Danny and Sonata were shocked for different reasons. It roars at them before Danny grabs her hand and started to pull her away.

"Come on!" He said, knowing he had to get her to safety to stop the ghost.

Sonata notices his hand touching her and blushes again. But she quickly shook it off and looks behind her.

"It following us!" She said.

"Darn! We got to hide!" Danny said.

Sonata looks around before spotting something. It was risky, but it was the best they got.

"Come on!" She said, pulling Danny with her this time.

Sonata jumped down a manhole, pulling Danny with her. The Siren Ghost ended up flying past them.

Down below, Sonata sighs as the ghost missed them.

"Really?" Danny asked, trying not to smell the sewer.

"It was the closed thing I could find," Sonata said, sheepishly.

"Well, at least you didn't pick a trash can." Danny sighs.

Given the chance, he'll jump down into the sewer as well. Sonata carefully climbs up the ladder and peeks out. The Ghost Siren was looking around before she carefully pull the manhole cover on.

"It looking for us." She said, climbing back down.

"That's not good," Danny said, knowing he still needs to get Sonata to safety.

Danny looks around, he hasn't been down here, but he did know there was another manhole close by. If the worst was to come, then he'll have no choice then let Sonata know about his powers.

"Come on, let's go before it finds us." He said, starting to walk down the sewer.

5 minutes later,

"Damn it! I swore there was another manhole close by!" Danny groans.

Sonata sighs as she was starting to hate the sewers. She should have found a better place to hide. Danny was worried because he would normally be fighting the ghost right about now and be with his friends. The last time he was taken out of action, his whole town was taken over. It has been really quiet, and he didn't like it.

"I'm sorry."

Danny turns to see Sonata looking down, upset.

"It's my fault. I chose to hide down here and..." She continued until Danny stops her.

"Sonata, stop. I don't blame you. Trust me, if I had to pick. I'll go for the sewer too." He told her.

Sonata was surprised before she smiled. They kept walking trying to find another manhole, not noticing something following them. Danny looks back at Sonata and started to think for himself.

'Huh, you know, Sonata sure is different from the other girls I met. I mean, she kind of shy and meek. But I can tell she's more than that. That kick she gave Dash at school tells me she's not always like this. And from what I heard from a few classmates at school, Sonata is an upbeat and somewhat hyper girl. Make me wonder why she becomes shy and meek around me?'

"Hey, Sonata? What were you trying to ask me before?" He spoke up.

"Huh? What?" Sonata said, breaking out of her thoughts.

"Back at the Nasty Burger before that weird ghost attacked." He said.

"OH!" Sonata said, looking away.

"I was wondering if..." Sonata started, not noticing something coming out of the sewer water.

"LOOK OUT!" Danny shouted, grabbing her arms and pulled her away.

To both Danny's and Sonata's surprise, a giant ghost alligator tried to snatch Sonata up with its jaws before Danny's ghost sense warned him.

"Okay, I heard of alligators in the sewer, but this is ridiculous!" Danny said, putting Sonata behind him.

"Where did that come from?!" Sonata asked.

"No idea, but we stood run!" Danny said as the Ghost Alligator roars.

They ran until Danny spots a ladder.

"There! Hurry!" He said, pointing.

They both started to climb the ladder with Danny keeping an eye out for the ghost gator.

'Seriously?! Two Ghosts in one day?! What did Parah Dark get out of his coffin again?!' Danny thought before seeing Sonata move the cover.

"Got it!" She said, climbing out.

Danny quickly climbs the ladder before feeling something grab his foot.

"Darn! It's got me!" He said, feeling the Ghost Gator trying to pull him down.

Sonata quickly grabs his arms and started to pull. Danny held on to her as he felt his leg get pulled. Danny was also using a bit of his ghost strength to keep himself from getting pulled back into the sewers. However, they heard a loud shriek and looks to see the Ghost Siren heading toward them.

"Ah, Cupcakes!" Sonata said, worried.

Seeing Sonata distracted for a moment, Danny lets go of her hand and fires a quick Ecto-blast at the Ghost Gator, forcing it to let go. He regrab her hand and started to pull himself out.

"Come on!" He said, pulling her to her feet.

Wasting no time, they ran again.

"Siren..."

Sonata blinks. Did that ghost just say?

"Danny!"

Danny turns and saw his friend Tucker waving at him. Knowing his friends had a plan, he turns to Sonata.

"Follow me!" He said, making her nod.

He turns down the corner where Tucker was before seeing his friends and the Sonata's Family members.

"Danny! Thank heavens! We've been looking all over for you!" Sam said, sighing.

