Part 2
"Those Rs on those shirts are very familiar." Iris observed. "But they're wearing black outfits, not white." She then panicked as she realized something. "Don't tell me there are more members of Team Rocket!"
"It is a very likely possibility." Cilan said. "I mean, there are multiple members of Team Plasma." Iris frowned.
"I told you not to tell me."
"Get ready for battle soon, Iris." A mad Cilan stated. "As a train connoisseur and admirer, I simply cannot just let this train get hijacked by these bad people. They must be brought to justice and pay for what they are doing." Iris agreed. She knew Cilan was serious about this. She could see the fire in his eyes. No one messes around with him when it comes to trains! She was about to burst in with Cilan when they heard a loud muffled shriek. Cilan turned to Iris.
"Do you hear that?" He asked.
"I do." Iris stated. They looked around, trying to see where the noise was coming from. Axew then realized that the noise was coming from the bathroom door. He turned to his trainer.
"Axew!" He said. Iris looked down at him.
"What is it, Axew?" Axew pointed at the door. "The noise is coming from the bathroom?" Axew nodded. Cilan put his ear beside the door and noticed the muffled sound was louder.
"Axew's right." Cilan deduced. "The muffled sound is louder when you get closer to the door, therefore that's the source." He stood up and opened it, revealing the train driver tied up. Cilan and Iris gasped.
"Are you all right?" Cilan asked him. "What happened?"
"I was tied up by those bad people." The man told them. "They said they were a part of a bad organization called Team Rocket and that their names were Cassidy, Bill, and Clyde. And now they changed course to Kanto to get to their evil base. Can you help untie me and defeat these no gooders?"
"Of course." Cilan said. He and Iris got to work in setting him free. Once they got him untied, that is when Roseanne rushed in.
"What's happening?" She asked. "Dad sent me when he saw that we passed the Johto train station." Iris, Cilan and the man noticed her and the man explained everything.
"Oh no!" Roseanne cried. "Those poor Pokemon. They will be so confused when they realize we stopped at Kanto before our Johto destination."
"Not to mention that they will go to an evil organization." Iris put in. "I know they're all wild, so it's technically not considered stealing, but still! They're bad people. They shouldn't get away with this; it's wrong."
"Axew." Her Pokemon agreed.
"Don't worry, Roseanne." Cilan assured her. "Iris and I, along with the help of our Pokémon, will put a stop to this."
"Oh, thank you!" Roseanne said. "I'll go inform my father then." And with that, she was off.
"Do you need my help?" The train driver asked.
"No." Cilan told him. "We got this. You do so well in driving the train."
"Yeah." Iris agreed. "You deserve a rest."
"Okay." The man just said. Hewent off too. Cilan looked at Iris.
"Ready?" He asked.
"You bet!" Iris stated.
"Axew!" The determined Pokemon spoke. The humans and Pokemon burst in.
"Stop this right now!" Cilan shouted at them. Cassidy and Butch looked at them.
"You keep driving, Clyde." Cassidy told him. "We'll handle these two." Cassidy and Butch stepped closer. "Why are you guys here? We thought this was a Pokemon train, specifically for Pokemon only."
"Then why are you people on here?" Iris said back.
"Duh, to hijack this train and take all of the Pokemon to Kanto to our boss at headquarters."
"No you're not! We know exactly who you are. You are a part of Team Rocket, and we also know your names; Cassidy, Clyde and Bill." Butch grew angry at this.
"It's Butch!" He yelled. "Whatever that guy told you, he is wrong, it's Butch. B. U. T. C. H! There! I spelled it out for you so hopefully you'll remember."
"Whatever your name is, you are still a disgusting rat like the rest of your people!" Butch was mad at this.
"Why you!"
"How dare you disrespect us like that!" Cassidy snapped. "The only disgusting ones are the ones with the talking Meowth." Iris was surprised.
