Okay, so there is question. Is the language of ff understandable? Because I took notice much of people prefer stories made worse, but easiest to read. Do you also have such thing? Besides that, get ready for chapter. :)

A wing spread through hers wings as with slightly velocity she flew through big forest. Despite lack of hers teacher presence, it didn't made her any less focused. Carefully, she was avoiding any coming close towards her tree, hers eyes now focused onto all of hers surroundings. It would be much easier for her to flew higher just beyond trees, but problem was hers lack of confidence in herself. By time she flew with Toothless, it was just safer for her as bigger, much more experienced, Night Fury was able to catch her in any moment of sudden danger, besides she still kept being tired of flight. Every mere moment she would stop just so to take few deep breaths.

Notwithstanding all of that she felt just amazing. Wind against hers muzzle, the sound whistling of wind in hers ears, those amazing colours everywhere which became even prettier, because of hers now draconic, night visioned, eyes. She never had chance to survive through something better than that. Next reason of her sudden happiness was knowledge of hers direction. Cove. Despite hers popularity which created among villagers, she didn't felt need of spending time with them. Her thoughts focused onto hers now likely best friend if she could name him so. Just slightly though of meeting him again made her excited like little, spoiled child.

At same look of said place hers heart beat faster. Again, she was rather curious what hers friend would bring onto her today. She landed, glanced around but wasn't able to get sight of him anywhere. She stressed, yet didn't panicked. Slowly, walking through whole cove, she stopped by his branch which was now empty. Hers heart filled with worry. He wouldn't just left without any word, would he? She kept turning hers muzzle once in another direction, once in another. She was about to give up, try to catch glance of him from somewhere else when suddenly something made its way from tree crown. Instinctively she covered herself with hers wing, just to slowly took it away. Hiccup then was met with strange view as hers said friend was now hanging upside down from one of branches.

At first he likely didn't noticed hers presence, was now checking if he was able to stay like that. When he finally looked around at sight of his company he froze, smiled awkwardly in way he always did. She smiled and tiled hers head at that. He chuckled nervously. "H-hey Hiccup. Wha- what are you doing so early?"

"Well, I finished my training earlier today so I have whole day off." She walked forward, likely to check closer his weird position. "What are you doing exactly?"

"Well..." He scratched his head, still upside down. "I just wondered if humans are able to sleep in that position. No big deal."

"Right~ the problem is they don't actually."

"What you mean?"

She didn't responded, just stared onto him now. He made her questioning glare, but then likely she just saw future his head spin furiously. Because of lack of focus his legs trembled causing them lost hold onto branch. The next thing both knew was that Toothless feel onto ground, his back first. When that happened, Hiccup closed hers eyes tightly, rather like it was hers own pain. Toothless now laid onto ground his back first, breathed loudly as fall get out of his lungs most of the oxygen. Hiccup giggled slightly. "Are you alright?"

Toothless slowly nodded, still onto ground. "Y-yeah." He mumbled between breaths. "A-alright."

"Do you need help?" She didn't got response, but even so she just walked up towards him and with hers muzzle she slowly helped him onto sitting position. When he sat she caress his arm with hers muzzle. He chuckled. Just then his arm started scratch her underneath hers chin, and it felt amazing. She wasn't against it, let him do so as long as he needed. Eventually when his palm get onto place between hers muzzle and neck the feeling of pure pleasure was too much and she collapsed onto ground.

Toothless panicked. "Are you okay?!" His hand was placed now against top of hers head. Just then he surprised sensing purring.

"T-that was so amazing." He again chuckled onto that, now stroked hers head carefully.

He smiled. "Why you're dragon anyway? Aren't you one of those-" He raised his shoulders in way of imitating. "-big Vikings which hate all dragons around the world?"

She opened hers eyes slightly, exhaled loudly. "Aren't you the one keeping telling me everyday that humans are weak and vulnerable?"

"T-that's different."

"How is that even different?"

"W-well..." He scratched his head. Hiccup focused now, really interested into his next words. He likely exclaimed. "B-because I'm doing that to get to know more of yours weaknesses! Right. I would use it when everything is going to end."

