Hyrule Fields: Day...

It was late in the afternoon when the pair reached the massive stone wall they'd been told was called Fort Hateno. The closer they got to the fort; the more Link began to dread his arrival. Guardians. Guardians were everywhere.

They had clearly been to the point of climbing over each other to reach the fort when whatever had destroyed them had been used. Even though they were inert now, the sheer number of them that had closed in on Fort Hateno was terrifying.

He could only imagine what it must have been like for him and the defenders here as they watched dozens of the metal beasts crossing the marshy field. The fort didn't even look finished. While some sections were made of brick and mortar, other sections had been hastily placed.

Eager to get away from the mass of Guardians, Link had them ride right on past the wall. Eventually, the pair set up camp that night some distance past the fort. They had followed the river as it winded around and under a large bluff.

"I don't know if I would camp here." An elderly man atop a horse had been riding along the path when he noticed the partners. "They say restless spirits inhabit this place. Soldiers killed in an ancient war thousands of years ago."

He motioned across the road where a small valley had formed in the shadow of the rocky hills. Among the sparse trees and grass, they could see the shapes of dozens of grave markers. The pair thanked the man for his information but made no indication of moving on. They were tired.

The old man moved on, having said all that he wanted to say, and Link continued to set up the camp with Roxas pitching in where he could. Later that night, the boys told each other they hadn't seen shadowy figures. They certainly hadn't seen violet eyes staring at them either.

Next Day…

The boys ended up riding to a road which split. According to the travelers they passed, the direction they were on led to Hateno while the other path led to a tower. Only now did they realize that it was a Sheikah Tower.

Considering they resolved to clear out shrines after their return trip to Kakariko, the pair knew they could just activate it then. They eventually had to make camp which came with the benefit of no shadow figures moving about… Not that there were any around last night.

Next Day…

The next day brought with it a torrential downpour. Lightning forked across the sky and thunder rumbled. The road the boys traveled on quickly became mud causing Spirit and Sea Salt's hooves to stick with every step. Their mounts continued to plod on as they moved higher.

It became apparent to Link that their trip to Hateno Village would almost certainly be delayed by a day. Still, he had them do what they could to press on. The pair rode parallel to the river for a time before it angled away, and they found himself riding down into a valley.

That's where they saw what appeared to be the remains of an old horse track just south of the road. In the center of the muddy track were several old buildings. Most had collapsed over the years, but there remained a few that stood.

The boys dismounted and took hold of their mounts' halters before leading them towards the old track. Deciding that they'd been traveling in this for too long, the pair continued towards the building in the center of the camp that appeared to still be standing.

As they approached, Roxas noticed an orange glow coming from one of the windows. "Looks like someone has already taken shelter from the storm."

"In that case, maybe we shouldn't…" Link began until thunder boomed overhead, and heavier rain began to fall. "Let's see if they'll let us stay."

Roxas knocked on the door and knocked again when no one answered. When they still received no answer, the Nobody sighed and opened the door. It swung slowly open on rusty wooden hinges.

"Hello." Link called out. "I wished to see if we could…"

The hero fell silent as staring back at them from within the building were not a huddled group of Hylians. Instead, it was a group of Blue Bokoblins and two of the larger Moblins. They had gathered around a raging fire that was already likely too large for the meager fireplace.

One of the Moblins stood and held a long, rusted blade while two of the Bokoblins were running to grab their respective weapons from a nearby wall. In this case, their weapons seemed to be a pair of pitchforks.

"Normally, I wouldn't use this much magic, but even I want to dry off." Roxas summoned Oathkeeper. "Thundaga! Thundaga! Thundaga!" Lighting rained down on the monsters within the room until they all collapsed and dissipated. "Problem solved."

"Remind me to never irritate you." Link commented as they brought their horses in with them. "First order of business is to get this fire down to a manageable size."

The Next Day…

The boys and their horses felt much better come morning. This lent itself well to a swift, peaceful ride to Hateno Village. Just as they were roughly an hour out, the pair heard screaming.

"Nat, watch out!"

Link directed them over there, and they heard familiar sounding screeches. It was a group of three Bokoblins. Link grabbed the sword off his back while Roxas summoned his keyblades. They soon saw what looked like the glow of a torch.

Moments later, the pair came upon the commotion. Two women, each wearing simple clothes and boots, stood back-to-back in a small clearing surrounded by trees. One of them held a torch out in front of her while the other had a short sword in her hand.

