Since he never visited 2015, the Biffhorrific 1985, and 1885, his life would've been like pre- end of BTTF 3 where he got into the Rolls Royce accident which resulted in his right hand damaged and his dream of being a rock musician dead. But do him and Doc still remain friends or do they end their friendship?

Based on Back to the Future: The Game by telletale but told in a different way. After Doc's disappearance for 7 months, Marty is curious where in time Doc could be. Clara, Jules, Verne, and Einstein arrive in 1986 in the time train to ask Marty to help find Doc. Marty discovers that Doc will be killed in 1936 by Irving "Kid" Tannen, so they go back to rescue him.
