Reeee! I need to stop coming up with more storys and just focus on one. Anyway, Hope you like this story enough to write something yourself. I like reading a lot more than writing myself.

"Hey, you, you're finally awake. Ha! you should've seen your face! Now time to listen up child. Now there's some good news and some bad news. I'll start off with the bad... your dead. D. E. A. D. You can thank your lack of sleep for that. You fell asleep right in front of that tank of acid. The good new is that your will to live has caught my attention. I'm going to give you some power and gift you to one of the many other Gaia's. I use to let you children pick them out but... that didn't turn out too well most of the time. Don't worry thought, it'll be nothing you can't handle."

I'm but an ant compared to the Goddesses before me. As she finishes her speech, she gives me a full body kiss. Everything slowly fades away as her motherly smile grows.

My first thought was that this is a dream. The next thought is me correcting myself on that. My dreams... have never been anywhere as lucid and grounded. The fact I can feel myself being both a moon and a small doll doesn't seem very lucid to me though. Maybe the arcane knowledge that spans for decades helps making it feel real?

Pale blue arms stretch out the right myself. Hmm, really Gaia, did you have to make me the small one? You know what, I shouldn't complain about a second chance at life. " No, I'm still going to complain about this." Oh dear Gaia I sound adorable.

-Anger- What the hell was that? If needed to breathe I'd be dead. How... What is. Could that be? Gaia? - Anger!- Wow, calm down now! I'm here to help you out. Your... sister? Let's go with that. She sent me here to help you out. - Confusion, Anger, Hurt, Help, Fading- All right then, any idea how to help you out?

-Fading, Magic, Gone, Hunger, Last Bastion, Guide- This doesn't sound too good. What could make this Gaia so... small? The shear weight of the beautiful giant's presence could've killed me if it wasn't so peaceful. Whatever she needs, I'll do it to the best of my abilities. I owe Gaia my very life. Now let's use it to help her's.

It's not much, but Gaia gave me one hell of a gift. Being turned into a god is no small thing. I'll have to settle for the lower case g for now though. Ranni, goddess of the magical moon is so corny sounding. I can't even change it since it's literally my name now. I'm barely a toddler compared to the other Gods, but I make magic not steal it like the other Gods.

Thinking of that, here, this is all I can give you. It's not much but please, get better soon Gaia. Maybe in a few centuries she'll be a quarter as strong as the other Gaia. As the sun rises on a new day I think about everything. Plains will have to wait until I know more about these leaches.

--Days later--

That better not be what I think it is. -Anger, Hate, Drain, Eat back, need more, Kill- She's slowly getting better at talking it seems. Now, how in the fuck am I going to do this? If that's the tower I'm thinking of then I'm fucked. Super powerful Gods that like to fuck around with humans are the damn leeches then. The ones that can release their power whenever they want and don't because of peer pressure.

It's a damn good thing that Ranni is extremely well versed in avoiding nosey Gods. It's rather hard to enjoy the new sights when your tiny. Too many close calls happen getting into the dungeon. Uh, my self restraint will be legendary by the time I'm done walking there.

Stairs... so many things are taken for granted. What should have been but a few minutes turned into hours of fun. Who else like to stealthily move down stairs that are as big as you? Only nearly got stepped on too many times to count. Now, how about I help you remodel the place? Free of charge of course. -Hopeful, Hungry, Excited-

Let's start small for now. Small balls of stone link up into a chain topped with a eyeball inside the stone head. It's definitely not the most dangerous of creations, but it was fun to making it's core. The very soul of the in such a small rock. It's something completely sombering to think about.

It's finally time to watch it in action! Wait! Why in Gaia's name are you running away? Fine, I'll just sprinkle some more around. Maybe someone else is brave enough to fight my little rock worm.

--Hours Later--

" Alright now, that seems to be everyone. As most of you know another God descended recently. I don't know them personally, but-" A loud smacking sound is heard by all." We don't have time for your unending need for gossiping! The dungeon has made a new monster on the first few floors. Who knows what else has changed." Whispering is heard all around for some time.

