"The police have looked into the League of Villains and there does not appear to be anyone registered with the name Shigaraki in his 20s or 30s with a quirk that lets him disintegrate whatever he touches." Detective Tsukauchi Naomasa looked out at the assembly of U.A. teachers. It had been four days since the break-in and only now did the station feel confident enough to report their findings. Performing autopsies and interviewing the victims was a much longer process than anyone had anticipated. Nedzu hated to do it, but he was forced to cancel classes for the rest of the week for the students to recover and the investigation to conclude. "It's the same for the Villain named Kurogiri with the Warpgate. They are probably not citizens and are using false names. In other words, they are people with unregistered Quirks who are part of society's underbelly."

"You mean we don't know anything…" Vlad King growled.

"We do know three of their members…" the detective corrected "Sasaki Fumiyo and Duster Cale are two-thirds of the villainous group popularized as the Getaway Gang."

"What a childish name…" Snipe muttered.

"From what Kari was able to tell me yesterday the two of them were unremarkable." Tsukauchi continued "They seemed to have the same quirks as always and an average level of strength. Their skillset was always more focused on escape than combat though. With Cale being capable of outrunning Ingenium and Fumiyo outmaneuvering Hawks in the sky."

"Why have we not heard of these Villains before?" All Might questioned.

"They had been on record but searching for them had always been more trouble than it's worth." Tsukauchi explained "However U.A's security cameras did catch them heading through a portal of mist. So it's safe to say that they're still at large and associated with the league."

"What about the final third of the trio?" Midnight asked "You only mentioned those two."

"Hageruya Juuyo." Tsukauchi sighed "Is a… more disturbing case. His quirk on record is Stomabelly, which gives life to a lion that protrudes from his stomach. However, both Kari and Todoroki testified that he had at least two more quirks. He showcased the ability to both breathe in and exhale gases and had some form of hardening quirk in addition to his original Stomabelly quirk. Kari said that he claimed to have at least one more quirk that neither student was able to see."

"Just like that Noumu then…" Vlad King mused "Had had two quirks as well…"

"Speaking of, did you learn anything from the autopsy report?" Nedzu asked.

"I learned that that girl is terrifying…" Tsukauchi mused "That monster's insides were completely torn to shreds. None of the doctors could determine a cause of death… not because it wasn't obvious, but because none of them knew what killed it first."

"Excuse me, detective…" Vlad King interrupted, "I don't believe that was what Nedzu was asking."

"Ah sorry… just venting a few frustrations." Tsukauchi laughed "The guys at the precinct really laid into me for bringing in such an unsightly corpse. But… we should be thanking her… if he was alive we may never have learned the truth…"

"Oh? Did you learn something about him?"

"He… is named Horamoto Hasegawa. And he died three years ago in a forest fire. His funeral was held three months after the fact. Open Casket."

"So he was right…" All Might mused "Kari had mentioned that the only reason she was comfortable killing the Noumu was because Juuyo revealed it was a walking corpse."

"That would… unfortunately be an apt description." Tsukauchi admitted.

"But why would he need to be dead for you to perform a DNA test?" Snipe wondered "Wouldn't blood or saliva work just as well?"

"Unfortunately not." Tsukauchi admitted "Its blood was artificial and it had no hair or saliva. We tore off a chunk of its skin and did the DNA test that way. If he were alive in prison, not only would such practices be unethical but it might have caused a rampage."

"Even if it only responds to orders it may have been given an order to protect itself if attacked." Nedzu clarified at the other hero's confused stares.

"In any case. It turns out that two days after the funeral Hasegawa's body went missing." Tsukauchi explained "Most likely so that experimentation could begin. The police were uninformed because he wasn't buried with anything valuable. The cemetery owners figured that if they just recovered the hole they could avoid the hassle."

"In the end, they made more hassle than they could have ever imagined." Midnight sighed.

"The only other notable members of the League of Villains was the Ekitani family. Villain names Meltan, Simmer, and Aqualock."

"Those were the three who suffered from simultaneous heart attacks, weren't they?" Vlad assumed.

"That is correct. The moment the Pro Heroes arrived they seized up and died." Tsukauchi confirmed. "According to Kaminari they seemed to have been under an obedience quirk, and had mentioned several times that they were to 'Leave no Witnesses."

Nedzu hummed in thought "Then once the terms of this agreement were broken… the Villains were disposed of."

"You mean the leave no witnesses bit yeah?" Snipe nodded "Because at that point the whole police force knew that they were there."