The one with the sword clearly didn't have much practice with it, and she was favoring one of her legs over the other. They were surrounded by three Bokoblins, one black and two blue, holding an old pitchfork and clubs.

Link rode by the black Bokoblin and chopped his head off with a single swing which only proved that this blade he got from that Yiga was quite the blade indeed. Roxas managed to ungracefully leap from Salt's saddle and thrust his Keyblades through the remaining monsters.

All three monsters were taken out before they really knew what hit them. Link had Epona come back around, along with Sea Salt, while Roxas stood up. The women eyed the partners with a mixture of awe and fear.

"Wow." The woman with the sword, who had shoulder-length brown hair and green eyes, stated. "See, Meghyn. I told you that we'd be fine so close to the village."

"Fine?" Meghyn had short black hair and grey eyes. "Nat, we almost died! I told you there had been Bokoblins seen around here, and that it wasn't safe to go out until they'd been cleared."

"Which they now have been." The woman named Nat eased herself down to the ground and ran her fingers down her leg to her ankle. "Think I just sprained it. It's not bad."

"Are you… both all right?" Link asked.

"Oh!" Meghyn looked back at the boys embarrassed. "I'm sorry, thank you for saving us. My sister insisted that we come out early to look for mushrooms…"

"Truffles." Nat corrected.

"Truffles…" Meghyn shot her sister an exasperated glare. "We'd heard that there were monsters in the area, but she didn't think they would come so close to the village."

"You won't be complaining when I'm cooking dinner tonight." Nat informed while carefully removing her boot.

Both boys could see her ankle was noticeably swollen.

"Hold on, let me get that for you." Roxas held up Oathkeeper. "Cure!"

Green energy flowed around Nat's ankle and her eyes widened. "Whoa, it's all better now." Both women looked at Roxas. "Are you some type of wizard?"

"Sure…" Roxas dispelled his keyblades. "Let's go with that."

Technically, it wasn't untrue.

Link stepped forward. "Are you from Hateno Village?"

"Yes, I'm Meghyn and this is Nat." Meghyn replied. "You two are?"

"I'm Link, and this is my friend Roxas." Link informed. "We're heading on into Hateno, so you'd be welcome to ride with us." He even took out some truffles. "Here, you can have these since I've been scavenging food every chance I get."

"See Meghyn, it's not that hard to find some truffles." Nat declared. "Go on and accept them."

"Nat, we are not taking those for free." Meghyn took out a purple Rupee before giving it to Link and accepting the food. "You can consider this payment for the ride you're offering and the food."

"Oh, thanks." Link stated as he pocketed the Rupee.

The boys helped the sisters onto the backs of their mounts before making their way to the village. The partners quickly found it was best to keep quiet as the sisters were prone to arguments. They did manage to find out that the village relied heavily on dye exports and farming to sustain itself.

When asked, neither of the girls knew of any old women named Purah. That was a bit concerning, but when Link asked about ancient Sheikah technology, the sisters mentioned an old building on a hill overlooking Hateno Village.

Neither of them knew much about what went on or who lived there, but they did know that the man who lived there tended to be very secretive about his work. They also thought he had a young daughter. It did not sound very promising, but it was a place to start.

They eventually rounded a bend in the road, and the village finally came into view. The entire village appeared to be built on a series of hills of varying heights. The buildings nearest the entrance were built at a considerably lower elevation than those further away.

Beyond the village, the boys could see several larger hills with paths leading up to their peaks. Beyond that, there was a massive, snowy mountain. The buildings of Hateno were all made of simple brick and plaster with red tiled roofs. Several windmills dotted the hills and fields.

Near the village's entrance, several new buildings were in the process of being built. Oddly, these clashed with the others in the village. They were built out of vibrantly painted wood with multiple stories and flat-topped roofs. The village bustled with activity.

Farmers worked their fields, children played in the streets, villagers called out to each other, and a group of large men walked with purpose towards the half-constructed houses. Link found himself smiling as they passed under a wooden arch that marked the entrance to the village.

Hateno Village

A sleepy man holding a pitchfork was seemingly standing guard. The man was introduced as Thadd, and it was his job that day to keep an eye on the road to Hateno. Thadd became bewildered when Nat assured him that he shouldn't worry about the Bokoblins.

Exasperated, Meghyn tried to explain, but Nat insisted they keep moving. She even spurred Epona into motion with her good leg resulting in a confused Thadd taking off his straw hat and scratching his head. Roxas noticed a shrine tucked behind a few other buildings.

