Ok so this next part is kinda short but sweet. I hope people enjoy!

Chapter 5
Dean was sitting in the chair next to Jo's bed and gazing down at the little bundle in his arms. "Hey Tony, you barely gave me enough time to get your Mama to the hospital. Your grandmother would have killed me if I had to deliver you on the side of the road."
Jo gave a weak laugh. He wasn't kidding. They barely got her into an exam room and the doctor saw that she was already fully dilated. She wanted to start to push right then and there but was able to wait until they got her to the maternity ward.
"He was a little bit in a hurry to join us," Jo said as she tried to sit up. "Were you able to get in touch with Missouri and Bobby? Is my mom here yet?"
Dean nodded his head, "she just got there when I called. She needed to get cleaned up and they'll be here in a few."
"Dean, what happens now?" Jo asked fearfully.
"We figure where their heading and I help Bobby finish this." He told her as he swallowed the lump in his throat and added. "After we say goodbye to Sam and give him the hunter funeral he deserves."
Jo wiped at her tears as she reached out and placed her hand on his arm. "I'm so sorry Dean."
"I'm sorry too. I'm not the only one who lost a brother. Jo, I'm so sorry about Ash." He finally said.
He had hated that they left Ash and the others like that….Hell he was ashamed he left them like that. He would talk to Bobby. They would go back and claim the bodies and give them all the hunter funerals they deserved.
They both looked up when the nurse came into the room. "How are you feeling? If you like I can take you down so you can have a quick shower."
Jo looked over at Dean and Tony. "Would the baby have to go to the nursery?" She may be a new Mom, but she was an experienced hunter and knew that there were too many creatures out there that would love to get their hooks into a newborn.
Dean smiled at Jo. "Go, nobody is taking Tony anywhere. I've got him."
"Thank you," she said as she looked back at the nurse. "A shower would be great."
Dean got up and moved out of the way as another nurse came in to help Jo get out of the bed and into a wheelchair.
"Don't worry we won't be gone long. You were shown where the diapers and everything are stored?" The first nurse asked Dean.
Dean looked up at the nurse. "Yeah…I mean yes they showed us." He stammered.
He had actually forgotten for a minute about Sam being gone but that one question and the first thing that popped into his head was that he hadn't changed a diaper since Sam was potty trained. His heart clenched at the thought and he realized this is what his life will be going forward. Little innocent comments that will make him remember his late baby brother.
Jo was watching him with a concerned look on her face and he gave her a reassuring smile. "I'm fine…really. Go and take your shower. I'm bonding with Tony while I can because once Ellen and Missouri get here nobody will get their hands on this little fella."
The nurse wheeled Jo out of the room and Dean sat back in his chair and bounced Tony gently in his arms. He looked down at the infant and smiled. "I owe you a thank you Buddy. You and your Mama saved me from making a horrible decision. One that would have hurt my baby brother in a way that I never would have been able to make better."
The infant in his arms yawned as he tried to open his eyes. Dean ran a finger along the baby's cheek. "Man I already love you so damn much," he whispered to the baby as he leaned down and kissed the top of his head. "I swear I'm never going to let that bastard Gordon hurt you or your Mama again."
Dean rested his cheek against Tony's little cheek and let his tears of sorrow for his brother to finally fall.

Dean watched with a sad smile as Ellen cooed over her grandson as Missouri snapped a picture using a disposable camera she had picked up in the gift shop along with a giant stuffed panda bear.
He looked over at Bobby who had a grin plastered on his face since the second he came into the room and saw the baby and decreed he was the cutest little bugger he ever seen.
The nurse finally came in and announced it was time for Jo to try and nurse Tony. Even as sad as Dean was he couldn't help chuckling at how quickly Bobby left the room.
Ellen handed Tony back to Jo. "Missouri and I are going back to Bobby's. He's offered to let us stay with him and we're going shopping to pick up everything we'll need for Tony. Any special theme?"
Jo looked over at Dean and smiled. "I was thinking cars and trains."
Dean nodded his head in approval at the suggestion. Ellen looked at the hunter and jerked her head slightly towards the door.
"I think your Mom wants to speak to me." He said as he placed a hand on her shoulder before following Ellen outside.
Dean barely had stepped into the hall before he was engulfed in a fierce hug from his surrogate mother. "How are you holding up?"
"Coping," he whispered as he clung to Ellen.
"You stay with Jo. The doctor said she can come home tomorrow. We'll get everything ready for you to bring them home." She told him knowing that the time he was spending with Jo and Tony was the best thing for him right now.
"Sam…" Dean said miserably.
"We'll wait for you." Ellen promised him gently as Bobby joined them before adding. "When you're ready Ash left something for you. It was in the safe."
Dean head shot up at that news. Bobby saw the look on Dean's face, and he said they had time. "You bring Jo and the baby home in the morning. We say goodbye…we say goodbye to Sam," the older hunter choked out. "And then we finish this Dean."
Dean closed his eyes as he nodded his head in agreement. "Okay Bobby, you three head back and get everything ready. I'll watch over them."

Dean looked around the hospital room and made sure they had everything. Bobby has texted him last night that they had swung by the hospital and installed one of the car seats Ellen had bought into the Impala to bring Tony home.
"Ready?" He asked as Jo sat in a wheelchair cradling her son. Damn…Joanna Beth Harvelle was a mother.
"Yeah, we're ready." She told him. She was anxious to get out of the hospital and take her son back to Bobby's…to home.
The realization that Bobby's place was going to be Tony's first home hit her suddenly and she bit back a sob as it truly hit her that her home was gone.
Dean sensed Jo's distress and placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "It's okay if you need to cry." He whispered in her ear.
Jo gave a mirthless laugh. "I guess we can take turns being upset."
Dean sighed as he leaned down and kissed the top of her head. "We make a pair huh."
Jo closed her eyes as she took a deep breath. "Yeah we do but you know what…"
"What?" Dean asked softly.
"We'll get through this. We have to…we have this little fella who is depending on us." She said as she looked down at her son.
Dean nodded his head, "damn straight we do." He agreed. "Come on, we need to bring Tony home."
