Chapter 19! Please REVIEW as it helps me out a lot. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Chaos Headquarters

The violet haired woman stood outside of the boss's office, waiting for his order to come in. While anybody else would be extremely nervous, Special Agent Nine did not feel any emotions. She only felt the need to improve herself, to be the very best at what she did. When this did not come to fruition, especially with the arrival of Kai, then her emotions ran rampant.

"Come in." The boss's voice boomed through the door. Nine obeyed, opening the door of the office and entering. The boss was facing the window behind the desk. Nine could only see the back of his head. The boss slowly stood up from the chair, turning around to face Special Agent Nine. The man appeared to be in his mid forties, with a height of about 6 foot. Although the man stood at the same height as Nine, he was extremely intimidating, for reasons Nine still couldn't figure out. While he was intimidating due to being the leader of Chaos, there were other attributes and qualities that made him into the intimidating and fear striking man he was. The boss wore a simple black suit. He had a small head of black hair due to always shaving his head to where it was almost bald. The man had a strong build and face, his eyes narrowing at Nine before speaking.

"I'm extremely disappointed in you Nine. Harley was able to provide key intel regarding their approach to the Museum. Yet, you still failed to recover the necklace. It now remains in Cynthia's hands. Explain." The boss told her harshly, pissed off.

"Sir, it was Kai once again. We literally had the necklace in our possession. Special Agent Steel and I had him beat. Unfortunately, he was able to barely escape our grasps, taking the necklace with him. I swear-" Nine jumped in fear as she was interrupted by the boss's screams.

"THAT IS ONE BOY!" The boss screamed before lowering his voice, his anger still present. "This boy has screwed us over twice already. Once in Eterna City and now in Snowpoint. While I have heard so much about this kid, he is simply just this. A kid. One…Fucking…Kid…" The boss finished, grabbing his whiskey glass. The boss took a sip from it while Nine nodded towards him.

"I'm sorry Boss. I will not fail you again." Nine said seriously and emotionlessly, lifting her head up in confidence. "I will recover the second piece of the necklace. I will not fail you this time."

"No, you won't. You will help steal the piece located in Sunyshore City. There is no way you will be able to force your way inside their HQ. It's way too heavily guarded. Besides, Harley has already gained their trust, being on the inside of their operations. He will succeed in bringing me the second piece of the necklace. He has never failed me, just like you hadn't until now." The boss finished, placing the whiskey glass down onto the table as he sat down.

"Of course Boss."

"One more thing before you leave, Nine. I know you won't fail me again. You've earned your position in this organization through sheer will and unmatched determination. You're special. I know you won't fail me because if you do, you will suffer consequences." The boss finished threateningly. Nine only held her head up high, nodding to signify she understood. She then thanked the boss, before leaving his office.

While many would feel intense fear from his threat, Nine only felt an immense amount of rage and anger. All towards a teenager named Kai. That boy's actions threatened her desire to be the best at what she did. She refused to let him get in the way of her goals. She needed power. She needed to be unmatched in skill at what she did. Kai only served as a boulder in her path of doing this. He would be removed. "Forcefully." She thought, gritting her teeth.

The group found themselves sitting in the debriefing room once again.

"Everybody, I would like for you to meet a member of Project Giratina. He has been working with us for a while now and is one of my most trusted members. He's a bit older than you all but not by much, being twenty four. While I would like to introduce a few more members to work alongside you all in your missions and tasks, I will refrain from doing so until we have identified the likely mole. Harley wont be joining your team permanently, but I will likely have him alongside you guys for some missions and tasks. He will be here soon." Cynthia stated. Kai groaned, hearing another person to accompany them on their missions. He already felt they had enough people. While Kai was annoyed at this, the group viewed this situation much more positively. May, Silas, and Seiya appeared curious to meet a new face. Sarah didn't care much, with her eyes almost closed in a trance of sleepiness. Soon, a man wearing a casual outfit along with a backpack walked in.