He shared a look with Link who had noticed it as well. They would do little to investigate it now as Nat led them deeper into the village. The girl's house was located next to a large shop decorated with colorful sheets, banners, and clothing.

This had to be the Hateno dye shop the girls had told them about. According to Meghyn, the dyes made by this shop were exported as far as the Gerudo Highlands and Rito Village. Once they reached the house, they helped the sisters off before remounting.

"You're going already?" Meghyn stopped them with wide eyes. "I mean, you saved our lives so we should do something to repay you."

While what Telma gave them was nice for saving her life, neither Roxas nor Link expected a reward then. The same applied here.

"It's alright." Link stated. "We actually need to try to find the person we came here for."

"At least let us cook you a meal," Nat piped in.

The boys were somewhat surprised. Of the two women, Meghyn had been the more grateful one thus far.

"Yes, it won't take long." Meghyn nodded enthusiastically. "I can get started on it right away."

Nat's offer made more sense if Meghyn would be the one doing the cooking. Regardless, Link wanted to continue while Roxas wasn't too certain about this. Ultimately, they figured a meal wouldn't hurt.

"I suppose we can stay for a meal." Link stated.

After securing their mounts outside, and providing them with a bucket of grain each, the partners followed the women in. Sometime later, they left the sisters' house well-fed and refreshed. They insisted the two of them come back that evening for another meal.

They told them they would if able. Beyond providing food, they had also helped the boys get the lay of the land from the local inn to the probable location of Purah. With this knowledge in hand, they rode over a bridge that stretched over a small creek.

They spotted the inn where a man roughly Link's age eyed them with hawkish eyes. He wasn't the only person in town that was looking at them. While the town certainly didn't seem to be unwelcoming to travelers and visitors, it was unlikely they were used to strangers showing up.

The pair moved along a path that zig-zagged up the hill towards the strange building that overlooked the entire town. It was quite the path to take, so fortunately they could see smoke rising from its distant chimney. At least someone was home.

The building at the top of the hill was odd to say the least. It looked as though it had once been a large windmill with the wind blades long removed. A house had been built around the base of the windmill, and another structure appeared to have been added to the top of the windmill.

There were wooden steps spiraling around it up to the room at its peak. A massive telescope had been set up on the second landing pointing south. Atop the old windmill's tower was a Guardian. Link stared up at the inert form with its six legs draped down over the tower.

It seemed eerie to just see it sitting there. The others that the pair had seen had all been seemingly frozen or destroyed in the middle of battle. This one… It must have been brought here from somewhere else.

"The question is, how could they have lifted and placed it all the way up there?" Link thought.

They approached the door to the building before Roxas knocked. They waited for a few moments, and the door was flung open by a little girl. She was Sheikah by the look of her with grey-white hair. She also wore bright red spectacles and had a golden bow in her hair.

She looked as the pair irritated only to gasp as she noticed Link. "Oh!" She eyed the Sheikah Slate at his hip and gazed up at his face. "You must be here to see the Director."

The look of shock was masked by a sudden business-like expression. Link wasn't sure what to make of the little girl before. She didn't look like she could be any older than six or seven, but there was something to her eyes that made him feel strangely uncomfortable.

"I… yes." Link stated. "My friend and I were sent here by Impa of Kakariko Village. She told me to look for her sister, Purah. Is she…"

The girl's lips twitched, and he noticed that she was grabbing the hem of her little white dress with both of her fists. "Oh yes, the Director is in the back."

She thumbed over her shoulder at another figure at the back of the room. It was a Sheikah man who eyed partners and little girl with pursed lips.

"Oh, I was hoping to find Purah here." Link frowned. "Still, we'll talk to the Director."

They began towards the man when Roxas heard the girl snickering. He frowned and glanced back just in time to see her force a serious expression on her face again. The Nobody shrugged it off and followed Link up to the Sheikah man who looked increasingly exasperated.

As they walked across the spacious room, the pair noticed the objects inside of it. Off to the one side was one of the large stalactite-like stones and pedestals like they'd found on the towers. There were also some pieces of machinery that looked a lot like pieces of Guardians.

Mostly, there were just an incredible number of books and loose sheets of paper with cramped writing on them scattered all about the room. They formed stacks all over the floor, on the table in the center of the room, and on the desks to the peripheries of the room. It was chaotic.