"Principal Nedzu, you don't happen to know anyone with a quirk that could cause this do you?" Tsukauchi asked, "It's just that… you phrased that very peculiarly."

"No, I don't." Lie "Or… it might be more prudent to say that I'm not sure if I'm correct… and saying it here could cause quite a ruckus." Truth

"Very well…" Tsukauchi was annoyed that Nedzu was being uncooperative but he had to trust that the rat, bear, thing knew what it was doing. "The only reason I bring these three up is because they were not working for the League of Villains."

"They weren't?" All Might said shocked.

"No. All of the members we've captured said the same thing. They joined the attack to capture one U.A. student. Who we have identified as Kari Bubaigawara, and did not wish to be associated further."

'They must have sent them to the wrong students on purpose…' Nedzu thought 'Juuyo was a permanent member so they prioritized his personal vengeance.'

"In any case, that concludes the information we have on The League of Villains members… now I'd like to speak on what we can do in the future…"

"Hey did you guys watch the news last night?!" Hagakure asked excitedly, "Everyone in the class flashed on the screen for a second. But I wasn't wearing my gloves so I didn't stand out at all…"

"That's true." Shouji mused.

"Hard to stand out when there's nothing to see I guess." Ojiro laughed, there was a star-shaped scar that wrapped around the edge of his tail but thankfully there were no other major injuries.

"But man, all the major channels made a big deal about it." Kaminari said excitedly.

"It was super cool to see myself on tv!" Kari agreed "It's the kinda… Boom! Pow! Big hero debut that everybody dreams about."

"Definitely!" Kirishima grinned "We'll be known as the class that took down Villains a week into our training."

"Even if we end up taking down a purse snatcher as our first official appearance. We'll always be known as something bigger." Shouji agreed.

"I still can't get over how cool All Might was though." Satou gushed "I mean… everyone saw Bakugo's massive explosion and that didn't do a thing. Then All Might shows up and seconds later that monster is dead."

"Me and Aoyama didn't even see a shockwave." Tsuyu nodded "He took that monster out without even trying."

Midoriya bit his lip "Y-Yeah…" he glanced over at Kari, who was cheerily talking about All Might with the others "A-All Might was really cool."

"Everyone!" The classroom flinched as Iida rushed to the podium "Homeroom is about to start! Stop talking and take your seats."

"We're already seated Mr. Rep…" Kari pointed out.

"You're the only one standing…" Sero agreed.

"Dumbass…" Bakugo muttered.

Iida's face flushed bright red as he marched back to his seat. "Shoot…"

"Don't worry so much about it…" Uraraka snickered.

"Hey Tsu…" Mina leaned back in her chair, and would have fallen if the frog girl didn't catch her "Who do you think is gonna teach homeroom today?"

"Well… Aizawa sensei is supposed to be in the hospital recovering…"

"Good Morning." Aizawa opened the door covered head to toe in bandages.

"It's way too early for you to be back!"

"A-Are you really okay sensei?!" Kari panicked.

"Clearly he's not okay…" Ojiro muttered.

"Sir! You shouldn't be teaching in such a condition!" Iida protested.

"Weren't both of his legs broken…?" Kaminari asked.

"Hardcore…" Kirishima whispered.

"My well-being is none of your concern." Aizawa assured them "More importantly the fight is not over yet."

"Fight?" Bakugo asked.

"It is drawing closer…" Kari mused "But would they really…"

"Don't tell me…" Midoriya stammered.

"Villains again?" Satou wondered.

"The U.A. Sports Festival is drawing near.

"That's a super normal school event!" The class cheered and Kari nearly bust a gut in laughter. Clearly, these guys have never seen the U.A. Sports festival before. Nothing about it is 'normal'.

"Wait a sec!" Kaminari butt in.

"Is it really okay to have the sports festival so soon after villains snuck inside U.A?" Jiro pressed

"Apparently, they think of it as U.A. showing that our crisis management system is solid as a rock by holding the event. Security will also be strengthened to five times that of previous years. Above all our sports festival is a huge chance. It's not an event to be canceled because of a few villains."

"Not like there are any villains crazy enough to attack at the Sports Festival anyways." Kari whispered "I mean… All Might, Endeavor, and several other Pro Heroes are most likely gonna show up."

"Oh yeah, I guess I didn't think about that." Midoriya admitted, "Even without tightened security, attacking the Sports Festival is just a bad idea."