"Right." She saddened, sighed and avoided his look now. "When everything is going to end." She repeated, but much more sorrowful.

He worried. "Something's wrong?"

She glanced over him, sensing his distress she immediately explained. "Yes! Everything is alright. Don't worry." She changed into human, now sitting with crossed legs, scratching hers head. "I just got tired of that form." She glanced over him, clearly uncomfortable.

He nodded sadly. "That's okay, I guess." Both now avoided one another's look.

Eventually Hiccup likely was tired as well as anxious about theirs position as she smiled at him. "I brought yer new clothes." She took hers bag from which she took bunch of clothes. She then chuckled as she looked at now ripped holder of it. "I tried to keep it in my mouth, but forget that I don't know how to hide my teeth causin' it to tear in middle of flight." She smiled at memory. "I almost hit the tree while lookin' back in direction it feel."

He exhaled, as well smiled just by the imagine of said situation. Before he could start analysing his present he noticed something odd about her. "What are these?" He pointed onto hers palms which covered was by some weird leather.

She raised hers chin proudly. "I will show yer, but first yer have to turn dragon." He rolled his eyes, but as said he done, now stood before her as dragon. At first she showed before him hers palm and he almost melted in that smell, just so she would took it and show him another one which caused him jump from her immediately. Second one was definitely horrible. He glanced at her confused. She crossed hers arms, hers chest sticking out. "Gloves. These are havin' pockets in which I put known yer things." She pointed at hers left palm. "In these one I put some of that grass, I myself called 'dragon nip'-" He glanced at her questioning. She giggled. "L-like a nip we are givin' cats!" Seeing his still lasting confusion she shook hers head. "Never mind. That's not important. Important thing is that it works." She pointed at hers right hand. "And in these I have few scales, scales of-"

"Eal." Something likely clicked in his mind. His eyes widened. "T-that's actually amazing Hiccup! How you were able to done something like that!" He closed slightly, still remembering to not get close towards the right palm.

She giggled. "Well, just some idea I had lately." She bit hers lip. "So~ yer liked it?"

"Why wouldn't I?! It's such creative!"

"Thank you." She scratched hers head while glancing over ground. "I was just little frightened yer wouldn't like it."

He glanced over her. "Why wouldn't i?"

"Well..." She raised hers sight over him. "I made it to use it against dragons, right? I thought yer wouldn't be pleased by idea." He made her troublesome look. She explained herself immediately. "B-but idea was not to harm any of yer by it! It actually helps so I wouldn't have to cause any harm, right? It's just smell."

"Hiccup, alright. I believe you." His sight caught hers bag at which top was laid bunch of materials. "Maybe, let's change theme." He changed his form as he walked towards said object. "Would you like to tell me about that more?"

She giggled. "Obviously." Both now stared onto brought by her clothes. "Okay, so since I thought yer really are into turtlenecks-" She rolled hers eyes in another direction. "I mean, I didn't knew what exactly else yer would like."

"I like them most because there likely, let's say, attached to body." He snored. "I don't like those loose clothes. It's like any minute of walking I have feeling of something against me." He disgusted. "It's nasty."

Hiccup giggled. "And that's why I brought yer new one." She took a dark, really dark, brown material before his eyes. When it was all revealed, he would notice it was made in a shape of known him clothing. "I hope it would be good on yer." She then give it to him. "I know it's not black, but I thought since yer wanted to change somethin'-"

"It's great." He stared onto present, just to raise sight onto her with bright smile. "Thank you."

Hiccup blushed as she tuck few of strand of hairs behind hers ear. "Yer welcome." She almost jumped at the reminding of something more. "It's actually not all." She pointed onto another, this time more furry, material. "I thought about it since I started to fly and yer broke yers cloak-" She chuckled at memory. He became all red immediately. At first days of hers sudden training with him, accident happen, by which he ripped his old cloak. The funniest was way he done that as he casually tripped over it, but in such for Hiccup hilarious way she wouldn't stop mocking him about it. "-I made new one. On that one yer wouldn't trip so easily."

