"She won't come." Annoyed by whole situation Ruffnut sharply interrupted silence around. Young adults waited outside area, theirs axes tightly were held in theirs hold as they glanced in direction of village, in direction of hers house.
Astrid chuckled. "I told yer so." She stood up. "Let's just start without her." She pointed and as she did everyone rushed forward area inside.
Eventually Astrid started correcting theirs target. Behind her everyone waited for her to end. Ruffnut snarled. "Why she didn't came?" She throw hers axe, but it didn't his exactly target. Just few inches lower. Astrid which stood by it, didn't even flinched by flying axe.
She sighed. "Well, she got hers secrets." She walked with hers axe towards them.
Tuffnut snorted. "And she again with that."
"And what that supposed to mean?!" She glanced at him sharply, tighten hers held onto axe.
Fishlegs went forward. "He probably meant that ye're overreactin' actions of Hiccup."
"Exactly. Ye're just jealous she improved that fast." Snotlout throw his axe, in his case it ended inched higher.
"And yer not jealous over fact yer cousin became such good in amount of few days, while yer needed onto that years?" After that comment of Astrid, Snotlout closed himself from them, avoiding theirs sight.
Ruffnut patted his shoulder because of which he raised his sight. "Nobody is jealous over here exclude yer, Astrid." Both young woman stared onto one another. "Come on Astrid. Just say ye're scared that Hiccup might interrupt yer in gettin' towards fightin' that Nightmare." Astrid almost broke wooden part of hers axe, tighten hers teeth. "Truth is she won't. Nobody of us would." Astrid calmed, now confused by hers words. Ruffnut sighed. "She just tries hers best. Every of us do, but nobody of us truly want to fight over that nightmare. We all know we're nothin' comparative to miss perfect Astrid." Astrid embarrassed, glanced onto everyone around. They looked at her same way Ruffnut did, agreeing with her. "Stop bein' so suspicious. I'm sure Hiccup doesn't want to steal yers position."
Astrid breathed loudly, went forward, towards them. "Okay, I won't." She sighed. "Just if somethin' happens-"
"Nothin' will happen. Stop takin' it as impossible for someone to become better. Hiccup could improve and she did, quit bein' that distrustful."
Astrid nodded hers head, but hers thoughts were different from hers actions. Something is wrong. And she is going to prove that. She throw hers axe, just so it was perfectly into target.
"Where ye're takin' us anyway?"
"Training must go on. I thought we might today start some shooting." Both Hiccup and Toothless walked side by side through forest, with now Hiccup's mouth wide opened. Sun was shining brightly in the sky, but was covered by uncountable amount of trees around. He smirked onto her. "Surprised, aren't you?"
"S-shootin'?! Really?!"
"Yes, we really are going shootin'." He pretended her, chuckling afterwards as he glanced forward, still smiling mockingly.
She rolled hers eyes onto him. "That's hilarious. Hiccup can't speak properly. Ye're so amusin'." He couldn't help, but to at first snort, just so to end up laughing. She likely annoyed. "Comical."
He covered his mouth with his hand. "I'm sorry Hiccup, I didn't meant hurtin' yer." Afterwards she impacted hers palm with back of his head. Immediately he stopped, turned to her, slowly, showing her his widened eyes as well as fatal thoughts. "That wasn't smart." He now stood over her, his likely murder eyes were melting her with its sight. She shallowed hardly, shivered by back as she smiled nervously. Hiccup was about to ran from him, but unfortunately, for her at last, she was stopped by bigger arm of said attacker. He grabbed her by the middle, encircling her whole, just so he took her higher into air. Just then, without any idea how he done that, he turned her around so she was upside down in air. How strong he was to do so?! When he finished, he was holding her onto hers ankles just so he would took them and placed at both of his shoulders. Hiccup just found hers back against his, but in meantime whole world was upside down and she was hanging like some animal he just hunted.
She squealed. "Toothless, yer Loki's blooded animal! Let me go!"
"You say that every time, and every time it ends up same." He walked forward, with her still against him, causing her scream slightly. "No way." He smirked.
She snarled. "Yer won't drag me like that through whole forest!" Hers eyes widened. "Won't you?" As an reply he likely shook hers ankles, causing hers whole body as well. She gave up, let hers arms fall down, just to notice they couldn't reach it. Shitty size difference. She sighed. "I can't believe ye're doin' it." She covered hers eyes from embarrassment.
