Whatever Izuku thought would happen after the first period ended, didn't.

Almost immediately after the bell rang, people gave the tan boy a wide berth, looking at him with expressions ranging from awe, to interest, to intimidation, to disdain from Bakugo and his cronies. Ryoya saw none of it though. He lazily gathered his things and stepped towards the door before turning around and giving the class an impassive stare. Izuku silently watched on in interest. Ryoya simply made a head gesture at his green-haired friend before turning away. "O-oh." Izuku mumbled out before hastily grabbing his things and heading to the door, also ignoring the looks he was getting.

The second both boys were alone in the empty hallway, Ryoya let out a breath and visibly deflated. He suddenly looked way more tired than he was a few minutes ago. "God, that was stressful. I don't know how people can handle doing... that all the time."

Izuku tilted his head in confusion. "W-what?"

"What? Don't look at me like that. You know I'm not good with people. I only stopped because someone was taking forever to put up his books and I didn't want to get lost." Ryoya explained, suddenly perking up when others started to exit the class, returning to his aloof, impassive stare. He gave Izuku a look and started walking away.

"Wait, didn't they give you a map of school when you got in?" Izuku asked while speed walking to catch up.

"I may have misplaced it at home." Ryoya said with a straight face and not a single shred of shame.

Izuku badly wanted to correct him by saying he knew Ryoya didn't have an actual home. He lived at the dojo in an area that was altered to be a room with a small kitchenette and bathroom. He's seen his room before. It wasn't that big and barely had anything in it, so the fact that Ryoya could lose anything was quite the feat.

Izuku sighed and rubbed his face. "Of course you did. Anyway, you know you've probably gotten everyone to hate you now right?"

Ryoya just shrugged. "Is what it is. So long as they don't try anything, I'll be happy not to say anything."

Izuku just rubbed his temples. "That's not a good thing. But sure, second period is starting soon."

When lunch came around, Ryoya honestly thought him and Izuku would be alone at a table far away from others. It's what he would've preferred and after what Izuku told him, he expected as much.

He was wrong. Kind of.

People still definitely avoided them both like the plague, but not nearly as much as they expected. News of Ryoya's quirklessness spread like wildfire, and before long, people were giving him dirty looks, though no one seemed confident enough to approach him on it. At least they realized pretty soon that he would not tolerate any of their shit. But that was pretty much where it ended. The weird part would be that sometimes, people would still randomly walk up to greet him. Not the average greeting one would expect, but a passive aggressive introduction that was met with a bone chilling glare and silence.

"How did you deal with this for so long?" He groaned. "It's been less than 4 hours and I already want to burn this place down."

Izuku chuckled nervously. "Please don't do that."

Ryoya gave him a dry look. "I won't... maybe. Possibly... it has crossed my mind at least once."

Izuku inwardly groaned at that. "Can you go at least the rest of the day without causing a scene? Please?"

This was met by an incredulous stare. "I haven't done anything yet?"

"Y-you know what I mean. With Bakugo and the teachers and stuff. I know how you get so please, just don't worry about it? I can handle it. Really. I learned to tune them out years ago so it doesn't bother me anymore." Izuku said nervously while poking the tips of his fingers together.

Ryoya didn't say anything for a while. Before sighing. "Just because it doesn't bother you anymore, doesn't mean it doesn't bother me. But fine. If I was being honest, I wasn't planning on defending you anymore. You're strong enough to defend yourself, and confident enough to do so."

Izuku was relieved to hear that. The last thing he wanted was to cause any more issues with his less than stellar social standing when U.A was ten months away. Speaking of which...

"Did you decide on whether or not you want to be a hero or not?"

Ryoya glowered at him. "How often do you plan on asking this question?"

"Until I get a definitive answer."

"Look, I still don't know. There's more to life than being a hero you know."

Izuku frowned at that.

