After the battle over Jade Mountain things went rather poorly for Winter. Even with the empathy spell, a supposedly dead prince being dragged back to a home he was never supposed to return with and imprisoned. Now that Winter is free his life is in pieces and now he has to pick up the pieces and find what he really want to do with his life. He has some ideas but he'll need friends.

Cinderheart is a SkyWing-NightWing hybrid dragonet. She has been raised under a mountain in a secret cave. She's not alone though, there are four other dragonets that are her hatchmates. Her companions are, a SeaWing named Hurricane, a RainWing named Citrus, a NightWing named Flashlight, and an IceWing named Snowstorm. They are born to stop the war between the SandWing sisters.

The inhabitants of Blue Wave Harbor a small human (scavenger) town are quite surprised when they find a stranger wo was washed up to shore nearby. With no memories of his past, and only a diary full of blueprints with steampowered machines the newcomer quickly turns the food chain upsidedown when he uses his creations out of metal and wood to defend his new home against dragonkind.

Before Burn leaves after killing the Skywing egg and Huviter she tap her tail three time then fly back to the Sky Palace. After a moment something from the shadows move and fly to the secret cave. When He got there he saw Webs and Dunes tending to Asha while Kesterl was cradling a dragonet that looks like a Skywing.

After her most recent visit to Darkstalker, Moon realises the ancient animus, nor anyone else can be trusted with his power. She travels across the sea, hoping to find some kind of refuge from her plight, but perhaps seeking safety in a continent overrun by mind controlled zombies wasn't the best call.
