A few days after the battle to retake Mainland, the AA Space Fortress Neith will now be revealed. Here, within a section of the station, a more mature-looking pink-skined woman will be just leaving a room that has double doors. As she leaves, she quietly goes to a lounge area and approaches a vending machine. As she presses a button, the machine then starts to dispense the item...but-
Vending Machine
"Snap!" "Fizzle!"

...?!
As the woman takes a step back in suspicion, the machine then stops all noise, to which it then deposits three bottles of cold water. The woman then speaks, reveling that it is-

...Sigh...not again. That's the fifth time this vending machine has acted up this month!
The woman says in a slight huff, as she then goes ahead and takes all three cold water bottles in both of her hands. As she then takes them to a table nearby, she then sits down and opens up one of the water bottles.
"Crack!"

"Gulp".."Gulp".."Gulp"...Mmmm...
Noihs says, as she then puts the drink down. She then thinks to herself.

*We've come a long way ever since we first began studying SYSTEM-DESTINY-with the help from the RF. Now, we've managed to finally perfect our own prototype that is equal to SYSTEM-DESTINY in every aspect-perhaps even better.*

*However, while "SYSTEM-WAYFAYER" is almost ready to being its mandates, the Ascensions' ultimate goal of creating a superstructure capable of allowing for interplanetary exploration of planets outside of the TRAPPIST-1 solar system...is still out of our reach with our current level of technology. I'm sure those rumors of a new SEED being carried by the Confederation might be true, but until we have confirmation of that, we are stuck using the original SEED's level of tech. That alone just isn't enough for our future plans to move forward anymore than they have so far...and then there's the issue of the RF and the "other" agreement that we have to accept from...!*
Suddenly, Noihs notices that there are now two people very close by to her, to which she looks over to and sees. They are-

Excited to hear Howard, Noihs then speaks-but then pauses when she sees Howard's face, as-

Ah, Howard! Just who I was-eh?!
Now, Howard's mask is seen by Noihs, who is shocked to see that it has spots of blood on it now. The blood is stricken across the mask in such a way that the only way it could've gotten there were if the mask was thrown onto the floor and then the person behind the mask had gotten slapped and scratched repeatedly-causing blood to then fly onto the mask. Howard also has a broken arm as well, to which Susan is pretty banged up as well from her experiences with the Tyranny ErotiCake earlier-having similar wounds. However, Howard just replies-

!...Ah, is there still some blood on the mask, Noihs? Sorry about that-I thought I made sure to wipe it all off before coming here to see you today...

Noihs will stand there, silently-expecting Howard to explain himself. He does so, now-

...Don't worry about this, Noihs, as I just had a...strong...straightening out from the Two Queens the other day-which netted me a bunch of scratches from their slaps to my face. They didn't like how me and my wife tried to protect them from the enemy that they asked us to bring to them so they could interrogate them, so...they just made me into their personal "slapping man" for about 10 minutes. ...It seems everyone that I meet in my life eventually does something like this to me.
Howard admits with a rough smile behind his mask, to which Noihs then reacts to him.

While at first Noihs was surprised at first, she will then turn around and grab one of the other two cold water bottles that are on the table behind her. She will then crack it open and then take out a napkin and wash the napkin in water, to which she will then turn around and proceed to wipe off the blood on the mask that Howard now wears. Noihs then speaks to him.

Don't worry about that, Howard, as the Two Queens just believe that they alone know everything that's best for the Ascension-when in actuality we should be relying on people who have been alive longer than we have...people like yourself, Stanley and your wife. I for one am happy that you've been so kind as to supply us here with information on AndroIs these past 18 years, as without your help and my fascination with them, everyone here-including myself-would've been completely lost when it came to better understanding how SYSTEM-DESTINY worked.

Howard replies kindly towards Noihs, to which she then smiles as she finishes wiping off the blood from Howard's mask. Noihs then gestures for Howard and Susan to sit down with her, to which once they are sitting at the table, Noihs asks-

So, what brings you two out here today? I can't imagine you came all this way just to say hi to me, right?
Now, Howard straightens up in his seat and speaks more firmly to Noihs. He speaks.

You catch on quickly, Noihs. I actually came here to see how far you've come with your "prototype" since last we met. I believe you've given it the name "WAYFAYER", correct?
After a moment, Noihs speaks about this topic with Howard.