The rest of the day went on rather uneventfully up until the final bell. Just as the sound happened, Ryoya dashed out of the room, quickly followed by the rest of the class. The only one who remained by Izuku and a few others, him having missed the bell. There was an incident this morning with All Might apparently on the scene, so he was buried in his phone. So much so that he didn't notice when Bakugo walked up and snatched the notebook from his desk.

"What's that Katsuki?" The boy with elongating fingers asked with an evil smirk.

"'For my Future'? Seriously, Midoriya?! This guy..."

Bakugo said nothing as he placed the book between his hands and smashed them together with an audible boom. Only to look down in confusion when the book wasn't in his hand anymore. 'When the fuck did he...?'

"I would appreciate if you didn't destroy my stuff, Bakugo." Izuku said calmly. Training in marital arts for as long as he has, he's learned to control his emotions much better than he did in the past. Sure, he was still emotional and would cry at the drop of a hat, he was a Midoriya after all, but he could still remain calm and level-headed in such situations.

Bakugo gave him a dirty look. "Listen to me, Deku. The best heroes, out there... well," He paused and moved to snatch Izuku's notebook again, but Izuku was way too experienced to be caught off guard. He reflexively side-stepped and Bakugo nearly fell over. Nearly. The blond growled. "They showed signs of greatness even as students. I'll be the first and only student from this shitty middle school. The first to win the honor of becoming a U.A student. Guess I'm just a perfectionist."

'So vain...' His cronies thought in unison.

"In other words," Bakugo sneered at him. Annoyingly, Deku grew quite a bit in the past few years, so they were the same height, but it was no matter. "Don't you dare even bother trying to get into U.A nerd." He placed a smoking hand on Midoriya's shoulder in an intimidation attempt. But Izuku had spent the last few years acutely aware of fire and heat in general. Bakugo's palm was nothing compared to Ken-sensei's or Ryoya's flames.

Izuku hid his shaking well. On the outside, he had an unamused expression, while internally, he had yet to fully defeat his mental demon that was Kacchan. He roughly shrugged the blond's hand from his shoulder. Bakugo glared at him with contempt before him and his 'friends' started to leave.

"Jeez, typical Deku. C'mon, say something..." One of the boys jeered.

"He can't say anything." Long fingers added. "He's so lame, even as a third-year, he still can't face reality."

Bakugo laughed at that. "You wanna be a hero so bad? I've got a time saving idea for you." He turned half-way to side eye Izuku. "Take a swan dive off the roof and pray for a quirk int he next life!"

Izuku froze.

Bakugo looked positively villainous as he sneered and raised a sparking hand. "Yeah? What?"

And then, like lightning Izuku struck.

SNAP!

Bakugo fell back holding his bloodied nose with tears already coming to his eyes. "Really, Kacchan? You're gonna tell me that?" Izuku shook while frustrated tears fell down his face. "I don't even know why you hate me so much. All I ever wanted was to be your friend! But looks like I was wrong. The Kacchan I knew was my brother in everything but blood. You're just some bully!" With that, Izuku stormed out of the room, not even trying to hide his crying. He didn't stop for anything, and completely missed Ryoya leaning against the wall next to the classroom door.

He heard every word.

Moments later, Bakugo ran out of the room, still clutching a bloody nose and looking absolutely incensed. He spotted Ryoya who still didn't move from his spot. Red eyes met gold.

For several extremely tense seconds, neither said anything. Ryoya didn't even glare at him. He just stared on, seemingly indifferent. Until he spoke in a cold tone. "Noted."

One word said with chilling implications. And with that, he left.

When Izuku finally stopped running, he rubbed his eyes to clear the tears. 'Stupid Kacchan. If I really jumped, he'd be charged with bullying me to suicide. That idiot. Well, I don't care what he says. I have friends who believe in me. My mother believes in me. My sensei believe in me. Even All Might said I could be a great hero one day!'