"This is Harley Binse Germaine, everybody. He will be working alongside you all for future missions. Harley holds an impressive rank in Project Giratina, excelling in battle, fieldwork, and research. Harley also provides this group a unique understanding of Giratina, due to his and his family's interest in it." Cynthia finished, allowing the team to introduce themselves. They introduced themselves kindly, Harley not smiling but remaining interactive with them. After the group exchanged pleasantries and introductions for a few minutes, Harley addressed the group.

"It is very nice to meet all of you. I hope that we are able to work well together and be successful. Unfortunately, I have to go complete some research assigned to me by the committee, but it was lovely meeting you all." Harley said seriously, leaving the group behind quickly.

Silas did not like Harley in the slightest. He couldn't quite place it, but the man held a mysterious and cold air around him. Sure, he seemed antisocial and awkward, just like Silas, but there was something more to it. For now, Silas didn't trust him.

"I don't trust him." Silas said aloud, with the group turning to him. May, Sarah, and Silas disagreed with Silas, believing there to be nothing wrong with him.

"Eh, he's a little weird. Especially when he said he had a crush on "Barbie" until he was twenty. I won't hold that against the guy though. He's alright." Kai shrugged, not wanting to blow the situation out of proportion. He didn't see anything off about Harley, besides the fact he was a little awkward. Kai didn't have to like the guy, however. He just had to work with him.

"Don't be an asshole Silas. Harley seemed alright." May told the blue haired boy, with Cynthia nodding her head in approval, thanking May.

"Alright you all. Continue to do your daily training and exercises. We're done for today." Cynthia said, leaving the group in the room. May followed Cynthia on her way out, due to a scheduled training exercise with the blonde Champion.

"Kai, I wanted to ask you a question since we're done for today. Are you able to help me improve my fighting skills?" Silas asked hopefully. Kai inwardly groaned, really wanting to relax back in the suite. Not wanting to be rude, Kai accepted.

"Sure man, let's hit the training field now." Kai responded. Silas thanked the taller boy, with the two of them leaving the room and heading towards the field.

"So, are you and Kai a thing now?" Seiya questioned Sarah. Sarah widened her eyes at the question, opening her mouth at the question.

'What? No, we're just friends." Sarah replied defensively.

"Sure you guys are. Friends who make out at least once a day." Seiya said, smirking at the girl.

"It's called friends with benefits Seiya. Seriously, we're not an item. Have you seen how we both are? I don't think we're the type of people to settle down with somebody. Besides, we don't have feelings for each other." Sarah said. While the two of them have now hooked up a few times now, they definitely weren't dating. That was a fact. However, Sarah's confidence wavered when stating that they didn't have any feelings for each other. While she was confident Kai didn't, she was unsure about her own. Did she like Kai more than a friend? Or did she just simply enjoy their moments? Not wanting to think about the matter any longer, Sarah told the boy she was heading back to the suite.

"No, no, no. That's all wrong. When your throwing strikes towards my head, you're completely off balance. Separate your legs more." Kai recommended, demonstrating to the smaller boy how he should stand.

Silas nodded his head in understanding, copying Kai's stance.

"Alright, 3, 2, 1. Go!" Kai said, the two of them sparring once again. The two of them had been sparring for about ten minutes. Kai did not use his aura, seeing that would be completely unfair to Silas. Kai had to give him credit. Silas was talented, being able to move fluidly and hit pretty hard considering his small stature.

Silas moved towards Kai slowly, circling around him. Kai waited for the boy to come closer, watching his movements. Silas stepped into striking distance of Kai, throwing a head kick. Kai lifted his left arm up, blocking the strike. Kai responded with a low kick of his own. Seeing that he couldn't block the powerful kick, the blue haired teenager leaped over the kick. While it was a spectacular dodge by Silas, it completely left him open to being hit due to being in the air. Seeing this, Kai threw a kick with his other leg, hitting Silas directly in the chest. Defenseless, Silas was hit hard and rolled onto the ground. Still rolling, he used the momentum to roll into a crouched position, before sprinting towards Kai. Silas threw an onslaught of strikes towards Kai. Kai defended against these strikes, throwing his fair share of punches as well. The two were able to connect with each other, Silas holding his own and actually doing some damage. This went on for about thirty seconds.