"You know them?" She then shook it off. "Of course you know them, they're a part of your awful team."
"You're starting to annoy me right now."
"Well, you guys wanting to steal people's Pokemon every time is pretty annoying."
"It's our job." Butch said. "And we know how to do them right."
"Unlike those losers." Iris then realized something.
"Hey, wait a minute. You want rare Pokemon, right?" Both Cassidy and Butch were caught off guard by this.
"That's right." Butch said.
"Well, a talking Pokemon is super rare, so doesn't that mean that the Team Rocket we know are kind of better than you two considering that fact?"
"They are NOT better than us!" Cassidy erupted.
"Then do you have a talking Pokemon?"
"Well, no." Butch admitted, sadly. "But we are still better!"
"How so?" Cassidy had enough and brought out her Pokeball.
"Because we just are!" Cassidy stated. "And we'll show you with our Pokemon. Come on, Butch. Let's battle." Butch nodded and brought out his Pokeball. They both threw them.
"Go. Granbull!" Cassidy shouted.
"Go, Primeape!" Butch called out.
"Granbull!" Cassidy's Pokemon called once out from its Pokeball.
"Primeape!" Primeape called out as well upon release. Iris and Cilan called upon their Pokemon,
"Emolga!" Iris called.
"Emo!" Emolga called when released.
"Go, Crustle!" Cilan called.
"Crustle!" Crustle cried when it was released.
"You guys messed with the wrong Pokémon Connoisseur once you guys decided to hijack this train." Cilan yelled at Cassidy and Butch. "And I am not going to allow that!"
"Crustle!" His Pokemon agreed.
"I don't know what you mean by that!" Cassidy said as well. "But my cohort and I aren't going to let you and your cohort stop us, right, Butch?"
"Right!" Butch agreed.
"We'll see about that!" Iris said. "Emolga, use Acrobatics on Primeape!"
"Emo!" Emolga stated and flew towards Primeape.
"Primeape, punch that pipsqueak away!" Butch ordered.
"Primeape!" The fighting Pokemon did just that, sending Emolga souring.
"Shake it off, Emolga!" Iris ordered.
"Emo!" The flying squirrel Pokemon flew in the air. "Emolga!" Iris beamed with pride.
"Way to go, Emolga!" She congratulated her Pokemon. "Now, try the move again!" Emolga flew towards Primeape again.
"Punch it once more!" Butch ordered.
"Do it while dodging Primeape's punches!" Iris called out to Emolga. Emolga did her attack, but only after dodging Primeape's punches. Primeape cried out as it fell to the floor.
"Primeape!" Butch cried out. "Get up; don't let Emolga beat you!" Primeape got up as Butch called out his next move.
"Looks like it's you and me then." Cassidy said to Cilan.
"Looks like it." Cilan agreed. "You may have the first move." Cassidy grinned.
"My, my, what a gentleman you are. I'm still going to destroy you though."
"We'll see about that."
"Alright, Granbull, start with Headbutt!"
"Granbull!" Granbull ran towards Crustle with Headbutt.
"Crustle, Protect." Cilan ordered his Pokémon.
"Crustle!" Crustle said. An invisible barrier appeared, protecting the Pokémon from the attack. Grunbull soared back to the floor.
"No fair!" Cassidy cried. "Granbull, get up"
"Now, Crustle, X-Scissor!" Cilan ordered. Crustle did an X-Scissor on Grunbull just as it got up. Grunball went soaring to the floor again.
"That was a rotten trick!" Cassidy said. "I take back in calling you a gentleman."
"I'm sorry you don't like the flavor of the battle." Cilan apologized. "It's just my battle strategy." Grunbull got up.
"Well, this is my battle strategy. Grunbull, freeze Crustle with your Ice Fang!" Again, Grunbull ran up to Crustle, preparing for Ice Fang.
