genetically Created" races in the near future.

By informing the Confederation with the media just before we begin L-Day that you will be working with Perle and Sabrina in the Tyranny ErotiCake to defend us against the Ascension, when the battle begins, I'll have the media show you fighting hard to protect everyone in the Saviour Ships-which will inform them that you, nor the others will be a threat moving forward.

By seeing your struggle and how gallantly you will fight against the Ascension, the minds of the people will become relaxed, causing them to come and accept you through your actions-not through my words, which is the most effective way to convince the people. Once we've retaken Mainland, that is when I will officially revel you true self to the masses, where we will see if my reasoning here will bear fruit.

Precisely, my good friend. But that revel will only depend on your contributions during this next battle, as this is the moment that is the most critical. I am highly confident that you will not disappoint me-or anyone else who has trusted you up until this point.
Chairwoman Francoise says this with a gentle smile on her face, to which Divitiya responds in kind.

After Divitiya says this, Chairwoman Francoise then finishes the conversation.

...Now then...the real problem will be the RF, as the spy did mention that they will be participating in the battle and that they will be stationed around Mainland. That means that Ginnette, my mother Rohais and Cassandra will be dealing with them, while I'll handle the Ascension with my fleet.

While the RF might be capable, their numbers are far less than even a fraction of our overall forces-and even less than what the Ascension are about to mobilize. Should we be worried about such small numbers, Chairwoman Francoise?

Francoise takes a moment to think about Divitiya's comment. She then speaks.

I would place them as being more of a threat when compared to the Ascension, my friend. Especially since we haven't seen them in over 18 years, and Noah didn't mention anything else about them.

Chairwoman Francoise then finishes with this.

I'll tell the three of them to detail all observations in the upcoming battle, as we can then use that information to be more prepared ourselves in the future.
After saying this, Divitiya will then speak.

Alright. I'll go ahead and get ready for that media showing, then.
Divitiya says, as she then turns to leave the room. Chairwoman Francoise then tells her as she's leaving-

...Be ready for lots of flashing lights by the final day, my friend, as the media will want to take plenty of pictures of you...especially in that bodysuit.

With that, the scene will then transition once more.
Elsewhere, inside one of the many private hangers, both Perle and Sarbina are seen to be sitting down in front of the Tyranny ErotiCake. The two will be silently watching something on their phones, to which as they watch, their faces will be seen to be sad and scared.

Then, behind the two, a door will open, to which in will walk in Bijou, Chole, Noah and Isaac. Bijou then speaks out to Perle.

Bijou will say this, worryingly, as she will be concerned about her daughter. Perle nor Sabrina respond, prompting the four to come a little closer to them.

Now close enough to Perle and Sabrina, the four will now hear what it is that both Perle and Sabrina are listening to. On their phones, the sounds of people screaming and shouting at the top of their lungs will play out.

As the people scream in the streets, it will now be seen that Perle and Sabrina are watching the news in another part of the Confederation. In a nation called Jaenelle, the people there will be fighting against the police and military in the streets. As the fighting happens, the police and military will use force to quell the attacking civilians, to which as this horrible scene plays out, Perle will then speak.

Attention all civilians! Those who wish to board the Saviour Ships in a calm and orderly manner are to make their way to the Boarding Stations at once! Ignore those who wish to give into despair, if you don't wish to die before we've even tried to leave this planet!

We have enough ships and rations for EVERYONE to make the journey to the planet Schirra! Cease your attacks and get onto the damn Saviour Ships in a peaceful manner already!
The police and Military personal say, as they continue to shoot tear gas and rubber bullets into the crowds of people. Their attacks cause those who are attacking to fall onto the ground, as some lay in small pools of their own blood. The people continue to scream and continue to riot in the streets, as all around the city's vandalism, fights and utter chaos play out-while those who wish to get onto the Saviour Ships struggle to make it to the Boarding Stations.

As the scene plays out, both Perle and Sabrina will then turn off their phones, as they now look very depressed about the situation. Perle then speaks.

...That's what is going on in Jaenelle, where Ginnette is right now. Even though she told everyone over there many times while we were building the Saviour Ships that we could make the journey with what we had left...people are still fighting and even killing each other over there...

It's gotten even worse in Emarellia, as one of the Saviour Ships over there was just damaged...

Faced with this predicament, Bijou then looks serious, as she then kneels down to her daughter. Noah does the same, while Chole and Isacc kneel next to Sabrina, to which Bijou then speaks.

Now with Bijou pleading to both Perle and Sabrina, they weakly turn their heads to listen to Bijou. She begins-

You see...what's currently happening in Jaenelle is an example of how people's fears are forcing them to act in such a way. Even though we have enough Saviour Ships and rations to make the journey, people have been afraid of the Ascension ever since they destroyed the DIC-even though I'm sure that even the Ascension would never outright destroy the Confederation because...my mother is on Mainland.

When we begin L-Day, the entirety of the Confederation will be making a one-way trip to another planet-for the first time in our history. Such a mass relocation has never been attempted ever, so when we begin this journey, things for those people are going to get even more stressful, as they will have to endure the same kinds of terrible events that are happening right now-but then in a much tighter space.

