Kamiya Residence - 8:30 PM
A phone rang in the living room, breaking Tai and Kari out of their conversation about TK loved Drusilla more than her. Tai looked up from his phone to see who was calling. A few seconds later he got up to answer the call while Kari sat where she was, still listening.
"Hello?" he said into the phone, sitting down next to Kari.
"Tai! Have you seen Drusilla?" Kari heard TK on the other end of the phone, which made her frown.
"No, why?" Tai asked, concerned about this sudden phone call. "Did something happen?"
"Drusilla's gone. She left this note on the counter, and she said she went out to clear her head. I tried to calling her, but she didn't answer it." said TK, worriedly.
Kari frowned again as she listened to TK's voice get progressively upset as well as frantic.
"Where is she?"asked Tai, trying hard to keep himself calm, even though he knew exactly what was going on.
"I don't know. I just came back from computer lab working with Izzy and I saw a note on the counter saying she wanted to go find some peace." said TK.
"Well, if there's nothing else wrong, then maybe we can go look for her." suggested Tai gently.
"Are you sure?" asked Kari.
Tai nodded to Kari, "Yeah. We should do that," Tai talked to TK to the phone. "Let me put my jacket on and meet you there. We'll go looking for her together." Tai said as he stood up.
Kari waited until her brother closed the phone before she spoke.
"Tai, what is happening?" she asked, not hiding her concern anymore.
"I think someone took Drusilla." Tai said as he put on his jacket.
"What?" Kari asked, worry etched on her features. "Who took her?"
"It was those vampires who kidnapped her. If that bastard Angelus did something to her, I'll kill him when I have to." said Tai, clenching his fists so tightly, his knuckles turned white, and his eyes narrowed menacingly.
Kari grabbed Tai by the arm and stopped him from leaving. She stared intently at him for a second before speaking again, "I'm coming too, Tai. Don't you dare try to stop me," she said firmly, "We need to make sure Drusilla is safe."
Tai sighed and ran a hand through his hair. He let go of the tension and smiled slightly, trying to reassure Kari.
"Alright, but be careful," said Tai.
"Thanks, Tai. I'll grab my jacket." Kari walked to her room to get her coat before walking back out. They both left the house and headed towards the nearest city.
"What? Drusilla's missing?" asked Whistler, talking to Matt on the phone with the speaker on.
"Yes! We were searching for her at the last location she left for!" exclaimed Matt, a little bit too loud and in his haste. "We have no idea what could have happened to her!"
"She was kidnapped?!" squeaked a very worried Whistler.
"Could be worse, I guess! Do you think the vampires abducted Drusilla?" asked TK, worriedly.
"It can't be. She'd never go willingly into that kind of danger. If they did anything like that… she'd die before they did anything to her." said Whistler. "Matt, we need you and your brother here now. We found something suspicious. It might be the case that Drusilla had some kind of relationship with one of them."
"A vampire?" asked Matt incredulously.
"Yes. Angelus must have ordered his minions after her." explained Whistler.
"We're on our way!" declared Matt before he disconnected the call and drove to Whistler's location.
They finally arrived at Whistler's place, Matt parked his car, and TK jumped out of his brother's car and rushed over to the front door, while Matt followed him. When they reached the door, TK knocked hard.
A few seconds later, footsteps approached and the door slowly opened, and Whistler told them to come in. They entered the house and looked around curiously.
Matt and TK walked through the living room into the kitchen, which seemed normal enough. There were boxes lying on every flat surface, as well as some papers spread all across it. The entire area was covered by boxes, which didn't make sense, since there wasn't much space on the ground that wasn't covered in files.
"Whistler, do we need our weapons?" asked Matt.
"I believe so," replied the older man. "I have these in my garage, if you want to grab them."
The boys left the kitchen and ran down the hall towards the garage. Whistler followed them from behind.
TK opened the door leading to the basement and went downstairs. The whole house was built in such a way that one basement could connect to another basement, and it made perfect sense when they were underground.
There are types of guns, UV grenades, heat vision, and other weaponry stored in the basement, but the brothers didn't even stop at those. Instead, they picked some weapons for protection, because even though there weren't any humans around, they would feel safer knowing they were able to protect themselves.
TK came back upstairs and handed Whistler one of their guns that was equipped with a UV grenade attached to the handle. As soon as Whistler saw the weapon, he nodded.
"Thanks! You can keep the rest." he gave Uzi to TK, who immediately took it out of the holster. TK checked to see if his gun was fully loaded; it was. He put both guns away and then looked at Whistler.
"So... Where do we find Angelus' hideout?" asked TK.
"We don't know, really. Maybe it was some sort of safe house or something. We just have to wait for one of them to show up again." explained Whistler.
