After a couple more days pass by, within Mainland it will be shown now that some of the civilians who were loaded into the SCMUs of the Saviour Ships are now allowed to come and go into Mainland-but only from specific Saviour Ships and at specific times. For the ships that are currently docked into Mainland's few docking areas, the civilians that are allowed to travel into Mainland do so via huge spires that are extended from the Saviour Ships. Each spire comes equipped with a train system that easily takes many civilians to and from Mainland, to which once within Mainland they are then processed through several large terminal areas and then sent into the vast city within Mainland. Here, a sprawling shot of the interior of Mainland is shown, before the view focuses on a strikingly familiar building. This building is the Black Block, which makes its re-introduction after 18 years.
Inside of the Black Block, various individuals are busy preparing for the grand revel of the Baptisian race to the general public, as the media has their equipment ready to go. Just before they begin, however, several more minor characters are also seen during this time, being Cicienna and Harper, who not only serve as maids, but also as secretaries whom answer to Chairwoman Francoise. They are seen to be just leaving a double-doored room with a small stack of papers in their arms. They speak.
Cicienna Domino
...Honestly, can the four of them really not believe that it's not worth checking that the RF might've tampered with Mainland's OS?
Cicienna says, as she begins to walk down the hall. Harper walks with her and speaks.
Harper Domino
It's something that's being looked into, Cicienna, but so far there isn't any evidence that the RF have done anything that might cause concern. While we do consider them our enemies for betraying the DIC, no one here can even imagine that the RF would do something so heinous as to remotely open the airlocks of Mainland and commit genocide like we just suggested...
Harper will speak, somewhat worried about the idea. Cicienna then speaks-
Cicienna Domino
Maybe they wouldn't open all of the airlocks on us...however, if they have tampered with the OS in anyway, then they might have the capacity to do such a thing in more secluded parts of Mainland or maybe use that as a means to attack us...
Cicienna says, committed to her thoughts. Harper then finishes off with-

...Again, the four of them said they will look into that matter, but as we all know-they have a lot on their plates already.
Cicienna Domino
I know that. That's why, I think we should do our own investigations...with "those" operatives...
Harper Domino

With Cicienna's suggestion, the two will then walk on, as the scene will then transition back to the double doors.
"Scene Transition"
Inside will be a conference room, where Chairwoman Francoise is currently seen to be in a meeting with three other individuals. They are Rohais, Cassandra and Ginnette, whom are currently busy shuffling around a huge stack of papers to and from each other. As they do, each person is speaking, but their words are not heard at this time.

As the four sides continue to shuffle around the papers, they do so at a rapid pace, while talking about whatever it is they are talking about. Eventually, Ginnette's voice is now heard, as she now speaks-

...And so, now that we've decided to look into those matters, are we now all in agreement on how we will divide up our forces from now on?
Ginnette asks, questioningly to the other three. Rohais then speaks after taking a short look around the table-
Rohais Luisant
I believe so, Ginnette. Francoise, would you kindly handle the defense of the Engine Blocks from now on, while the three of us have our respective forces organize to defend Mainland's other critical system?
Rohais asks, detailing the four key systems for Mainland. Of these four, the Engine Blocks, Power Generator, Navigations Center and Life Support Area. Chairwoman Francoise replies to her mother now-

Yes, mother. I'll make sure my forces keep the Engine Blocks safe from our enemies.
Cassandra ?
And I'll also do my part to help you three out as best I can.
With everyone in the room in agreement, Rohais then speaks-
Rohais Luisant
Excellent. And now that we have that decided on as well-and the fact that we've also covered how our patrols are doing in their defense of Mainland, I think we should next agree on how important it is that we do all do everything we can to ensure that our forces sustain as little damage as possible-at least until we reach Schirra.
Rohais Luisant
Naturally I say this because until we deploy our Neo-SEED onto the planet Schirra-after we've investigated the comet for our future projects, we will lack the means to properly repair our Superior Weapons and ships. This won't happen for a short time while we travel through space, but it's best to get ahead of this matter before it becomes an issue. Thus, our pilots in our militaries should be instructed fo this, as resources are going to be tight for a while.
Rohais explains, to which Ginnette says-
Cassandra ?
I second that idea, Rohais-however, some damage to our military should be expected in this environment, as asking our pilots who haven't yet gotten accustomed to space is currently our biggest issue.
Rohais replies with-

