As the Doctor started to come around all the extra energy was being pulled into the heart of the TARDIS filtering it out of the air. The Master hit the Doctor on the back a few times to get the extra energy out of him they really needed tea about now but that was a side issue the problem was the TARDIS was on her back and so was the interior. Harry was quicky thinking and looked through the timeline to find the best one.
"Sexy could you provide me the rope and anchor out of that room that's in one of the unused corridors please?" asked Harry to the floor with one had touching the floor around the pool the other one holding to the railing.
Suddenly the rope appeared, Harry grabbed it before it could go anywhere, taking a few swings of it around in a horizontal circle with the end tide off to the railing he was holding onto. Once he had a good rhythm and keeping an eye on the timeline the rope was released and the anchor sailed through the closed doors of the TARDIS.
Pulling slowly back on the rope the anchor held against the frame and Harry looked over to his dad only to get a nod off him he was also obviously looking into the timeline as well. Harry started to climb until he crawled over the top only to come face to face with a little girl.
"Hello, sorry for dropping in on you like this especially as we seem to have landed in your own garden if you give me a minute I'll be out and get her righted one of my dad's had an accident and we crashed." That said he flung himself over the frame and fell out then he moved to the top end of the TARDIS and got his fingers underneath the TARDIS only to not be able to physically lift it, without the girl seeing he removed his probe and out of sight righted the TARDIS that way, while looking as though he was doing it with his physical strength.
"Right that sorted my dad's will be out soon we need to do some repairs, sorry I've been terrible rude I'm called the Son or Harry depending on what the situation is, but your younger than me so just call me Harry its sounds less strange my dads are the Doctor and the Master, the Doctor who I call Pere is the one who's injured you wouldn't happen to have any tea would you?"
"Erm…" was all the girl could say, suddenly both his dads came out of the TARDIS
"Oh, I want an apple it's all I can think about, an apple, craving now that's new do I have cravings now?" he was going to carry on, but he quickly turned around and held the door of the TARDIS he was releasing more energy into her
"Sorry did I scare you I didn't mean to its just this is going to happen for a while I'm still cooking you see?" Spoke the Doctor turning back around
"No actually I was hoping you were here about my wall I prayed for the police and then you come in a police box from the skies are my prayers answered?"
"I think we should take this inside, Doctor you need tea and urgently to settle you also Amelia here is as good a cook as me so she can help your tastebuds while we sort out the wall." Spoke Harry while still seeing the timeline ahead of him.
"I never told you my name!" Exclaimed the girl to Harry
"I know I wanted to show you that we are the best there is you didn't even give me your name, but I know you're more scared of that wall why Amelia what wrong with it?"
"Come into the house I'll make tea." She said to the three of them. They made it there with the Doctor only hitting a tree once and banging his head the Master just sighed and helped him back up, holding onto him.
"If you're a Doctor, why does your box say Police?
The Doctor took the apple she offered him only to spit it all out
"That's disgusting. What is that?"
"An apple."
"Apples are rubbish. I hate apples."
"You said you loved them."
"No, no, I love yoghurt. Yoghurt's my favourite. Give me yoghurt." Amelia ran to the fridge to get him his yoghurt. The Doctor opened the container and poured it into his mouth. He spat that out as well, by the time they had finished going through half the kitchen of food the Doctor finally settled on fishfingers and custard he tried offering it to the other two they just gave him a dead pan look it was fish and desert. They didn't mind one or the other but not together.
They got the tea the Doctor needed and at least they were all fed, some of her dishes for her age were very good.
"So this crack in your wall why does it scare you Amilia?" asked the Master gently.
"I've been told its nothing just a crack, but I can hear voices through it at night they're there you can hear them but not understand them." She answered after a bit of looking between the two adults.
"I think it's time you showed the three of us that crack" Said the Master as the three of them stood up and followed her to her bedroom.
"This wall is solid and the crack doesn't go all the way through it. So, here's a thing - where's the draught coming from?" asked the Doctor as he ran his sonic over the crack
"Wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey. You know what the crack is?"
"What?" asked Amelia
"It's a crack. I'll tell you something funny. If you knocked this wall down, the crack would stay put, 'cos the crack isn't in the wall."
"Where is it, then?"
"Everywhere. In everything. It's a split in the skin of the world. Two parts of space and time that should never have touched, pressed together...right here in the wall of your bedroom. Sometimes, can you hear the voices." The Doctor heard an echoing voice. He took the water glass from the nightstand, poured out the water, then pressed it against the wall, and then his ear against the other end.
"Prisoner Zero has escaped." Spoke a voice making him think, Prisoner Zero?
"Prisoner Zero has escaped. That's what I heard. What does it mean?" asked Amelia to them
"Prisoner Zero has escaped."