He walked passed a manhole cover and didn't notice when a massive amount of sludge poured out of the holes and took a vaguely humanoid shape. "A pretty strong body to hide in... plain face to blend in..." The sludge villain gurgled out before throwing himself at Izuku. Years of training took over in an instant and Izuku dodged by jumping quickly to the right.

"A villain!?"

"Sheesh, kid. Stand still." The villain lunged again, but Izuku dodged. "I'm just high jacking your body. It'll only hurt for about forty-five seconds. Then it'll be all over." He lunged again, but this time, Izuku was prepared to counter.

'Denjin Renki!' He called upon mentally before punching the liquid man. In an instant, green electricity sparked from the point of impact all over the creature's body, causing him to yell out in pain. He fell to the floor in a puddle and Izuku exhaled. "Whew, that was close. Thankfully, whatever he is, it's conductive."

"FEAR NOT CITIZEN!" The manhole cover suddenly flew upwards. "FOR I AM... HERE?" All Might met quite the weird sight. There was a green haired teen, simply standing there looking at him with wide eyes while the villain he was chasing earlier was a puddle of groaning goop on the floor.

"OHMYGODALLMIGHT!" Izuku screamed while bowing profusely.

All Might looked Izuku up and down and Izuku would be lying if he said he wasn't hurt that All Might seemingly didn't recognize him. "AH, THANK YOU, YOUNG MAN. BECAUSE OF YOU, I'LL BE ABLE TO TAKE THIS EVIL DOOER TO THE AUTHORITIES." Faster than Izuku could follow, All Might gathered the villain in a bottle.

"Can I have your autograph!?" Izuku said a bit louder than he intended. All Might just gave a hearty laugh.

"NO PROBLEM!" He responded with his signature smile and quickly wrote his name on a blank page in Izuku's book. The greenette had to resist the urge to faint right then and there.

"Wow! Thank you so much! What a treasure! I'll be in my family for generations!" He exclaimed, bowing profusely again.

All Might then swiftly turned to leave. "NOW I MUST GO! YOU MAY SEE ME AGAIN ON TV!"

He tensed up his body for a jump. 'Wait, i-is that it? Hold on! There's something I want to ask you!'

And once again, Izuku's body moved on it's own.

Ryoya paused on his way from the dojo. 'My Izuku is doing something stupid senses are tingling.' He concentrated for a second on his friend's ki signature to see it was flying somewhere much faster than he knew Izuku was able to move.

He let out a long suffering sigh.

"WHOA THERE," The Symbol of Peace said while looking back at his leg. "I APPRECIATE ALL MY FANS, BUT THIS ENTHUSIAM IS A BIT MUCH! LET GO!"

The wind blew Izuku's face and hair all over the place and All Might almost didn't hear his response. "Can't...! Too high up...! I'll die...!"

All Might seemed to genuinely not realize this. "...RIGHT! JUST DO ME A FAVOR AND KEEP YOUR EYES AND MOUTH SHUT!" He swiftly turned his head when he felt blood pooling up behind his teeth. 'Damn.'

Groggy eyes opened to the sound of cursing and small explosions. "What? Where am I?" The Sludge villain said to himself before memories came flooding back. 'That's green haired, plain looking bastard! If not for him, I could've...' His mental ranting was cut off when the cursing and explosions got closer.

"I'll fucking KILL him!" Bakugo roared. After painfully resetting his nose, he ran down the halls with malicious intent. They were out in the streets now, and he was heading for the nerd's dojo. Say what you will about Katsuki, he was observant. He knew where the dumbass trained, even if he never actually said it. How many quirkless dojos were there in Musutafu?

"W-whoa Katsuki. C-calm down a bit man. You did go a bit far today, don't ya think?" Long fingers said cautiously, making sure to remain a safe distance. The black haired boy next to him took out a packet of cigarettes and held it towards the blond.

"Here, Katsuki. Something to help you calm down."