That is a good point, as we weren't able to truly train our pilots on how to operate in space while we were struggling to create a means to leave Gleen for Schirra.
Rohais will say without a retort, to which Ginnette will then speak.
Ginnette Pinnacle
Indeed. Still, there is some merit in at least telling our pilots to be careful from now on. Afterall, there are already rumors of some civilians in our Saviour Ships and Mainland organizing to steal some of our Superior Weapons and take them into battle. For what reason isn't clear, but...
Ginnette will bring this new topic up, to which Chairwoman Francoise will then say-

Absolutely. Not only is that extremely dangerous, but if they take out our SWs during a battle, they will most likely be easy pickings for the RF and AA. That's why I-
Suddenly, Ginnette cuts off Chairwoman Francoise, saying-
Ginnette Pinnacle
I say we leave those rumors and the appropriate consequences up to the discretion of our garrisons of Next-AndroIs within the Saviour Ships-which are under the command of our captains and above. Afterall, we've already made it clear that until we reach Schirra everyone will be living under Martial Law, correct? Violators to this state of living will simply be jailed until we reach Schirra, which will allow us to focus on more important matters-like the ones we've just discussed.

Now genuinely surprised, Chairwoman Francoise will be shown to be visually surprised by this sudden comment. Then, both Cassandra and Rohais will further surprise Chairwoman Francoise by saying-

And I do so too.
Now, Chairwoman Francoise will lean forward, concerned about the lack of care in this situation. She will then speak, frankly and with her chin on her hands now-

...Apparently I've missed something, as when was it ever acceptable to not investigate such rumors to ensure that our civilians do not needlessly risk their lives?
Chairwoman Francoise will ask, kindly enough. Ginnette will then reply with-

While under normal circumstances we would mind, I don't think I need to remind you again that we are currently behind schedule in regards to arriving at the comet before L-Day concludes. Not only that, but most of what we've discussed for the past 4 hours requires our immediate attention-so such a trivial issue of some civilians possibly planning such an event should be handled at the discretion of those in command positions-not ourselves.
Ginnette suggests, showing no sign of backing down. Chairwoman Francoise then replies with-

...That is true, that we are running behind schedule when we are supposed to arrive at the comet. But, with the added speed of our Saviour Ships being combined to Mainlands' rocket engines, that should help to get us back on schedule, shouldn't it?
Chairwoman Francoise says, trying to justify her stance on keeping Superior Weapons out of civilian hands. Cassandra will then offer her own insight into the matter.
Cassandra ?
Indeed, but then what do you expect us to do, Francoise? Are we to add even more onto the workload of our personal to have them also be on the lookout for civilians who want to take a Superior Weapon out for a joyride-into a battlefield no less? I honestly can't see anyone even getting to that point, as I see it next to impossible that anyone would even get past our security that's in place outside each of our military ships at this point.
Chairwoman Francoise Luisant

Chairwoman Francoise will be silent to this comment. However, she will still be unconvinced, to which her mother will then speak to her more kindly.
Rohais Luisant
...I can see that you won't let this issue go, my child. Don't worry, as we can at least do something about this minor issue-just to put your mind at ease, can't we?
Rohais says, now moving her head to look at the other two. Chairwoman Francoise then says-

At the very least, we could mention that this kind of possibility could come up to our personal and inform them to be on the lookout for anyone suspicious. If they find anyone, then they will report them to our Next-AndroIs and let them handle them accordingly. Will that suffice?
Rohais asks, kindly, towards both Cassandra and Ginnette. They then reply-

Same here...however, just so you know, this will not be something that either of us will personally get involved in, as we simply have too many other matters to attend to at this time.
Cassandra says, addressing both herself and Ginnette. Though somewhat displeased with their answers, Chairwoman Francoise will be satisfied that some action is at least being taken, to which she will then say-

That's enough for me, as I'll be sure to tell my forces of this possibility as well. I don't want to add to your workloads anymore than this.
Now, Rohais will then speak-

...Now that that's decided upon as well, I think we are just about finished with this meeting...aside from having a short discussion about your project-the up and coming Liberty ErotiCake Mk-II, before we prepare to revel the Baptisian race to everyone later today.