He chuckled again. His favourite thing lately. "Well, you're likely my new cape right now."
"I made yer new cape recently! My meaningful present?" She tried to glance over him, but position wouldn't let her so. "Remember it?" Hers sight catch something causing her immediately groan from annoyance. "Yer have it onto yerself even now!"
"It's really cozy."
"Why then I have to be yers new cloak then?!" She tried to get up, but as she did, hers legs ached causing her end up in same situation. "Toothless!"
"I have to show you some of my strength over you. You lately forget about that, making yourself rather spoiled." She exhaled as well as snarled. He shrugged, making hers whole body shook. "Don't say that isn't truth."
She snapped. "That's it! Ye're going down!" With all hers strength she yet again tried to raise herself straight, but hers stomach muscles didn't let her do so.
He rolled his eyes while snorting. "I want to see you try." He again shook hers body, making her impact into back of his legs.
She started stroking place of impact, hers head turned in his direction as she wanted to look at him with offended glare. Just then, likely something clicked in hers mind. She smirked as by making his next step, exactly when one of his legs was in air she grabbed both of them tightly. His eyes widened as he wasn't prepared onto that. Losing his balance he feel onto ground his face first as he wasn't able to save himself, because of held he had onto Hiccup. While he was laying, despite laying face first, Hiccup could hear whining coming out from him. She took it as a chance, immediately sitting onto his back with hers legs crossed, hers body was almost perfectly suiting onto it. Not such surprising now. His arms remained onto same place, just over his shoulders as painful fall probably took all of his strength, from same reason Hiccup was able to get out of its held. She took them and held against his own back, like animal she just hunted. She smirked. "As yer wished." She giggled.
"You think you're so smart, aren't you?" His sight was still directed onto the ground, making every of sounds be said between dirty ground, reasoning being it blurry. He turned only his head to her, just to look her eye to eye. As she glanced over him his brows were lowered and part of his cheek was covered with dirt. He sighed loudly, annoyed by whole situation. She crossed hers arms victoriously. He snorted. "You know I could get out and throw you against ground in less than second?" Hers eyes widened, she tightened hers hold onto his arms, not letting hers sight from him. He chuckled. "That won't work, you know." He sighed. "But I will have you chance. You have 3 seconds, before I'm doing what I planned."
Hers eyes widened even wider as she frightened.
"One."
She glanced over surroundings, analysing it whole, searching for anything now.
"Two."
As she did, hers eyes catch something, please, let it work for her mighty Thor.
"Thr-"
He giggled.
Hiccup, as he was about to speak, throw herself forward, just next to his neck. Immediately, she placed hers palm against it and started moving hers fingers against his skin. He reacted as she pleased, he giggled furiously. "W-what a-are you d-doing!" He squealed between his laughs. He tried to escape from her, but she wouldn't let him that easily. Most problem was, because of hers tortures over him, he likely lost all of his strength in arms. "M-make it s-stop!"
"No way!" She mocked him, imitating him. He still kept flinching from her, but as well still kept giggling. Hiccup started laughing at the sight. His giggles and laughs are so adorable! She didn't want that moment to end. Eventually it had to, as Toothless finally get hold onto hers arms, immediately bringing it onto ground, because of which both happened to be in rather strange situation. Both were breathing loudly, despite of fact Hiccup wasn't one being tortured, with smiles onto theirs faces, both were sitting onto theirs knees in front of each other, only thing between them were theirs own arms brought by Toothless onto ground with his arms over hers. Hiccup giggled at the sight of Toothless, which was panting just by-
"What was that supposed to be?! What kind of tortures were that?!" He looked over her, likely on some madwoman.
She chuckled. "It was only tickles! Calm down! Those weren't even tortures!" His eyes widened onto her, unbelievable. "Humans skin have those spots in which it's weaker." He shook his head, she rolled hers eyes. "It was supposed to be fun! We're doin' that for fun! Mostly, we're doin' it onto children."
"Are you crazy?! You're torturing innocent child?!"
"Those aren't tortures!" She snorted. "Ye're just overreactin'."
"You think I do?!" He narrowed his eyes. "Fine. You're so sure about that, aren't you?" He smirked. Hiccup immediately knew what he meant, unfortunately for her he tightened his grip onto her already. "Let's see how you would like it!"
Just then, he now kept with his one hand hers both, despite of it, sadly, she still couldn't escape from him, other one was now tickling her underneath hers neck. She immediately giggled loudly. "N-no!" She spoke between breaths as well as laughs. "S-stop! P-please!"