"Our Sports Festival is one of Japan's biggest events." Aizawa continued. "In the past, the Olympics was called a festival of sports, and the whole country was crazy about them. As you know, with reductions in scale and population, they're now a shell of their former glory. And now, for Japan, what has taken the place of those Olympics is the U.A. sports festival.

"As Kari mentioned before, the country's top heroes will be attending." Yaoyorozu mentioned, "For scouting purposes."

"Then after we graduate! We can join a Pro Hero Agency as a sidekick." Kaminari said confidently.

"A lot of people miss their chance though. And end up as eternal sidekicks." Jiro mused "Since you're dumb you might become one of them."

"Yeah right!" Kaminari lifted his uniform to show the scar on his chest. "Eternal Sidekicks don't have battle scars like this!"

"Ew. Put that away." Jiro scoffed.

"Better luck next time bro." Kirishima said placatingly.

"Of course, joining a famous hero agency will get you more experience and popularity." Aizawa continued "Time is limited for this profession. If you expect to go pro, then the path to your future will open up at this event. One chance a year, three chances in total, no aspiring hero can afford to miss this event! If you understand that, then don't slack off in your preparations!"

"Yes Sir!"

Quirk: LineBreaker

"Man it's weird how our priorities shifted so fast." Kirishima laughed "I mean this morning we were wondering how U.A. life would go on after the USJ and now we're all. Sports Festival Crazy."

"That's how it always goes, yeah?" Sero said, nudging Kirishima on the shoulder "What's really important now is we show off for the Pros."

Ojiro crossed his arms and smirked "I've got to wonder if our performance at the USJ will impact our recommendations?"

"It's only been a month and we're already the class to beat!" Satou slammed his fist into an open palm.

"Still. We should try our best to let the world know that fact." Tokoyami mused.

"I'm getting kind of nervous now!" Hagakure admitted, "I really need to stand out at the Sports Festival!"

"I'm sure you will!" Kari assured her "I mean! You'll be wearing your uniform so you'll be totally visible! And! If you make it super far I bet that the Pros will be really impressed!"

"Yeah!" Hagakure did a few mock punches in the air "I can just show off my super strong stealthy takedowns!"

"Won't it be kinda hard to do those while you can be seen through?" Kari wondered.

"Oh dear, what'll I do?" Aoyama sulked "I stand out just by standing still, so the scouts won't be able to stop looking at me, right?"

"Hmmm… I'm sure they'll look away when you're clutching your chest like… Oooooo my stomach hurts bleh…" Mina said impishly.

"Ugh! My heart… it's been shattered…" Aoyama fell to the floor dramatically.

"Shouji, you're super lucky." Kaminari said ignoring Aoyama's dramatics "Your brawn is impressive all on its own."

"There's no point if I can't show them my usefulness." The masked boy denied.

"I think you'll stand out too…" Jiro snickered remembering his dumb mode.

"Oh um… actually about that…" Kaminari remembered "Yaoyorozu"

"Oh? Me?"

"Yeah… um… something weird happened regarding my quirk at the USJ." Kaminari admitted, "But I kinda forgot until Jiro brought up the drawback."

"How do you forget something like that?" Jiro asked.

"Well… I forgot because it didn't happen." Kaminari explained, "For some reason, I was able to go thousands of volts over my limit without any drawback."

"Huh? But back at the Entrance Exam…" Jiro thought back "It kinda just happened randomly. Not even after a big shock or anything, just after you used too much juice, and then during the Quirk Evaluation Exam you were feeling kinda woozy after that first big burst."

"So you came to me to figure out what was going on?" Yaoyorozu assumed.

"Yeah. If you wouldn't mind." Kaminari laughed.

"Not at all. I'll see when I'm free and we can test things out then."

"Man everyone sure is getting into this." Midoriya mused.

"And you aren't?" Iida asked "We have enrolled here to become heroes! So of course we would get fired up!"

"You have a unique way of getting fired up…" Tsuyu noted as Iida started to shimmy and sway from side to side. "It's weird."

"Midoriya, you don't feel the same?" Iida accused.

"Of course I do!" Midoriya denied "But something's…"

"Deku… Iida…" Bakugo finally bothered to glance over at everyone's conversation as this new voice emerged. "Let's do our best at the Sport's Festival."

"U-Uraraka your face it's-"

"What's the matter?" Mina wondered "You don't look carefree at all."

"Kch." Bakugo scoffed, "How about this then." Bakugo put on a similarly scary face "I'm going to crush you extras into the dirt."