In fact, the only place that wasn't chaotic was the corner where the Sheikah man stood. His corner was neat and well-organized with books lining many bookshelves. Link wondered how he could keep his corner so clean while letting the rest of the room fall into such disarray.

"Good afternoon, sir." The Sheikah man glanced down towards the Sheikah Slate on his hip. "Oh! That is the actual Sheikah Slate, isn't it?" He looked back up. "That would make you Master Link, would it not?"

"Yes," Link said still felt blinded by his lack of memories. "Impa sent me."

"Ah, Lady Impa did warn us you would be coming through her pigeon." The man stated. "I assume she probably sent one to Master Robbie as well…" The Sheikah man looked thoughtful. "Perhaps I should send one as well since I'm certain he'd like to know of your return."

Link had no idea who this Master Robbie was, nor did he particularly care right now. "I was sent here to speak to Purah. My Sheikah Slate is not working properly, so Impa said Purah might be able to fix it."

"What!?" The little girl exclaimed before running in and snatching the Sheikah Slate.

"Hey!" Roxas immediately snatched it from her with a glare. "Don't take things my friend, little girl." The girl lept after the tablet as Roxas moved to hold it over his head. "This is not a toy."

"Just give it to me already!" The girl declared before kicking Roxas in the shin.

"Ow, you ankle bitter!" Roxas resisted the urge to lower himself and rub his shin. "I already told you, I'm not letting you take this from my friend."

"You're the rude one, jerk." The girl moved to kick his shin again, so Roxas dodged her. "Give me the slate already."

"Alright, I think your little joke has back fired." The man stepped between them to alleviate the anger in the air. "Young man, my name is Symin, and I'm actually the Director's assistant." He waved his arm to the little girl. This here is the real Director you seek. She is Mistress Purah."

"Check it!" The girl spun around before grinning at Link. "Had you fooled! You really thought that Symin was the Director, didn't you Linky?"

"Linky?" Link thought.

"Please, like this brat here could be Impa's sister." Roxas commented. "I don't even know that much about how families work, but even I know it's impossible for Impa's parents to have someone this young when Impa is that old."

"Don't be rude!" Purah exclaimed.

"Consider yourself lucky I don't punt you out the door." Roxas retorted frustrated.

"Oh, I welcome you to try." Purah argued.

Roxas glared. "Don't tempt me."

"Roxas…" Link stated in disbelief.

"Link, she's annoying." Roxas stated.

Link wanted to sigh right now, but he could only smile. "This situation never crossed my mind." He walked forward and took the Sheikah Slate from his friend. "Alright, clearly there's been some misunderstanding. If you really are Purah, how are you this young?"

"That's a fun story." The girl stated while snapping her fingers. "You see, I was experimenting with a rune that would reverse the aging process, and… snap! Here I am! The youngest one hundred and twenty-or-so-year-old woman you'll ever meet!"

"You're really Impa's sister?" Link asked.

"The one and the same!" She snapped her fingers as if suggesting Link needed to keep up. "Impa's my baby sister!" She seemed to find this quite funny since she giggled after saying it. "My much older baby sister."

"I also prefer her over you." Roxas commented.

"Here we go again." Purah declared as she walked up to Roxas. "Do I really need to kick your shin again?"

"What did that achieve?" Roxas crossed his arms. "You didn't even bring me…" He dodged to the right as she tried to kick him again. "Also, you're not going to get me when I'm now expecting it."

Purah tried again prompting Roxas to pick her up by the back of her shirt. "Let me down this instant!"

"Not happening you little ankle bitter." Roxas retorted.

"Roxas…" Link took Purah and set her down. "Why don't you go over there and cool down for a bit." He then turned to Purah. "Please stop antagonizing my friend."

Roxas walked away. "Fine."

"Me antagonize him!"" Purah exclaimed.

"To be fair Director, you were trying to take Master Link's Sheikah Slate with no explanation." Symin spoke up. "Additionally, you were the one who decided to play the part of a little girl rather than reveal yourself right away."

Purah grumbled to herself while crossing her arms.

Link decided to get this visit back on track. "Anyways, Impa asked me to come see you. She said that the Sheikah Slate was missing something that might help me recover my lost memories."

He held out the slate and Purah took it. "Oh, we were right. The Shrine of Resurrection did cause memory loss. Good to know."

"Do you think she's right?" Link asked.

