Knowledge is power. It can destroy... Or it can save. What matters is what one does with knowledge. However, knowledge can only get you so far.

This is a collection of first chapters of story ideas that I want to get out of my head. They could become longer works depending on how each individual chapter is received. Title of the work, synopsis and list of main characters all posted at the top before each entry. Hope you enjoy. Note - These are ROUGH. There will be typos and mistakes.

While waiting for the Vytal Tournament to start, Sun and Neptune decide to become detectives to entertain themselves. Solving normal mysteries was all they wanted to do, but why did they expect their cases to be normal with the student population of Beacon?

After waking up from a vision of the future Pyrrha knows what she saw can't be allowed to happen. The future won't be as easy to change as she hopes and experiencing her death left behind changes in her and pain. Though it looks like keeping close to Jaune can help. Pyrrha will change her future and all of Beacon's as well.

Just a bunch of random one-shots. Each one will take place in what I will call an AU of a story I have done. Kind of like a ' What if...' thing. Remnant was finally healing from war and despite the joyous occasion, there those who still had wounds and scars left unchecked. But perhaps, the recovery process needs something much more than just a bandage.

What if the history of Remnant had a dark secret? Hidden away from the world, buried deep within the Faunus history books. A team transfers into Beacon academy, running from their own ghosts. Will they find refuge at Beacon or will fate have other things in store for them. Multiple pairings, mainly Ruby x OC. Rated M for eventual darker themes.

No one ever asked for Sable Schnee. Not his parents, not Winter and Weiss, not the people of Beacon Academy...and definitely not the readers. Sable is here anyways. No one is happy about this.

Meanwhile Jaune's friends back in Remnant are trying to find him after he mysteriously disappeared. How will these two worlds clash when the deadly Ace known as "Yellow Death" returns home.

Our favorite lovable blonde finds a magic sword that allows him to call on the power of knights of the round, as he transforms to save the day as the Arcalibur!

A new student joins Beacon and the adventures of Teams RWBY and JNPR! Who is this individual and why do they seem to know more than they let on? Read to find out! Other genres include action, friendship, fantasy, eventual romance, and a bit of mystery. Story title may change as I'm not too sure about it.

People drink for different reasons. Some drink to forget. Some drink to numb their pain. For me? I drink to remember. I drink to remember everything that has brought me to this point in my life whether its good or bad because it's one of the few things I have left. It grants powerful hindsight and hopefully someday it will keep me from making the same mistakes.

Sometimes, all that is needed to change history is a single moment. When an unexpected arrival ruins Cinder's plans to destroy Beacon, history is changed and Team RWBY finds themselves together instead of divided. However, they also discover that the darkness of Remnant goes beyond the one named Salem.

Ruby Rose is many things: a prodigy, an outcast, the black sheep of her family, someone who knows too much, and by some even a revolutionary. But all of these are simple titles that mean nothing to her personally. She owns and runs a club, and she has her own plans for the future. Even the ignorant family she discarded will not change the path she has chosen for herself.

(AU) To be the strongest in the world requires more than just mere strength. You must be extraordinary, be more than what others expect from you. Be honest, be who you really are at heart regardless of what others might think. Don't mimic what came before you, be something truly unique. Strive to be who you were always meant to be. Jaune Arc was moping about his girl troubles once again. Not entirely unusual for the boy as it was something to pass the time. But an encounter with a mysterious stranger left that as the least of his worries in the upcoming weeks. Before long, Jaune was going to become the very monster men had feared for centuries.
