Olivia feels like shit. She had finished off the second bottle of wine and she woke up in bed feeling like someone was sitting on her head. She doesn't even remember going to bed and she groans at the state of herself. Her mouth was so dry she couldn't even lick her lips. She turned her head to see where Trevor was but she wasn't sure if he had even come to bed, the sheets were wrapped around her but he could have just got up early.
It takes her a few moments to find the strength to even sit up. The room was spinning even as she laid down and by the time she pushes herself into a sitting position she thinks she's going to be sick. She's still in yesterday's clothes and that's the final straw of her self respect gone.
She walks to the kitchen and finds it just as clean as she had left it yesterday when they had gone out. Her wine glass had been cleaned and put on the draining board and the empty bottles of wine were in the trash. She figured Trevor must have guessed the state she would be in in the bedroom and decided to sleep in the guest room. Normally she hated it when he did that but given the state she must look she was thankful this time.
Leaning her body against the sink to hold herself steady she pours herself a glass of water. She wants to down it all but knows it'll only make her more nauseous so she takes small sips between deep breaths. She needs to get out of the house, take her mind off the thumping in her head. She takes two paracetamol and prays that a shower will help.
She starts unbuttoning her blouse as she walks back to her bedroom and through to the ensuite. Her shirt is discarded by the bedroom door, her pants follow suit by the bathroom door and she looks at herself in the large mirror covering pretty much the whole wall behind the sink. She pushes her boobs together remembering in her 20s when they looked like this naturally. She lets her hands drop and smooths over her belly, it was still pretty flat, she had to stop using the mum tum excuse years ago and had taken up yoga and pilates but that was the only real exercise she did nowadays. She turns around to look at her ass, not bad she tells herself but a little help toning wouldn't be a bad thing.
She steps out of her underwear and drops her bra to the floor before stepping into the warm spray of the shower letting it run over her face to shock her body into working again. She was going to find her phone and give the PT a call but she thinks she should think of some other activities that she could do as well, something a little more fun that just working out. She wanted some excitement this summer.
When she gets out of the shower she goes to find her phone in the living room. The battery was dead so she puts it on to charge next to her bed as she dries her hair. She decides to wear it down today, making a few loose curls with a round brush and flicking her bangs out to frame her face. Her phone beeps as it turns itself on and she walks over to get it. She had a message from Noah "Having a good time. Love you both". She presses the phone to her chest feeling blessed that she had such a caring son to text her first.
"Miss you so much as well. Keep me updated, I want to hear all you get up to. Love you. Mom"
There was another message waiting for her to read, this one from Trevor.
"Saw you were in a state last night so i slept in the spare room. See you tonight"
She doesn't even respond to his petty dig. If he had stuck around yesterday like he had promised she wouldn't have gotten into the state she did. She sits down on her bed and looks through her messages for the text from Casey for this personal trainer's number. She pulls the number up and presses call.
"Hello, Elliot Stabler speaking"
He sounds older than she thought. He has a deep and scruffy voice, not the voice of the young twenty year old she had expected.
"Hi, I uh.." she had been so distracted by his voice she had lost her train of thought. Why was she finding a voice sexy?! "My name's Olivia, my friend Casey gave me your number. I'm on the look out for a personal trainer"
"That's no problem, I'm your man. Are you free today? We could meet and have a little chat about what you're after, what goals you have, come up with a plan?"
"Um, yeah I can be free"
"Brilliant. How about 2pm?"
She looks at the clock on her bedside, it was already twelve, did she have enough time to get ready?
"Yeah 2pm is fine"
She could hardly say no due to not having enough time to get on some clothes and put makeup on, she didn't want him to think of her as a total airhead.
"Ok. I'll text you the address. I look forward to meeting you"
They say their goodbyes and she puts the phone back down on the nightstand, her heart is beating through her chest. She doesn't know why. She had one conversation with a man and it made her nervous? She clearly needs to get laid more.
She walks to her closet and picks out a plain black top and a pair of denim jeans. She doesn't know what you wear to meet with a personal trainer so she went with the most casual outfit she could find. She was even wearing flat shoes today which felt very wrong in her world. After the two bottles of wine she doesn't skimp on the make up, she draws on thick eyeliner under her eyes and applies a few layers of mascara. She chose a fairly nude lipstick, she didn't want to make it seem like she was making too much of an effort.
When she was finished she walked back over to her phone to check her messages to see how far the address was. It turns out it was only a few blocks over so she had plenty of time to get there. She had no more messages from Noah and figures he's probably busy now.
Deciding she might as well walk off this hangover she throws on her beige coat and heads to the address Elliot had given her.

The gym wasn't quite what she expected. When she walked in she found a boxing ring and punching bags. There was the usual gym equipment, bench presses and treadmills on the other side of the room and down the back was a wall that was a floor to ceiling mirror.