Ah, yes. I've been meaning to discuss that with you, actually, as the resources for both it and the repairs for the Tyranny ErotiCake are coming from my reserves, after all.
Ginnette says, indicating that she is the one responsible for supplying Chairwoman Francoise with the resources to repair and build both Divides.

Ginnette continues-starting off haughty before returning to a more normal tone.

While the damage to the Tyranny ErotiCake was planned for and can be...reasonably...repaired with an adequate amount of our resources, for the Mk-II, I personally wish that Bijou had requested for the "Power" variant that my technicians could've developed for her...
Ginnette will suggest, while almost whining about Bijou's decision, as now in front of her she will have three pictures of what the Liberty ErotiCake Mk-II could've looked like. Both the Defense and Power variants WILL NOT be used, as Bijou will have requested the Speed variant over both of these pictures-but their concepts will be shown now. Rohais will then say-

Bijou specifically wanted to have the "Speed" variant over even the "Defense" variant, as she believed that having speed will ensure that she and her friends will have more agency over their children's protection in future battles...and yet, we decided to scale back the power of the Wings of Light system on the Mk-II...?
Rohais will ask, with a puzzled face. Chairwoman Francoise will then chime in.

That was something that I had suggested, after seeing just how designing such a system affected both Perle and Sabrina firsthand...though, I am having second thoughts about it's implementation at this time...
Cassandra will then say-

Why not just allow for the Wings of Light system to be implemented for the Mk-II in full? Afterall, while they are still in blueprint form, our Judgement Superior Weapons will have a thrust that will be 10 times greater than even the Tyranny ErotiCake as well.
Then, Francoise says-

!...So, you are saying that the Mk-II should be...a test for Bijou and her friends?
Cassandra replies-

I believe so. They will need to grow accustomed to that kind of speed before we begin production of our Judgements in the near future. If by then they can't master the kind of speeds that their children might master with the Tyranny ErotiCake, then they'll become weaker as a result. That is...if we decide to half-ass the Mk-II's Wings of Light system right now.

Faced with this, Chairwoman Francoise then speaks-

...Alright. I will go ahead and retract my previous position on the Mk-II and allow for it's Wings of Light system to be unrestricted.
Chairwoman says with conviction in her tone. She then asks-

Then, Ginnette speaks-

It would seem that the RF did delete all digital records of whatever medical records could've existed-long before we took control of Mainland. However, we are learning that the Ascension themselves might've documented several medical experiments in written form-to which I have now asked some of my operatives to look for these written documents.
Ginnette will say, with a faint smile on her face. Rohais will then say-

Interesting. Let's hope that we can find something that relates to those two girls that Divitiya identified as "Pinnacle Twins", as your family certainly needs their help at this point.

Ginnette will jolt a little in her seat at this comment, to which she will reply with-

While this is all good news, I have to wonder why Howard himself hasn't taken it upon himself to have either of these two girls help replenish the Pinnacle family numbers? Does he not know of the dire situation your family is currently in or something?
Now, Ginnette will reply to Cassandra, saying-

I can assure you, Cassandra, that my...former son...knows exactly what has happened with our family at the moment. Afterall, it was by his hand that the DIC was destroyed 18 years ago, which caused the near destruction of our family in the process...

Rohais will then say-

I believe I know why. Howard always did tend to look down on those who were accepted into the Pinnacle family-unlike our families, where we welcome those who are not genetically related into our families. That has allowed our families to become more wide ranged, but Howard viewed that as a weakness-stating that a genetically related family was the purest form of beauty and detested anyone who wasn't born of the Pinnacle family...
Cassandra will then say-

That's insane! He should be even more willing to replenish the Pinnacle family numbers as atonement for what he did!
Cassandra will protest, to which Rohais will reply with-

That's just the kind of person Howard is, Cassandra. He'd even eradicate the entire Pinnacle family-so long as it kept them pure to the end...