" From what my children tell me, It's a rather weak monster comparable to goblins in strength. It's attacks are the slowest recorded ones in history. It's only notable features are it's ability to explode and that it has a guaranteed drop. Now if only it wasn't a rock." Laughter springs forth from many of the gods as a simple rock is dropped onto the table. Only a few gods give looks of worry and excitement.

-- POV Back--

They definitely went from overly concerned to business as usual rather fast. - Overconfident, Never lost before- Don't worry Gaia, I'll make them respect your dungeon again. How about a small upgrade to your guys? How about giving them some wooden clubs and armor? You have plenty of wood in other levels that you can regrow, and as long as they don't burn them you can just reclaim them. - Smart, Reusable Is Good, Why Didn't I think of that? Uh, Head, Hurt-

Now don't you worry Gaia. I'll have you back heather than ever! Maybe after you get back on your feet we can start making this world more magical. It's extremely boring having it only in one place. - Hope, Growing, Feeling better- Thankfully making all these guys cost barely anything. The upgrades are dirt cheap too so far. How about more types of monsters? - Excitement-

Creating the very soul of a creature gets vastly more complicated when you try and make it smarter. Thankfully I don't want to make scientist just yet or ever really. What I'm making is a leader that can do simple orders and strategies. Nothing too fancy for the Hobgoblin for now. Just enough to order around a small pack. Basic ambushing, not attacking alone, and rock throwing are rather simple to program in.

It's no wonder Gaia just has them charge in. She can barely hold herself together much less make complicated strategies. She's like a corner animal fighting blindly for her life. Now I just need to help guide her away from the corner and out into safety. How else can I get more bang for my buck?

" Your a rather hard God to find. My master Ouranos would like a meeting with you." Oh dear Gaia the grim reaper wannabe found me. Why did I have to be so lazy and hide under the bottom few stairs? "My discretion would be unveiled if I resisted." My body moves for the first time in days as I get up. Thankfully I'm rather thick skinned. Holding my arms up, I wait.

Thankfully it didn't take too long for him to understand me. It's even better that nether of us talked on the way there. The sighs would have captivated me if I wasn't so angered at my size. Everything looks so gigantic that it's just ticking me off. I definitely need to make a new body when the opportunity presents itself.

" I am Ouranos God of the Sky. You are not a God yourself? I have never seen anything quite like you before. Now, what brings you to this world?" I want to get mad at the sheer size of him, but his very presence is comparable to Gaia in it's overwhelming weight.

" My name is Ranni, goddess of the magical moon. The g is lowercase for me. I'm a mortal with one foot into divinity for right now. My only goal right now is to help heal Gaia. She's very badly hurt and I owe her everything and more." Bowing your head is both free and can do a lot. Hopefully this new life doesn't end so soon.

Looking up shows his grim face. " I should have known she was lying to me. If only... Why does everyone have to be so stubborn. Very few Gods know of this and fewer still should. Gaia is the mother of all the Gods. From her magic we were born. I knew and said she gave too much and we took more. All this bloodshed because of pride or something else?"

That's one way to make the mood sour. " I truly hoped mother was just being controlled by something, not... Uh, even if you restore mother's feral state most of the other Gods won't care. Too much of the children's blood has been spilled." We wait for some time in the quiet room.

" There is one way I can think of to restore her name. I'll need your help doing this grand play. There's nothing quite like fighting a common enemy side by side. It can forge strong bonds even in the depths of hell. Hopefully I can take the role of the devil." This is more of a half baked plan that can't even work until Gaia can think again. " With your help I can even do this with minimum bloodshed. Now, this plan can't work if any of the Gods interfere.

He looks a lot like Gandalf with how his face scrunches up." That will take carful wording to convince the other Gods. I'll call forth a meeting of the Gods to tell them the Dungeon is evolving. Hopefully the threat of it blowing up half the world will case them to not release their power." My head nods as my plan