She yet again showed it in front of it, and what she said was really truth. His new cloak was way shorter than his older one. It was same colour as hers skirt, something like beige, created so he could wear it over his shoulders. He took it, glanced over it one more time before his whole attention was focused onto her. "It's really for me?"

She chuckled. "No. Actually it's mine." She then grasped it and put at hers own shoulders. Cloak was way too big and wide onto her, but with her hardest she tried to convince him that indeed it was hers, by showing herself in different poses. After while both bursted into laugher. "But seriously, it's really yers." She let it onto his shoulders and for hers happiness it was close to perfect. "Idea was so yer didn't had to have it too long, but still enjoy yers 'feeling of wings' yer have." She smiled brightly.

His eyes shot wide. "I don't know what to say-"

"Also there is tradition in our village-" He glanced over confused. There was more?! "It's made of bear skin, only most honourable man of ours village could wear such, and since we both likely created our little flock, I mean me and yer as Night Furies, I thought yer deserve it." She bit hers lip. "I-I know it's only our stupid tradition, but I thought-"

She couldn't end hers sentence as she was taken in breathtaking bear hug of hers companion. She was surprised by that, but after mere moment returned favour, now with hers forehead against his chest. His smile was wide. "That's most thoughtful present I could ever receive." He moved her back, just so he was able to stare at hers eyes. "Thank you. I know I'm saying that often now, but reason is I'm really thankful to have you here."

She giggled, covered herself slightly with hers palm. "Well... not as much as I do." She then done same surprising as well as strange thing for him. She likely touched hers lips against his cheek. He wasn't able to register what happened, wasn't able to think of any appropriate reaction. Toothless casually just froze, held onto place she just touched, sat there like an idiot, red onto his face, at which Hiccup just laughed. "It's human thing, don't worry."

"V-very w-well." He breathed loudly, tense at his whole body. "S-so-" He cleared his throat. "What's next?" He smiled awkwardly.

She smirked. "Yer don't know sheephead?" She poked his forehead with hers finger. "Now, ye're goin' to wash yerself." She tilted hers head in direction of lake.

"Alright." He shrugged his shoulders. Just then, he grabbed bottom of his turtleneck and Hiccup immediately covered hers eyes, now whole red onto face. "What?"

"I didn't thought yer would be so fast!" She shallowed hardly, then slowly took hers one palm from one of hers eyes, and she wasn't going to forget that sight soon. Toothless was now in front of her shirtless, his tanned skin was now shining in sun and she couldn't not to notice how that man was perfectly build. His muscles were just unable to not notice, some of his hairs, despite being in high bun she done time ago, placed was against his skin. As she raised her sight onto him, she smiled rather awkwardly at which he shook his head. Afterwards, he grabbed his pants. She panicked. From hers mouth get out loudest squeal she was able to do.

She throw herself over him, grabbing both of his arm, accidentally touching with hers lips exposed part of his chest. He confused. "You're okay?" He helped her up by hers arms, now both likely hold each other by them. She nodded furiously, but he still kept trying to analyse the reason of hers sudden distress. Then, likely answer clicked in his mind. "Oh~ right. No showing off. Sorry."

She exhaled loudly. "That's fine."

"But then, what should I done with those?" He pointed at his pants.

"Wash in them. We barely changing those since our legs aren't sweatin' so much." Hiccup placed palm over hers racing heart. "Don't be bothered by them. They would wash as well."

"Then couldn't I just wash whole clothed? It's so confusing."

"More sweaty clothin'-" She pointed onto black turtleneck onto ground. "-deserve better treatment."

He sighed loudly. "Fine. I guess then only thing which stayed to do is washing?" She nodded. He smirked. Just then, he took her by hers middle, grabbed her higher into air and hang her over his shoulder, now holding her with only one arm. "Then let's go, we don't have whole day."

"Toothless let me go!" She screamed while punching his back.

He snorted. "Don't be so stubborn. You were the one which bring that idea."

"I didn't said we would wash together!"

Toothless stopped them and sighed. "You thought I would be able to wash myself alone? I don't know how to do that!"

He got his point. Hiccup thought for moment, just to lose up to him. "Fine. But first I have to take off my shirt as well." He let her go, she stood now in front of him. Afterwards when she was about to grab hers turtleneck, she embarrassed. "W-would yer turn a-away?"

