123 Hunger Games have come and gone. Now another 24 tributes find themselves faced with the horrors that will await them in the arena. Who will survive to claim victory? [SYOT OPEN]

It creeps ever closer. Lurking always at the edges of your vision. No sound but quiet growls. You'll never see it flex it's claws, but by god you'll feel the bite. Tearing through you gut, bending you double, teeth grit, back arced, hands reaching weakly for relief where there is none. For this is Panem, and hunger is not just a monster. It's a game. Winning means fame and fortune. Losing means certain death. The Hunger Games have begun.