Yes-SYSTEM-WAYFAYER is it's full name...but, weren't you considering to have her name changed to something else?
Sensing a hint of worry in Noihs' tone, Howard will then reply-

Not anymore, actually, as we in the RF have just decided to have SYSTEM-WAYFAYER be it's own entity-while also having our own original plans become a separate line of mass produced variants in the future. This is due to the fact that recently we've managed to determine that the Confederation does indeed has a brand new SEED that is much more powerful than the SEED we have right now.

Intrigued by this statement, Noihs will ask-

...So, the Confederation really does have a new SEED...?
Howard replies-

Yes. And according to our intelligence, the Confederation has labeled this new SEED the "Neo-SEED". While not much is known about this SEED, we can assume that it's capabilities far exceed our current SEED's capabilities, as it was heard via comms traffic that once it was deployed to the planet Schirra it will be able to completely terraform the planet Schirra in just 2 and a half years. However, that claim is unconfirmed, as the people who heard that were not able to record the actual saying from the Confederation-but that doesn't mean that it might not be true anyways.
Howard says, unsure of whether or not to believe this information. Noihs then speaks.

Regardless of whether or not that claim is true or not, the fact that the Confederation managed to create a more powerful SEED, on top of creating all of those massive ships for it's civilians and their military afterwards is pretty impressive in it's own right. ...Now that I think about it, this information may be true, as the Confederation would need this new SEED to terraform an entire planet fairly quickly for it's population-and then they would also need a large amount of resources to sustain themselves and replenish their military assets-which goes perfectly with how quickly this Neo-SEED would be able to create things for them...
Noihs says, subtly asking Howard to continue. He does so-

Indeed. And that's not the only thing we've heard about the Confederation recently, as apparently they are also creating a "bracelet" capable of "generating" Superior Weapons via a process that uses nanomachines which mass replicate-all within a matter of seconds.
This fact will surprise Noihs, as she says-

Howard continues-

Yes. While this technology isn't ready to be used in the field by them just yet, it is something that the Confederation is already perfecting. Our intelligence further suggests that the bracelet creates a "nanomachine suit" around two separate pilots, which allows the pair to preform in a variety of environments-including space.

If the Confederation already have this much knowhow to create Superior Weapons via nanomachines, just imagine if they combine this tech with the information that we found buried within SYSTEM-DESTINY all those years ago-about the data pertaining to the "Judgement" project.

Amazed to be reminded of this, Noihs will be shocked, to which she replies.

...That would certainly be a problem-especially if they are still intent on threatening us-like the Two Queens continue to suggest.

Howard doesn't respond to this claim, as Noihs is seemingly still going off on the notion that the Confederation is trying to resume the wishes of the former DIC. While Howard has the chance to clear up this misinformation, he will chose not to, as Noihs then says-

I have to wonder then, what good will our work here be, if the Confederation is already gearing up to create these new Judgements once they get to Schirra?
Now, Susan will reply-

It has been determined already that a crucial element of the Judgements moving forward will be the use of a Hyper-AndroIs that will accompany the pilot where ever they go. The Hyper-AndroIs will essentially be the Superior Weapon itself and can also come from the bracelet as well-even creating that suit that Howard just mentioned around it's pilot and assisting them in practically every kind of environment. And due to the fact that since these Judgements will be constructed with nanomachines that mass-replicate within seconds to construct a planned 60-meter tall Superior Weapon, there will have to be precautions to any number of outside elements that could disrupt that process-disruptions that no Consumer could handle while in a live combat situation on their own.

Thus, having a Hyper-AndroIs be apart of the Superior Weapon at that stage would ensure that outside devices such as nanomachine disruptors, heat/magnetism weapons and nano-jamming attacks that could scramble the nanomachines or even destroy them would be 100% ineffective. With the computing power of the Hyper-AndroIs, it would be able to use it's power to ward off any of these attacks instantaneously-thus allowing for the pilot to focus on moving the Superior Weapon itself.
With this explanation, Noihs will understand. She says-

Ah...I see. That would certainly be something that I'd expect the Confederation to pull off correctly...
Noihs says, praising the Confederation for their iniquity. Howard then speaks.