"Why?"

"Just do it, please!"

He made a long sigh, but he done as pleased. He stood from her by back, with his arms crossed, already annoyed by whole situation. Despite hers position now, she stood still, didn't even flinched to do given her task. She kept stroking hers palms, likely thinking he would change his mind. He noticed it. "Hiccup I done what you wanted, why you're not doing anything?"

"I-I-I-." She breathed loudly. "I can't."

He sighed. "Don't you trust me or something?"

"I-it's not that-"

"Then what it is?!" He almost yelled it, he heard Hiccup flinching, somehow. "I didn't meant to scare you. I just-"

"It's okay." In hers voice he could notice slightly note of shame. "I just should do it, stop being such... afraid." She breathed loudly, but finally she done as asked. He heard few sounds of trashing around, just so she finally finished. "Yer can turn around."

He wasn't ready for what he saw next. When he turned he saw Hiccup, but not exactly. She had that bandage around hers chest, hers freckles were scattered around hers body, hers body was so thin Toothless though he would encircle her with just his hand. Hers face was none less. Hers freckles as always amazed him as well as hers hairs, today just tied up at back of hers head, which shine in sun. As he glanced over her she was visibly uncomfortable. She kept covering herself as far as she could with hers arms. He tilted his head on it, worried by such reaction.

"I-I know, I know everything." She glanced onto ground. "I'm too thin, I have too much freckles, I'm too fragile-"

"You're really pretty." When he said that immediately he covered his mouth with his hand. He didn't knew why he said so, he really didn't! All of hers talking sounded so ridiculous he likely had to say that. Both turned red, but Hiccup likely now calmed.

"Yer really say so?" She scratched hers head, but smile remained onto hers face. "Y-ye're h-handsome too."

When he heard that, his heart likely raced. Why is here so hot suddenly?! Both glanced deeply onto one another, but then Tobias grew tired of that, rapidly turned around in direction of lake. "Y-you know what?" He walked slowly forward. "I-I will go first." He fasten, almost tripped himself in meanwhile. "To check if there is safe." He then ran off, jumping into lake.

Hiccup shook hers head. That boy is going to bring death onto her someday. She glanced down onto herself, seeing body she always thought as ugly, disgusting. Hiccup smiled at it now. It was rather nice feeling knowing someone likes you way you are. She breathed loudly, but eventually followed his example and stood before lake. She slowly started walking forward, towards deeper and deeper. Focused onto it, she forgot to check onto hers companion. When she was about middle deep she noticed his lack of presence. She started searching for any sight of him, called after him, but she didn't get any response. When she was about to became worried, she felt something underneath hers legs. Oh no.

Hiccup was immediately raised up beyond water. Toothless kept her at his back, holding hers legs close to his body. Instinctively she held tightly his neck. He laughed seeing hers frighten. She smacked his head. "Are yer crazy?! Yer scared me to death!"

He chuckled. "It wasn't so bad, besides you might finally see how it is to be taller." She rolled hers eyes, but eventually smiled underneath hers nose. He breathed loudly as he glanced forward. "It's nice here." Hers eyes widened. "I-I mean, water. It's warm despite weather, a-and also the sight is quite good."

She shook hers head. "Right. It's fine." Both now looked before them. Hiccup couldn't help, but to embrace him more than that. Hers both arms encircled his neck, hers head was against side of his head.

He tired to get glance of her as he tilted his head in hers direction. "As for such shy person, you're likely really affectionate."

"Yer don't like it?" She loosened hold. "Then I think I should get down from here." She tried to do as she said, but Toothless tightened hold.

He became whole red, but stayed cold. "I-I like it."

She smiled brightly. "Aw~ Toothless! Yer don't have to hide that cute part of yer from me!"

"I'm not hiding anything."

"Right~ sure~." She blinked onto him. He just shook his head.

Just then, he breathed loudly autumn air into his lungs. "So, it's washing."

"Pretty so."

"It's boring." He mumbled at which she just rolled hers eyes. "There is nothing much more to do?"

"Basically."