"It means that, on the other side of this wall, there's a prison and they've lost a prisoner. Do you know what that means?" asked the Doctor
What?" asked Amy
You need a better wall." Spoke the Master
"The only way to close the breach is to open it all the way. The forces will invert and it'll snap itself shut. Or..." Spoke the Doctor while looking at the other two Timelords
"What?" demanded Amelia as only a child could
"You know when grown-ups tell you everything's going to be fine, and you think they're probably lying to make you feel better?" asked Harry gently to her
"Yes."
:"Everything's going to be fine." The Doctor held out his hand and Amelia grasped it. With his other hand, the Doctor used his sonic screwdriver on the crack. Amelia peered around him as a bright light shone through the crack as it widened, in the dim light you could see what looked like cells
"Prisoner Zero has escaped." They all head the voice then the Doctor took a step closer
"Prisoner Zero has escaped".
"Hello? Hello?" A giant blue eye peered at them through the crack.
"What's that?" asked Amelia. A small ball of light or electricity shot out from the crack, hit the Doctor and he fell against the bed. The crack then sealed once more.
"There. You see, told you it would close. Good as new." Spoke the Doctor while he was being helped of the bed by the Master and Harry was running his probe over him checking he was alright after taking that hit.
"So that was the prisoner?" asked Amelia again
"No that was his guard, which means the prisoner escaped into here somehow?" Spoke the Master before walking out into the hallway
"Son" is all he said
"There is a perception filter in the corner of the end of the hall its actually very powerful I'm having to use my psionics just to see it and that is pushing it, I've never seen a perception filter like…." Harry cut off and all three timelords ran down the stairs.
"We've got to get back in there! The engines are phasing, it's going to burn!"
"But... it's just a box! How can a box have engines?" she demanded of them
"It's not a box. It's a time machine." Answered the Doctor
"What, a real one? You've got a real time machine?" asked Amelia disbelieving
"Not for much longer if we can't get her stabilised. Five-minute hop into the future should do it."
"Can I come?"
"Not safe in here, not yet. Five minutes. Give me five minutes, we'll be right back."
"People always say that." Spoke Amelia not agreeing with him that he would return
"Are we people? Do we even look like people? Trust me, I'm the Doctor." And with that he followed the other two into the TARDIS.
Amelia turned around and ran into the house to pack her suitcase with what she would need to go traveling then making a flask she went running out into the back garden to wait for them.
.
.
.
.
Twelve years later the TARDIS turned up again in the same garden. The three timelords looked around.
"Oh, you're in trouble Pere, you said five minutes, you messed up the navigation again after I went to all the trouble of completely redesigning the controls to work mostly on automatic and you still miss the time."
"I'm not going in there you can see the timeline." Spoke the Doctor looking worried
"Yes, you are, you know you are, we'll wait in the TARDIS for you." Spoke the Master smirking.
"It's a good job I love you both you know!" spoke the Doctor looking upset.
"Just go and reintroduce yourself and get it over with Doctor. We'll start putting the TARDIS back together" spoke up Harry
The Doctor walked into the house and up the stairs shouting for Amelia only to get hit on the back of the head by a bat. When he came around, he was in handcuffs.
"I'm sorry I'm looking for Amelia Pond, only it's been a while since I last saw her, I told her five minutes and mucked the navigator up which Harry had a go at me for and now I can't go back as it would cross my timeline, please do you know where she is I need to see her to explain and to apologise."
"She left here about six years ago" was the reply he got.
"No but I promised, do you know where she went to?"
"No idea sorry anyway I'm calling for back up you are currently breaking and entering my home" After she had finished, she spoke into her radio informing them that she needed back up and had the guy in handcuffs.
It turned a lot more interesting when she noticed him looking at the perception filter, now he knew it was there he could just make it out.
"You Haven't seen a silver metal probe have you it's about ten inches long and white with silver lines along it has a crystal on the top?" he asked hoping she would have it and give it over to him but looking into the timeline he knew what was going to happen.
"Don't, just ignore it until back up arrives for you, I'll even help you once we have back up!"
"What is it? What can't I see properly?" she asked as she walked towards it
"Please just leave it until back up arrives or at least take the handcuffs off I just want to help, my name is the Doctor, I came to visit Amelia and closed the breach in her wall but there is a prisoner loose in this house over there, we need back up." He spoke hoping to get her change her own timeline and not enter that room.
"I can't take the handcuffs off sorry, I lost the key, now what is at the end of this corridor?" she demanded right back
"The perception filter is masking the hiding place of the prisoner, we saw its guard when we closed the breach but then we had trouble with our transport, and as I said it's been a while. The prisoner could still be here, and it was a high security prison they have escaped from." Spoke the Doctor again trying to get through to her, but he knew it was useless so hefting himself to his feet he looked at her.