In the Saviour ships, and maybe even in the military, the stage will be set for even more hardships to occur, as forcing Humanity to live in an extremely enclosed space for nearly 4 months will be an incredibly stressful and taxing relationship-one that could make the actions of those that you've seen on your phones seem trivial in comparison.

Noah then speaks up.

...That's why, as we make this journey, eventually the two of you will have to start maturing so as to avoid the horrors that this kind of situation will bring. Even though we are on ships that are owned by the Luisants-and thus separated from the regular military and civilian ships, many people onboard the Hydra Noon and Blue Aphrodite have civilian families that will be forced to live on those ships until we reach Schirra.

And while there are measures to ensure the safety of every civilian...we are already hearing rumors of some people who will do anything they can to get as much food as they want for themselves when they start living on the Saviour Ships...absolutely anything...

Noah says this, hinting that while there are enough resources to get everyone to the planet Schirra, the rations may not be enough for some people-which will possibly force them to ensure their own survival by ANY means. Perle flinches at the thought, to which Bijou then resumes.

...At least until we make it to Schirra, now is the time we must ask you two to please try to minimize this facade of yours-unless you are alone. There will be people who are under so much stress starting now at seeing their families in such dire situations, that they may come after you two and harm you in any way they please-should you keep acting as you have been up until now. We don't want to see that happen to either of you two...which is why we are telling you this.

With both Perle and Sabrina silently understanding the severity of the situation, Perle will now lower her head, as she then starts to talk-weakly.

...sniff...Why...why did it have to turn out this way...just last night, everyone was smiling and having a good time...but now...everyone is like a stranger-only caring for themselves...

While Perle cries, Sabrina looks just as sad about the situation, to which Bijou, Chole, Isaac and Noah all stay with their children-comforting them through this hard time. A scene transition then occurs, to which a week then passes by...
Now, one week later, the riots that occurred in Jaenelle will be shown to have ceased. Over there, the streets that were once seen to have people fighting against the police and military forces are all but deserted. Schools are empty; parks are abandoned; hospitals are empty and the homes that once had people in them will all be gone-save for the items that they could've carry with them into the Saviour ships. In Emarellia and Teshima, the same scenes play out briefly, to which as the scene then transitions back to Saphirius, deep below in the Next-Understructure, Chairwoman Francoise is then seen to be onboard one of the Saviour ships in the Next-Understructure. She approaches a type of communications center inside of the enormous ship, to which as she gets there, several monitors then light up around her, to which her message is then seen across all of the other Saviour ships around the Confederation. As many random civilians watch their screens, Chairwoman Francoise then speaks, while several persons in shadow are seen in the shadows.

...Greetings, people of the Confederation of Pioneering Uniforms. My name is Chairwoman Francoise, and I am pleased that all of you are here to accompany myself and over 1.6 billion other individuals on this grand journey to another planet in our TRAPPIST-1 solar system.

Chairwoman Francoise speaks proudly, as the civilians all watch from the SCMUs. Chairwoman Francoise continues.

First off, before we begin L-Day, there is a matter that was brought to my attention beforehand that I must address right now. This matter involves the idea that certain individuals here in the Confederation believed that there weren't enough rations for the civilians to last the entire journey to the planet Schirra, and that killing people in their homes before we even set foot off of this planet was the only solution-so as to ensure that there would be enough food for everyone during the four months it will take for us to get to Schirra.

While I will say that food has to be rationed for the civilians to a certain degree, what I can promise you all who are watching this broadcast is that should you follow the "Food Plan" that was discussed in great detail during the past decade, then we will have enough food for EVERY SINGLE PERSON who will be making this journey today.

The idea that there isn't enough food or that the only way to ensure that people get enough to eat was to kill your neighbors, brothers, sisters and in some cases even your own families is non-existent, as we personally ensured that there would be enough food for everyone living in the Confederation to make it to Schirra. And once we arrive, the "Neo-Seed" will have already been deployed there and will have begun creating a brand-new world for everyone, which will naturally come with food production facilities.

Thus...all you need do is be patient, like we've asked you to do all these years we poured our resources into creating the Saviour Ships, and follow the plans that we've already laid out for all of you as well. Should you do that, then I can once again guarantee that everyone will make it out of this ordeal alive and well fed.

Now, Chairwoman Francoise bows her body to everyone, to which the civilians respect. After this, Chairwoman Francoise repositions herself to continue speaking.

Moving on...in order to ensure that the situations that occurred in Jaenelle and Emarellia these past few days does not occur again-and to ease the stress of those who were personally affected by these tragic events, we will be issuing a state of Martial Law for all civilians living in the Saviour Ships-until we make it to Schirra. We are not doing this out of spite for what happened these past few days, as we take no sides in the matter. We are doing this only to ensure that every single person makes it to the planet Schirra-safely.

While some civilians are seen to become visibly angry at this announcement, many others are seen to breathe a sigh of relief-despite knowing of the ramifications of living under Martial Law. For most people, they will believe that living under Martial Law for the time being will ensure that they won't have anything to fear while traveling towards the planet Schirra. Chairwoman Francoise explains.

