A/N: Hey everyone! I'm back! And with a new story. Sorry, I've been absent. I started a new podcast while working on my next two books! EEK! I'm so busy like you guys have no clue. Anyway, I hope you like this story. I'm being vague in the description on purpose people! LOL.

"Anastasia, there is a very handsome man with two bodyguards here to speak with you," her assistant, Hannah said as she leaned into her office door. Ana blew her bangs out of her eyes. It was getting a bit long and she needed to get it cut.

"I would love to talk with him but you know I have to pick up my kid. He's been nothing but trouble all week, and no call from the school means it's probably much worse than I could have anticipated."
Hannah snorted. She knew Ana's son Teddy could try the patience of a saint. She'd babysat him enough times to know.

"You're probably right," she admitted to which Ana groaned aloud. Hannah chuckled.

"But Ana seriously, how can a five-year-old be so much trouble?"

"I ask myself that question every day," Ana said forlornly. To be honest, Ana liked to blame it on her ex-fiance, Jack. She should've known her son would be a little mischievous. Teddy however had nothing on his garbage of a father. At least her son had an excuse. He was a child. Jack, however, was an overgrown man child with a mother who spoiled him rotten and a father who was just as much a philanderer as his son was. Ana cleared her throat before standing.

"Anway, do you know the guy out front?"

Hannah shook her head.

"No. He looks to be important, though. Should I send him back?"

Ana rolled her shoulders back before giving a slight nod.

"Go ahead. But no one else after him. I can only spare ten minutes tops."

"That's fine. I get to talk with one of the bodyguards hopefully," Hannah said crossing her fingers as she left. Ana chuckled at her friend. To be honest, she was gorgeous so Ana knew Hannah would have no problem getting any man to go out with her. She was pulled from her thoughts when there was a brusque knock before the man and what looked to be a bodyguard appeared.

"Are you Ms. Steele?"

Ana offered her hand as she stood, and smiled.

"Yes, I am. And you are?"

"Christian Grey," he said waving off her handshake and taking a seat. Ana frowned before sitting back in her recently vacated chair. She glanced up at the man standing beside him and offered him a smile. Christian sensed that she wanted to know who the other person was with him, and he introduced her. "The man standing is my head of security Mr. Taylor."

"Oh. Would like to sit, or have something to drink?" she asked. Ana could tell the man looked surprised and gave her a smile back.

"No thank you."
"Very well."

Ana turned her attention back to the impatient-looking man. She had to admit that he was handsome. With his windswept copper hair, chiseled jaw, and broad shoulders. He was absolutely stunning. But the scowl on his face instantly made him unattractive to her. She dealt with a spoiled overgrown child before. She would not be making the same mistake twice.

"How can I help you, Mr. Grey?" Ana asked getting right to the point. Ana was pleased to note the man seemed a bit surprised at her behavior but quickly recovered.

"Yes. I have a sister. Her name is Mia and she is getting married in less than five months. She deserves nothing but the best. She called this company this morning, and they informed her that they were booked until winter of this year."

"Yes and-"

"So," Christian said cutting her off before continuing, "I couldn't have that."

You couldn't have it? Ana said to herself in disbelief. It must have shown on her face because she heard chuckling from Mr. Taylor. He cleared his throat however when Christian glanced back at him.

"I'm sorry Mr. Grey. our administrative assistants are very capable and honest. If they told you we were booked until winter, then that is what we are. Now, I'm sorry you came down here and wasted your time. I wish you-"

"Who is your boss?"
Ana froze before glancing up at him.

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me," Christian said coolly. Who is your boss?"

Ana took a deep breath before she stood.

"Mr. Grey. In case you didn't know I am the director of this company. My 'boss,' as you so aptly put it, has left me in charge of all final decisions made for this company. We are to choose quality or quantity if you get my drift and in this case, I would definitely choose quality."

Christian's brows shot up to his hairline, while Taylor was struggling to hold back his laughter.

He narrowed his gaze.

"Ms. Steele-"

"From your question, I can assume that you think giving some exorbitant amount of money will fix the situation for your sister but I can assure you that-"

"Ms. Steele!" a soft voice shouted from the entrance to her office. Ana rolled her eyes when she saw it was her boss. She was a short, curvy woman with wild red hair and green eyes to match. Her skin was very pale, and if it weren't for the constant look of panic that she wore on her face, Ana was sure she would have many men after her. Even Hannah thought their boss looked too stressed and about to have a melt-down whenever a bride's demands increased the closer to her wedding day. Ana noticed that Hannah was standing behind the flustered woman with who Ana assumed was the other bodyguard looking a bit disheveled.

"Mr. Grey! When I heard you were coming to our offices I was completely shocked. I am so sorry that our employees at reception couldn't find someone to help dear Mia with her wedding. I am sure however that we can squeeze her in," she stated with an overly bright smile on her face.

Christian looked pleased, and Ana felt as if she could throttle the smug man. Her 'boss,' Gloria Talbot walked over to Ana and gently corrected her.

