Adagio couldn't believe it. They were so close! They had everyone under their spell! Then those girls had to band up and overtake them! Now their jewels were destroyed, and they couldn't sing!
"AUGH! WE WERE SO CLOSE!" She shouted at the top of her lungs.
"Adagio, quiet!" Aria whispers.
"Yeah, do you want the cops to find us?" Sonata added.
Adagio sigh and leans on a tree.
"We had everything! The power, the magic, everything! And we lost it to those no good, lousy, stupid bi..." She said.
"Adagio!" Sonata said, covering her mouth.
Adagio just pushes her off before sitting on the ground.
"Okay, I think the close is clear. We must have lost them." Aria said, ducking under the brush.
"What now?" Sonata asked.
The Dazzlings, as they called themselves, were on the run since the Battle of the Bands back at Canterlot High. After their spell was broken, everyone somehow learn that they were the cause of all the problems and tried to call the police on them. Without their singing voice, they couldn't stop them. Luckily, they have picked up some survivor skill during their stay and was able to stay one step ahead of everyone. However, they weren't sure how long they could keep this up. Sonata sighs before noticing a green glow from the forest.
"Huh? What's that?" She said, walking towards it.
"Sonata! Get back here!" Aria said, noticing the third siren walking away.
Sonata didn't listen and kept walking. She moves a brush out of the way and gasps.
"Um, Adagio, Aria. You might what to see this!" She said, shocked.
Confused, the two join her and were shocked by what they saw. There, floating before them, was a portal. But it didn't look like the portal that brought them here. It was green and swirling.
"Huh, that's one weird-looking portal," Sonata said.
"As much as I hate to agree with Sonata, but I have to agree," Aria said.
Adagio walked closer to the portal and could sense something coming from it. She did have a better sense of magic without her necklace, though it was much weaker.
"Whatever it is, it's powerful. And it's not magic." She said.
"Then what is it?" Sonata asked.
"Not sure," Adagio said, looking in it.
Aria join her as Sonata started to hear something. It sounds like...barking?
"Sweeet Celestia! They brought dogs!" Sonata gasps, knowing those creatures could sniff them out.
She gets up to run before trips over a rock, crashing into Adagio and Aria, knocking all of them into the portal. Once they were through, the portal closed and disappeared. That day, The Dazzlings left the world and enter a new one.
One Week later,
Danny groans as he tries to make it to class on time. This morning the Box Ghost woke him up at 4 in the morning before Skulker decide to hunt him when he was on his way to school. He was able to reach the door before he was pushed aside.
"Move it, Loser!"
Danny groans as Dash enters the class just as the bell rang. Meaning he was late to class, again! He sighs and enters the class. Mr. Lancer notices him and sighs. Without a word between them, Danny was sent to his seat. Unlike the other times, Mr. Lancer saw Dash push Danny down. He'll deal with it later. Right now, it was time for something else.
"Alright class before we start today's lesson, I was just informed that we have new students joining us today." He said.
That surprised everyone. They rarely get new students in their school. The door opens, and three girls stepped in. Danny was surprised at how pretty the three were and how colorful their hairs were. He could hear Sam scoff from the back of the class.
"Welcome, Girls. Please introduce yourselves." Mr. Lancer said.
"Greeting, I'm Adagio Dazzle." The first girl said, looking to be the leader of the group.
"I'm Aria Blaze." The second girl said, looking bored.
"Hiya! I'm Sonata Dusk!" The third girl said, cheerfully.
Danny blinks. Those were some pretty odd names, but who is he to judge what their parents named them.
"Glad you can join our school. I'm afraid there are empty seats at the back of the class." Mr. Lancer said.
"That's fine. We prefer it that way." Adagio said.
"We do?" Sonata asked.
"Move it!" Aria said, pushing her towards the back.
Danny watch as each girl walked towards the back and notices how Adagio was walking. He's seen Paulina walk the same way. She was at the top and no one could take her down. Aria looked a bit annoyed as she push the confused Sonata. Just as they passed him, Sonata took notice, and a blush appeared on her cheeks.
"Hi..." She said, shyly.
"Um, hi?" Danny said, confused.
"That was weird." He whispers to himself.
Later,
The Dazzlings meet up at their lockers, grabbing their new things.
"I can't believe this school brought our story!" Adagio said, smirking.
"I want to know why our skin changed color," Aria said, looking at her hands.
"Well, it's clear this world is much different than we thought. But that's not important. No one where knows who we are. They don't know what we are." Adagio smiles.
"Let me guess, you want us to recover our power and rule over this one?" Aria asked.
Adagio looks at her, upset.
"Of course! I've been mentioning it all week!" She said.
"We don't even know how we're going to do that! This world is weirder than the last one!" Aria said.
"Look, we just have to play along until someone tells us what we need to know. Right, Sonata?" Adagio said.
The third siren didn't answer. Confused, the two turn to Sonata, who was looking at a boy with a smile on her face.
"He said "Hi" to me." She whispers.
If one could look closely at her, they could have sworn they could see cartoon hearts around her.
"Sonata!" Adagio said, snapping the girl out of her thoughts.