There is a possibility that at least one of these two girls is actually his child genetically, though I'm only speculating-based on what little we know about these two in general. However, if what I suspect is true, then I have to wonder why Howard doesn't know of that possibility, as the medical instruments here in Mainland could've provided a clear answer to their heritage...
Confused, Chairwoman Francoise will then speak-

...I believe...that the answers to these questions will come to us once we have the written medical documents from that time in our hands. I'll even send some of my own operatives to help look for them so we can have our answer much faster.
Ginnette will then reply with-

I'd appriciate that, Francoise...and now, I believe that it's almost time for us to end this long discussion, as you have an even bigger task at hand, it would seem...!
Ginnette will say, as in the room a grandfather clock will then sound off-

With that, Chairwoman Francoise will then stretch her arms into the air, while saying-

With that, Chairwoman and the others then stand up and then the doors open to revel several individuals, who then come into the room to pick up the many important documents on the table. Among them is Cicienna and Harper, who are back to help Chairwoman Francoise with her papers-and they even bring along a small plate of food and some refreshments for her as well.
"Scene Transition"
After a scene transition, sometime later Divitiya is seen to be sitting in a room within Mainland, while watching something outside of her window. Her usual bodysuit will look slightly bloated around certain areas, to which as Divitiya watches the outside through her window, she will see many people going about their day to day activities. Seeing them walk about the streets of Mainland in front of her will please Divitiya, to which as Divitiya sits and watches them through her helmet, she then thinks to herself-

*...It's finally time for my revel to the civilians of the Confederation...I can't say I'm not nervous right now, though...!*
Suddenly, a door will open behind Divitiya, alerting her to someone entering the room. It's-

Chairwoman Francoise says, now more rested than she was earlier. She approaches, to which once close enough, Divitiya is now standing up, to which Chairwoman Francoise says-

I can understand that, as this is a pretty stressful event-even for me. Regardless, Ginnette and the others are almost done discussing the specifics of Operation SEED to the public by now with Mir. With us answering every question about that, the civilians are more understanding of everything that the DIC did-including the concept of the Created Races.

Chairwoman Francoise says all of this to try and relax Divitiya, as with her revel it will allow for all Created Races in the future to be reveled easily enough. Unsure of what to say, Chairwoman Francoise will then look at her wrist, to which she will see a watch with the time on it. She then says-

Divitiya will then reply with-

I think...it's fine, Chairwoman Francoise. Both Perle and Sabrina did put some effort into picking it out for me, so I accepted their wishes and decided to wear it for them today...
Though Divitiya says this reluctantly, her tone indicates that she did have faith in both Perle and Sabrina that they were giving her this outfit to make her be accepted by the civilians. Chairwoman Francoise will sense this tone from Divitiya, to which she will then say with more confidence-

I see. Well, if you're sure about it, then...let's go ahead and get things started this evening.
Chairwoman Francoise says, now trying to smile, to which Divitiya Iran says-

Chairwoman Francoise then kindly wraps her arms around Divitiya as they are about to leave together. Chairwoman Francoise then says this while smiling still-in order to continue to attempt to lighten the mood for Divitiya-

...Cheer up, my friend. Unlike when you reveled yourself to the Ascension, this time you are wearing an outfit, so you won't have to strip fully naked this time around...
Chairwoman Francoise says, making a smile. Divitiya will also smile behind her mask, as she then wraps her arms around Chairwoman Francoise's back, saying-

Divitiya admits, as while she was being serious, some of Perle and Sabrina is now seen to have rubbed off on her, as behind her mask she is now seen to blush a lot. Divitiya then thinks to herself-

*...Maybe Perle would enjoy that, but I'd certainly die if I had to show off everything to over 1 billion people-even if I was ordered to do that...*
Back in reality, Chairwoman Francoise then says-

With that, Chairwoman Francoise now walks Divitiya out of the room, to which after a scene transition...
Now inside of another room inside of the Black Block, Chairwoman Francoise will enter and then be seen to be approaching a row of seats-where Ginnette, Rohais and Cassandra are already waiting and sitting down in their seats. Several cameras are already trained on them, to which they will have appeared to have just gotten with a discussion to the cameras in the room. Ginnette speaks.