...And that then leads us back to why we are here to see you today, Noihs. We want you to listen to our request, as it is fairly important that you convince your team to follow us on this one.

Noihs says, easily enough. Howard then says.

Now that we've told you all of this information, we want you and your team here to prepare to work more closely with the RF-to eventually build our own line of Judgements. We'll also beginning a plan to build those mass produced variants of SYSTEM-WAYFAYER, just for your exclusive use.

By following the footsteps of the Confederation, we should be able to be more evenly matched with them in the future, as right now, even with our current line of RF Superior Weapons, we are still lacking behind them in terms of tech and numbers.
While in agreement visually, Noihs will retort-

...But in order to create our own Judgements, it was defined within SYSTEM-DESTINY's mind that something like this "Neo-SEED" would be a crucial element to their construction beforehand. How are we to prepare ourselves to build Judgements with these mass produced variants, when we lack that at this time?
Susan will now say-

Leave that to us, Noihs, as we will work to try and steal the Neo-SEED from the Confederation-so that our own Judgement projects may begin. If that cannot be done, then at least we will strive to take a piece of it from the Confederation, as we've already tested with our own SEED that doing so would result in the same conclusions.
Now with the answer she was looking for, Noihs will reply.

I see. And so now we are to shift all the work we've done with SYSTEM-WAYFAYER for the past 16 years...into being a template for nanomachines?
Noihs will say, almost angry at this fact. Howard will then say-

We know that will be a lot of work for you and your team, but we can offer you some aid from either the RF or Foundation to help you guys out here. And it's not like the Judgements will be created within a few days, as it was described within SYSTEM-DESTINY's files that it will still take at least a decade to mass produce the Judgements-even with the Neo-SEED. By then, the RF will be put in full command of the military of both of our people-which would mean we'd also have full control over the SEED and it's various productions.

Noihs will show a hint of surprise with this statement, but she won't say anything, as Howard continues speaking.

With that in our capable hands, we will ensure that the other half of the SYSTEM-WAYFAYER Initiative is completed-that being to create a "Space-Time Manipulation" platform in space, which can create a shortcut to other parts of this galaxy-and then eventually the rest of the universe.

Noihs will say-while still remaining quiet, as she is unsure of how to react to this new information. Howard then says-

While our one and only Space-Time Manipulation device is still under construction, once it's finished within that same timeframe, we can then have our Judgements also completed by then. We will also still have the original SEED continue to produce more and more E-AndroIs and their eventual successors for our needs, to which with SYSTEM-WAYFAYER now shifting to this new mandate, once we mass-produce it, both will act in perfect harmony with our Judgements and pilots-as we have to continue fighting against the Confederation for the foreseeable future.

After Howard's long explanation, Noihs will then fall silent. After a moment, she will then speak.

...Alright, Howard. I'll follow your lead on this one and start shifting SYSTEM-WAYFAYER to eventually become a vessel for nanomachines, that can act in tandem with the Judgement Superior Weapons...under one condition, if I may?
Now, Noihs will be trying to bargin with Howard. He will play along, as he says.

Noihs then speaks-

...Since you will be supplying the main body of SYSTEM-WAYFAYER sometime in the future...and since it's most likely that it might have some systems onboard that could rewrite our work here...could you somehow find it in your heart to allow for it to still recognize me as it's...mother...?

Noihs will continue to speak-almost embarrassed to admit her personal feelings into this matter. However, as she continues to speak, it will become apperant that Noihs feels extremely strongly for SYSTEM-WAYFAYER-almost to the point of actually seeing it as being her actual daughter. Noihs says-

Yes...you see, after my...through probing of SYSTEM-DESTINY beforehand, I was able to glean from her the procedure to create my own Hyper-AndroIs-that being SYSTEM-WAYFAYER. As I poured my heart and soul into understanding how each function and each part of my creation worked, I gradually began to see that the work I was doing was very similar to the work that a mother puts into their child.

I've never really thought about finding that special someone in my life yet and then creating my own family, as researching and studying SYSTEM-DESTINY became my life's work, to which now...just before we are about to begin the final test to create her mind so she can wake up, I want to ask you again. Could you find it in your heart to ensure that SYSTEM-WAYFAYER continues to view me as her mother?

