My own take on how the "James Bond is a Timelord" theory could work.

But at least he hadn't gotten a new regeneration while he was gone.

I forgot to mention in the "the Girl and the Madman" and "The wraith" are part of a 4 part saga called the children of Gallifrey. Anywho, there is a man called James. James believed himself to be one of many in his species, but it's still a shock to meet one more like himself.

The Doctor visits two important people in Bond's life, one during his last moments as 10, the other not long after "Angels in Manhatten". Then he meets Bond himself. Takes place in the Daemon 'Verse. Contains OC's!