"And who is overreacting now?" He glanced over hers body, analysing it whole, but not stopping onto his doings.
She looked over him breathlessly. "I-I can't believe I-" She giggled again. "I showed yer o-one of mine b-biggest weaknesses."
Toothless smirked. He was actually curious where else would be those weak spots. He kept looking at her. Where humans don't touch each other often? His sight catch hers armpits, immediately he likely wanted to check his hypothesis. His palm found its way towards it and Hiccup let out loudest laugh he heard from her. He couldn't help, but to chuckle mockingly. He let go of hers hands as both of his hands were tickling underneath both hers armpits. Hiccup didn't had strength to fight him, she grabbed hers stomach and giggled, now breathlessly. As theirs little fun continued, Toothless glanced over her happily, just then he noticed something which made his eyes widened. Tears. She was crying. Underneath Hiccup's eyes were little drops, immediately he let her go.
While he did so, Hiccup throw herself into his stomach, because of which she was likely laying face first against it. He breathed loudly as he was glancing over hers shorter form, now waiting for hers next reaction. Hers eyes catch glance of his. "T-tired, aren't yer?"
So she wasn't distressed. He let our exhale of relief as he smiled over her. "You better watch it! We might continue if you want."
"N-no!" She turned face first into his stomach. "I beg yer!" Sound of hers voice was blurred, because of position she found herself into.
"Alright." He patted hers head. "Only if you promise not to do that again!"
"I swear." She breathed loudly. He kept stroking hers head. He actually liked that position a lot. Without hers knowing he started onto her, smiling to himself. She had soft hair. Eventually, Hiccup sat up, still panting in meanwhile. Both now started laughing softly. Each of them looked rather tired. Hiccup's hairs were total mess, hers braid untie making half of hers hairs braided while other part was opened, few strands were falling onto hers face. Toothless's hair, despite fact that those were already messy, as he didn't correct them since time Hiccup did, were somehow even messier. Both of theirs cheeks were bright red as well as drops of sweat was making its way through theirs faces.
Toothless now started onto Hiccup, which made her make questioning glare. While so, he took strands of hers hair off hers face and tuck it behind hers ear making young woman's heart stop rapidly. He smiled softly onto her as he did. She tilted hers head onto him. "Toothless~?"
"Those were disturbing you, weren't they?" He kept his sight onto hers ear he just touched as she was still questioningly glancing over him. He sighed. "We should go on." He stood up, followed his way the path slowly as to let Hiccup keep up with him. At first she didn't know how to react as whole situation was for her rather untypical, but eventually she shook hers head as she stood up and raced after him.
Two Night Furies now stood in front of high cliff as the wind was carefully stroking theirs scales in meantime. Sky was covered in few clouds, but besides that sun was shining rather high just to show as it was a day time. Bigger dragon was looking forward as smaller just besides him glancing was just over him. "Are you ready?" Toothless glanced over her with one of his eyes.
"Actually, I wanted to ask you about something before that." She tilted hers muzzle onto him in pleading alike gesture.
He snorted as he likely annoyed. "Obviously you have, why I'm even surprised."
"First of all, why we had to walk here by foot? I mean, shouldn't I learn how to fly properly already?"
He breathed loudly. "By cliffs winds are really strong, you would have problems with getting here and as I said earlier, I would like to learn you gliding later."
"Alright." She had those widened eyes onto him, making him every time he even glanced over her, immediately took his sight off. "But then, why couldn't we fly through forest?"
"I have feeling something is wrong out there. There might be humans as well, I just feel it. It just was safer as humans."
"You felt it?" She bring hers muzzle towards ground as she was looking at him from curiousness.
"Instinctively."
"How that works?"
As he one more time glanced over her, she had hers head tilted making him make chuckle alike draconic sounds. Like innocent hatchling. "Some dragons, as well as me, use it, listen it, because of which were alerted over surroundings. Some dragons make opposite, ignore it, fight it, because of which every time it appears they become rather aggressive. And there is that small part-" He looked straight at her. "-which just doesn't even hear it, doesn't know how to do that."
"Okay, but then-"
"Hiccup!-" He immediately interrupted her. "Yours curiosity about everything is really nice and... really annoying-" She lowered hers eyes and brows as she took sight of him, now avoiding his. "-but we have to focus already onto that shooting, okay?" Seeing hers frustration he poked hers muzzle with his, immediately getting hers attention.