"Crustle, use Slash, please." Crustle jumped at Grunbull. Grunbull once again, fell to the floor. "Now, use Shell Smash." Crustle did Shell Smash. Cassidy was getting tired of not attacking.
"Grunbull, get up and use Outrage!"
"Crustle, do another Protec…" Grunbull was too quick for him and viciously attacked Crustle with Outrage. Crustle fell onto its back. Cilan was shocked.
"Crustle, you have to get up, quick!" Crustle tried to get up, but was struggling to get up.
"Grunbull, now is your chance for Ice Fang!" Grunbull did just that on the poor struggling Crustle, and it froze it from head to toe!
"Crustle, no!"
"Now use Thunder Fang!" Grunbull ran up for Thunder Fang. Iris saw what was happening.
"Emolga, use Hidden Power on Grunbull!" Emolga too saw the frozen Crustle in trouble and used Hidden Power on Grunbull. It made contact and sent Grunbull soaring to the floor,
"Thanks, Iris!" Cilan thanked her.
"Don't mention it, Cilan." Iris said back. "We both have to stick out for each other."
"You are so right." He then saw Primape punch Emolga to the floor. Iris saw this as the poor Pokemon fell.
"Emolga, no!"
"Primnape, finish this with Seismic Toss!" Primenape ran in and grabbed Emolga. Cilan saw that Crustle was now free of the ice.
"Crustle, help Emolga out with X-Scissor!" Crustle jumped in towards Primape and used X-Scissor before Primnape could toss Emolga to the floor.
"Wow, thanks, Cilan!" Iris thanked him. "Thanks, Crustle!" Emolga got up. "Emolga, what do you say to Cilan and Crustle for helping us out like that?"
"Emolga!" Emolga thanked the two.
"Think nothing of it." Cilan stated. "We're just glad that your Emolga is all right. It's the least we can do after you helped us out, right, Crustle?"
"Crustle!" Crustle agreed. Cassidy turned to her partner.
"Butch, enough games. We have to put an end to this right now."
"Right." Butch agreed with a nod. He then called upon another of his Pokemon out of another one of his Pokeballs. "Hitmontop, do a spinning kick on Crustle."
"Raticate, jump up and use Hyper Fang on Emolga!" Cassidy ordered, throwing another one of her Pokeballs. Cilan and Iris both gasped as the two Team Rocket members called out on their extra Pokemon.
"Hitmontop!" Hitmontop cried after landing a hit on Crustle before Crustle could protect himself with Protect after Cilan told him to. Crustle fell onto his hard shell on the floor and fainted.
Emolga flew up high, but unfortunately Raticate jumped up even higher and did a Hyper Fang on her. Emolga also cried out in pain and fell to the floor. It was then shown that the attack had fainted her as well. Both Cilan and Iris both ran up to their fainted Pokemon.
"Crustle, are you all right?" Cilan asked his fainted Pokemon.
"You battled well, Emolga." Iris told her fainted Emolga. "You deserve a nice rest." She returned Emolga to her Pokeball, put it away and glared at the two villains. Cilan returned Crustle. "Hey, no fair! You can't call on your other Pokemon when we have other Pokemon out and the battlefield is outnumbered. That's cheating!"
"Axew!" The angry Axew cried out too.
"Iris is right!" Cilan agreed, angerly. "You can't put in an ingredient that's not supposed to be in there. It could ruin the whole thing!"
"We can do what we want." Cassidy stated. "It's simply want we do."
"Yeah!" Butch added. "If you have a problem with that, then too bad!"
"Drowzee, use your Psychic to get rid of these pests!" Cassidy called on Drowzee, who did just that. Suddenly, Cilan and Iris gasped as they found themselves being lifted off of the ground from Drawzee's Psychic attack. The two humans and Axew were forced out of the car. The door to the car opened and when they were out of the car and both landed hard on the floor, the door closed again.
"We have to get back in there!" Iris said, getting up.