"Ack! Uraraka's gone full Bakugo!" Sero stammered.

"Everyone! I'm going to do my best!" She cheered.

"Except instead of screaming for murder… she's cheering herself on…" Kaminari mused.

"Everyone!" The room froze for a moment as she turned on Bakugo himself "I'm going to do my best!"

"No fear-" Satou muttered.

"Eh? So are you gonna do your best against me too?" Bakugo challenged "Because I did just promise to crush you extras into the dirt."

"I! Said what I said!" Uraraka huffed.

"That's the spirit!" Kari cheered "Everyone let's do our best!" And with the sweetest possible smile "To crush each other into the dirt!"

"Kari no!" Mina whined.

Midoriya looked around the classroom at all the determined looks being thrown around. 'Maybe Iida's right… Everyone seems so much more excited than me.'

Quirk: LineBreaker

"Whoa!" Kari gushed as Todoroki and Jiro led her to the school roof "I didn't know we were allowed to eat lunch up here!"

"Technically we aren't." Jiro shrugged "But we wanted a bit of privacy so… here we are."

"Privacy? For what?" Kari wondered.

"We want to talk about the USJ." Todoroki said seriously.

"Ugh can we not?" Kari groaned "I feel like all I've done for a week straight is talk about the USJ. It happened, it sucked, lets move on yeah?"

"You don't really get to decide that." Jiro deadpanned "Especially not after making that big speech at the end there."

"Speech? Oh! You mean when I was telling off Shigaraki!" Kari laughed a bit "Yeah I guess I got caught up in the moment. I couldn't help but brag after saving the day."

"You're so humble." Jiro snarked.

"No, she isn't." Todoroki muttered.

"Look, I'm just curious." Jiro pressed "What did you mean when you said heroes should do ugly things to make a beautiful future?"

"Oh! That's the part you wanted to talk about!" All of a sudden Kari's apprehension was gone. "I mean I'd be glad to tell you if you wanna hear it!"

"We do." Todoroki nodded "That's why we brought you here."

"Okay then." Kari smiled and sat crisscrossed on the roof "So let's start simple. Statistically, what do you think the top 10 heroes' appearance rates are for different situations?"

"Villain attacks are at the top." Todoroki answered instantly.

"Bingo." Kari snapped her fingers "Of the current top 10 All Might, Gang Orca, and Edgeshot are the only ones who have major statistics in anything aside from Villain attacks."

"I'm not sure what that has to do with anything though?" Jiro wondered "Like… most heroes primarily deal with villains because they're super common."

"Then how is it that 54% of all of Edgeshot's Hero Work is related to drug busts and taking down trafficking rings?" Kari asked, "13% of his hero work is rescue and only 25% is Villain takedowns."

"Well, I mean. He just specializes in one area." Jiro shrugged, "It's super common. Some heroes are focused on rescue he's focused on the Black Market."

"That's true… until you look at other heroes' rates." Kari continued "Now I would like to mention all of these stats are readily available online if you want to double-check my work. But Todoroki if you had to guess how many rescues do you think your father partakes in?"

"At least 10%" He guessed.

"Less than 5." Kari responded "Less than 5% of all of Endeavor's hero work is Rescue related. 87% of it is Villain Takedowns."

"That- but rescue is supposed to be a big part of hero work isn't it?" Jiro asked "He's the number two hero! There's no way the number could be that low."

"There is a way though." Kari sighed "Best Jeanist. 13% Rescue, 67% Advertising, 21% Villain takedowns. Uwabami 77% Advertising, 10% Villain takedowns, 4% Rescue. Crust. 31% Advertising, 56% Villain takedowns, 7% Rescue."

"That's way too much in Advertising!" Jiro said appalled.

"It is." Kari sighed "Best Jeanist is the Number Four Hero, Uwabami is Number 17, and Crust is at 6. Some of it is harmless, sure, having pictures taken for posters and giving interviews is all part of the job. Even All Might has 7% of his hero work in advertising. But 41% of it is still Rescue and 46% are Villain Takedowns."

"It balances out." Todoroki nodded.

"Yeah. The problem is that these heroes do more to show themselves off than they do to help people." Kari growled "Best Jeanist is the worst of it. That guy cares more about how you look than how you could help."

"So is the ugliness a literal thing then?" Todoroki assumed.