"Then, what you're doing here anyway then?"

"I should be one askin' that question."

He hummed, then smirked. "Since you're here, and I'm also here, and I'm really bored, maybe we might have some fun~"

"What yer mean?"

She tried to get away from his hold, but he only tightened it. Afterwards from Hiccup's mouth get out scream as Toothless throw himself onto water backwards, with Hiccup still onto his back causing both of them land deep into water.

Eventually as time passed, and young adults finished theirs little playing time, both get out of water, now trying to dry out themselves. Hiccup, as always prepared for anything, took out from hers bag two, as she named it, towels, and instructed Toothless into covering himself within. Because of now shining sun they decided into using it, sitting at nearby stone which was mostly in sun, now trying to get from it most heat possible. Despite hers towel around her, Hiccup kept shaking, trembling uncomfortably. Seeing it, Toothless didn't thought twice, he encircled her body with his arm. "Body heat sharing. It's going to help." He explained himself as he got Hiccup, now casual, questioning reaction.

She would have feel likely ashamed of that position, if it wasn't for how warm he was now. Without any hesitation she just closed herself towards said boy, now sinking into his body heat. She glanced over water, seeing both of theirs reflection, now cuddled to each other, something in hers heart ached. Toothless noticed that.

"Something's wrong?"

Hiccup at first shook hers head, but sensing his lack of belief she just nodded, now bitting hers lip nervously. "It's just-" She sighed. "Have yer thought about what would happen after all of this?" She glanced over him.

He scratched his head. "W-what exactly you mean?"

She breathed loudly. "Let's say all of that would end. Let's say there would be peace. Hypothetically, what if afterwards that peace would be only temporary? What if both of us again would be against each other?" She glanced over water. "Toothless I wouldn't be able to fight against yer after all of what happen between us." She took hers knees towards hers face. "I just-"

"I wouldn't be able as well." He glanced over water as well, sometimes catching sight of his companion. "What you would want to do about it?"

"I-I don't know." She hide herself in hers knees. "I really don't want to cause any harm to yer. I can't even imagine myself doin' so."

"What if we won't then?" Both now turned to each other. "I mean-" He breathed loudly. "Let's make promise."

"Promise?"

"Promise if we would be ever placed against each other, we wouldn't cause any harm onto each other. Simply, right?"

"Too simply." She stroked her forehead. "Okay, let's make it deal." He smiled onto her, but she didn't looked such pleased. "Over one condition."

"Which would be?"

"If somethin' like that happen, promise me yer would never come to my village again."

He flinched from her, visibly destroyed by such information. "H-Hiccup, I-"

"Promise me that." She exhaled. "I wouldn't be able to live through moment in which I would have to choose between yer and my people." She tightened hers teeth in invisible pain. "Just promise me that. Please."

He thought for longer moment, but finally let go as he nodded. Despite it, even thought he would never see her again was breaking for him. Sensing his sadness she throw herself onto him in imitation of hug. He returned it. "Hiccup?"

"What's that?"

"All of that is just hypothetical, right?"

She raised hers sight onto him and smiled. "Of course."

"We would be together in future?"

"I-" She pushed herself from him. "I can't promise yer that."

"Why not?"

She glanced over him, sighed loudly. "Yer know I would have to stay over village. Yer probably wouldn't stay here longer. Yer probably prefer bein' free." His heart now beat faster, from frighten nonetheless. Toothless sadly nodded as he glanced over lake. Sensing his frustration she tried hers hardest to help him out. "But that's a future." She placed hers palm over side of his shoulder. "What happen in future, happen in future. We are in present now."

"What that supposed to mean?"

"I mean, let's not be sorrowful about fact we would have to say goodbye someday, let's just- let's just create memories. I'm sure it would be easier for both of us if we did."

"Memories. I like that actually." He then sighed. "So, you're saying that we are together now?"

"Aye, and it's most important."

"Until all of that ends?"

"Until all of that ends."

Toothless couldn't help, but to hold her now tightly. Hiccup didn't thought twice, returned favour immediately. Even for hers words, both didn't seemed any more comfortable now. Both didn't wanted all of that to end, but little they know other one as well.