Noihs will admit, to which she will then bow politely to Howard. As she does this, she will show that she has NO faith that Howard will honor his word, as she grins menacingly at the floor. Her face isn't seen by either Howard or Susan, as they simply watch her.

To which Howard then replies-

...I think I have an idea how much she means to you, Noihs. I'll ensure that it keeps seeing you as it's mother...
Howard will say, as now behind his mask his face will be seen. He will be looking at the bowing Noihs with a level of contempt that indicates that he cares little to nothing about her personal feelings towards SYSTEM-WAYFAYER. His goals are too important for him to now be swept away by Noihs and her childish wishes, to which after this, Noihs will then raise her body back up and say-

...I'll go ahead and return to my lab with my friends, as SYSTEM-WAYFAYER should be about to wake up soon.
Noihs says, as she then turns around to leave. Susan then speaks to her-

Indeed. We'll send you it's body after we've secured more information about the Neo-SEED from the Confederation, then.
Noihs then finishes the conversation by saying.

I'll have SYSTEM-WAYFAYER awake and ready to being shifting into a nanomachine composition by then. I promise.
Now, Susan-

To which Noihs then leaves by taking the last water bottle for herself. As she leaves, with both Howard and Susan now left alone in the lounge area, the two then turn around and then leave back the way they came. As they go, they talk amongst themselves.

...That woman is clearly going to do everything she can to ensure that SYSTEM-WAYFAYER remains under her control, Howard...
Howard will now speak.

I know, Susan. However, our technicians within the RF have already assured us that no matter what kind of countermeasures the Ascension attempt, we will still have full control over it's actions in the future. Afterall, the Ascension are still newcomers to all of this-despite Noihs being among the most knowledgeable persons on AndroIs.
Howard says, confident that no matter how hard the Ascension try, they will never be able to counteract what they will install into the body of SYSTEM-WAYFAYER. Susan then says-

Yes...they did say that...
Susan says, seemingly confident that their technicians cannot be bested by the Ascension-no matter how hard they try.
After this, the scene will then relocate to the area that Noihs just walked through, to which she then comes up to several researchers, who then greet her kindly.

Noihs will then say.

Yeah. And I have my doubts that they will let such an important asset remain faithful to all of us here, as they want us to shift our design to something else now-but, I'll explain that to you all after we wake her up right now...do you have her activation device?
Now, the first male researcher will smile and proceed to hand her a device. He then speaks.

Of course, Noihs. We were just waiting for you to come back so you could do the honors-on behalf of everyone here.

Now, Noihs takes a look around the large area to see that everyone is looking at her with excited eyes. Everyone is in support of her waking up SYSTEM-WAYFAYER right now, to which after confirming everyone's wishes, Noihs will then speak.

...Thank you, everyone...
Noihs says, as she then gently picks up the device and then walks ahead to see a series of glass windows. The windows show an area just ahead where a "artificial brain" is located, to which once at an appropriate location, Noihs then presses the button on the device-

...With this, my child will finally wake up to a golden era for the Ascension...and all it takes is a simple press of this button-"Press".
As Noihs then presses the button, energy from across the Space Fortress Neith is then drawn directly into the artificial brain within the room. As the lights all darken, the brain seemingly absorbs the energy-becoming one with it, to which as the lightshow continues, it soon begins to dim. As it does, the energy transfer is then complete, to which everyone then claps happily, chanting-
Researchers
WELCOME, SYSTEM-WAYFAYER!
They say, as they now cheer and clap at the success of the operation. Noihs then smiles, as the lights in the Space Fortress then begin to come back on. With that, Noihs then speaks.

I...I best go in there and finally say..."good morning" to my daughter, then...
Noihs says, as without another word, she then walks to a door that leads into the room and then it closes behind her.
As Noihs then goes inside, she walks a bit to get to the artificial brain that is within the center of the room, to which once there, Noihs then begins to cry, as this has been her life-long dream for the past 18 years. Now, she speaks while placing her hand onto the artificial brain of her daughter.