Purah raised eyebrow. "How am I supposed to know? I work on ancient technology; not Hylian brains!" Her eyes fell back down to the Sheikah Slate. "Now, I need to figure this out. Last I checked, the Camera Rune was here before I put you in the Shrine of Resurrection."

"You put me in the Shrine?" Link questioned.

She sighed dramatically. "Subject appears to be very… persistent after one-hundred-year slumber. Perhaps it is a side effect of the memory loss? Uncertain. She smiled sweetly. "Yes! I did! Well, we did. Carried you all the way to the Great Plateau. You were heavy, too.

Then, we put you in, locked the Sheikah Slate up with you, and went our separate ways. We hoped that at least one of us would still be alive when you woke up. As luck would have it, all of us are still alive. Funny that. Sheikah do tend to have longer lifespans than Hylians."

Link opened his mouth to ask another question, but she cut him off. "Now, why don't you be a sweet little boy, take the jerk, and go play. Practice swinging your sword or something. Whatever it is you do when you're bored, alrighty?"

"What do you think we do kid?" Roxas asked. "Link and I fight, and he's the guy who will defeat Ganon. Let me tell you, last I heard, the Sheikah Slate isn't the weapon that can do it. I don't think that's the Master Sword."

"Looks like cooling off didn't work." Link mumbled to himself.

"Please, this technology trumps that weapon." Purah commented.

"Except it can't end Ganon." Roxas retorted. "Plus, I can do everything that little slate can currently do and then some. I don't have a camera function; however, I've never heard of someone being pictured to death."

"Please, like you could…" Purah began.

"I don't need to entertain you." Roxas interrupted before walking out.

Link ran after his friend. "Roxas, wait up!" The Nobody turned to him. "What was that?"

"I will not apologize to her." Roxas crossed his arms before sighing. "Though, I will apologize to you. I know the Sheikah Slate holds the answers to your memory. I'm sorry."

"Don't worry about it." Link assured. "Honestly, I was just surprised you could be petty angry. I mean, I saw your anger at Xigbar, which was warranted, but This was like watching two children argue."

"I still wish I would have punted her out the door." Roxas commented.

At that moment, Symin approached the pair. "I'm sorry if I'm interrupting, but Mistress Purah wanted me to tell Link that the Sheikah Slate will be fixed by tomorrow morning. All things considered; I believe you two would be more comfortable at the local inn."

"No complaints from me." Roxas declared.

They mounted their steads and began back down the hill. Their first stop was the inn where they paid for a room and spots within the stable. The innkeeper offered them a meal, but they remembered their promise to visit Meghyn and Nat. The rest of the evening passed by pleasantly.

The two sisters seemed to fight often, but they clearly cared for one another. They also had plenty of stories to share. Nat, particularly, was able to tell Link of several notable legends in the area. One of them was of the hero from their village that bravely fought off dozens of Guardians.

This story resonated with Link. He was even thinking about it as he lied down at the inn that night. Village legends spoke of a hero that had grown up and lived in this very village. A knight that fought the Guardians in one, final battle at Fort Hateno.

He ultimately died, but his sacrifice protected the Hateno Region. Link knew it had to be him, but he wished he had any memories about this. Apparently, his old family's home remained to this day, unoccupied. He decided that he would have to ask Purah about this in the morning.

The Next Day…

Link was enjoying the feeling of the bed to the point that he remained in it the following morning until the sun had risen high enough to banish the morning's dew. Roxas had even gotten up, trained, and brought breakfast back to the room for them.

Just as Link was contemplating getting up for breakfast, he turned his head upon hearing his partner. "I don't know why they gave you a key to this room, but it's our room." He opened the door and plopped Purah outside it before slamming the door shut. "Don't come back!"

"Hey no fair!" Purah exclaimed. "Linky, your friend is being rude!"

"I'm actually in agreement with Roxas on this!" Link called.

"That stupid jerk has tainted you Linky!" Purah shouted. "If I'm not let in, then you can't come into my lab, Jerky!"

"Good, I don't want to enter your lab." Roxas retorted. "That place is a mess." He smirked as he could now say something to get back at her for yesterday. "Why don't you go write some research paper or something."

"Ah, the nerve!" Purah exclaimed.

"Just buzz off because I am not dealing with you until breakfast is over." Roxas locked the door.

"This is more important than breakfast." Purah retorted. "The Sheikah Slate is fixed…"

"We'll deal with it after breakfast." Roxas interrupted. "I swear, if you continue with this, I will tie you to my horse and have him trot you around Hateno all day."