She purred at sensation, actually now ashamed she wasn't able to ignore him as she wanted to. "Fine. But only because I want to know more about yours breathing fire." She glanced forward thoughtfully. "I wonder how Nightmares make themselves on fire, or how Death Nadders product that metal breath?"
"Well, I wonder either." She glanced over him staring alike. "What? You thought I know everything about dragons, because I am one? I was born Night Fury, I lived through life of one, I have no idea how other dragons doing theirs thing. I can at least learn you how we doing that."
"That actually reasonable." She tilted hers head onto him. "How we do that?"
"It's mostly about green fog-"
"Green fog?"
"We product those inside our bodies, really flammable. We keep it inside, only known dragons which don't do that are Hideous Zipplebacks, but thing is we somehow are able to light it as well as push it out." She kept being silent, now listened carefully to every of his word, because of which he actually surprised how he missed hers talking now. "You might try it on yourself if you want."
"How am I supposed to do that?! I mean, how to use organs I never actually had?" He actually didn't responded onto that, not likely knowing how to help her with that. "Maybe you might compare it to human thing? To something I actually know how to do?"
"That actually can make its work." He glanced over her surprised by hers proposition as she raised hers muzzle proudly. "Maybe let's compare it to breathing in and out, but from mouth. It's slightly similar."
"Okay then." She stood with now hers legs slightly farther from each other, just to have better balance as she brought hers muzzle closer towards ground. "Let's give it try." She breathed last time from hers nose, now surprised she never done that from hers mouth, before she done what she had in hers plans. Well, at least tried to do so as new, unknown her warm feeling down her throat surprised her that much, causing her not to shoot as she wanted, but to keep it inside, reasoning now white cloud getting out through her nostrils as well as hers muzzle. She directed hers sight towards ground now panting loudly.
He poked her again with his head. "Alright?" He glanced over her sympathetic. "First times never are successful, but even so you made pretty good job." She glanced over him, hers muzzle still brought towards ground. "Not every dragon is even able to cause reaction at first." He poked her again, she purred.
Eventually few tries later, when Hiccup was able to actually get out of herself rather uncontrollably fire, both now sat, or rather laid as they were dragons, as Toothless announced break just so she could recover as she passed hers fire limit. Hiccup was laying with hers muzzle onto ground, almost closing hers eyes from tiredness of new exercise. She kept hers wing close to hers body, almost hugging herself with them. Toothless as well kept his muzzle onto ground, but with his eyes onto her. His wings brought to his body, but not as close as hers nonetheless, but without hers thinking his tail was slightly encircling hers smaller form, getting everyone around to know she was under his protection.
"What we're going to do now?" Rapidly Hiccup disturbed theirs little silence. "I mean, I'm going to shoot into something? Likely training mine aim?"
"You guessed." He brought his muzzle off ground, she stayed as she was, staring onto him now thoughtfully. "We're by cliff not without reason." He glanced over sky and as he did she did same.
Theirs both sights catch a rather white bird flying through it. Toothless growled at it. She tilted hers head "Seagull?"
"Birds. Those are for dragons quite a challenge." He turned towards her. "As another animals are easy for us to hunt as well as avoid them, those aren't. While flying we have that big velocity really often, causing accidents with those."
"I guess because of that you hunting them down?"
"Not at all. Problem here is some of those are actually fast, because of which hunt would be difficult, much more difficult than other animal. We mostly ignore them or even avoid." He snarled to himself. "Hawks are worst as they are incredibly fast as well as have those sharp talons. Often by theirs meeting dragons were losing eyes."
She bring hers muzzle from ground. "Okay, but what all of it has to do with me?"
"Simple. You're going to shot at it. At least try to do so."
"Thank you for motivation." She rolled hers eyes onto him.
He chuckled as he stood up. "Times is up, I'm sure you recovered. Let's try you out."
She exhaled as she got up and followed him. Both now stood by cliff, closer to it. Hiccup's sight focused onto sky, but immediately had to blink furiously as salty wind hit hers eyes. "How do I aim?"
"Same way you aim exhaled air." He glanced over her. "I'm sure you're going to do that."
She breathed loudly, before yet again focusing onto hers target. By the time at the sky appeared said objective. She shot in its direction, but was surprised when just moment it was about to strike it, hers purple fire likely disappeared. She glanced over Toothless, but said dragon was now staring onto sky widen eyed. How was she able to almost hit target by first try? He woke up from thoughts only when she poked him with hers head. "Can you explain it?"