Startlingly quick, Bakugo turned and exploded both the small box and the boy holding it, causing him to fall back on his backside. He shuffled back in fear.

"It's Deku's fault for messing with me! Seeing him try to chase after his stupid fucking dream, thinking he can stand as my equal... it pisses me off." He let out another small explosion in anger. "And didn't I fucking tell you to stop smoking!? Get caught and it'll go on my record too and if it does, I'll kill you!" He said, menacingly sparking his hands. The boys cowered in fear before pointing to something behind Katsuki.

"D-dude..."

"A body... with a good quirk." Something gurgled.

When Izuku and All Might landed, the young man tried to regain his composure. "That was scary..."

All Might however, was off to the side grumbling. "THAT WAS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, YOUNG MAN! HOPEFULLY THE PEOPLE DOWN STAIRS CAN HELP YOU GET DOWN. I HAVE NO TIME THOUGH, REALLY!" He gripped the railing and clearly intended to leap over, but Izuku yelled out to him.

"Wait!"

The Symbol of Peace didn't turn around. "NO! I WILL NOT WAIT!"

Hearing that, Izuku just shouted his question. "Can I still be a hero without a quirk? Can someone without a quirk become a hero like you?"

That gave All Might a pause. "QUIRKS ARE..." Before he could continue, smoke erupted from his being.

Izuku saw none of it, being too deep in his own musing. "Because I was weak and didn't have a quirk, I've always been picked on at school. I've made some friends and they're the best friends anyone could ever as for, but lately, I've been having doubts..." Honestly, he was. Sure, his last 'conversation' brought back up some lingering insecurities that he thought were ironed out, but he also felt a bit bad that he couldn't convince his rival to be a hero. He felt he was doing a disservice by no pushing such a power towards heroics. "I... I've always thought saving people was just the coolest thing someone can do." He steeled his nerves and smiled. "The way you save people with that fearless smile! I want to be the strongest hero! Just like-" Izuku froze when looking at the skeletal form of who he thought was All Might. Had it not been for his mental training, he might've overreacted, but thankfully, his body settled for freezing on the spot. "W-what? You're all small and shriveled up. Are you an imposter? Wait, no. Your ki is the same."

All Might looked at him intently. "I am All Might." He said, casually coughing up a worrying amount of blood.

Izuku was flabbergasted. All Might continued on.

"You know how people hold in their gut at the pool? Yeah, something like that." He explained before taking a seat, clearly unconcerned that he just blew Izuku's mind. "A fearless smile, huh? You've seen the real me, kid. Don't go around telling people I look like this, okay?" Izuku nodded so quickly, it blurred his features.

All Might then raised his shirt to show a grotesque looking scar on the left side of his abdomen. Izuku couldn't resist the full body shudder. "Five years ago, an enemy did this to me. Half my respiratory system was completely destroyed and my stomach was removed. I've wasted away because of the aftereffects of countless surgeries. I can only do hero work for about three hours a day now."

Izuku continued to shudder. "Five years ago? Isn't that when you fought Toxic Chainsaw?"

'Kid knows his stuff.' The hero thought. "That punk could never do this to me. No, this one was never made public. I asked for it not to be made public." The air around All Might suddenly got far more heavy and intense. "A symbol of peace who saves people with a smile must never be daunted by evil. The reason I smile is to stave off the overwhelming pressure and fear I feel." He got up to leave. "A hero must always be ready to lay his life down. Without a quirk? No, I should think not."

"Ah.." Izuku said numbly.

"If you really desire to help people, becoming a police officer or a firefighter is always an option. Villain Custody Officers get mocked quite a bit, but they do good work." With that, All Might stepped one foot out door, heading inside the building. "It's not wrong to dream. However, you need to be realistic kid."

Once out of sight and earshot, he pat his pocket. "Time to get this guy to the station."

His pocket was empty.

"...oh no."