She kept looking at the end of the corridor and so started to move off towards it the Doctor followed her he needed to get his screwdriver back and keep the monster contained. She went down to the end and somehow pushed pass the perception filter opening the door.
"Please don't go in there just shut the door until back up arrives." Begged the Doctor quietly but he knew they would be going in and so he followed slowly behind her, there on a table was his screwdriver covered in slime just as he knew it would be he quickly grabbed it and then tried to pull the woman out of the room only for the beast to be above the door frame and the woman saw it in all its glory, needless to say they were quickly out of that room. Shutting the door behind them.
"What was that?" Demanded the woman moving backwards along the corridor the Doctor was using his screwdriver to release the handcuffs.
"That's the prisoner" spoke the Doctor
"Will that door hold it?"
"Oh, yeah, yeah, course! It's an inter-dimensional multi-form from outer-space - they're all terrified of wood."
A bright light flashed around the edges of the door.
"What's that? What's it doing?"
"I don't know, getting dressed? Run. Just go. Your back-up's coming, I'll be fine."
"There is no back-up."
"I heard you on the radio, you called for back-up." He spoke then saw further into the timeline as it become clearer as he started to heal
"I was pretending. It's a pretend radio."
"You're a policewoman." Spoke the Doctor looking confused
"I'm a kissogram!" At that moment, the door to the mystery room fell into the hallway to show a man in blue coveralls holding the lead to a large Rottweiler. It was the same man in a coma in hospital. He walked forward into the hall.
"But it's just..." Spoke the woman confused
"No, it isn't. Look at the faces." The man growled and barked while the dog remained impassive.
"What? I'm sorry, but what?" asked the woman while looking at the alien
"It's all one creature. One creature disguised as two Clever old multi-form. A bit of a rush job, though. Got the voice a bit muddled, did you? Mind you, where did you get the pattern from? You'd need a psychic link, a live feed. How did you fix that?" Spoke the Doctor with contempt, the one creature turned as one and snarled at the Doctor
"Stay, boy!" He demanded of the creature that was advancing on them
"Her and me, we're safe. Want to know why? She sent for back-up".
"I didn't send for back-up!"
"I know, that was a clever lie to save our lives…..OK, yeah, NO back-up! And that's why we're safe. Alone, we're not a threat to you. If we HAD back-up, then you'd have to kill us!" spoke the Doctor while worrying about the timeline.
"Attention, Prisoner Zero. The human residence is surrounded. Attention Prisoner Zero. The human residence is surrounded." They heard from outside in a very loud voice
"What's that?" asked the woman
"That would be back-up….one more time. We do have back-up and that's definitely why we're safe".
"Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated."
"Well, safe apart from, you know, incineration." Spoke the Doctor with a bit of humour at the end The creature turned into one of the other rooms off the hall. As the Voice repeated its warning, the Doctor banged the screwdriver on the floor in an attempt to get it to work Properly again. He had got the handcuffs off, but his screwdriver obviously wasn't fit for this new body.
"Work, work, work. C'mon." in the end the Doctor gave up and grabbing the woman's hand they ran out of the house
"Kissogram?"
"Yes!"
"Why'd you pretend to be a policewoman?"
"You broke into my house! It was this or a French maid! Now what's going on?"
"An alien convict is hiding in your spare room disguised as a man and a dog, and some other aliens are about to incinerate your house. Any questions?"
"Yes"
.
"No, no, don't do that, not now! It's still rebuilding, not letting me take you into her the Son and Master will follow my timeline and sort the inside out"
"Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated"
The creature still in the form of the man and dog watched from inside of the window of the front bedroom, it watched from the window, barking at them.
"Come on." Spoke the woman and grabbed him by the arm
"No, wait, hang on, wait, wait, wait. The shed. we destroyed that shed last time we were here, smashed it to pieces."
So there's a new one. Let's go.
"But the new one's got old. It's ten years old at least. 12 years. I'm not six years late, I'm 12 years late." Spoke the Doctor after tasting the shed to find out everything he could
"He's coming." Announced the woman
You said six years. Why did you say six years?"
"We've got to go." Said the woman dismissively to the Doctor.
"This matters. This is important. Why did you say six years?"
"Why did you say five minutes?" asked the woman in a hurt voice
"What?" asked the Doctor shocked this was Amelia in front of him
"Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated."
They ran out of the back garden past the creature who was standing at the door.
"You're Amelia."
"You're late!" she spoke while still walking
.
"Amelia Pond, you're the little girl."
"I'm Amelia and you're late What happened? 12 years. I waited"
"You hit me with a cricket bat."
"12 years."
"A cricket bat."
"12 years and four psychiatrists. I kept biting them. : They said you weren't real." She answered back
"Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated"
.