"God no." Kari sneered "Look pretty all you want I don't care. It's more of a metaphorical ugliness. Everyone likes it when the hero comes in, beats up the bad guy, and scurries off. But it's… not really the best solution."

"How so?"

"Here let me show you something." Kari takes out her phone and plays a video on Herotube. It's of an older man and his red haired assistant. The duo gleefully talk about how the jewelry store that they're in has ties to the black market. They show documents on the side of the screen as they speak as well as video evidence of the crimes that have taken place. Then the duo strike a pose, the red haired woman steals a necklace she likes and the two head out of the store.

Kari paused the video as the rest of it just showed the duo escaping heroes and the police "Those two are called Gentle Criminal and La Brava. They started as petty thieves wanting internet fame, but now they're phantom thieves revealing corruption. Not many people take them seriously because of their early days but all the evidence they show off is accurate."

"Wait- Kari? Are you saying that you think those two are heroes?" Jiro wondered.

"I mean… aren't they?" Kari asked "Maybe the stealing isn't so heroic. But revealing corruption? That's the type of stuff heroes should be cracking down on. There were seven different Pro heroes patrolling in that area, and not a single one was able to spot the illegal activity happening right under their noses."

"You're suggesting that none of them took care of it… because the work isn't flashy." Todoroki assumed.

"Or sometimes they're in on it." Kari pressed. "Just because someone has a hero license doesn't make them a good person. It's unfortunate but it's true. Wouldn't stripping those bad heroes of their power also be true heroism?"

"Oh… I think I get it now." Jiro realized "You aren't saying that true heroes should break the law. You're saying that heroes should be willing to risk their ranking if it means doing the right thing."

"Yes! Exactly!" Kari beamed "Who cares about advertising and sponsorships when you could be saving lives and ending corruption."

"I see… that makes my previous encounter make more sense as well." Todoroki nodded "That lizard thief mentioned that you liked Stain's ideals but not his method."

"I think that killing people is a step way too far." Kari nodded "But. He is right that there are a lot of false heroes in the world. It's just a pain in the ass that he deems everyone who isn't All Might as a 'False Hero.' It muddles the message and paints his ideology as murderous instead of just."

"So I guess that's why you're so pumped up for the sports festival then?" Jiro assumed "I mean you've pretty much been given a worldwide stage to speak your ideals."

"Nah. If I do that I'll just come off as preachy. I have my own idea in mind." Kari smiled.

"An idea?" Todoroki asked.

"Yeah." Kari smiled "You see in the second and third-year festivals President Mic announces the students by their hero names if they have them. So I'll just submit mine early… and let all of Japan hear my dedication!"

"I don't see how that's any different?" Todoroki muttered.

"No she's right it's totally different." Jiro nodded "If she startled prattling off during the festival people would get annoyed. But just declaring her hero title is less intrusive and more likely to cause a real discussion."

"Because there are going to be people who hate my hero name with a passion." Kari continued "Well maybe not the name, but definitely the tagline. Those people will speak up, then more open-minded people will counter them. That starts a debate, which then starts a controversy, and things just get bigger from there."

"You really don't do things in halves huh?" Jiro figuered.

"I mean Aizawa sensei said it best. This is our chance to show the world what we're made of." Kari looked determined at the sky. "It's also my chance… to express my contempt."

"Contempt?" Jiro asked.

"As for what I mean by that." Kari smiled, "It's a secret!"

"Ugh, you're the worst." Jiro groaned.

"I plan on doing something similar." Todoroki admitted, he clenched his fist "I will win the sports festival using only my ice. And show my father the extent of my hatred."

"Jeez, first Kari's statistics and now that declaration. Kinda painting an ugly face for Endeavor."

"Good." Todoroki deadpanned "He deserves it."

"I'll give the guy credit where it's due." Kari continued "His Civilian Casualty rate is second lowest in the hero business. Only All Might's is lower. But 76% of all Villains he takes down end up in the hospital for severe injuries. Sometimes the recovery time even outweighs the prison time."

"Jeez…" Jiro muttered "How come I've never heard this before?"

"Trust me I spent a long time looking." Kari sighed "These statistics were buried under pages upon pages of propaganda. But once you learn where to look it's not that hard to find."

"How did they even come up with those numbers?" Todoroki asked.

"Well…" Kari hummed "It's pretty much a group of people like Midoriya, but instead of analyzing quirks they look at every individual incident a hero has taken part in, how they contributed, who was injured, how long did the operation take, and stuff like that. Once an incident is catalogued into the site it performs a bunch of algorithms based on the information they entered."