Izuku wouldn't be ashamed to admit he cried his way down the stairs. Was what All Might said to him last year a fluke? Did he only think him to be a hero that day because he thought he had a quirk? What would he have said if he knew back then?

Was this what Ryoya meant when he said there's more to life than being a hero?

His dark thoughts continued until he heard an explosion. 'Another villain attack? Maybe I should go see. Hopefully that'll clear my mind.'

Thanks to his ki enhanced senses, he saw the pile of sludge long before he actually got to the crowd. 'Is that him!? How!?' It was then Izuku realized. All Might wouldn't just let such a criminal go. He must've dropped him when Izuku grabbed his leg. Which meant... "This is my fault!"

He shuffled through the crowd and heard all the chatter.

"Why are heroes just standing there?"

"Seems like the villain's grabbed a middle schooler."

Izuku inwardly panicked. Middle schooler? Explosions. No, it couldn't. Then he heard more chatter on his way to the front.

"Wasn't that the villain All Might was chasing?"

"No way! All Might's here?"

"Yeah, I saw him earlier."

"Wait, then where's All Might now?"

Izuku mentally swore. It was his fault that All Might couldn't do anything. 'That guy can't be caught by the heroes. None of them have the right quirk for this. Maybe I can do something since I don't have one and the punch seemed to work before.'

As this was happening, All Might was cursing his own incompetence. How could he be so foolish? Some Symbol of Peace he was to stand around and watch this happen.

As Izuku continued to mentally plan his attack, he locked eyes with the victim.

He'd never seen Bakugo look so helpless before.

Izuku's body moved on it's own. It seemed to be doing that a lot recently.

In an instant, Denjin Renki flared to life and he blurred. Before anyone could see anything more than a green streak, Izuku took his bag off and threw it at the villain's eye. It hit it's target perfectly, and forced the villain back just enough that Bakugo could speak again. This bought him a few precious seconds to plan his next move. He couldn't just punch the liquid with his Denjin active, that would shock the blond as well. So, he'd need to find a way to separate the two.

"Kacchan!" He yelled. "Grab my hand!"

"What?! Deku?! Why are-?"

"JUST GRAB IT!"

Izuku lost his patience and grabbed Katsuki by the collar before literally throwing him across the street and towards the heroes. With him out of the way, he could deal with the villain.

"Why you...! I'll kill you think time, brat!" The Sludge Villain bellowed before sending three tendrils at Izuku, all of which were easily avoided. After fighting someone like Ken-sensei and having Denjin Renki active? This villain may as well be standing still.

Izuku then leapt up with his hands on his right hip, wrists pressed against each other and palms perfectly mirrored. The crowed watched on in awe as wisps of black, inky energy swirled in his hands before forming a bright blue ball with green sparks of lightning around it. "Denjin Hadoken!"

The ball fired swiftly and slammed directly into the villain's maw. Static covered his body in an instant as he writhed. He roared in agony, before everyone heard a deafening laugh.

"HAHA, I REALLY AM A HYPOCRITE! I LEFT YOU WITH A LESSON! I SHOULD PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH!" All Might said with a broad smile. He grabbed Izuku's arm and pulled him out of harm's way. "DETROIT SMASH!"

"There was absolutely no need for you to put yourself in danger kid!" The pro hero Death Arms chastised while other heroes and police grabbed the villain. "All Might was on his way!"

"Yeah," Kamui Woods agreed. "That was pretty stupid if you ask me." He then looked around and after confirming no one else was near them, patted Death Arms on the shoulder. Both leaned in and spoke in hushed tones. "You're pretty strong though. Good job, kid."

"Yeah, that was pretty cool, not gonna lie. I'll look out for you next year for an internship." Death Arms said with a thumbs up. It was then that they realized that people might still be watching and immediately shifted back to chastising. "I-I mean, next time, leave it to the heroes!"

Izuku was a lost. He looked over to Katsuki and saw him sitting on the sidewalk with paramedics giving up a quick check up. He didn't say anything to anyone, just continued to stare at Izuku with an angry expression.