...Good morning, my daughter...
Now, the artificial brain replies to Noihs, saying-
SYSTEM-WAYFAYER
Good morning, mother. Is it time for me to start leading the Ascension on their journey across the stars now?
SYSTEM-WAYFAYER will ask, innocently enough-like a small child asking it's mother for something. Noihs will then reply-
Noihs Ikuzu
...Not yet, my precious child, as there are somethings that you must do for me before we can lead them to planets outside of this solar system.
SYSTEM-WAYFAYER
Anything for mother!
SYSTEM-WAYFAYER will say, happy to serve it's mother. Noihs will then smile gently-

..."gentle smile"
After this is shown, the scene then transitions to another place.
Back with the Confederation, the fleet of Saviour Ships are now seen to have extended many kinds of huge spires into the sides of Mainland. These spires are not actually meant for this, but they do help to assist turning around Mainland to begin it's long trek towards the planet Schirra. As this happens, a ways away in the space about the planet Gleen, the now nearly ruined White Block, damaged President ErotiCake and damaged Vice President ErotiCake are now reveled. Within them, their systems are still seen to be functional, to which they seemingly detect the close proximity of the Liberty ErotiCake nearby, to which as this happens, the President ErotiCake and Vice President ErotiCake are seen to slowly activate their EffectPhase armor. The process isn't complete, as the armor is still critically damaged in many places-but even so, the armor activates enough to get both Superior Weapons moving, to which they then approach the White Block. Once on it's head section, the nearly ruined White Block is also able to activate it's EffectPhase armor, to which it, along with both Superior Weapons then slowly begin approaching Mainland.
Within Mainland, several ships are now docked in a part of Mainland that allows for ships large for them. Among them, the Hydra Noon and Blue Aphrodite are now seen once again, to which they and many of their Superior Weapons are receiving repairs and resupplies. Within the hanger, Bijou, Chole and Isaac are now reintroduced, to which they are now observing the reconstruction of the Liberty ErotiCake below them into-

As the three watch the construction of the Liberty ErotiCake Mk-II below, behind them Noah approaches them with some drinks for them on a tray. He then speaks.

Bijou says, as she then picks up one of the drinks. Chole and Isaac then do the same, to which with three of the four drinks taken, Noah will then take the last one and then hold the tray under his arm. As he drinks his drink, Chole will begin speaking-

Curious, Noah will then stop drinking his drink, to which he will then start explaining some facts about the Tyranny ErotiCake and Liberty ErotiCake Mk-II. He says.

...Well, while the Tyranny ErotiCake can be repaired before Chairwoman sets up the media for the revel of Divitiya and the Enlightens to the public, our upcoming Liberty ErotiCake Mk-II will take a little bit longer to roll out for us, as it's going to have a few new improvements over the Tyranny.

...
Chole doesn't respond, instead just looking at Noah with a look of uncertainty. He ignores her gaze and continues-

Once it's built, the Liberty ErotiCake Mk-II will have a Wings of Light system just like the Tyranny ErotiCake, but it will be considerably less powerful than the Tyranny ErotiCake. Chairwoman Francoise has now seen the terrible effects of building a Superior Weapon which only cares about the success of the mission-even at the cost of the pilots' lives, to which moving forward with our ErotiCake, that level of thrust will be scaled back when we activate the Wings of Light system.

Despite this exposition, Chole will still look at Noah with a look of uncertainty, to which Isaac will then step in.
Isaac Carter
...Uh, Noah? I don't think we needed a refresher on what Chairwoman Francoise just explained to us the other day.
Noah Maverick

Now alarmed, Noah will then ask-

Oh-uh...then, what were you asking about, Chole?
Chole will now explain.
Chole Madison
I was asking about how our daughter and Perle were doing...
Now, Noah will say-in an uncomfortable tone at first, before speaking with more concern in his tone-

Ah-my bad. I just heard from some doctors that the two of them are awake now, and they are still saying that they will be the pilots of the Tyranny ErotiCake moving forward.

...
Now, both Bijou and Chole will stop drinking their drinks, to which Bijou will the start moving. She will then say as she walks-

...How about we go pay them another visit then...right now.
Bijou says, coldly, to which Chole then silently follows her.

As Chole and Bijou walk out of the hanger with their drinks, Noah is left slightly amazed at the two. Isaac then speaks to him, as he prepares to follow the two out.