While living under Martial Law in the Saviour Ships, I will personally instruct our vast numbers of Next-AndroIs to ensure that everyone is kept safe at all times-especially during evening, nighttime and morning hours. They will ensure that everyone is staying attuned to their "food plan" and that no one-I repeat-NO ONE...ever believes that there isn't any hope in what we are doing. We have the means to make L-Day work...albeit a little bit early-but we just need to cooperate like we have done for the past 18 years. Should we do that once more moving forward today, we will all reap untold rewards. I promise you that right now.

While Chairwoman Francoise will truly mean what she says, the reality of the situation will be just too grim for some people, to which they will look desperate at the current situation. Chairwoman Francoise then shifts gears to then raise the mood by talking about the upcoming battle with the Ascension and RF.

...Now then, allow me to briefly discuss the upcoming battle with the Ascension, before we begin. Currently, the Ascension are bringing Mainland closer to the planet Gleen, like so...!
Now, Chairwoman Francoise shows an edited holographic map that showed the strategy that was shown a week ago. It is the same information as before-but now, the RF forces that were shown to be protecting Mainland will be classified as their own force-separate from the Ascensions forces.
Chairwoman Francoise continues speaking.

The Ascension and RF will be dividing their forces by an 50/50 split-with one side protecting Mainland, while the rest attack our starboard flank...like so.
Now, the flightpaths and suspected routes that the Ascension and RF will take are shown to the civilians. Chairwoman Francoise continues.

With nearly the entire Ascension's space fleet coming at us from our starboard side, I will be sending an equally sizeable fleet in retaliation to protect us from their forces. This fleet that I will be sending will be speared by two ships: the Hydra Noon and the Blue Aphrodite.

Now, with visual representation of the two ships, Chairwoman Francoise will now officially introduce the Tyranny ErotiCake to the masses.

While both of these ships are formidable in their own right, I will be personally allowing the Blue Aphrodite to send out a new ErotiCake called the "Tyranny ErotiCake", which will protect us from the entire Ascension's space fleet during the upcoming battle. I would also like to personally introduce you all to the three pilots that I have chosen to use this brand-new variant.

As Perle and Sabrina say this, they will be clearly nervous, as they are standing in extremely skimpy clothes with the entire Confederation now staring at them. As they speak, their parents and Charlotte are then seen elsewhere-inside the Liberty ErotiCake, talking to themselves.

After this is shown, back with Divitiya, the lights then come over her, reveling her in her bodysuit to the masses. Divitiya is as quiet as always.

Several random women will become jealous at this, to which back with Divitiya, behind her mask, her face will be slightly red, as she walks with a hint of embarrassment. Divitiya thinks to herself during this time.

As Divitiya thinks this, she then gets to the intended place and then begins speaking to the masses.

Divitiya says this with some embarrassment, as making such a proclamation before over 2.1 billion people is something that Divitiya has never done before. While sounding robotic, her intentions will reach the hearts of the civilians, to which their mentions can be heard now.

Chairwoman Francoise mentions this last part quickly, so that most people don't really hear what she says. Then, she finishes up by saying.

Immediately after saying this, the cameras in the room then fade away and the lights then return to normal, to which the area is then reveled to be the bridge of one of the Saviour Ships. Chairwoman Francoise then speaks after all of the cameras have disappeared to Perle, Sabrina and Divitiya.

With that, the screen then transitions to show Perle, Sabrina and Divitiya getting into the Tyranny ErotiCake, to which as they board, they then get a contact from Bijou in the Liberty ErotiCake.

Perle says, as she then moves the Tyranny ErotiCake out of the hanger. She then activates its Next-EffectPhase Fabric and flies upwards, to which as it does, the hanger doors then close behind her. Now outside, the Tyranny ErotiCake continues to fly upwards-towards a small opening in the ceiling of the Next-Understructure. A brief shot of the Next-Understructure area is shown, to which as the Tyranny ErotiCake enters into the passageway, it continues to rise upwards.

A few seconds later, the Tyranny ErotiCake then emerges from the passageway, flying upwards to see the Blue Aphrodite and Hydra Noon, now beginning to take off. As this occurs, Chole then speaks to Perle and Sabrina over the comms.

As they rise into the air, the Next-Curtain Barrier that has kept the Capital safe from the harmful ash storms outside will now be shown to rescind, as the situation is then explained by Phillip on the Hydra Noon.

Now, all across the Confederation, many other Saviour Ships are seen to be lifting off from their cities. As they go, their militaries all go with them, to which back in the Capital, both Heaven and Phillip get their ships moving, along with everyone else. They then rise into space, to which as they go, the chapter then ends with the revel of Mainland, steadily approaching the planet Gleen above.
"REVEL OF MAINLAND"
Now, the sheer size of Mainland will be reveled, to which at the front of the enormous superstructure, two peculiar Superior Weapons are seen-piloted by Howard and his wife Susan. They then depart from Mainland, to which as they do, the chapter then end.