'What was that? Did he always have that much power? Was he hiding it just to look down on me?'

Izuku walked down his empty street as the sun started to set. After texting Ryoya that no, he wasn't dead or getting kidnapped, he just minded his own business on his way home. He wanted to apologize to All Might about his actions today, but couldn't since the media swarmed the man and he instantly took off. 'Maybe I can leave a message on his website later.'

"Hey, Deku!" He heard Katsuki shout behind him. Izuku inwardly groaned. After everything that happened today, he really didn't want to deal with Katsuki right now. Turning around after putting on his driest expression possible, he answered.

"Yes, Kacchan?"

"I..." Bakugo seemed to literally quake with rage. "I never asked you to save me! I don't care what you had to do to get that stupid power of yours, I could've beaten him by myself. How dare a quirkless fuck like you pity me." At this point, Katsuki looked seconds away from a conniption. "Trying to win me over?! Fuck you and that bullshit you did today!"

With that little rant over, Katsuki stormed off, leaving Izuku at a loss for words. He didn't expect Katsuki to be thankful, he was sure the boy would die before that, but he also wasn't expecting him to be such an ass about it. 'Well, you're welcome.' He thought bitterly. Just as he turned to continue his walk, something else happened.

"I AM HERE!" All Might's sudden appearance actually made Izuku drop down immediately in a combat ready pose. Upon realizing who it was, he relaxed.

"A-All Might? Why are you here? I saw you leaving earlier."

"THE SYMBOL OF PEACE GOES WHEREVER HE WANTS! AFTER ALL I'M ALL- " he immediately broke down in a coughing fit.

Izuku panicked, but All Might waved him off. "Kid, I've come to thank you and revise what I said today. I also have a proposal and a few questions if you don't mind."

The greenette nodded quickly. "Yes, sir. Ask me anything!"

"You said you were quirkless, yes? Well what was that power you showed today?"

Well, shit. Ask me anything but that. Though Izuku knew it would be foolish to assume that he wouldn't be interested in something like that.

Deciding not to lie to the number one hero, Izuku explained. "I-It's a marital art. You ever heard of ki?" All Might nodded. "Well, that. I've been training to use it since I was nine years old."

All Might looked on in awe. "That's truly incredible kid. Of all people today, you, a timid, quirkless kid acted when no one else did. You spurred me into action."

Izuku was stunned beyond words. "Most of the top heroes show signs of greatness even from a young age. Many, if not all of them claim that their bodies moved on its own. That sound familiar kid?" Izuku could only stiffly nod and he already felt tears piling up in the corner of his eyes. Izuku clutched his chest and fell to his knees. "That's what happened to you back there, right?"

"Y-yes..." Izuku sobbed.

"You can be a hero. I'm sorry I said otherwise before."

And Izuku wept.

After crying for who knows long, Izuku finally composed himself. All Might then continued on. "As for my proposal... I wish to train you."

Izuku was floored but this. "W-What?!"

"You heard me, fanboy!" All Might laughed. "I wish to train you! You've got the spark of heroism that this country needs! You have a lot of potential, a scary amount frankly, and I wish to help you to be the next Symbol for this country! You're prepping to go to U.A aren't you?" Izuku nodded hastily. Of course he was, All Might went to that school, so it had to be the best. "That works out perfectly."

"ME!?" Izuku asked with wide eyes. "A Symbol of Peace!?"

"Not exactly, kid. I was meaning more of something else. You ever thought about being a Symbol for the quirkless?" Truthfully, Izuku hadn't. The idea of being the strongest and the symbol of peace was something he was seemingly born with, but he never once actually stopped to think what that would mean.

"A symbol for the quirkless?" Izuku mirrored absentmindedly.