"Right!" Cilan agreed and tried opening the door, but it was now locked. "I can't open the door. The Psychic Attack must have locked it." Iris frowned.
"Of course it's locked. How are we going to get back in then?"
"Good question. I simply don't have the answer to that." Iris sighed.
"Well we have to think of something!"
"I know and we will if we just think." They began to think.
"You know, our Pokemon breaking down the door with their powers will be a no-brainer, but then the train's door would be destroyed."
"I know and as much as I hate to destroy property, especially on a train, I feel like we have no choice. As long as all of these Pokemon are safe and sound, that's what matters in the end than a door." Iris agreed. They were about to call on their Pokemon to help break down the door when the other door from the other car opened.
"What are you two still doing here?!" They heard an all too familiar voice. They turned to see, once again, that it was Burgundy. "I thought you said that you were going to Johto."
"We were." Cilan answered her.
"Then why aren't you two there?"
"In case you haven't noticed, the train hasn't stopped at the station." Iris told her. Burgundy realized something.
"Oh yeah, I wondered why that was."
"Team Rocket has hijacked this train and now we're headed directly to Kanto to their headquarters." Burgundy grew mad about this.
"Oh yeah?! Not on my watch!" She took out a Pokeball. "Step aside. I got this." Cilan and Iris were puzzled by this as Burgundy called upon Sawsbuck.
"Sawsbuck!" The deer Pokemon did his cry upon release.
"Sawsbuck, break down the door, si'l te plait."
"Sawsbuck!" The big deer raised up its hooves and ran into the door. The door remained shut.
"No such luck." Iris observed. "I really thought that it would break open."
"Try again." Burgundy ordered. Sawsbuck rammed into the door, again with no luck. "And again…and again. Don't quit until you succeed, Sawsbuck."
"Wow!" Said an impressed Iris. "I never knew Burgundy could be this determined."
"She has to be that determined if she ever wants to be the best connaisseuse she can be." Cilan explained.
"Axew!" Axew agreed.
Butch and Cassidy saw that the door was about to be smashed open.
"We can't let them get in and ruin our beautiful plan." Cassidy said.
"Right." Butch said in agreement. "My Pokemon and I will help hold back the door." He ran to the door, called upon his Pokemon and together, they kept the door from opening. Cassidy looked at Clyde.
"How much longer?" She wanted to know. "We may not have much time."
"We're almost there." Clyde informed her. Cassidy smiled as she looked at Butch.
"Just a little while longer, Butch." Butch nodded.
"Right." He said.
"One more time, Sawsbuck!" Burgundy commanded her Pokemon. "Give it everything you got." Sawsbuck breathed in and out and raised its hooves once more.
"Sawsbuck!" It cried and ran to the door as fast as it could…and this time, the door fell from its hinges and fell onto Butch. Butch's Pokemon all ran before it could hit them too. Cassidy looked at them.
"But how?!" She asked. She then saw Sawsbuck and grinned. "You know, you have to pay for that door now."
"And you're going to have to pay for taking over this train and not letting a certain connoisseur get off his scheduled stop."
"Wow, Burgundy!" Said an amazed Cilan. "I didn't know that you were like this." But Iris knew the real reason why Burgandy was mad. It was because Cilan was still on the train…all because of the hijackers.
"Ugh, so there's more of you pests onboard?" Cassidy said in disgust. "Never mind, I guess I'll have to get rid of you."
"Not unless I get rid of you first, Sawsbuck, Charge!" Sawsbuck did its cry and charged at Cassidy.
"Drowzee, Psychic on Sawsbuck!" Drowzee used Psychic to lift Sawsbuck in the air, Burgundy gasped.
"Sawsbuck, non!" She cried.
"And now Drowzee, finish it by…" But before she could finish, someone attacked Drowzee. Drowzee fell to the floor, forcing Psychic to end, and Sawsbuck landed safely on the floor again. Butch was now all free from the weight of the train door with the help of his Pokemon. It was Duwott, who had used Razor Shell.