There were two men in the boxing ring sparring and her eyes fell on the older gentleman. He had a bushy goatee and a bold head and even though she could tell he must be around her age his body was chiselled. She could see his muscles working as he threw punches to his opponent and she could see the sweat dripping from his forehead. She licks her lips as she watches him move around, she hopes he isn't here much the same time as her as that could be distracting.
The man he is fighting is in his around forty and she guessed that must be Elliot. He had a dark head of hair and was smaller than the man he was fighting. He had muscles but they weren't as prominent, she didn't mind though she didn't plan on becoming a bodybuilder.
"Ahem"
Liv makes a little noise to get their attention and they both look towards her. She noticed the way both men looked her over more than was necessary but it felt nice that someone was still looking at her that way. The older man looks away first and turns back to the man he had just been sparring with.
"That's all for today, same time tomorrow? We'll do some weight?"
"Yeah no problem. See you"
The younger man throws his gloves down and climbs down from the ring to leave. He gives Liv a nod as he walks past her and out to the changing rooms. She is surprised to see the older man take his gloves off and wrap a towel around his neck, wiping the sweat off his face as he walks towards her.
"You must be Olivia?". He asks and she gulps as he approache. His bicep muscles were still flexing and she wanted to reach out and touch them. She forces her eyes to look back at him and she nods.
"And you must be Elliot?"
He holds out her hand for him to shake and she takes it. His hands are much bigger than hers and they feel so rough, manly. Trevor's were soft, a true sign they'd never done a day of manual labour in his life. Touching him sends a jolt through her body straight between her legs as she wonders what those hands could do.
"Nice to meet you"
"Likewise"
"Let's take a seat"
He motions down to the back of the gym before he walks her over to a bench just by the mirrors and picks up a clipboard that he keeps there for his induction meetings.
"So tell me, what is it you're after?"
He smiles at her as he waits for her to answer and she notices just how blue his eyes are when he looks at her.
"I uh, just making sure I don't let myself go"
"You definitely haven't done that"
He answers instantly looking her dead in the eyes as he speaks and she feels her cheeks get warm.
"Well I just thought I better be a bit more proactive, I have a lot of free time to make use of"
"I'm a lucky guy that you want to spend it with me"
He smirks at her and she's shocked that he's flirting so soon, does he flirt with every client before finding out their relationship status?
"Bet you say that to all the women"
"True. But I don't normally mean it"
She doesn't know how but she knows he's telling the truth.
"I guess we're both the lucky ones then"
She doesn't know why she's flirting back but she leans her head to the side and raises her eyebrow. He grins, flashing her a dashing smile before he looks down towards the paper in front of him and starts writing. He asks her a few more questions about her health and lifestyle habits before he sets the clipboard down telling her he thinks he has everything he needs.
"So, shall we book you in a session? Same time tomorrow?"
She nods her head but she's unsure how she'll manage to concentrate with heavy equipment with him around. He didn't normally see people so quickly but he hoped Olivia wanted to come to see him every day.
"Well Olivia it's nice to have you on board. I'm looking forward to making you work up a sweat"
She tries to hold back the smirk forming on her face by biting her lip then realised that probably looks much worse when he gives her a smug look. She stands to leave before she makes the situation any worse and he walks her across the gym, going back to the boxing ring to pick up his drink.
"That's a bit random isn't it? A boxing ring here?"
She's stalling. She should leave but instead she's turned back to him as she sits on the edge of the ring taking a sip from his water bottle.
"I had a lot of female clients that said they never felt safe at night, I thought I'd try and help. Teach them a little self defence"
She nods, looking between the ring and him. Thoughtful and sexy.
"Well I'll see you tomorrow". She says finally walking towards the door.
"I look forward to it"
She turns around to give him one last smile before she walks out leaving him staring after her.
She wasn't his usual type, he normally went for the skinny blonde bimbo types but there was something he couldn't put his finger on about Olivia. Her eyes looked like they could see right into his soul, her body practically made his mouth water. He wanted to see if his hands would fit her full breasts in, she'd had on a long coat but he imagined her ass was just as perfect as the rest of her body.
This one he had to have.

Liv was in a store changing room trying on gym clothes. She'd worn old tops and leggings when working out before but here she was wanting to find something practical and mainly sexy. Of course she didn't plan to do anything with this man but she wanted him to want her, wanted him to desire her. It had been a long time since a man had looked at her like he wanted her in that way and she wanted to enjoy it while it lasted.
When she got home a few hours later with her arms full of bags - she hadn't just stopped at gym clothes - she found the apartment still empty and for the first time ever she didn't even care. Screw Trevor if he doesn't want to give you the attention you deserve, someone else will. The devil on her shoulder tells her and for once she listens. It was all harmless, just something to put a smile on her face she tells herself but deep down she can't help but wonder what restraint she would have if it came down to it.