"No, no, no, come on… What? We're being staked out by an ice-cream van?" asked Amelia as the Doctor led her in that direction
"What's that? Why are you playing that?" asked the Doctor to the ice cream man.
"It's supposed to be Claire De Lune." The Doctor picked up the player and listened.
"Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated. Repeat, Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated."
"It just kept on repeating that" The Doctor stepped away from the van and saw a jogger with a MP3 player receiving the message as well as a woman hearing it over her mobile.
"Doctor, what's happening?" demanded Amelia only for the Doctor to leap over the low white fence into a pretty front garden. Amelia ran around to the front. one large blue eye filled the TV screen in the living room they ran into. A woman used the remote to change the channel, but they all showed the same thing and said the same thing.
"Hello! Sorry to burst in, we're doing a special on television faults in this area. Also, crimes. Let's have a look." Looking over to Amelia still in her costume
"I was just about to phone. It's on every channel" spoke the woman the Doctor had addressed she was an older woman probably in her sixties or seventies.
"Hello, Amy, dear. Are you a policewoman now?" Asked the woman with the tv remote
"Well, sometimes."
"I thought you were a nurse?" Asked the woman who owned the house
"I can be a nurse."
"Or, actually, a nun".
"I dabble."
"Amy, who is your friend?" asked the woman finally
"Who's Amy? You were Amelia."
"Yeah, now I'm Amy."
"Amelia Pond - that was a great name" spoke the Doctor telling the truth Amy Pond didn't sound as good he thought.
"Bit fairy tale!" was the reply he got
"I know you, don't I? I've seen you somewhere before?" Asked the woman to the Doctor
"Not me. Brand-new face...First time on. And what sort of job's a kissogram?" spoke the Doctor first to the woman then he turned to Amelia
"I go to parties and I kiss people…..With outfits. It's a laugh."
"You were a little girl five minutes ago."
"You're worse than my aunt."
"I'm the Doctor, I'm worse than everybody's aunt. And that is not how I'm introducing myself." With that the Doctor grabbed the radio that wasn't on and using his dying screwdriver got the same message in many different languages through the world.
"OK, so it's everywhere, in every language. They're broadcasting to the whole world" spoke the Doctor then opened the living room window and peered out at the sky
"What's up there? What are you looking for?" The sky looked clear blue with a few white clouds. She saw Jeff enter the house behind them both
"Planet this size, two poles, your basic molten core... They're going to need a 40% fission blast. But they'll have to power up first, won't they? So assuming a medium-sized starship, that's 20 minutes…..What do you think, 20 minutes? Yeah, 20 minutes. We've got 20 minutes!" spoke the Doctor while looking over to the new man
..
"20 minutes to what?" demanded Amy
"Are you the Doctor? He is, isn't he? He's the Doctor! The Raggedy Doctor. All those cartoons you did when you were little. The Raggedy Doctor, it's him." Spoke the new man that had arrived
"I know." She spoke quietly to the man
"Cartoons?" The Doctor asked amused
"Gran, it's him, isn't it? It's really him!"
"Jeff, shut up! 20 minutes to what?" demanded Amy the 'eye' was still on the TV, broadcasting its warning.
"The human residence. They're not talking about your house; they're talking about the planet. Somewhere up there, there's a spaceship and it's going to incinerate the planet. 20 minutes to the end of the world." He spoke while sitting down looking through the timeline, it didn't look like his son and partner were going to be much help, but he had to stop the ships while letting the other two deal with the TARDIS
.
"What is this place? Where am I?" asked the Doctor walking around outside after leaving the residence of the older woman and the man called Jeff.
"Leadworth" Amy answered him
.
"Where's the rest of it?"
"This is it." Was her response
"Is there an airport?"
"No."
"A nuclear power station?"
"No".
"Even a little one?"
"No."
"Nearest city?" Asked the Doctor hoping for something
"Gloucester, half an hour by car."
"We don't have half an hour. Do we have a car?" announced the Doctor then asked Amy.
"No."
"Well, that's good! Fantastic, that is. 20 minutes to save the world and I've got a post office. And it's shut! WHAT is that?"
"It's a duck pond." She explained while still following him around
"Why aren't there any ducks?" asked the Doctor confused
"I don't know. There never were any ducks."
"Then how do you know it's a duck pond?"
"It just is. Is it important, the duck pond?"
"I don't know. Why would I know? I'm not ready, I'm not done yet." The sky darkened and they both looked up. As the Doctor felt another regeneration shudder go through his body.
"What's happening? Why's it going dark?" Demanded Amy. The sun appeared grey and flickering before returning to close to normal.
"So what's wrong with the sun?" she asked him next
"Nothing. You're looking at it through a force-field. They've sealed off your upper atmosphere, now they're getting ready to boil the planet." Spoke the Doctor to Amy while looking over the people on the village green with their phones out.
