Star Force Ark, Chapter 11: An Unusual Dream

As Luna opened her eyes, she found herself back in Echo Ridge during the dead of night. "Why am I...?", she asked as she looked around. Finding herself near the entrance to Vista Point, she noticed Geo coming from there and ran up to him. Just as she was about to speak up, Geo walked right through her, catching her off guard. "What...? Why did...?"

After a moment, she heard a beeping sound and instinctively lifted up her arm to open her Transer. "What's...?", Geo began, catching Luna's attention and prompting her to turn toward him, "Th-This is dad's access signal!"

"Kelvin's access signal...?", Luna began before Geo's Transer started beeping faster, "But didn't that...?"

"It's getting closer and closer!", Geo said. In that moment, he felt a strong electrical surge and collapsed. After a moment, Geo groaned and sat up, shaking his head. "What just happened...?" After looking around for a bit, Geo gave a sigh and stood up.

"Hey, can you hear me, kid?", a voice said through Geo's Transer, catching him and Luna off guard. Confused, Geo lifted his arm, noticing that his Transer was open and a figure familiar to Luna was shown on its screen.

"Mega?!", Luna shouted out in surprise. Seeing Omega-Xis on the screen of Geo's Transer confused her.

"A-A monster?!", Geo asked as he panicked, "N-No wait, a virus?!" Instinctively, he reached for one of his Battle Cards.

"Wait, Geo, stop!", Luna yelled out as she tried to grab his arm to stop him, only to phase through it, catching her off guard again, "Wh-Why am I...?"

"C-Calm down, ki-", Omega-Xis began before Geo swiped one of his Battle Cards into his Transer, causing the FM-ian to recoil, "K-Kid, you're making a-" Omega-Xis recoiled once again as Geo slid another Battle Card into his Transer. "St-Stop..."

"Geo, you have to stop, now!", Luna cried out, only to see as Geo began swiping a third Battle Card.

"Stop!", Luna shouted out as she bolted up from her bed, breathing heavily. After a moment, she caught her breath as she realized she was back in her room. "A... a dream...?"

"You alright, kid?", Omega-Xis asked, catching her attention. Giving a sigh, Luna turned to sit on the side of her bed as she opened her Transer

"I think so...", Luna said, "I guess it was just a bad dream..."

"A dream, huh...?", Omega-Xis asked, "I'm curious, but it's still pretty late. You should get some rest while you still can." Giving a sigh, Luna closed her Transer and moved to grab her blanket, but paused. After a moment, she stood up and placed her Transer on the desk of her vanity mirror before returning to her bed. Pulling her blanket over her, Luna fell asleep once again.

At the same time, Omega-Xis, exiting Luna's Transer, looked over to her bag and watched as a faint green glow slowly dissipated. "(There may be more to that pendant than I first thought...)", he thought to himself as the glow completely faded.
