The day we lead up to the death of XANA. Jeremy barely slept in days, we made a compromise for William he couldn't go back to the factory due to his recent possession of XANA. Franz gave us energy to run the program to destroy XANA for what we thought.
Aelita ran the program and at the moment, Franz had been killed. Sector 5 attacked all of XANA creatures and all the replicas, XANA was dying. Aelita was crying, I was in disbelief and fell to my knees, "it's not fair" I told her. "It's not fair" I repeated as I fell back laying on the ground. Jeremy brought us home as I got devirtualized, I heard a voice and was in a place with light
"Hello Andrew" the voice told me, "who are you?" I said back, "I'm Franz hopper, the real one" he said. "You're dead" I said back in disbelief. "I'm somewhere else consciously, so you took an interest of my daughter, there was a true reason I put you in there with her" he said to me. His words resonated within me and gave me hope. "I do" I said with a tear.
He wiped my tear away. "Don't cry, just because I'm gone that doesn't mean I won't be watching over you two" Franz told me. I hugged him and bursted into tears, "there is something bigger, this isn't the end of XANA. There is something greater that I cant put it. You will know when the time will come, I believe in you. You two look very happy together." Franz said to me.
He walked into the yellow abyss. I will never forget those words. I got out of the scanner, Jeremy caught Aelita and she cried. Odd started to tear up aswell. "This isn't the end" I said with my voice breaking.