"Oh, and here they come, the human race. The end comes, as it was always going to - down a video phone!" spoke the Doctor in humour though it didn't sound it.
"This isn't real, is it? This is some kind of big wind-up." Demanded Amy
"Why would I wind you up?" asked the Doctor confused
"You told me you had a time machine."
"And you believed me." Answered the Doctor seriously
"Then I grew up."
"Oh, you never want to do that. No, hang on, shut up, wait! I missed it. I saw it and I missed it. What did I see? I saw... What did I see?" he asked himself while hitting his own head as though to try and help him remember after telling her she didn't need to grow up.
He looked back through his memories and then he saw it, there was a nurse taking a video but not of the sky of another man, the Doctor ran off up to the man grabbing his phone off him Amy was following him close behind
"Hey do you mind?" he demanded
"Rory what are you doing here?" asked Amy to him
"Who's this with you. Hold on is this the Doctor you had up play when we were children, he's real, there really is the Doctor? Where are the other two?"
"Not now Rory just answer his questions"
"Why were you photographing that person and not the sky?" demanded the Doctor
"Because he can't be here there is no way he's in the hospital" started to explain Rory
"In a coma" they finished together the Doctor finally working it out. He walked over to the man Rory was videoing.
"There are the guards up above sealing all this earth off looking for an alien and you know what says more alien than anything else? A sonic device!" and with that the Doctor held his screwdriver up and turned it on the car alarms started blaring, windows smashed, a fire engine went past with the crew running after it, just as the giant eye had come into the park and was searching his screwdriver gave out causing the eye to turn away and re-enter the sky no matter what the Doctor did the spaceship carried on going away.
It ended up in an argument with the Doctor trapped in Rory's car and Amy refusing to let him out until he told her who he really was, it took a few minutes, minutes the Doctor didn't have but he got through to her, the final evidence was the apple she had carved a smiley face into it on one side and had his bite out of the other, the apple was still as fresh as when she had given it him. Twelve years ago.
"So that thing, THAT hid in my house for 12 years?"
"Multi-forms can live for millennia. 12 years is a pit-stop."
"So how come you show up again on the same day that lot do? The same minute?" asked Amy.
"They're looking for him but followed me. They saw me through the crack, got a fix. They're only late cos I am."
"What's he on about?" asked a very confused Rory
"Now, sport, give me your phone". Demanded the Doctor
"How can he be real? He was never real."
"Phone, now, give me!"
"He was just a game. We were kids. You made me dress up as him." Rory spoke to Amy after handing his phone over to the Doctor
"These are all coma patients?" the Doctor asked while looking at the different coma patients
"Yeah." Answered Rory
"No, they're all the multi-form. Eight comas, eight disguises for Prisoner Zero."
"He had a dog, though. There's a dog in a coma?" asked Amy confused as well
"The coma patient dreams he's walking a dog, Prisoner Zero gets a dog. Laptop! Your friend, what was his name? Not him, the good-looking one." Demanded the Doctor at the end he needed a laptop to pull his plan off.
"Thanks." Spoke Rory
"Jeff." Answered Amy automatically
"Oh, thanks." Responded Rory not too impressed
"He had a laptop in his bag, a laptop. Big bag, big laptop, I need Jeff's laptop. You two, get to the hospital, get everyone out, clear the whole floor. Phone me when you're done.!" Instructions given he ran off to find jeff
"Your car, come on." Spoke Amy while running back to it and getting in
"Hello. Laptop, give me!" spoke the Doctor trying to get it off jeff, when he eventually did and saw what jeff was on he told him to get a girlfriend then he started typing fast jeffs gran came into the room to see what all the noise was about.
"The sun's gone wibbly, so right now, somewhere out there, there's going to be a big video conference call. All the experts in the world panicking at once, and do you know what they need? Me. Ah, and here they all are. All the big boys. NASA, Jodrell Bank, Tokyo Space Centre, Patrick Moore."
"Ooh, I like Patrick Moore." Announced jeffs gran
"I'll get you his number, but watch him, he's a devil."
"You can't just hack in on a call like that." Spoke Jeff
"Can't I?" asked the Doctor before he held his psychic paper to the webcam
"Who are you? This is a secure call. What are you doing?" demanded one of the experts in a room full of others working on computers all now seeing the Doctor
"Hello. I know, you should switch me off. But before you do, watch this."
"It's here too, I'm getting it."