She turns and notices the looks on her cousin's and sister's faces.
"Oh, Yeah! What you said, Adagio." She quickly said.
Both sirens looked past her and notices the boy they saw in class.
"Sonata, why are you looking at him?" Aria asked.
"Um, I was wondering who he was. He looks really nice!" She said, smiling sheepishly.
"Who, Fenton?" Dash asked, walking up to them.
"Fenton?" Sonata asked.
"Yeah, Fenton the number one freak of the school. He comes from a family known to hunt and study ghosts. They were a laughing stock until they prove Ghosts are real." He said.
Adagio was a bit surprised. There was a family that study ghosts? Maybe that could help.
"Really? Sounds like an odd hobby." Aria asked.
"Yeah, but don't worry about him. Maybe I can treat you girls to something?" Dash said, smirking.
"No thank you. We're going to be on our way." Adagio said, already knowing what he was doing.
"Um, Adagio?" Aria said, pointing.
She looks to where Aria was pointing and saw that Sonata was walking toward him. She groans and facepalms herself.
Danny grabs his books before shutting his locker. He almost jump when he saw one of the new girls close by.
"Whew! You startled me." Danny said, taking a breath.
"Hi." She said, shyly.
"Um, hi? Sonata, right?" Danny asked.
She nods. Danny raise an eyebrow, wondering what she was doing here.
"So, can I help you with something?" He asked.
"Yes." She said, staring at him.
"Um? What do you need?" Danny asked, feeling a little crept out.
"You..." Sonata said before blushing.
"I'm sorry. I mean, I want to know you." She quickly said.
"Okay? Well, I'm Danny." He said.
"Danny? Weird name." Sonata said before blushing again.
"I like it."
"Okay?"
There was something strange about this girl.
"Um..." He started to say.
"SONATA!"
Both of them turn around and saw Adagio and Aria walking up to them.
"What do you think you're doing?" Adagio asked.
"I was getting to know Danny." She said.
"Danny?" Aria asked.
"Yeah, that's my name," Danny spoke.
Adagio leans toward him and Danny pulled back. Adagio looks at him for a few seconds before pulling away.
"And what do you want with him, Sonata?" She asked.
"I just wanted to talk to him," Sonata said.
Aria then steps up and looks at Danny. She then frowns before backing away.
"Not worth it." She said, walking away.
"Aria! You just met him!" Sonata yelled.
Danny blinks as Adagio sighs.
"I take it this happens?" He asked her.
"More than you know." She sighs.
Then Adagio faces him, her hands on her hips.
"Now listen here. I heard your parents study ghosts. Is that true?" She asked.
"Um, yeah. But..." Danny started.
"Hmm, then take me to them after school," Adagio told him.
"Why don't you back off!"
They all turned to see Sam and Tucker walking up, with Sam growling at Adagio.
"Oh? And what will you do if I don't?" Adagio challenged.
"Want to find out?" Sam asked, ready to kick her butt.
"Whoa! Sam! Cool it!" Tucker said, trying to stop her.
Danny sighs before turning back to Adagio.
"Look, I'm surprised you want to meet my parents. But with that tone, I'm not going to." He said, surprising her.
"Excuse me?!" Adagio asked.
"I'm not taking you to my parents until you ask nicer," Danny said.
He had Dash and Paulina boss him around a lot, and he was not going to let someone else do that as well.
Adagio look ready to blow before Sonata walked back up.
"Can we please meet your parents after school?" She asked, shyly.
Danny blinks. She was odd but much nicer.
"Alright. I might be a little late to introduce you to them. However, my house isn't that hard to spot. Just looks for the giant sign that said Fenton Works, and you meet them. Just a warning, my Dad loves talking about Ghosts. He will go on for hours about what he knows, and it will take him a few hours to wind down." He said.
Sonata nods, blushing again.
"Alright, we got what we need. Let's go." Adagio said, walking away.
"Bye, Danny," Sonata said, shyly before following the others.
"Huh, that was weird," Danny said.
Sam, on the other hand, notices how Sonata was acting toward Danny and didn't like it.
"Are you sure you want them to meet your parents?" Tucker asked.
"No, but I might as well get over with. They're going to find them soon or later." Danny said, sighing.
"FENTON!"
Danny looks up and saw that Dash was running toward him.
"And I gotta run. See you later." Danny said before booking it.
And here we go. It's been years since I did a My Little Pony story. Yes, I'm aware of the new Gen, but I haven't watched the movie that came out. And this is the first time I have written The Dazzlings. It might take me a while to match them completely from the movie. Yeah, I did watch all the EG movies that came out. I actually brought the first movie because I like it. I'm a Brony. So yeah, The Dazzlings had left the world of EG and appeared in the Danny Phantom World. And it appears that Sonata has fallen for Danny. And he has no clue. If you're wondering what they have been doing for the past week, they were mostly scouting the new place out and learning what they can. I think they did the same thing in the movie too.
There is something I need to say about Sonata. I mention this on the FIMfiction site, but I can't be the only person that thinks Sonata is not evil in the movie. I mean, it looks more like she just follows the crowd. Sonata just appears to me that she's hanging around the wrong crowd.
