Chapter 22
Would you choose an entirely different path? Or would you change just one thing? Just one moment. One moment that you've always wanted back.
"You should go. Bringing you here was a mistake." Mouth said.
Rachel focused her gaze on him. "I'll go. If you can honestly tell me there is nothing going on between us!"
"If i hadn't pushed you away. We would be together now!" She proclaimed.
"Tell me that you don't love me. And i'll walk out of you're life forever." Rachel proclaimed.

Weeks Later
At 21 weeks pregnant. Brooke was experiencing heartburn. Braxton hicks contractions. Stretch marks.
Brooke stared in the mirror at herself. Unable to recognize her body.
Her baby bump. Her even fuller breasts. Her hips wide.
She had gained weight. Which is to be expected. She was growing two babies.
But for her. The confidence she normally had. Wasn't there.
Her and Lucas were waiting until the birth to find out the genders.
Which added an extra layer of surprise to this life changing moment.
"I signed us up for childbirth and infant care classes that i told you about." Lucas announced. Making his way into the bedroom they shared.
"Look at you. You're so beautiful." Lucas stated matter of fact.
"I don't feel beautiful. I feel like an alien. As if this body isn't even mine." Brooke admitted.
"We're going to the beach. Some sun. The boardwalk."
"It'll be great for you." Lucas said.

When he saw her again. He was taken aback at the fact he felt nothing.
"Genie." Rachel said.
"Rachel." Eugene replied. Realizing now he should of accepted a ride instead of walking.
