"Harry," Sarah said, gaining his attention and snapping him from his idle thinking.

He turned towards her and saw she was dressed casually for their Hogsmeade date. Obviously, he'd dressed to a similar standard considering there weren't any exceptional quality restaurants, but even then, Sarah looked beautiful in whatever she wore. It didn't matter to him if it was a large, dark red coat that came up to conceal half of her neck whilst the other half was tucked away behind a scarf and woollen hat.

If anything, it made her look all the more cute to hi—

"Harry," Sarah said louder this time, stomping her foot in the cute fashion that she always did when she was annoyed by something.

Harry blinked a few times at her. "Hi. You're early… feeling excited, or was it Sammi's pestering that had you come down?"

"Excitement," Sarah said as she pulled him up from his seat, then, she gave him a teasing smile that had the tip of her tongue poked out at him from between her lips. "Sammi too, she's horrible about the two of us despite how helpful she usually is with my other younger sisters."

"Definitely likes teasing us, doesn't she?" Harry agreed, shaking his head with a fond smile on his face as Sarah's hand grabbed his.

"She does," Sarah said, moving closer to him as the pair started their walk from the carriages.

Harry had left earlier with two mates of his, as Sarah had said she'd wanted to sleep in, thus the two had arrived separately. He'd had enough time to grab a snack with Aster and Reinhard, then dash over to a small jewellery store where he'd picked up a trinket for Sarah. She deserved far more than he'd picked up for her, but it was the best he could do stuck at Hogwarts as he was.

When Christmas came about, he'd certainly have a custom-made necklace made for her. There was a chance he'd add some earrings for her too, though he didn't know the first thing about ordering them regularly, much less from scratch.

"Where do you think we should go?" Sarah asked him as she pressed closer still, a slight tremor making its way from her to him thanks to the cold weather and the near-blizzard that'd only recently started.

It was picking up something horribly too.

"Inside," He said, earning himself a smack across the chest from his less than amused girlfriend.

"Dork, I don't know how you're in Slytherin," Sarah commented, sticking her tongue at him teasingly when he pulled a face. "Seriously though, I think I'd like to get a hot cup of chocolate or maybe a coffee. I think I'll freeze if we stay out here any longer, your warmth isn't transferring very well with how much I have on."

Harry wasn't sure if she'd meant to word it exactly as she had, or if he was simply reading into things too much, but…

He was jolted from his deliberation when Sarah suddenly pulled hard on his arm and pointed towards a closeby building. "Hot chocolate, let's go!"

Like that, Harry was off with Sarah in the direction of a hot chocolate serving restaurant. He dreaded to think how much time the pair of them would spend at the shop beside it, for it was none other than La Fudgerie; Corene's favourite, Sarah's favourite, and very nearly the favourite of every other Hogwarts student with a fixation on sweetness.

"Mmmmm," Sarah groaned contentedly, a cup of hot chocolate in her hands and her body pressed very tightly against his to leech his warmth away. "This is nice."

Harry looked down at the cuddle bug beside him, and despite how she'd stolen his warmth, he couldn't help but agree. There really wasn't any chance that he'd disagree thanks to how cute she looked, all scrunched up on a booth that looked too large for her with a goofy smile on her face as she looked between her cup and him.

No fair, He said all disgruntled like in his head.

Beautiful was a word that would always come to mind when he thought of her, but in instances like the current one, cute would have to take the cake.

"It is," Harry agreed, his right arm curling around her to hold her. "You spotted a great place, think they even serve fresh baked goods and soups here too."

"Soup wouldn't go well with hot chocolate," Sarah pointed out, holding up her cup to emphasize her point before she took a sip from it.

He very nearly laughed when she held her tongue out of her mouth and fanned it with one of her hands thanks to how hot the drink still was. To think the thought had crossed his mind that she couldn't get any more precious.

"It wouldn't," Harry said, agreeing with her again. "I could order us some muffins, I think that's what the waitress said had just come out of the oven."

"Ohhh, that sounds wonderful. Could you… could you do it without getting up? You're too warm and I'm too comfy, I don't wanna have to move," Sarah tugged on his left arm, holding it close and looking up at him with her best attempt at puppy-dog eyes.

As was always the case with her, it wasn't unnaturally strong in making him concede.

"Fine," Harry said, rolling his eyes and kissing the top of her head before calling over the waitress as politely as current circumstances dictated he could.

Not more than a few minutes passed before the two teenagers found themselves with blueberry muffins to join their delicious hot-chocolate. They were also told at that point — much to Harry's horror considering the amount of time the two would spend there — that the chocolate used in their drink had come from the neighbouring shop. Sarah naturally asked what the shop was thanks to how horrible the conditions were that prevented her from seeing the name, much less allowing her to remember the building.