"Fermat's Theorem, the proof, and I mean the real one, never seen before. Poor old Fermat, got Killed in a duel before he could write it down. My fault, I slept in. Oh, and here's an oldie but a goodie - why electrons have mass. And a personal favourite of mine, faster-than-light travel with two diagrams and a joke. Look at your screens. Whoever I am, I'm a genius. Look at the sun. You need all the help you can get. Fellas, pay attention." He spoke while grabbing the phone he had borrowed off Rory and started typing into it
"Sir, what are you doing?" asked an expert confused
"I'm writing a computer virus. Very clever, super-fast, and a tiny bit alive, but don't let on. Why am I writing it on a phone? Never mind, you'll find out. OK, I'm sending this to all your computers. Get everyone who works for you sending this everywhere. Email, text, Facebook, Bebo, Twitter, radar dish - whatever you've got. Any questions?
"Who was your lady friend?" Asked one man
"Patrick, behave!"
"What does this virus do?" asked one of the other experts
"It's a reset command, that's all. It resets counters, it gets in the wifi and resets every counter it can find. Clocks, calendars, anything with a chip will default at zero at exactly the same time. But, yeah, I could be lying, why should you trust me? I'll let my best man explain…..Jeff, you're my best man. "
"Your what?" demanded Jeff, the Doctor folded the laptop down so no one could see or hear
"Listen to me. In ten minutes, you're going to be a legend. In ten minutes, everyone on that screen is going to be offering you any job you want. But first, you have to be magnificent. You have to make them trust you and get them working. This is it, Jeff. Right here, right now. This is when you fly. Today's the day you save the world." Spoke the Doctor with his usual conviction that got people to see more in themselves and be magnificent if they really wanted to be.
"Why me?" asked a shocked jeff
"It's your bedroom. Now go, go, go" and with that the Doctor handed him the laptop and ran out of the house leaving jeff to it, acquiring a vehicle was no problem for him to drive to the ward, Amy had phoned him to tell him the ward was blocked off but he wanted them to get in there, they did but blocked it again with a broom which didn't hold for a second before the doors flew open.
"Oh, dear. Little Amelia Pond. I've watched you grow up. 12 years, and you never even knew I was there. Little Amelia Pond, waiting for her magic Doctor to return, but not this time, Amelia." The lifeform informed her, she didn't hear Amy's mobile ping in her pocked but Amy did all it said was 'DUCK' so she grabbed Rory and hit the floor just as she heard sirens and the window they were Infront of was smashed in by ladders that the Doctor climbed up out of.
"Right! Hello! Am I late? No, three minutes to go. So still time."
"Time for what, Time Lord?" demanded the creature showing she knew what the Doctor was.
"Take the disguise off. They'll find you in a beat. Nobody dies."
"The Atraxi will kill me this time. If I am to die, let there be fire."
"OK. You came to this world by opening a crack in space and time. Do it again - just leave."
"I did not open the crack." Spoke the multiform
"Somebody did." Spoke the Doctor
"The cracks in the skin of the universe - don't you know where they came from? You don't, do you?"
"The Doctor in the TARDIS doesn't know. Doesn't know, doesn't know! The universe is cracked. The Pandorica will open. Silence will fall." Spoke the lifeform from another of its heads it had acquired it now looked like a woman with two children There was a clicking sound.
"And we're off! Look at that. Look at that!" the Doctor announced pointing to the clock that read 0:00
"Yeah, I know, just a clock, whatever. But do you know what's happening right now? In one little bedroom, my team are working. Jeff and the world. And do you know what they're doing? They're spreading the word all over the world, quantum fast. The word is out. And do you know what the word is? The word is zero. Now, me, if I was up in the sky in a battleship, monitoring all Earth communications, I'd take that as a hint. And if I had a whole battle fleet surrounding the planet, I'd be able track a simple old computer virus to its source in, what, under a minute? The source, by the way, is right here." He showed her the phone he had been typing on. a bright light shined through the windows
"Oh! And I think they just found us!"
"The Atraxi are limited. While I'm in this form, they'll still be unable to detect me. They've tracked a phone, not me."
"Yeah, but this is the good bit. I mean, this is my favourite bit. Do you know what this phone is full of? Pictures of you. Every form you've learned to take, right here. Oh, and being uploaded about now. And the final score is - no TARDIS, no screwdriver - two minutes to spare. Who da man?" he was greeted by silence
"Oh, I'm never saying that again! Fine."
"Then I shall take a new form."
"Oh, stop it, you know you can't. Takes months to form that kind of psychic link." Spoke the Doctor in contempt
"And I've had years." Her form glowed and Amy fell to the floor with the Doctor and Rory rushing over to her
"No! Amy? You've got to hold on. Amy! Don't sleep! You've got to stay awake, please."
"Doctor?" spoke up Rory looking at the shape the lifeform had taken on
"Well, that's rubbish. Who's that supposed to be?"
"It's you." Announced Rory as through it was the most stupid question he had heard
"Me? Is that what I look like? What do the others think?"
"You don't know?"