"Right." He turned his head towards her. "The longer you breath in, the more powerful blast would be as well as the more time it would last."
"Okay, but then I'm curious, why it disappeared at all?"
"That's characteristic of ours fire. While it has almost one of biggest ranges, it won't explode until it hits something. When it won't, it would likely expire." He glanced over sky. "Try again."
She looked where he did, and as asked she did, shooting in next flying bird. It was far from her, because of which she had to hold hers fire inside for longer amount of time. Unfortunately, hers lack of being used to that caused her aim worsen, because of which she missed. She embarrassed. He poked her. "It wasn't that bad, try maybe for now onto closer targets."
Just when he said that, something behind them in the bushes moved. Rapidly Toothless turned towards its direction, his eyes in narrows as from his chest getting out was horrible growl. Hiccup shrank herself, afraid seeing his reaction onto that. She brought hers muzzle towards ground as well as he did. She curled in herself, was about to hide behind him, but was well surprised when he moved himself in front of her, his side covering her whole. His wing closer to her opened and reached her that way to show anything out there she was over his defence. Both now started onto bushes, just to see bunny jumping from it. Toothless loosened his muscles, snorted at it immediately making way smaller animal ran away in frighten.
Hiccup softened. "Big Toothless Night Fury got just scared of little bunny?" She poked him with hers head, surprisingly he didn't even flinched, still started onto that direction, now with raised ears. She tried again. "Toothless?"
Without turning his head away he glanced over her. "We should head back soon. It's getting dangerous."
"Alright." She glanced onto sky. "One last try?"
He exhaled. "Last one."
She squealed loudly as she now focused onto objective. Hers eyes narrowly were staring onto clouds, in way to find anything which would catch hers attention, and there it was. Seagull, now too far, but also not too close. Perfect. She immediately took breath in hers lungs, prepared hers aim as she let hers fire out, hitting perfectly hers target. She yet again squealed happily. "I did it!"
Toothless followed hers example as he roared silently. "Atta girl!" Both smiled into each other, but then Toothless's ears raised which Hiccup didn't notice as she was now glancing in direction of falling, now dead, body, of hit by her, seagull. Just when she turned to him, she noticed his sudden distress. He was staring forward, his ears raised, eyes in slits as well as from his chest silent growl was getting out. She curled uncomfortably. After while Toothless likely woke up. "Let's go. You will have another opportunities."
He pushed her forward with his muzzle and without any hesitation she just done as commanded. While they walked Toothless still analysed whole surroundings, because of which rather strange and uncomfortable tension was created among them. Hiccup was slowly going first with Toothless not such farther from her. She enjoyed that day, but then also didn't like it's ending. Unfortunately for hers position, after few of hers steps, she was met with terrible reality as she stepped into rope. Her eyes immediately widened, knowing what was about to happen. She closed hers eyes tightly as she get out of hers body shriek of panic. Toothless didn't though twice, immediately throw himself forward, in meanwhile pushing Hiccup from hers position, replacing her with himself.
Then, catastrophe happened, metal chains encircled him as they brought him towards air, now in likely hanging trap. Hiccup herself was now hardly onto ground, she shook hers head and stood up, now trying to catch sight of hers companion. Eventually as she heard sounds of squirming above, as well as slightly distress roars, she glanced up there finally noticing him. He tired to bit chains, just to end up unsatisfied. "What are those?!"
"Dragon trap." She stared onto those, now analysing it whole. "That one is pretty well done. In way dragons can't bite through, away from ground as well as without possibility of breathing fire as inside it they would only hurt themselves."
"Any idea how to get out then?"
"Give me moment."
Unfortunately, that was what they were lacking then. Both of theirs ears raised at the sounds not so away from them. Toothless from his position was able to catch move of bushes. He sniffed air. Danger. He growled loudly. "Hiccup, get away from here."
She glanced over him as she shivered. "No way, I'm not leaving you behind."
"Hiccup I said get away! Now!"
"Just a moment, I will think something throu-"
"When I'm saying now, listen to me and do it now!" He roared onto her and that was moment she noticed in what state he was. His teeth were out, he was growling onto her as his eyes were in slits focused onto her. She frightened, last time glanced onto him, before finally she indulge in. She ran in opposite direction of sounds. As she was gone, Toothless staring was now in way of movement. He started growling furiously, last time trying to writhe out of his sudden situation. He stopped, sensing presence of newcomer. Theirs sights were met, rather older, skinny and limping man was standing before him. Immediately he ran off. Toothless noticed why. He was lacking weapon. He is about to come back.