"Anastasia. I heard from Hannah that you were going to turn down Mr. Grey's request and I had to rush in here." Ms. Talbot kept glancing at Ana as if she were expecting her to know who the man was in front of her and by her blank stare Gloria sighed before turning to Christian.

"I do apologize Mr. Grey. Our director Anastasia Steele isn't really into social circles." Gloria then turned to an annoyed-looking Ana.

"He is a Grey. He has one of the most successful companies in the U.S. and he comes from the very known Grey-Trevelayn family."

"Apparently he is not too known. I have no idea who he is," Ana snarked out, causing Hannah to giggle behind her hand. Gloria looked pissed and Ana rolled her eyes knowing she would pay for it, but for now, she had to go.

"Since you are here Ms. Talbot, please feel free to accommodate our rude client. Mr. Grey was asking for you anyway. I have to go and pick up my son," she said before grabbing her purse, keys, and jacket. She gave everyone present a glance over before she strutted out of her office. Hannah only shrugged when they glanced at her before she turned back to her office, with Sawyer on her heels.

"Ms. Steele."

Ana had to bite back her moan at the shrill voice of the principal. She didn't know how many times today she would hear her name used in that tone. It wasn't even her fault this time. Her deviant son was sitting outside while the principal was looking at her as if she spawned Satan's child.

Technically Teddy did come from a demon, she just didn't know if it was the head demon or a-

"Ms. Steele!"

Ana's head snapped to attention at the sharp voice. The principal, Mrs. Fenway was an older woman. She was completely gray with a tweed skirt suit that she always wore in black. Ana wondered if she had the same suit in her closet. The thought of that made her want to cackle, and instead, she cleared her throat like an adult and spoke.

"Mrs. Fenway. I want to apologize for my son. I had no clue that Theodore would throw paint on his classmates that would result in a paint war among the students."

The principal only pinched her lips before crossing her arms over her chest.

"And what about last week?"

"What happened last week?" Ana asked, trying to remember. The woman's voice if possible, went up an octave. "He caught lizards from outside and let them loose in the class!"

Ana could only sigh.

"I'm sorry for that too."

"And what about-"

"Mrs. Fenway. I'm exhausted from a long day of work, and I assume you are as well. I will strive to do better with my wayward son and lead him off his destructive path before he becomes a serial killer. I always say if he hasn't set a cat on fire then I'm doing a good job."

Mrs. Fenway's mouth was open in horror.

"Why would you-"

"I mean did you know that the Boston strangler, Ted Bundy, and Dahmer all were abusive to animals? Teddy seems to love our cat, and I see him snuggle his stuffed animals so I must be doing a pretty good job as a parent."

"I have no-"

"I figure I'll discipline him, but not too much that he becomes psycho and wants to kill me at night, feed him some fast-food mixed in with healthy meals and he'll have a pretty memorable childhood right?"

"I don't know how to-"

"I just have to keep him from his father. Now if I put the two together we would probably have a mix of all those men wrapped into an emotionally unavailable batman." It was silent for a moment before the principal spoke.

"Ms. Steele," The principal said with exasperation in her voice.

"Hmm?" Ana said glancing up at the woman.

"You can go."

It wasn't until they were back home and eating dinner that Ana spoke.

"Teddy. You cannot throw paint around because you feel like it."

Teddy sighed.

"I'm sorry mama. But it wasn't my fault! Ricky dared me to throw paint on Michael because he said I wouldn't do it because I was a big fat baby. I told him I could do it so I threw it on the back of Michael's shirt. Michael then threw his paint on me! Then Ricky did. I didn't know I would hit the teacher as well!" he said with a pitiful look on his face as he spooned his macaroni and cheese. Ana had to hold back her sigh. Ana was able to get the gist of the story from the school secretary, who was thankfully Hannah's other friend from college. Teddy was telling the truth, and the kids all thought it was fun so they began throwing paint at everyone causing a war. Teddy was giggling and laughing with his two friends Ricky and Michael and he was so focused on the paint war which consisted of them smearing paint all over each other, that he failed to see his teacher, Mr. Wilde behind him. Teddy turned around with purple paint and smeared it across the teacher's pant legs. Michael, Ricky, and Teddy were sent to the principal's office with the teacher aide. Ana knew Ricky and Michael's parents so she could imagine the horror at their sons once again getting into trouble. Ana figured that she would more than likely pay for drinks the next time all three of the women went out. It was the least she could do since her son was leading the trio of terror.

"Be that as it may you cannot just go around accepting people's dares because they tell you too. You are your own person baby. I'm serious Teddy. If I keep getting calls from the principal you're going to be in trouble. And when you're in trouble you know what that means."

"No television," he said in such a long-suffering way that only children can mimic.

"That's correct."

Teddy glanced up at her from under his blonde hair that covered his brown eyes.

"I'm sorry mama."

Ana set down her fork before rounding the table and smoothing over his hair. She kissed his cheek.

"I know. And tomorrow you will apologize to your teacher."

"I promise."

"Good," Ana said before kissing his cheek once more. "Now. Are you doing eating?" When he nodded she smirked at him.

"Good. Because it's bath time."

"No!"

Here we go! What do you think? I wanted something a bit lighter to ease me back into the writing world of FF.
