Everything is doing alright and with the newcomer who is still waiting to get back home, but in the meantime she'll be learning some new tricks of the trade, and they can be quite useful for when she does return back home to her friends and home, and also something else is going down at Sunday, for someone in their team. Spells and Louds.
Chapter 990: Keyleth and her new spell mastery.
(June 22. The Tower of Karazhan.)
Another good day, a day to be calm and relaxed and magic is being tested as it is being sent throughout the sky, and at the very top of the tower is where it is going, and that moment is caused by some magical training, by Pyrrha Nikkos, and they're guest from another world, Keyleth of the Air Ashari Tribe, and she is doing quite well with what she is learning.
Keyleth had a hard time with some of these spells, but some seem to be rough and she felt like that these nature-based spells are too powerful and out of her league, but the words from both Bill Cipher and Pyrrha helped her become motivated to be able to master these spells and she is determined to learn what she knows and use them to help her friends.
Keyleth has managed to learn how to make a solar ring around herself, which acts as a light and also a way to deflect enemy attacks, and she can be able to send the solar ring to another one of her allies, and she even made it bigger and more powerful.
Keyleth then learned some night elf-style magic, and spells. From far more powerful entangling vines, and with added poisonous barbs and explosive spores, and even sending a storm of leaves, that are as sharp as swords and summoning some deadly thorns onto the ground to do some deadly damage and trap whatever foes are coming.
Keyleth has learned some lightning based spells from her people, but now she has learned some more electrical based spells and incantations, from Chain Lightning, Forked Lightning, Monsoon, Lightning Shield and Electric Purge. She is even trying to master the electric field trap spell, which is hard but she is motivated to try and not fail.
Keyleth already knows fiery spells and incantations and she also knows the elements of earth and other spells based on the elements around her. She has also now learned some new powerful iceborne spells, from row of Blizzard, Frost shard shot and Frost Armour for her allies, and even making ice weapons from the ice she summons, and she wants to learn how to summon an frost revenant, and that'll be difficult to try and teach her, because a Frost Revenant is an undead creature.
Keyleth has also learned the elemental spells of water. From sending a water blast from the waters around her, such as the water underneath the ground and even make a large tidal wave, and she has even mastered to summon her very first water elemental, and it also has some leaves and vines along it's body, making it kinda powerful than any water elemental.
Keyleth has mastered the summoning spells and she did it, she summoned her first Treant, even though the Treant was the size of a tree stump, that is a starter and if she keeps it up then she can be able to make it twice the size of a human, and summon more than one, and soon she might be able to master in summoning a tree into a powerful ancient Treant.
Right now, Keyleth is mastering a new spell, called the Moon fall or Starlight gall, and even though it is Daylight she is doing what she can to master this. Pyrrha then speaks as Keyleth is meditating. "Focus and think of the powers of the moon and being strong bonded with the eternal night, even though it is daylight."
"Think of how you can reach and connect with the powers, essence and great superiority of the eternal might of the moon." Keyleth takes a deep breathe, and some light blue wisps begins to circle her. "Focus all power and magic you have, and then muster the strength to you need, to what you wish to make with the help of the being who is beloved by the moon."
Keyleth does so and she does what she can to focus and concentrate all of her powers, and watching this are Lincoln, Linka, Jordan, Sergei, Leon, Luna and Sam. Bill Cipher smirks seeing this. "She is doing awesome. I mean, she is becoming as pro as we are, and also Gyro, sorta... I mean, she doesn't know how to master fel, and it's best she doesn't learn that."
"Not wrong" replied Luna. "Fel is demonic power, and she could get hurt or worse." The others also agree, and then they see Keyleth open her eyes, and her eyes are now white and the sky turns dark and they see the sun is no longer there, but instead they see the night has come.
"Oh heck yeah, this is it!" said Linka.
The sky then shows the stars and then Keyleth is standing and she has her staff in her hands and she speaks the ancient spells from Elvish times, and they can see the stars glowing, and then the stars all come down like comets, but they miss the others and they strike down the hostiles at the bottom of the tower.
Bill Cipher summoned some Rock and Granite Golems below, and the large creatures are now taking a beating from the Starlight Fall, and then Keyleth spins her staff, and the falling stars orbit her, and she looks enraged, and she slams her staff down and the circling stars all shoot out and are filled with fire, and they head down the tower and eradicate the golems.