"Yep! Listen kid, it's no secret that quirkless people aren't exactly well liked these days. They could use a strong symbol of their own to remind them that it's possible to achieve their dreams, quirk or not!" All Might explained. He had his own reasons for wanting the boy to be a symbol for the quirkless of course, but he'd explain that later.

"I accept!"

"Absolutely no hesitation!" All Might laughed heartedly. "Here kid, let's exchange contact information. I'll text you when when I have everything set up. I already have an idea of what I'm gonna do with you." Raising his hand for a handshake, All Might was pleasantly surprised by the firm grip. The kid was clearly more built under those clothes than he thought. "Well then, Young Midoriya. That'll be it for now. My name is Toshinori Yagi. If you want, you can still call me All Might."

"Y-yes sir." Izuku said hollowly, still reeling over the fact he got an offer from All Might and his personal contact.

"Good, now then. All Might, away!"

Over the next several days, Izuku would be a bigger nervous wreck than he'd ever been, which was quite the achievement. He was more skittish and jumpy and had the biggest smile on his face.

It was starting to unnerve Ryoya.

"What did you do?" The golden eyed boy asked suspiciously.

"W-what? What do you mean?" Izuku innocently responded.

"You're too... you. You keep looking at your phone like you're expecting it to kick you in the face. What gives?" Damn Ryoya and having observational skills.

"I-I'm just expecting a text from someone." He said truthfully. Ryoya raised a brow, but didn't question him further.

Finally, on the third day, All Might sent him a message which consisted of a time and location.

Dagobah Beach. 6 A.M

Izuku gulped.

That old trash heap? What would All Might possibly want with that place? Deciding not to question it, Izuku woke up early, put on his normal dojo clothes consisting of green sweat pants and black muscle shirt and headed over and sure enough, the beach was still as junky as he remembered.

He heard from his mother that this place was once fairly nice, but time was not kind to it, and neither were humans.

Izuku was thankful for the hellish training Ryu and Ken put him through, since he still felt completely at ease and full of energy even after waking up at 5 am and jogging the whole 5k. When he got there, All Might was already there in his buff form wearing a coat over a plain white shirt and sweat pants. "Ah, Young Midoriya. Right on time! Over here." He waved a giant hand at him and Izuku easily walked over. "I'd like you to meet my successor and your training partner, Young Uraraka Ochako."

A/N: Well, welcome to canon. Time to earn that Izuku-centric tag. The reason Ryoya took up so much time is mostly because he's an OC and thus, required a bit more showing to really establish himself. But now, canon has begun. I have plans for them both, and it revolves around someone still being unsure if he even wants to be a hero or not. I know he took up a lot of time, and for that I apologize.

heartfanglives: Thanks for the read. Yeah, I like ki for quirkless people that's not the normal DBZ ki. As for Ryoya joining UA, well he did say a few times he's not sure about being a hero, so who knows where that goes. Also, funny you should mention Cammy...

As for Ryoya being plot centric, that was both intention and unintentional. I kinda had to focus on him more at the beginning since most of the story I have planned focuses way more on Izuku, just like this chapter. He will gradually appear less as time goes on. Your advice isn't upsetting at all, really. It's valid to assume such since that's pretty much how the story came off based on the first 7 chapters. Feel free to leave more reviews like it in the future!

Guest: Kinda, but that's just for pre canon.

solbandgus: Tooru was considered a whole lot. And who knows if ki can help with seeing her. And as for Izuku, the Shin Shoryuken and his specials in general, well, he pulled out one in this chapter, the Denjin Hadoken! Who knows if (when) the Shin Shoryuken shows up!

Ryuujin96: Thanks. The quirkless spar wasn't skipped, just postponed for now. Ryu is best Dad, always. Him and Ryoya's talk was fun to write. And yeah, that's kinda why I selected electricity for Izuku's ki. Denjin Renki looks and acts a lot like Full Cowling, so there's the nod to canon.

As for pairing... well, that last one is REALLY interesting, no? :