Do you think they'll get through to them this time, Noah?
Isaac asks, almost unsure of what to think about his daughter continuing to pilot the Tyranny ErotiCake. Noah then responds with-

...Well, as long as they don't use the Wings of Light again in a gravity well, then...Bijou and Chole might as well let them continue on...
Noah says, unsure himself, to which Isaac then replies.
Isaac Carter
...C'mon. Let's go and at least hear them out again.
Noah Maverick
...Yeah.
The two men say, as they then proceed to leave the hanger.
After a scene transition, the medical wing of the Blue Aphrodite is then reveled. Here several minor characters are now reveled to be here as well-including Teresa, Terese, Glitter and Chain. The four of them are all being treated for minor injuries, as they continue to lie in bed.
After that is established, in another room, Perle is seen to be resting up while in bed. She eats some hospital food from a plate while watching tv, to which as she just finishes up, a knock comes on her door.

Perle says, innocently enough, to which as the doors open, it's-

Upon seeing her parents, Perle then-

Oh!...mother and father...
As Perle says this, both Bijou and Noah then step into the room, to which the doors close behind them. As they approach, Bijou then quietly approaches the bed that Perle is still in. She then sits next to her and then quietly and gently rubs the side of her daughter's cheek.

Curious as to Bijou's perplexing behavior, Perle will then ask-

...Mother...my mind is still set on piloting the Tyranny ErotiCake...along with Sabrina and Divitiya.

Now, Bijou will stop rubbing the side of Perle's cheek, as she will then say-

Bijou continues-

...But...even so, as your mother, I personally can't help but worry about your safety, is all...
Bijou will say, with eyes that are as deep as the ocean right now. As she looks at Perle, however, Perle will then say-

...Don't worry so much. Afterall, both me and Sabrina are becoming stronger controlling it. Even though it's a really...hard Superior Weapon to fully master...
Perle now strains herself to lay up in bed as she says this. Both Bijou and Noah see her struggling, to which Bijou then says-

We have to worry about you and Sabrina...after all, it's not like we are just fighting for our own safety out there.
Perle Luisant
...Yeah...
Bijou says, as she will look down at her belly. Perle will do the same-while now gently rubbing her lower belly. Then, Perle will explain her deepest feelings.
Perle Luisant
...You know, mother...even though me and Sabrina will continue piloting the Tyranny ErotiCake with Divitiya...I starting to think that all of this pain that we're going through to master it will be better for the both of us in the long run, don't you think?
Curiously, Bijou will ask-
Bijou Luisant
?...This must be...a new excuse from you, Perle.

Now with her parent's undivided attention, Perle will smile like she always does, to which she will explain-

Just hear me out, you guys! There is an old saying that goes "no pain, no gain", which in our case is related to the Tyranny ErotiCake. The only way we can master controlling that machine is if we experience it's thrust several times, so the body will get used to it, right?

And if we just remember to only use the Wings of Light in space-where the incredible thrust will not be felt-then we'll control it's speed in no time-thus mastering the Tyranny ErotiCake in the process!

Still not convinced, Bijou will say-

Perle will now retort with-

...What "battles" are you talking about, mother? Aside from us joining the Patrol teams the day of the media showing for Divitiya, I can't exactly see the Ascension ever taking on the Confederation fleet head on-can you?

Now, Noah chimes in with-

That's kind of true...but remember, we aren't just fighting the Ascension right now, but the RF as well.
Perle then speaks.

Yeah...well, I don't think they will get past our entire fleet either, as we are naturally going to be on high alert from now until we get to Schirra. So in short-there's nothing to really worry about for the 2 months we'll be traveling to our new home.
Perle says with absolute confidence. Bijou then realizes that she is never going to get through to Perle, so she then says-
Bijou Luisant
..."sigh". Alright, Perle. We'll stop trying to convince you to not pilot the Tyranny ErotiCake...for now, at least...
Bijou says, as she then stands up to leave. Noah then also prepares to leave with Bijou, to which Perle then says-
Perle Luisant
Don't worry, you guys. I'm sure that things will be just fine until we get to Schirra.
Perle says with a smile, as she then fold her arms around the back of her head and then lays backwards. Both Bijou and Noah can't help but smile, as they then leave the room.
After leaving, Perle's happy smile is seen, as she looks up at the ceiling. Then, the chapter ends.