"Which then compiles the data into larger statistics." Jiro figured "That's a crazy effective system they've got then."

"But why were they so hard to find?" Todoroki wondered.

"My best guess…?" Kari said sadly, "Is that someone doesn't want us to pull back the curtain… and show the world what some heroes are really like."

Quirk: LineBreaker

Kari was normally a decently patient person… but there was always something about large crowds of people that made her nervous. Thankfully this time her discomfort seemed to have been shared with the rest of the class.

"What's going on?" Uraraka asked nervously.

"What business do you have with class A?" Iida stepped forwards and demanded to the wall of students.

"They're scouting out the enemy obviously." Bakugo scoffed, "We're the ones who made it out of a villain attack. They probably just wanna check us out before the Sports Festival.

"Well can't they do that another time!" Kari whined, "I hate being watched by a bunch of creeps!"

"Creeps?!" Midoriya paled.

"Yeah! Creeps! So what if we survived a villain attack! That doesn't make us exhibits at the zoo! Watch us on the news if we're so interesting!" Kari shimmied uncomfortably as she went off on the Gen Ed kids.

"You heard the fish." Bakugo snorted "Out of my way extras!"

"Stop calling people you don't know Extras!" Iida protested.

"I came to see what the famous class A was like…" A boy with purple hair came through the crowd "But you seem pretty arrogant. Are all students in the hero course like this?"

"Eh? What's that supposed to mean?" Uraraka sulked, "We all worked hard to get here, you know."

"Yeah! You try to fight villains and then you can talk smack!" Kaminari snapped.

"Seriously not manly dude." Kirishima nodded, "Our lives were in danger like a week ago."

"I was in the hospital!" Hagakure agreed.

"See!" Kari huffed "Creeps!"

The purple-haired boy's eye twitched, clearly, the conversation wasn't going the way he expected it to go. "Don't go labeling me as something before you know the full story."

'Hypocrite-' The whole class thought at once.

"There are plenty of students who enrolled in general studies or other courses because they didn't make it in the hero course. Did you know that?"

"Well that's just obvious isn't it?" Ojiro mused.

"Yeah." Satou nodded "If only 40 people make it into the hero course… then obviously everyone who failed would go somewhere else."

"Yes well… the school has given us 'failures' a chance. Depending on how we do during the festival… they may allow us to transfer into the hero course. Which of course means that one of you would be transferred out."

Kari snorted "Or someone from 1-B." Kari reminded them "You know… the class not targeted by villains. Did none of you CREEPS even consider that possibility?"

"She's really annoyed." Jiro noted.

"Can't blame her. This guy talks all big as if we don't have to try." Kirishima agreed.

"I don't care about that!" Kari whined "I just want these guys to go away! Crowds are the worst!"

"Oh yeah…" Uraraka muttered "You mentioned that the day the reporters showed up too. You seemed really freaked out."

"Aw man! You guys are creeps!" Hagakure pouted.

"Stop referring to our student body that way!" Iida pleaded.

"Fine fine." The purple-haired boy sighed "I can see I'm not being taken seriously. But that may work to my advantage too." He pointed menacingly inside the classroom. "If you all think that I'll just disappear, lay down and accept my fate you've got me dead wrong. Maybe the rest of these guys are here to scout out the enemy. But me? No. I'm here for one reason, and one reason only. To declare war on Class 1-A."

"HEY!"

"What now?" Uraraka groaned.

"I'M FROM CLASS B NEXT DOOR!" The silver-haired man yelled "I HEARD YOU FOUGHT AGAINST VILLAINS, SO I CAME TO HEAR ABOUT IT! DON'T GET SO FULL OF YOURSELF!"

"Loud…" Kaminari couldn't help but groan.

"Oh!" Kari strangely didn't seem to mind this guest as much as the others "You're from Class B? Come in then!" The silver-haired boy blinked owlishly as he was invited inside by Kari, though everyone else was equally confused "But can the rest of you leave already?"

Purple hair sighed "I was planning on it anyways. Just keep what I said in mind."

"This is dumb." Bakugo sighed "Oi! Round Face, Shitty Hair. I booked us Gym Gamma for Wednesday. Be there or die."

"Oh? You're training with Kaachan?" Midoriya asked.

"Yeah…" Uraraka laughed "He wanted to do some combo moves! I'm pretty sure I'm just there so he can fly though."

"That sounds like a very Bakugo thing to do." Iida sighed.