"Science waits for no man!" Purah declared.

Roxas unlocked the door and stepped out. "I warned you."

Purah's eyes widened before she ran off. "I'll be waiting outside for you two!"

Roxas sighed contently as he closed the door, gave Link a plate of food, and sat down to eat his own. You best believe the Nobody planned to take as long as possible just to spite the diminutive ankle bitter. Once they finished, the pair left the inn to find Purah waiting for them outside.

"Good, you two are finally ready!" Purah exclaimed. "It's about time!"

Purah then pushed through the morning bustle of Hateno Village with her fists clenched at her sides. The boys followed, and at one point, a younger boy, who seemed very excited to meet a new little girl his age, ran up to her. Purah simply shouldered past him.

Link shot the boy an apologetic look, but he responded by sticking his tongue out. "Little brat."

The trio got onto their mounts, in Purah's case a mule, before heading on up to the lab. After a bit into their journey, the researcher looked at Roxas.

"Don't worry, I won't head into your…" Roxas began.

"Linky, your friend might be a real jerk, but I like him." Purah stated. "He's alright."

"What?" Link/Roxas asked.

"It's rare I find someone that has a good amount of bite to them." Purah admitted. "Despite what you might think, my own bite was used to test yours. You're alright… for a jerk."

"Well, I admittedly did go a bit overboard yesterday, but I'm not going to apologize for it." Roxas offered her a small smile. "That said, I guess you're alright as well… for an ankle bitter."

Purah laughed. "So Linky, do you want to know anything about your life before? I didn't really know you that well, but the princess was…" Purah smiled in such a way that made her look much older than the six-year-old body would suggest. "We were close. She was like my younger sister, and you were always two steps behind her."

"I've heard a lot about how I was this hero who defended Fort Hateno from the Guardians." Link stated. "Was that…"

"…really you? Yep!" Purah bounced a little in her saddle. "You were, are, the grand hero of Hateno. Before you ask, you did used to live here." Link looked at the village stretching below them. "Really, I guess your family lived here.

You weren't here often given that you followed in your father's footsteps from a fairly young age." The hero looked at her. "Early on, you showed great aptitude as a fighter and the want to join the knights. As such, you spent most of your life in Castle Town."

"Do I… still have any family alive?" Link asked.

Purah's expression fell. "As far as I know, your entire family was near the castle when Calamity Ganon broke free."

Link's heart sank, but he couldn't find it in himself to truly mourn. He didn't even remember his own parents or any other family he might have had. How could he truly mourn strangers? For a time, silence fell between them again as they slowly made their way up the hill.

When they entered the lab, Purah pointed at his Sheikah Slate on a table. "I did fix that… upgraded all the runes you did have and made the camera functional. It's the green one."

Link had no idea what photographs were, so he clicked the rune. At once, the screen turned transparent. When he pressed the green rune again, the screen flashed, and he was presented with a still image of what he had been pointing it at, the lab.

"You can look at the photos you've taken by clicking the rune next to it. That's the photo gallery. There's…" Purah hesitated as her voice hitched. "There's actually a lot of old photographs on there. We didn't clear them."

Link opened the gallery.

I think the main thing I need to discuss here is the type of relationship I put between Roxas and Purah. Before some of you ask, the word 'relationship' does refer to all types of relationships. Trust me, nothing romantic is here. With that out of the way, let me just say that I do enjoy Purah as a character. I feel Roxas wouldn't/ in 358/2 days, he fought the Halloween Town kids after they kept antagonizing him.

Given that I do feel Roxas would be protective of his friends, and with how Purah initially presents herself, you get what this chapter presents. Ultimately, I do feel this would lead to a type of friendship where Purah and Roxas regularly antagonize each other, but it wouldn't be out of malice. Ultimately, I think this whole situation exposes Roxas to another form of frienship.

Jebest4781 (Ch. 5-9): Thanks.

UltimateAvengers: They will.

ultima-owner: Yeah, like it's shown, death for a Nobody isn't the end Roxas believes it to be.

DARKPHANTOM13: I will say there are a few keyblades from the series I intend for Roxas to get from the series... you'll see. Not to worry when it comes to Link. I got some fights in mind for him when it comes to the Organization. His first one will come before or after Vah Ruta which is the first Divine Beast I'm going to have Link and Roxas tackle... so not too long.