"Duwott?" Burgundy asked. "It is really you?"
"Duwott!" The brave Pokemon answered. Both Iris and Cilan were happy.
"Duwott might have been sent here to help." The connoisseur stated.
"It that true, Duwott?" Duwott nodded. Burgundy smiled. "Merci." Burgandy looked back at Cassidy and Butch, again mad. "Okay, Duwott, do just that. You too, Sawsbuck, Charge again!" Duwott did his Razor Shell and Sawsbuck once again, did Charge. Cilan and Iris called on their Pokemon to help out. Pansage did Bullet Seed and Axew did Draco Meteor. Butch and Cassidy commanded their Pokemon to do their attacks as well. Houndour did Flamethrower, Grunbull did Thunder Fang, Drowzee did Psybeam, Primape did Skull Bash and Hitmontop did Mach Punch. The attacks all hit at once and there was an explosion. Hitmontop, Primape, Sawsbuck, Duwott and Grunbull all hit the ground. Cassidy, Butch and Burgandy all rushed to their fainted Pokemon and asked if they were ask right.
"We're getting nowhere if we all continue to fight." Cassidy observed out loud.
"Agreed." Iris said. "I'm glad you think so. So are you going to surrender and give up taking these Pokemon to your boss and get off this train?"
"Never! We are going to fight to the very end!" Iris frowned.
"I knew that statement was too good to be true." She looked at Axew.
"Okay, Axew, use Dragon Range!" Axew was about to do just that when Cassidy and Butch returned all of their Pokemon, confusing Iris, Cilan and Burgandy. Butch then looked at Clyde who was still driving the train.
"I'm sorry I have to do this to you, Clyde." He said and grabbed his hand.
"Hey!" Clyde shouted. "What do you think you're doing? Let me go!" But Butch started dragging him behind as he and Cassidy walked to the door. It opened and they walked out.
"Well, that was weird." Iris said. "I wonder what happened."
"As long as they're out of our hair," Burgundy stated. "I don't really care."
"I'm going to go see." Iris decided.
"I'll go too." Cilan said as well. They walked out the door too. So did all of their Pokemon.
Clyde screamed when the door to the speeding earth below opened up. Cilan, Iris and their Pokemon has just walked in and saw Team Rocket, Gorden, Roseanne and a bunch of angry Pokemon.
"Are you crazy?!" He yelled. "What are we doing here? Why did we leave? Can someone explain to me what's going on here!" Butch and Cassidy shook themselves back into reality.
"Hey, what are we doing out here for, Cassidy?" Butch wanted to know.
"How should I know?!" Cassidy snapped. "Let's get back pronto!" She looked at Clyde. "And Clyde, why does Butch have you? You should be driving the train."
"I know." Clyde said. "Butch just grabbed me and took me here."
"I don't remember doing any such thing!" Butch told him.
"Allow me to explain." Roseanne said, stepping up to them. They all looked at her. "This Hoothoot here used Confusion on you all." They looked at a Hoothoot that was next to her.
"Hoothoot!" The owl Pokemon said. Cassidy glared at it.
"That was a nasty trick!" She shouted at the nocturnal bird. "Making us think we were just going to leave this train and give up our evil plan like that."
"Yeah!" Butch agreed. "We would never do that!" They were about to go back when they saw the many angry looking Pokemon before them. The bad guys were all scared.
"I don't think the Pokemon are too happy, Cassidy." Butch told her. "They know we hijacked this train." Cassidy glared at him.
"Gee, you think, Butch, but the question is how did they figure it out?"
"I don't know. Maybe the news spreaded around like wildfire?" All of the Pokemon did their attacks and they all screamed as they all flew out of the train.
"LOOKS LIKE TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" Butch and Cassidy cried together and Clyde just screamed. A ping sounded as they all disappeared in the distant. All of the Pokemon cheered. Gorden and her daughter looked at Cilan, Iris and Burgundy.