"Still! Kaachan asking you for anything is pretty incredible!" Midoriya gushed, "You'll definitely crush the sports festival."

"Ah, thanks." Uraraka blushed.

"I'm so glad to finally meet you!" Kari said pleasantly to the Class B student "I've wanted to have lunch with all the hero students! But I didn't know who was in Class B!"

"Really?" Tetsutetsu laughed, "I can't wait to tell Monoma. He's gonna blow a gasket when his 'they think they're better than us' spiel falls flat."

"Monoma?" Kari asked.

"Blonde guy." Tetsutetsu explained, "He'll probably try and touch you on the shoulder when you meet."

"Oh! I remember him!" Kari's mind lit up at that second part "I'm pretty sure he was at the same Entrance Exam as me. At the very least I remember a blonde touching people's shoulders."

"You are more observant than I gave you credit for." Tokoyami muttered, "I cannot recall such an individual."

"Well…" Kari laughed "I only really remembered him because he seemed like potential competition. But we never met in the actual exam."

Tetsutetsu practically shook with repressed laughter "Oh my god he's going to have an aneurysm when I tell him this."

"Does he really hate Class A that much?" Shouji wondered.

"Let's just say he's made his own reality and leave it at that." Tetsutetsu admitted.

Kouda signed a few things and Yaoyorozu nodded "We would like to know if the rest of you hold that opinion."

"Nah not really." Tetsutetsu shrugged "I mean yeah we're jealous we're not gonna be the number one class for a while but after seeing those injuries on tv…" he looked over at the crowd "I think only a select few people are legitimately bitter."

"Are they still here?" Kari muttered "What is so interesting about this?! Go home!"

Tetsutetsu laughed a bit louder as the crowd refused to disperse. "Yeah, I have a feeling you and our Class Rep will get along pretty well. I'll let her know to find you after lunch tomorrow."

"Could you really?" Kari smiled, "That would be awesome, thanks so much!"

"Okay this is getting stupid." Everyone looked over as Shouji spread out his dupli-arms so they covered the whole hallway. Then he started to walk forwards, pushing all the students away."

"Thank you Shouji." Kari sighed in relief and rushed out, waving goodbye to the others and trailing behind her large friend before the crowd could close back in.

"Ugh- could they really not wait a minute before gathering around the door again?" Sero groaned.

"Wait…" Tetsutetsu realized something as the people crowded back around the door "IM STUCK IN HERE NOW TOO!"

Kouda wasn't Jiro's first choice among classmates to walk home with but he wasn't her worst option either. Just kind of awkward since he didn't really talk and she didn't know JSL. Not yet at least, the whole class was making an effort to learn but it was difficult. In any case, it turned out that Jiro and Kouda walked the same way home from school every day. So the two of them had become friends out of convenience more than anything.

Jiro heard her phone buzz and took it out of her bag.

K.K. Slider: Hey Jiro (っ◔◡◔)っ

K.K. Slider: Something on your mind? (・_・ヾ

Jiro snorted "Yeah I guess. It's not a big deal though."

K.K. Slider: Wanna talk about it?

K.K. Slider: You know how good I am at keeping secrets. ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

Jiro hummed "Just thinking about the sports festival really. Everyone else seems so hyped up about it. Kinda hard to feel motivated when all the heavy hitters have these big declarations planned.

K.K. Slider: Yikes (;゚д゚)

K.K. Slider: That is pretty nerve-wracking

K.K. Slider: But I'm sure you'll do great!

K.K. Slider: I just hope that my animal friends will be able to help. ( _)

"Even without them, I'm sure you'll be fine." Jiro assured "I mean you stopped the Noumu in its tracks! Have some more faith in yourself."

K.K. Slider: I mean we both know that was pure luck. ヽ( ´ー`)ノ

K.K. Slider: But you're right! I'll try my best!

K.K. Slider: I'll count it as a victory if I can get to the second round. The fighting tournament is a no go for me but I'll show off as much as I can before that! (b^_^)b

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Jiro mused "I guess there's no shame in losing if it's against those crazy strong people at the top. I just have to make sure the pros see what I'm made of in the first two rounds!"

K.K. Slider: Go Jiro Go! ✽-(^▽^)/✽

'Still I have to wonder…' Jiro thought to herself.

"It's also my chance… to express my contempt."

"I will win the sports festival using only my ice. And show my father the extent of my hatred."

'How fun will the sports festival really be… when I could feel the anger those guys were giving off.'

