How long has Adama known about Earth?

Shuttle Pilot Deitra escaped the destruction of the Battlestar Atlantia. That escape came at a cost. She is not the only survivor of an attack by the Cylons. Takes place during the events of the pilot movie, and before the beginning of "Lost Planet of the Gods"

Is it so wrong to want peace? No. But Commander Adama is not sure when the armistice with the Cylons is coming. Is it too good to be true for a man who has fought them for years?
