Author's notes: I started typing this chapter up earlier than I really wanted to because of a bug that occurred that's preventing this story from reading this story on the website, and I hoped that uploading a new chapter would fix it, but as I was in the middle of typing it, it just suddenly fixed itself. But since I already started it, I might as well finish it. That being said, I'm not gonna just rush through this chapter.

Also, this chapter will introduce something else I'm bringing in from Mega Man Star Force DX.

I tried to come up with a good chapter name for this one, but nothing good came to mind. In the end, I just chose to go with what Youtuber DragonLord222 used for this part of his Mega Man Star Force Dragon walkthrough, but if anyone has any good ideas for a chapter name, send me a PM.

Star Force Ark, Chapter 7: Taurus Strikes

As Luna returned to the town, she suddenly heard a scream. Turning toward it, she noticed Geo running away from the truck that they had prepared as a scouring car. "Wh-What the?!", she asked before opening her Transer, attempting to call Bud and Zack, but only Zack answered.

"Luna!", Zack yelled as he answered the call, "S-Something's wrong! B-Bud, he just... he turned into some kind of monster! Th-Then he vanished, and the truck started moving on its own!"

"Wh-What?!", Luna asked in shock, "H-Hang on, Zack! I'll try to figure something out!" Ending the call, she shifted her focus to Omega-Xis. "Mega, this must be..."

"Yeah, no doubt about it.", Omega-Xis replied, "He must have fused with an FM-ian and went into the truck's Comp Space."

"Using one of my own friends...", Luna began, clenching her fist, "We have to help Geo, but how?"

"If we can get into his Transer, we can pull him out of the truck's path.", Omega-Xis said, catching Luna's attention.

"Pull him...?", she asked. Immediately, she thought back to what Geo said earlier.

"I honestly don't know what happened back there. It felt like something was pulling on my arm, but..."

"(Wait, so was it actually Mega who punched Bud back then and not Geo...?)", Luna thought to herself before remembering the situation and shaking her head, "(No, now's not the time for that! I gotta get Geo out of there!)"

Pulling the Visualizer over her eyes, she looked around for a wavehole, but the only one she could find was the one near Big Wave, and getting there wouldn't be easy, but then she remembered something. "Ah, the wavehole at Vista Point!" As Luna had vented her stress over the past few days, she found that the Wave Roads between Echo Ridge and Vista Point were connected, so she hurried back to the Vista Point wavehole and used it to EM Wave Change.

Rushing back to Echo Ridge via the Wave Road, Luna got up above the road and, right as Geo ran by, she hopped right into his Transer before using it to pull him out of the road and behind the sign for Vista Point, blocking him from the truck's view.

Surprised and confused, Geo looked at his arm, and at the same time, Luna Pulsed Out of his Transer, returning to the Wave Road. "Wha...", Geo began, confused, "Something just pulled on my arm again... wait... was it my own Transer? But how?"

"Good, he should be safe now.", Luna said, "Now to stop that truck." Looking around, she noticed the same yellow car that the Jammer she fought a few days ago tried to steal and paused for a moment before giving a sigh. "I don't want to damage someone else's property, but I guess that's my best option right now."

Rushing over to the car, she quickly jumped into its Comp Space and made her way to its control panel. "Here we go.", Luna said, "Now to move it into... Ah!" Just as she tried to operate the controls, a group of viruses jumped out of them, and she found herself back on the battlefield.

This time, three Mettennas appeared, each on different rows, but the one in the middle was larger than the others. "(A giant Mettenna?)", Luna thought to herself as the Custom Screen appeared, showing a Wide Sword, a Plasma Gun 1, a white Attack +10, an Air Spread, a white Cannon, and a second Wide Sword.

"A giant virus, huh?", Omega-Xis said, catching Luna's attention. But in that moment, the closer smaller Mettenna had gotten in front of her and released a shockwave, which she dodged. "They're twice as strong as their standard sized counterparts, both offensively and defensively. Keep that in mind while choosing your cards."

"Right.", Luna replied. Seeing the larger Mettenna prepare to attack, she got out of the way before choosing the white Cannon and both Wide Swords before closing the Custom Screen and using the Cannon card to destroy one of the smaller Mettennas. Activating the Mega Attack, she dashed to the other small Mettenna that had moved in front of her and slashed it using her first Wide Sword card. With both of the smaller Mettennas destroyed, she activated the Mega Attack one last time and moved in front of the larger Mettenna before using her last Wide Sword to finish it off and ending the battle.

"Nice, looks like we got a Star Card from that fight.", Omega-Xis said, catching Luna's attention.

"A Star Card...?", Luna asked, confused.

"Never mind that now.", Omega-Xis replied, "I'll send you an e-mail later. First we need to stop that truck!"

"Ah, right.", Luna said before getting back to the control panel. Back in the real world, the car began to move forward. Right as it reached the intersection, Luna slammed the brakes, making it stop.

"Wh-Wha- Why is there a car parked there?!", Zack asked as the truck began to approach it. Moments later, the truck collided with the car, forcing it into a complete stop.

Hearing the collision, Geo came out from behind the sign and looked at where the truck had stopped. "H-Huh? What...", he began before walking over to the stopped truck, "What just happened...?"

Back in the Comp Space, Luna gave out a sigh of relief. "Finally, it stopped.", she said, "Good thing we made sure the air bags worked when we got that truck prepared. Now all that's left to do is deal with that FM-ian."

"That's right.", Omega-Xis replied, "And the sooner we do that, the better."

"Right.", Luna said. Quickly, she Pulsed Out of the car's Comp Space and Pulsed Into the Truck's Comp Space.