"Busy day. Why me, though? You're linked with her. Why are you copying me?"
"I'm not. Poor Amy Pond. Still such a child inside. Dreaming of the magic Doctor she knows will return to save her. What a disappointment you've been."
"No, she's dreaming about me cos she can hear me. Amy, don't just hear me, listen. Remember the room, the room in your house you couldn't see? Remember you went inside. I tried to stop you, but you did. You went in the room. You went inside. Amy…dream about what you saw." Spoke the Doctor while taking hold of her head hoping it would help her Amy remembered what she saw.
"No... no... No!"
"Well done, Prisoner Zero. A perfect impersonation of yourself."
"Prisoner Zero is located. Prisoner Zero is restrained." Announced the guards
"Silence, Doctor. Silence will fall." There was a whoosh of air as the ship left.
"The sun - it's back to normal, right? That's... That's good, yeah? That means it's over….Amy? Are you OK? Are you with us?"
"What happened?" She asked coming around
"He did it. The Doctor did it. He sent them all away the suns back to normal again"
"No, I didn't."
"What are you doing?"
"Tracking the signal back. Sorry, in advance." Advised the Doctor
"About what?" asked Rory with concern
The bill…..Oi, I didn't say you could go! Article 57 of the Shadow Proclamation. This is a fully established, level 5 planet, and you were going to burn it? What...? Did you think no-one was watching? You lot, back here. Now! OK. Now I've done it." Spoke the Doctor while throwing the phone back to Rory.
"Did he just bring them back? Did he just save the world from aliens and then bring all the aliens back again?" asked Rory shocked
"Where are you going?" demanded Amy
"The roof. No, hang on." And he walked into a room where he started to go through all the clothes collected in there from being left in the hospital
"What's in here?" asked a confused again Amy.
"I'm saving the world - I need a decent shirt. To hell with the raggedy. Time to put on a show! After all I've still to meet my son and partner and they will be there they won't miss this they are not going to be happy!"
"You just summoned aliens back to Earth. Actual aliens, deadly aliens, aliens of death, and now you're taking your clothes off... Amy, he's taking his clothes off. Why are you watching him he said he has a child and a partner."
"I know I've met them all still not turning away though"
"If you're that bothered turn around even Harry doesn't cause this fuss when we are in a rush." Spoke the Doctor in mock aspiration once he was finished, he looked into the mirror he looked a lot better now. Making his way out of the room he made for the roof as soon as he got there the ship with the giant eye disconnected from it was looking at the Doctor.
"So this was a good idea, was it? They were leaving." Spoke Amy in a sarcastic voice
"Leaving is good. Never coming back is better. Come on, then! The Doctor will see you now."
"As will the Master and the Son" was announced from behind them all and there they were the other two timelords with the TARDIS behind them all fixed and looking new and both other timelords had dressed to impress, they were greeting Theta in his new incarnation now it had settled.
The eye looked at the five on the roof the three timelords stood in a line with Harry in the middle
"You are not human you three?" Asked The Atraxi
"No were not but we have put a lot of effort in keeping this world safe" Spoke the Doctor
"Is this world important?" asked the Atraxi
"Important? What's that mean, important? 6 billion people live here - is that important? Here's a better question. Is this world a threat to the Atraxi? Well, come on. You're monitoring the whole planet. IS this world a threat?" Demanded the Son. The Atraxi projected a hologram of the Earth with scenes from history.
No!" they finally answered
"Are the peoples of this world guilty of any crime by the laws of the Atraxi?" demanded the Master next
"No."
"OK. One more. Just one. Is this world protected? Because you're not the first lot to come here." Aske the Doctor the atraxi projection showed Cybermen and Daleks, the Queen of the Racnoss, Ood, Sycorax, a Sontaran, a Sea Devil, Reapers, the Hath and the Vashta Nerada in the spacesuit.
"Oh, there have been so many! And what you've got to ask is... what happened to them?" Asked the Master on the other side of Harry the projection now went from the Doctors first incarnation through to the tenth before he walked through it
"Hello. I'm the Doctor. He's the Master and this is the Son. Basically... Run!" Spoke the Doctor with seriousness the Atraxi ran, all of them did, some of those the earth had been protected from scared even them silly yet the Doctor protected it always.
Suddenly the three of them heard the TARDIS screech and Harry cringed why did they have to interfere with his designs
"We need to get back into the TARDIS I've sorted all the dimensions back out, but the console is new and dad wanted to help or hinder going by the noise it was the latter we need to get in there." Spoke Harry really worried.
"Okay we'll meet you at your house Amy in ten minutes, the Son is right we need to sort the console out before it blows again" and with that all three of them were running for the TARDIS and slamming the doors behind them they disappeared you could tell the Doctor was driving from the noise.

.