Keyleth then calms down and she makes the stars around her float and give off a healing aura, and then she sends them back to the sky and the night fades as the clouds close in, and then the clouds fade away and the sun is back and the day time has returned.
Keyleth sighs, and she should feel dazed, but she manages to hold her own. "Whoa. So, how did I do?"
She sees the others are jaws dropped and amazed. "That. Was. Awesome!" they all cheered and Keyleth turns red and she chuckles.
"That was incredible, Keyleth" replied Pyrrha. "That reminds me of when I came here and became the apprentice of the guardian, but I don't think I have done that before. The guardian is going to be amazed when he hears of this, if it were up to me... We'd make you a guardian in your world."
"Which kinda looks like you already are, Keyleth" replied Bill Cipher.
Keyleth chuckles. "Thanks, that was pretty cool and intense and so fucking awesome. So, should we take a break? Because I am starving, and yet those magic spells didn't even make me feel like it, I was way too focused." They all chuckle hearing this and so they all head back into the tower, Keyleth then sees a star she summoned and she picks it up and sees the glowing light and then it fades.
Lincoln chuckles. "Keyleth, you are legit becoming a professional and making your people proud when you head back home."
"Yeah, they will be." Keyleth then looks to the skies and imagines of how her people and friends are doing, back in the world from where she came from.
(Later in the Day.)
The group are now taking a break and explaining what other spells they seem to know and Luna Frost knows some spells but she is recommending Keyleth to not try these spells, because they are undead based and are kinda dangerous when not controlled well.
"Wow. Those spells sound dangerous indeed, I don't think undead spells are me" replied Keyleth and then she eats her pasta, and then she asks. "Can I ask, what the heck is your modern day world like?"
Linka and Lincoln remain silent, and then Leon answers. "We have been through so many wars, have fought through all the challenges of modern technology and all that crud. Adapting to the new changes humanity wants to make, and the successes of businesses that are responsible for making our world for what it is, and I don't think you wanna check our world out, kid."
"He has a point" replied Sergei, and then he drinks his glass of beer, and it refills itself. "This reminds me of Doctor Strange meeting with Thor Odinson." He then drinks it again and Leon has the same thing and they fist bump at this.
"We have had turmoil's and conflicts, and a lot of weapons of mass destruction and yet some good stuff that can adapt and make major changes to the world around us" replied Sam and she eats her sandwich.
"The folks are right, it is not an easy world for you to understand, but we have" replied Bill Cipher. "I mean, Pyrrha was from a world of both magic and technological advancements, and I have managed to live through my world which has advanced with tech and all that junk, the whole modern times."
Keyleth nods. "Oh, ummm... Okay then." She then continues with her food, and yet she is curious and she feels like she wants to see this other world and how modern it truly is.
Lincoln, Linka and Luna notice this and they feel like they should reason with Gyro to let Keyleth see their world. Then Pyrrha asks. "Sergei, I recall that you have a match this Sunday, right? You feeling nervous about this heavy duty match?"
Sergei smirks. "WWE Battleground this Sunday. A fight between myself, against Drew McIntyre against the champ, Roman Reigns, and it is a triple threat match, and the winner who aces it first gets to choose... Either claim either titles or get either the WWE Championship or the Universal Championship. But, I honestly don't care what I pick."
Leon smirks. "He is on a god damn role with this and has no nervous intentions at what is gonna go down, and I have a match to defend the Intercontinental Title in a Fatal Four way, against Sami Zayn, Apollo Crews and Bobby Roode. Battleground is gonna be sick!"
They all agree that it is gonna be, and Keyleth wants to know about this, but then they see a portal open. "The guardian?"
"Looks like it, maybe he found the world you were from" replied Bill Cipher, and then they see the guardian come out, but the smiles turn into gasps and Keyleth covers her mouth. "Whoa! What the hell?!"
The guardian is badly wounded, he is bleeding and have many stab wounds and a bite mark on his neck and his eyes also look red with blood. "Hey... So, what the fuck did I miss?" he then falls to the ground and is unconscious, and they all go over and Pyrrha makes a healing spell and then Luna uses her ice powers to put some ice on his wounds to help cool them down.
Keyleth didn't like this and then she heads over and she performs the healing spell she learned from Pyrrha and Bill Cipher, and she feels as if something bad happened, and that her world is to blame.
