Set after Season 7 of SG1 and Before the Battlestar Galactica miniseries, two people's are about to discover that they have to radically reassess how they and the larger universe interact.

nbsg comes across the ancient Asgard vessel with the unmodified Asgard in stasis. It is brought abroad the Galactica for investigation. During their investigation of the ship Loki hears a faint signal and investigates. He discovers a group of refugee ships using strangely primitive versions of Furling jump drives and anti-gravity. There are even examples of Furling bio-engineering.

We all thought that the Cylons were gone. De'anna and the human forms cylons remain and have many stories to tell. This story is heavily Battle Star Galactica with some very definite Stargate Atlantis and other things mixed in. Look for a lot of action and a lot of reasons to rethink how you imagine the cylons and their evil tendencies. continuation of the rare friends story.

I keep getting asked about a hinted at sequel to my previous story Encounter At Dawn, so here's everything I wrote before placing the story on indefinite hiatus. Consider it a one-shot until I say otherwise.

280 Years after the Stargate is discovered the Alliance detect an emergency transmission from an Ancient Outpost. After an expedition reveals the origin to be the 12 Colonies of Kobol, a detailed analysis prove to the Alliance that the Colonials are not ready for First Contact. An intelligence agent is left on Caprica to monitor the Colonies, but what happens when Cylons show up?

A story set in 2010, and detailing the war between the 12 Colonies of Kobol and the Terran Commonwealth, due to their protection of the last surviving Cylon's which the Colonial's had been pursuing for several months in an attempt to wipe them out completely.