...And that pretty much sums up everything concerning "Operation SEED" that President Sacha attempted 18 years ago...!
Now realizing that Francoise has entered into the room, Ginnette will speak.

Ah, welcome, Chairwoman Francoise. Everyone, please give a round of applause to her, as she's come to introduce to you all who Divitiya is at last.
Now, across many SCMU, many people are seen to clap their hands together. Elsewhere, outside in space, four Superior Weapons are seen to be flying, to which here, the Tyranny ErotiCake and three other Divides are reveled. The now repaired Tyranny ErotiCake is reveled to be wearing a bunny outfit now, to which inside of it, Perle and Sabrina are seen, to which they speak.

Now reveled to be healed from their previous injuries and now apart of the patrols around Mainland, Perle will now speak.

I guess Fran is finally coming out to tell everyone about Divitiya. It's about time, as getting that recap from Ginnette was something we already discussed with our parents back on Gleen.
Perle says, as now on her screen Chairwoman Francoise has taken her seat with the others and is already talking to the people. She speaks-

Now, from behind the shadows, Divitiya will emerge in her bodysuit. She will approach the front of the desks that Chairwoman Francoise and the others are sitting at, to which as she gets to an appropriate spot, Chairwoman Francoise will then speak-

With a bit of hesitation, Divitiya will then do as she's told. As she takes off her bodysuit, back with Perle and Sabrina, both of them will be seen to be getting super excited about this event. They speak-

Now, on their comms, Albert, Thomas and Oliver will speak up, worried about the situation. They speak-

Without a second thought, Perle will reply to her boyfriend.

Oliver, being the closest to Divitiya, will then say-

Oliver says, literally putting up his hands over his eyes within his Divide, while still peeking through his fingers at his screen. Back with both Perle and Sabrina, they will be seen to be slyly smiling, as Divitiya is then reveled-

Now, back with Divitiya, she is out of her bodysuit and is reveled from her legs to be wearing-

As Divitiya's large breasts sway, her blue body is then reveled for all of the civilians to see on their monitors. She is silent, as she now tries her hardest to not show just how nervous she is. Once he's finished, he then back off slowly and then returns to the shadows behind them, to which Chairwoman Francoise then stands up and joins Divitiya where she stands. Once next to her, Chairwoman Francoise then wraps her arms around her-slightly startling Divitiya, as she then speaks.

Divitiya says, now bowing her head to the cameras-reaffirming her commitment to Humanity. Faced with this, many people's faces will be shown once more, to which their looks of fear will then be replaced with looks of acceptance. They will then start to speak.

Chairwoman Francoise then smiles, to which she then speaks.

...I personally thank all of you who are accepting Divitiya with open arms right now. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all so much for believing that the Baptisian race will be a friend to Humanity...however, for the time being, I'm afraid that due to our current situation being so confined at the moment, we'll only be able to allow for a small number of Baptisian to be released from one of the three Saviour Ships dedicated to them.

Sabrina says with a depressed tone, to which outside, the Tyranny ErotiCake flies across the area. As it continues to go, a shadow is seen to be watching it go from within the super-structure of Mainland. It then moves, to which both Perle and Sabrina are unaware of it's presence. As it moves, Perle then gets a sense of dread wash over her from within the Tyranny ErotiCake, which causes her to speaks.

Perle asks, innocently. Sabrina then replies with-

Now, from the Tyranny ErotiCake's right side, a RF Superior Weapon will fly from behind and then swing around to then face the Tyranny ErotiCake head on. It's pilot isn't reveled, but her face is, which is calm like a samurai, as the chapter then ends.