Kari was sitting at the bar with Shuichi and Himiko, drinking a cup of orange juice.

"I can't believe they're still gonna hold the sports festival this year!" Kari gushed "I mean! I'm super glad they're gonna! I was almost afraid I would miss my chance."

"They would never!" Himiko huffed "If they even thought of it! I'd break into U.A. and give the principal a piece of my mind!" Himiko took a knife out of her skirt and swung it around to accentuate her point.

"But with all that white fur, I doubt red is really his color." Jin mused before turning around and pointing at Himiko with a thoughtful expression under his mask "Oh! But you could give him a matching scar! Symmetry for the win!"

"Nah! I'd have to leave my own unique scar!" Himiko denied "Can't go copying someone else's work!"

"Maybe you could do it above his eyes." Kari suggested "Make it look like he's always angry."

"Oh my gosh! He would look so cute!" Himiko squealed.

"Why are you three debating this?!" Shuichi demanded "They didn't even cancel the festival!"

"But what if he slights me in the future?" Kari asked innocently, "It's always good to be prepared."

Shuichi looked over at Jin "You seriously can't be okay with this. They're discussing an assassination."

"It's not an assassination!" Kari whined "It's a hypothetical! And it's stylish!"

"We've discussed where we'd give you a scar." Himiko pointed out as if that would make him feel better "What's the big deal?"

"I don't want a scar!" Shuichi snapped "How am I the only sane person in this building?"

"It would be X shaped." Kari explained "One line across your eye and the other line right under it."

"Okay that would look badass as hell but the point still stands." Shuichi huffed.

That was when all the noise in the bar came to an abrupt halt. A small orb came rolling through the door and all of the regular patrons gasped in horror thinking it to be a grenade. Shuichi and the others knew better. "Oh god damnit…"

The smoke bomb went off and two siloettes appeared in the doorway. "Prepare for trouble!" Said the small one.

"And make it double!" The larger agreed.

"To protect the world from devastation!"

"To unite all people within our nation!"

"To spread our evil with truth and love!"

"To extend our reach to the stars above!"

"La Brava!"

"Gentle Criminal!"

"Our content uploads faster than the speed of light!"

"Subscribe now or prepare to fight!"

Himiko and Kari jumped off their stools as the smoke cleared "Uncle! Auntie!"

The La Brava and Gentle caught the two in a hug "That's Right!"

"Stylin!" Jin gave the duo a thumbs up "Pain in the ass to clean up! Don't do it again!"

"Do you guys have to do the whole routine every time you come back?" Shuichi groaned.

"Of course we do!" La Brava, or Aiba, said appalled "It's all apart of our Villainous Persona!"

"It's not even your persona…" Shuichi pointed out "You stole that from a 200 year old tv show."

"Stop being such a spoilsport, Shuichi." Himiko huffed.

"Did you come to watch the Sports Festival?" Kari asked excitedly.

"Of course I did!" Gentle, or Tobita, laughed. "Watching the Sports Festival in this dingy bar was what introduced us!"

"It was pretty funny." Himiko snickered, "You thought we were kidnapped so you kicked the door open and got your butt beat."

"And I have the scar to prove it!" Tobita admitted proudly.

"I still can't believe you stuck around after that." Shuichi snorted.

"Well, the young lady here offered me a cup of tea as an apology!" Tobita defended.

"Oh, that's what made you stay. Not the fact that you were bleeding." Shuichi deadpanned.

"It can be both." Tobita huffed.

"Jeez, can you two not fight for like two seconds?!" Aiba groaned "We're here to give you our congratulations! You got into the hero course!"

"I did!" Kari beamed "And I almost died like a week later!"

"We heard!" Aiba shook her head "We saw you on the news! If only we could get that kind of recognition."

"I'm sure you will!" Kari said determinedly, "I even showed you guys off to a few people at school today."

"Wait what?! Why?" Shuichi demanded, "You know that if that school figures out you're on a first name basis with villains you're done!"

"But! They're so coooool!" Kari complained "And I showed them off on the roof of the school to make a point! Not to brag!"

Tobita ruffled her hair and Kari beamed at the gesture. "I appreciate the support, but never fear! I, Gentle Criminal! Can secure my fame without you sacrificing your hero career!"

"Let's go Gentle!" La Brava cheered.

"Awww thanks, Uncle Tobita." Kari blushed "I promise that I'll win the Sports Festival this year then! So you all better cheer me on!"
