Enjoy this war Log entry. We do realize that some of the abbreviations and symbols doesn't make reading easy, so we decided to decode some of these for you guys:
The digits near each entry indicate the time. We used a bastardized version of a military time chart to make it more authentic (we did consult some WWII War log entries in order to write these)
The naming of the authors is not coincidental. The birds used as code names are mostly native birds of that region.
"Ord.M", as you most probably guessed, is a poorly abbreviated version of "Order member."

Correspondence with the Vampires failed. [Report from - Bullfinch 002] . Negotiations halted.
Correspondence with the giants failed. [Report from - H. Dragonfly 001] . Negotiations halted.
1900 - A werewolf mate attempted communication with Ord.M Kingsley Shacklebolt.
1945 - Kingsley officially declared the delivered message, which is the following;
"All communication and aid is to be indefinitely suspended from the pack of London. No negotiations will be held. No compromise is to be reached."
2200 List of Casualties and raids are handed to the HQ. The list is too long for reiteration. Document to be attached to the log.
2230 Bluethroat failed to send in the daily report. Inaccessibility after 7 days is to be considered an official demotion [Reg. 234 under the magical war treaties] filing request for a new war-logger.
This report was abruptly left unfinished - Blackcap was compromised. This is goldfinch; they raided his house and kidnapped his daughter, Minister S.
Bluethroat is presumed missing/dead.
The children were not extracted from the Malfoy Manor.