"We thank you for saving our train and all of the Pokemon inside of it." Gordon told them. "You guys really saved the day."
"We are just happy that we stopped them and that the train is back in the right hands." Cilan told them.
"Yeah." Iris added. "And we may have not expected to be on this type of train, but we're so glad we did. We had so much fun being passengers on this train. The Pokemon really saved the day at the end. We just battled with our Pokemon."
"True, but you helped and that's good enough."
"Plus, my Duwott was the one that found them in the first place." Burgundy bragged. "That loser Cilan might claim otherwise, but that's so not true." Iris sighed.
"You should really let that grudge you have against him go." She spoke to her. "It's not worth it and makes you act like a little kid.
"Axew." Her Pokemon agreed. Burgundy grew mad at Iris.
"I will not!" She snapped. "I would battle him right now if we weren't on a train. I know we just battled those bad guys, but that was because we had to in order to try to stop them. Battling on a train is risky."
"I agree, Burgundy." Cilan stated. "We couldn't let Team Rocket have it their way by doing nothing. Now that they're gone, we better save battling for later. It's better safe than sorry." Burgundy just sneered at him.
"Anyways," Roseanne continued, giving them all train tickets. "As a token of our appreciation, here are some complimentary train tickets. Use it on any train you want anytime you want." They all grew happy and proudly accepted them.
"Thank you." Iris said.
"This is a train's connoisseur's dream come true!" Cilan told her. "Thank you so much!"
"Yeah, merci." Burgundy added. "It does feel so good to do good."
"So true." Cilan agreed. "Once again, you nailed it, Burgundy." She sneered at him again. The PA system went on and the train driver Cilan and Iris saved before, could be heard.
"Attention Pokemon and humans." He spoke over the PA. "Because we are already in Kanto and because the train can't be turned around easily, we have to stop in Kanto before Johto. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Oh, and thanks so much for the people and Pokemon who defeated those bad guys and saved the day. I'm sure you all got your rewards and we look forward to serve you again. Good luck on your future travels." The PA system then went off.
"Well, looks like we'll be here for much longer." Cilan said to Gordon. "If you and your daughter want any more help in the cafe car, Iris and I are once again at your service."
"That would be great, thank you." Giordon said.
"I'm sure Duwott will be glad to help out too." Burgundy began. "But Kanto is our destination so I'm going to have to say non here." Roseanne looked at her.
"We completely understand and it's unfortunate." She said to her. "But Duwott has done such a great job, it deserves a well deserved break. You do too. We hope you have safe travels for the future."
"Yeah, best wishes, Burgundy!" Cilan added. Burgundy would have sneered again but chose not to.
"Well, this is where we part ways." Cilan told Iris at the spot where Iris was going to catch the magnet train. "It was fun traveling with you."
"We had a good time too." Iris said.
"Axew!" Axew agreed, poking out of her hair.
"I already have a ticket for this train, but I'll use the free one for the next one I go on. You going to use it for your next train?"
"You bet!" Cilan said.
"Why did I even ask? Well, best wishes, Cilan."
"Best wishes, Iris." With one final cry from Axew, they went their separate ways as Iris boarded her train.
"I hope this train has mainly people on board." Iris told Axew. "Especially a lot less Ice Types." She shivered at the thought, then looked at her Pokemon. "No offence Axew. You're great, all Pokemon are, but I'm ready to mingle with mainly people this time around."
"Axew." Axew said, kind of getting what her trainer was getting us. "Anyways, maybe next time we see our friends again will be when I finally become a Dragon Master or maybe someone even better, like Champion of Unova. How cool would that be?"
"Axew!" Axew hopes he evolves into a Fraxure, and then into his final form, Haxorus, when he sees his friends again, human and Pokemon alike. They both had dreams to fulfill before they meet their friends again, but they both can reach their goals. He just knows that they can.