It was the early morning when Amy heard the noise that she had heard before and as she looked out of the window past her wedding dress she noticed the police box.
.

"Sorry about running off earlier. Brand-new TARDIS - bit exciting. Just had a quick hop to the moon and back to run her in. She's ready for the big stuff now." Explained the Doctor
"It's you. You all came back."
"Course we came back. I always come back. Something wrong with that?" asked the Doctor confused
"And you kept the clothes."
"Well, I just saved the world, the whole planet, for about the millionth time, no charge. Yeah, shoot me! I kept the clothes."
"Including the bow tie."
"Yeah, it's cool. Bow ties are cool."
"Are you all from another planet?"
"Yeah." Answered Harry for them all
"OK..."
"So what do you think?" Asked the Master
"Of what?"
"Other planets. Want to check some out?" Replied then asked the Doctor
"What does that mean?"
"It means... Well, it means... come with us we've talked and agreed if you want." Answered the Doctor
"Where?"
"Wherever you like." Answered Harry
"All that stuff, the hospital, the spaceships, Prisoner Zero..."
"Oh, don't worry. That's just the beginning. There are loads more with a companion he can't help himself!" announced the Master with a small smile
"Yeah, but those things, amazing things, all that stuff…..That was two years ago!"
"Oh-oh! Oops." The Doctor actually looked sheepish about this they knew he was a terrible driver
"Yeah."
"So that's..." asked the Doctor
"14 years!"
"14 years since fish custard. Amy Pond, the girl who waited, you've waited long enough."
"When I was a kid, you said there was a swimming pool and a library, and the swimming pool was IN the library."
Yeah. Not sure where it's got to now. It'll turn up. So... coming?" asked Harry
"No!"
"You wanted to come 14 years ago." Spoke the Master with some humour they could all see in the timeline she would agree
"I grew up."
"Don't worry. I'll soon fix that. We'll all help" The Doctor snaped his fingers and the door to the TARDIS opened, bathing Amy in a warm orange glow. Overwhelmed, she entered.
"Well...? Anything you want to say? Any passing remarks? I've heard them all. The TARDIS is more metal now, less organic-looking. The centre console is on a floor that allows one to see underneath. There are also stairs leading to other levels and doors." Spoke the Doctor pointing the new interior out that Harry had put together.
"I'm in my nightie."
"Oh, don't worry. Plenty of clothes in the wardrobe. AND possibly a swimming pool. So... all of time and space, everything that ever happened or ever will... Where do you want to start?" spoke the Master genuine curious to wait fourteen years and still want to come.
"You are so sure that I'm coming."
"Yeah, we are." Spoke the Doctor with a smile
"Why?"
"Cos you're the Scottish girl in the English village, and I know how that feels." Spoke the Doctor
"Oh, do you?"
"All these years living here most of your life... and you've still got that accent. Yeah, you're coming." Spoke the Doctor with a smile
"Can you get me back for tomorrow morning?
"It's a time machine. we can get you back five minutes ago. Why, what's tomorrow?" asked Harry he couldn't see in her timeline why
"Nothing. Nothing. Just... you know, stuff."
"All right, then. Back in time for stuff." Proclaimed the Doctor just as a new screwdriver extended from the console's surface
"Oh! A new one! Lovely. Thanks, dear."
"Why me?" asked Amy eventually
"Why not?" asked the Doctor seriously
"No, seriously. You are asking me to run away with you in the middle of the night. It's a fair question. Why me?"
"I don't know. Fun. Do we have to have a reason?" asked the Doctor
"People always have a reason." Spoke Amy against the Doctor
"Do we look like people?" Demanded the Master
"Yes."
"Been knocking around on our own for a while - our choice - but I've started talking to myself. It's giving me earache. And the Master is getting fed up of me moping he's said, so we talked and all agreed" Announced the Doctor getting a fitly look off his partner he was always bloody talking to him and he never got fed up of Theta
"You're lonely. That's it? Just that? You're lonely so your partner and son will let you bring a random stranger on your travels with you"
"Just that. Promise." Spoke the Doctor, on a monitor behind him was a line that seemed to mimic the crack from her bedroom
"OK".
"So, are you OK, then? Cos this place, sometimes it can make people feel a bit... you know."
"I'm fine. It's just... There's a whole world in here, just like you said. It's all true. I thought...well, I started to think that maybe you were just like a madman with a box. "
"Amy Pond, there's something you'd better understand. It's important, and one day your life may depend on it. I am definitely a madman with a box. Ha-ha! Yeah. Goodbye, Leadworth. Hello, everything!" announced the Doctor and Amy laughed the other two just ran around the console with the Doctor ready for their new companion to join them after so long for her yet no time really for them. Still, she was the girl who waited fourteen years and still wanted to come along.