"And you as well, Sonata," Tucker added, shaking his head.

"Where have you been?" Aria asked.

"No time! That Ghost is right on us! We need to hurry!" Danny said.

"And there's another ghost too!" Sonata asked.

"What?" Sam asked.

"No time! Move!" Danny said, feeling the Siren Ghost getting closer.

Tucker nods before turning to Aria.

"Help me out, Aria!" He said, running towards the trash can.

Aria sighs before following Tucker. Sam and Adagio quickly hid as Danny and Sonata stood still.

"Is it alright to mention I'm a bit scare?" Sonata asked him.

"Trust me, I'm a little scare myself," Danny said.

The Ghost Siren turns the corner and spotted the two. It shrieks at them before diving toward them.

"NOW!" Sam shouted, having Tucker and Aria pull on a rope.

Danny and Sonata watch as a glowing net fell on the Ghost, trapping it.

"Really?" Adagio asked.

"I never said it was a great plan." Tucker defended himself.

"A ghost net? Let me guess, Dad was trying Ghost Fishing again?" Danny asked.

"Yep." Sam and Tucker said.

"Ghost Fishing?" Sonata asked.

"Long story." Danny groans.

"Here dude, we brought one along," Tucker said, handing him the Fenton Thermos.

"What's that?" Sonata asked.

"Something my parents made. It can hold and trap ghosts until I released them back in the Ghost Zone." Danny said, taking the lid off.

"Sirens..." The Ghost spoke again.

Sonata blinks. She looks at the Ghost, who hisses at her. Danny sucks the ghost in before grabbing the net.

"I'm sure Dad is going to what this back," Danny said before placing the lid on.

"So, where were you?" Aria asked.

"Well, we were trying to get away from the ghost and Sonata had us hide in sewers," Danny said.

"Augh! I was wondering what that smell was!" Aria said, backing away.

"We stay out of the water," Sonata said, sheepishly.

"And we had a run-in with Ghost Alligator down there," Danny said.

"Dude, seriously?" Tucker asked, shocked.

"No joke," Danny said, knowing he had to go back down there and caught it later.

"Well, how about we get you both to a shower? Different showers." Sam said, plugging her nose.

Both Danny and Sonata nodded. However, no one notices a pair of glowing eyes peeking out of a manhole before a soft growl came from before it ducks back down.

At the Siren's new home,

Sonata sighs as she steps out of the shower with a towel wrapped around her. She couldn't believe what happen to her. She was trying to ask Danny out and they kept getting attacked by ghosts. However, Sonata felt her heart skip a beat as she thought of the times Danny save her from the ghost attacks. Sure, laying on top of her was a surprise, but having Danny standing in front of her to keep her safe from the Ghost Gator made her blush again.

"Sweet Celestia, I'm so helpless." She whispers.

She didn't understand it. She never felt like this before. Why did she feel like cold fins around him? But who could she ask? She knew that Adagio and Aria couldn't help her. Maybe one of his friends could help her?

"Sonata! Hurry up!"

She sighs as knew Aria was rushing her again.

She wraps her hair in another towel before stepping out of the bathroom.

"There, happy?" She asked her sister.

Aria nods before handing Sonata her PJs.

"Very. Now, get dressed. In your room." She said, walking away.

Yeah, maybe she'll ask Danny's friends about it.

At Danny's house,

Danny dry's his hair off before putting on his shirt. He did go back to the sewer and looked for the Ghost Gator, but he couldn't find it. He left after 10 minutes of searching. He lays down on his bed as his thoughts turn to Sonata.

"I do hope she's okay. I mean, not everyone can get used to a ghost attack up close." He said.

Still, he knew Sonata was trying to ask him something before those Ghosts attacked them. It was one thing if a Ghost went after him and another if they go after someone else. Not to mention the Ghost Siren was aiming at Sonata when he notices it. He did hear it speak as well. It sounds like it was calling Sonata and her family Sirens, but he didn't know why.

"Guess that's a mystery for another time." Danny sighs.

It was late, and he wanted to get some sleep before more ghost attacks keep him up for the rest of the night. As he close his eyes, he could picture Sonata's face, blushing at the sight of him.

And done. What's this? Danny didn't go ghost?! That's because Sonata was with him. He was saving it as a last resort. Luckily, the Ghost Siren was caught thanks to his friends. But clear that both Danny and Sonata are starting to get a feeling toward each other, but Sonata has no clue what to do, and Danny is still clueless. Trust me, I'm going to take my time building up on this pairing. So who's the Ghost Gator? If I don't forget, he'll be someone that might become an ally later.