Kai threw a kick towards Silas's head. At the last second, Silas spun past the kick, crouching to punch Kai in the lower leg. Not expecting the kick, Kai grunted in pain as one of his leg's collapsed under him, now with one knee on the floor. Silas then threw a right hook towards Kai, since his head was now almost level with the teenager's chest. Kai rolled out of the way, narrowly avoiding the punch. Kai stood up quickly, getting in a defensive stance. Motivated by his success, Silas rushed towards the taller teen once again. Kai threw a strong right hook, intending to hit the smaller boy's cheek. With not enough time to move out of the way, Silas was forced to use his arm to take the brunt of the attack. Silas lifted his arm to his cheek, with Kai's punch hitting it hard, pushing into Silas's face partially. While the strike hurt badly, it would have hurt much more if his arm didn't block it first.

However, Kai was once again a step ahead. Not noticing Kai's strike, Silas's chin was hit HARD with a left hand uppercut. The smaller boy's head flew back due to the force, falling backwards before his back hit the ground. Realizing that he hit the boy a little too hard, Kai crouched down to the boy lying down, apologizing quickly.

"Shit, I am so sorry man! I honestly thought you would have blocked it." Kai apologized, hoping the blue haired boy wasn't hurt.

"It is alright Kai. I should have blocked it. I assume that I was a bit distracted with the hook you threw before." Silas said, taking Kai's hand as he pulled him up. Silas winced as he rubbed his chin soothingly. He had done well. He held his own against an aura user who had been training with Lucario for a while now. Silas was proud of his performance, but also needed to improve his skills.

"What do you think I should improve on?" Silas asked Kai.

"Well, first of all Silas, you did great. There were several times in that sparring match where you got the better of me." Kai praised the boy, before continuing.

"As for improvement. Your defense needs work. Your striking and offense is pretty impressive. You're able to throw a variety of different strikes while also being able to hit fast and hard. However, your defense is nowhere near as impressive as your offense." Kai stated, looking at Silas to make sure he was listening. Silas stared up at the aura user, focused on the feedback.

"You tend to wait too late for strikes, leading to you being forced to block strikes rather than dodge them. An example of this would be the right uppercut that hit your arm. You need to be prepared to throw strikes, but also be prepared to move out of the way of your opponent. It's not going to go well if you plan to take the brunt of every attack. Also, you need to think more ahead of the fight. Sometimes, you get so focused on what is going on at the moment that you forget to anticipate the opposing fighter. When I threw the right hook, you were so focused on it that you didn't see the left uppercut coming. That will bite you in the ass if your not thinking ahead in a fight." Kai finished. The two of them headed back to the suite, with Silas asking questions and Kai answering them.

Seiya stood in one of the Pokemon training rooms that HQ provided. The room was like an enclosed battle field, with different targets, obstacles, and items such as trees, boulders, and more to provide a realistic setting.

"Onix, use Iron tail on the boulder." Seiya ordered.

Onix raised his extremely large tail over his head. It glowed white, before lashing down into the boulder in front of them. The boulder shattered completely, with a chunk of a rock flying upwards. Seeing the chunk of material, Seiya ordered his next command.

"Use Stone Edge Onix!"

Onix complied, forming multiple shards of rock towards the chunk. However, these shards missed the chunk of rock by a foot. Seeing this, Seiya sighed in frustration. Onix also appeared dejected at this, lowering his head. Noticing this, Seiya patted his Pokemon on it's side.

"It's alright Onix, we'll keep improving it." Seiya positively stated.

"Improving what?" Harley said, walking into the room. Seiya jumped at this in surprise, before composing himself.

"Jesus, you scared me. I'm just trying to help Onix with his accuracy. We're getting close but his Stone Edge keeps coming up just short of hitting the target." Seiya said.

"Hmm, I understand. I think I can help you if you want?" Harley asked kindly, staring at Seiya in an unnerving manner. Not seeing any harm in some help, Seiya agreed.

"Sure, I can use the help." The teenager said as he shrugged. Harley smiled before walking towards Seiya and his Pokemon, ready to help the younger boy.