From that moment on, she eagerly drank and ate until the time finally came for the two lovebirds to make their way to the chocolate shop… where they'd spend over an hour and a half assembling an order.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Sarah said, wrapping her arms tightly around his neck and forcing him down to her level so that she could pepper his face with kisses. "You're the best boyfriend anyone could ever ask for. Not only do you always cuddle when I want or hold my hand, or open the door, or visit, or… well, there's a lot of or-things, but you got me all the chocolate I could want for the next month!"

Next month?

Harry couldn't believe she'd used those two words, as the quantity they'd ordered had been so large that a carriage would be by later when the two of them were leaving so that everything could be put in it. Not only that, but he'd have to enlist the help of all three of Sarah's sisters if they were going to get away with all that they'd purchased. Sarah, like Corene, had a serious addiction to all things of the chocolate variety.

It was horrible, especially on his bank account. Then again, it was good that he knew what he needed to get in order to buy her over or in the event that they ever argued. There was also the fact that she'd kiss him like she just had too.

He liked that. He liked that a lot.

"I like like like like you, and that amount of likes is only one away from love too," Sarah said seriously as she finally pulled away from him. "Latria mu."

There it was again, that term of hers in Greek. He wasn't sure what it meant, none of her family or she would tell him, but if he had to guess after all the kisses he'd just received, it was a wonderfully nice way of expressing happiness with one's partner.

"Latria mu," He said back to her, finally using the correct pronunciation thanks to the help of one Sammi Goldhorn.

Sarah gaped, then she gasped, and then, all over again, she peppered him with kisses.

It wasn't until the pair were in their carriage surrounded by chocolate that they talked again. Even then, kisses were intermittent.

"I have to be the luckiest girl in the world, you know," Sarah said, her spot on his lap finally having her be higher up than him for a change. "Who else gets spoiled by their boyfriend as much as me? We had hot chocolate and cuddled, ordered chocolate and kisses, now we're cuddling again in a warm carriage surrounded by chocolate — it's perfect, or or, how does Corene say it," Sarah's face scrunched up in concentration. "Parfait!"

Harry doubted he'd ever heard a French word sound so… Greek. He wasn't an expert in either language, but being around people that spoke them both so frequently had awarded him with some level of knowledge on the pair of languages. Enough to know that she'd spoken Greek-French, as he'd forever call it from that point on.

"You spoil me too, you know," Harry said, hiding a chuckle when she looked at him with slightly narrowed eyes and her affectionate look still in place; he'd stolen her 'you know', after all.

"Tell me how," Sarah demanded, her face closer to his and her breath still smelling of chocolate mixed with strawberries.

"Well, all those kisses when we left the shop were something. Not to mention, all the cuddling you did with me is something I like a lot too. Really, all the time we've been spending together's been wicked," Harry wanted to look away out of embarrassment, especially regarding that last part, but the closeness of Sarah's face to his prevented him from doing just that.

When her hands came up to grab ahold of either side of his face and practically forced him to look into her eyes, it was twice as impossible to look away from her. He was glad that happened as it did too, else he would've missed what she did next.

Sarah closed the gap between their faces with a speed he'd never before seen from her, and the resulting snog was, as a result, absolutely painful thanks to how hard her nose poked him in the eye.

"Oh my goodness! I am so so so sorry, Harry," Sarah said, her eyes wide as she used her hands still holding his head to examine him. "Is everything alright? Are you okay?"

Harry tried to answer her immediately, but with how quick she was talking, he would've only succeeded in interrupting her. He waited until she was finished speaking and as a result, Sarah was gazing at him intently with concern evident in her eyes before he made an attempt.

No doubt it was the silence that had her so nervous-looking.

"I'm fine," He said with a dorky smile on his face that quickly settled her worry. "You have a sharp nose, you know."

Her giggling as a result of his words made what remained of the pain go away, and so with a watery left eye, he saw her move in once more towards him.

This time, it was done slowly and with exaggerated caution.

This time, the kiss was perfect and sweet, just like her.

"Come on you three, Harry and I got you chocolate, we just need help getting it to our dorms!" Sarah said as she stepped out from the carriage, her hair once more done up as it'd been when first he saw her at Hogsmeade.

Sammi noticed that just as much as he did too, based on the knowing gaze she sent him. He hoped she would've kept it to herself, he supposed in a way, she did too.

"Looks like the weather was pretty rough, huh? Your hair's all messed up, you're a bit out of breath and your coats a bit ruffled — if I didn't know an—"

Sammi's voice broke off into a yelp as Sarah looked at her with a cocked head and a sweet expression.

Harry liked liked liked liked her a lot too, he realised.