Eventually Hiccup came back and Toothless let out breath of relief seeing she was alright. Both glanced onto each other and immediately knew they had to get away soon. She analysed chains, just to see something interesting. All of them was held by one, strongest one. Toothless glanced onto it as well, immediately knowing what she meant. "One shot and I'm free."
"I will try." She tried her hardest to calm hers racing heart, failing in meanwhile. She took slightly breath and shot forward, but hers shot was too weak. By next shot she missed as she hit leaves which changed into ashes. She was now with one shot, one shot which if she misses, it for sure would be end. She panicked, shivered furiously.
Toothless noticed that. "Hiccup, you can do this."
"I can't. I can't. One miss and it's over."
"Hiccup, look at me." She didn't even flinched. "Please, look at me." Eventually she done as he pleased. "Believe in yourself, I'm sure you can do this, you have just to believe in it. Please, do it for me, I'm sure you can do that."
"Toothless I-"
"Please."
She was staring onto him whole time, just to afterwards raise hers sight onto chain. She shallowed hardly as she breathed in. Hers eyes focused as she loaded, and shot, accurately. With loud bump Toothless fall onto ground, immediately squirming from remaining chains, Hiccup stood still, shaking furiously. He would worry if it wasn't for lacking time. He pushed her forward. "We have to go!" She nodded as she raced forward, he just after her.
He wasn't surprised she was faster, but was surprised when after while she didn't slowed down. She was panicking. He jumped as he opened his wings widely, now racing in air towards her. When he was just besides her, he noticed hers eyes in slits, not even likely seeing its surroundings. "Hiccup, it's alright now. Slow down, it's okay, slow down." She likely didn't registered that, but after mere moment she tripped over tree root, immediately hitting herself into ground. He slowed down his flight, just to land and rush towards her. He now stood besides her as she was panting. "Hiccup?"
She rapidly feel onto ground, hitting in meanwhile hers muzzle onto it, covering it with hers wings. "It's all my fault."
"No, no~." He pocked her. "It's not yours fault."
"It is." She whined underneath hers wings. He immediately worried much. "What if I missed it? I would for sure, I always mess up something, as always Hiccup the useless. I don't know why you even pushed me off then. You would have for sure hit it by yours first try."
"But then I'm more experienced than you. Don't be so harsh on yourself sunshine, you done your best, and besides, it's all okay, you made it!"
"Barely." She sinked onto ground. He breathed loudly. He felt terrible that she was thinking that less about herself. He was such impressed hers todays work, why had she to be bothered by everything she was doing? Why couldn't she just be as proud as he was. She kept whining. He purred onto her. For Hiccup's surprise, which made her take off hers wings of hers eyes, Toothless encircled hers whole form with one of his wings, bringing with it her even closer towards his body as he laid himself next to her. His tail encircled her as he placed his head over hers. "What you're doing?"
"Dragon thing." He smiled brightly and closed his eyes by new warmness as well as closure between them, eventually she joined him. After while he raised his head just so both were able to look at each other. "Hiccup, I don't like way you think about yourself. You make it look like you're one of most worthless and useless things that exist, but truth is that it's opposite. You're trying your hardest to become better version of yourself, you're taking care of yours humans despite fact they weren't such great towards you. If someone is useless here, it's them, not you." He pocked her with his head. "I said you once I won't have any bad thoughts about myself, then can you promise me you won't either? I don't want to lose you either, you know."
She breathed loudly. "I could try." He growled at her. "Okay, I will try." He purred at which she just purred as well.
"Thank you, sunshine."
"Thank you as well bud."
Just then, he was surprised when Hiccup rapidly and without any warning licked his cheek. His eyes widened which made Hiccup giggle draconic alike way. Afterwards she placed hers head into old position onto ground, slightly closer to him, likely inviting him. He stood frozen a little more later after before letting out exhale, like he was keeping it all of this time. Eventually, noticing her, he smiled brightly as he gladly took invitation as he placed his head just over hers. As he did, both now got even closer to each other. A peaceful wind against theirs scales, peaceful sounds of forest as well as theirs own purring and theirs own warmness caused both of them feel onto calm sleep.
