Tears pour down like a waterfall as she steps closer. "Peeta…" she breathes warily, "I didn't know they were coming…" She is trying to dance around the subject of the homeless shelter.

This is the week before The Reaping and everyone is dealing with their romantic feelings. Gale reveals how he feels to Katniss. Peeta and Delly have been maybe-more-than-friends for a long time but Delly finds out something about Peeta the puts them at a crossroads. Lastly, the night before arriving in the Capitol Katniss and Peeta have a confrontation on the train.

Andromeda Blane is a rebel in District 4. After the Capitol destroys District 13, the others lose hope. The Treaty of Treason creates the Hunger Games, and she reaped as tribute. One-shot. It is the reaping of the 3rd Quarter Quell. Effie walked over to the glass ball and pulls out Katniss' name. At the next glass ball, she pulls out Peeta's name. As Peeta stands on stage, Haymitch calls from the crowd "I volunteer." This is what I think would have happened.
