The Mistralian Quarter has been taken over by a mysterious organization that calls itself the Enlightened Temple of the Juniper Bough. The city's no stranger to cults and religious mania, but this one seems different… and so the Ruby Masque, a team of "private investigators," has been hired to find out what they can, particularly about the mysterious "Invincible Girl."

The System awakes, and so does Jaune Arc. Of course, one is awakening from an eons long slumber and the other went to bed too late the night before and slept in far too long. The System adjusts to a methodology suitable for a teenage boy, and as such accidentally invokes the god-given right of living a video game. Jaune's in for a wild ride.

The evacuation from Mountain Glenn was a rushed and sloppy affair. Vale did not have many huntsmen ready to help civilians flee to Vale, so Beacon sent the upper classes to hold off the Grimm as long as they could... *One-shot*

Vernal had been confident going into her battle with Arc. A sudden reversal had lead to a mortal wound, but instead of leaving her to bleed to death in the sand, he brought her back from the brink of death. The poor fool. In the Laws of the Tribe he now owned her. Like it or not. Vernal's problem wasn't that he owned her, her problem was that she was starting to enjoy it.

Following the capture of their loved ones, the remainder of Team RWBY gather up help from all corners of Remnant to face an enemy unlike they have ever fought before while also dealing with their own personal feelings and an unexpected surprise. Will they succeed in stopping the mysterious Conduit from expanding its grip on their world.

Sienna Khan was a great leader. A great speaker, a dedicated politician, someone who cared for the people. A meeting with a human derails her plans for the future slightly... Jaune Arc was born with no aura and no semblance. For his entire childhood, he wanted to help people by becoming a Huntsman, but his lack of aura and semblance made it near impossible for him to even be considered. When private military company finds Jaune and his disability, they tell him he can do what a hunter does in only 2 years. There has to be a caveat to it, right?

"James...what have you done?" Orphaned at a young age, Jaune Arc was raised to be the perfect soldier, until one day, The General gives him an order he just can't follow. Now, Jaune has to learn to learn to live and uncover the knight he was born to be.

He doesn't know why. But he does know that he has no money, nowhere to go and no idea what to do. Still, at least whoever decided to chug him in here also decided to throw him a bone, gotta be grateful for small miracles. Sharingan!SI