TK opened his mouth to say something, a phone rang in his pocket. He quickly pulled it out of his pocket revealing it was unknown numbers.
"Hello?" he answered.
"Hello," a deep voice greeted TK, sounding vaguely familiar.
"Who is this?" asked TK suspiciously.
"Angelus is speaking to you, boy." he chuckled darkly.
TK looked at Matt and Whistler in shock, and then turned his attention back to the phone.
"What do you want, and why do you call me?" TK demanded, trying to sound confident despite how scared he actually felt.
Angelus chuckled, a creepy chuckle that sent chills through TK's spine.
"Oh, come now. I just wanted to talk to you." continued Angelus. "You seem very interested in this Drusilla girl, I see."
"Where is she?! What did you do to her?!" demanded TK.
"I sent her to the dungeon. She still has this accursed soul, I presume. Don't worry. I won't harm her, not until she has shown me the value of her life, which will surely happen tonight." grinned Angelus evilly.
"What do you want from us?" questioned TK, trying to stay calm.
"Ah, right. Of course. I want you to meet us at the docks, where we left Drusilla. If you don't come, I may kill her. I hope you understand how important she is to me." smirked Angelus.
"How? By torturing her?! How does meeting us change this?" asked TK.
"Oh, there will be no torture. I simply want you to meet me, along with your brother." smirked Angelus.
"My brother?" he looked at Matt in shock, then back at Angelus. "What do you mean by that?"
"You are aware of Drusilla's connection to your brother, yes?" questioned Angelus. "Of course you are. You should have already figured it out. This has become more interesting than expected. I expect you to show up in ten minutes or less. That is when we leave." concluded Angelus.
"Fine, but don't hurt her." stated TK.
"Such a good boy." laughed Angelus. "I will make sure nothing happens to her. See you soon, little one."
Angelus hung up and TK sighed.
"Well, what did he say?" asked Matt.
"He wants us to meet him at the dock." replied TK. "I doubt this means what I think it means."
"Didn't look like a threat at all, to me." remarked Matt. "Why does he want us to meet him?"
"I have no idea! He doesn't want us to find out where we'll be meeting him. We will figure it out soon, I think." TK's face turned serious. "But, seriously. We better hurry. We don't want to miss them coming here."
"TK's right, we have to meet Angelus first. His crew won't wait forever." added Matt.
"Then let's get going, shall we?" suggested Whistler.
"Wait, I have to text them first," TK texted his friends saying Angelus wanted to meet them at the dock.
When Matt and TK stepped outside, they found a van waiting for them not far from the house. Whistler helped them climb into it, then started the car and began driving.
After a couple of minutes, Whistler stopped at the airport dock and they got out of the van.
When the two vans and one car arrived at the dock, Angelus, Darla, and the minions got out of the vehicles. Angelus stood there, arms folded against his chest as he smiled maliciously at them.
"Welcome to my lair," he said arrogantly.
Matt and TK glared at Angelus and Darla. Both had been hoping for a peaceful confrontation, not another fight.
"So, why do you bring us here?" asked Matt angrily, glaring at Angelus who shrugged slightly, amused by Matt's reaction.
"Because we have a deal to discuss. And you are going to help us carry out the terms of that deal." answered Angelus smugly.
"What deal?" questioned TK.
"Well, we have heard you want to know what happened to Drusilla." replied Angelus. "We also hear you care deeply about her. Well, I have some information that could help you and your brother with that."
TK frowned and looked at Matt questionly each other, then looked at Angelus.
"Go on." he urged Angelus impatiently.
Angelus smirked again, "I want you to join us and become one of us. You will work for us. You will serve our cause."
"Join you? No, thanks," spat Matt.
"And I am not part of your cult either, whatever that is." added TK.
Angelus laughed loudly, causing Matt and TK to jump.
"It will be quite fun for you boys, really. Think about it. We have the power to create anything you might ever dream of. All you need to do is accept us. Then, we will make you invincible," promised Angelus.
"You don't scare me." growled TK. "There's no way in hell we are joining your fucking cult."
"Then I guess we leave you no choice," Angelus' face morphed into a vampire visage, his ridge starting to extend over his eyes.
His dark eyes turned yellow with slits that ran up the entire length of them, and fangs sprouted from both sides of his mouth. Darla changed her face, as well. Her features became sharper, more dangerous.
"Get them!" yelled Angelus, pointing his hand towards the two brothers. The minions came rushing towards them, their claws bared. TK drew out his uzi and shot them down easily while Matt shot them with a rifle, killing the few minions that got close enough. As the rest of the minions ran past them, TK grabbed an UV grenade off his belt and threw it, blowing most of the minions up in a giant light. But they kept coming. Whistler shot several arrows that pierced through all the minions' hearts that had approached him from behind, leaving the rest behind dead.
Matt used his gun and shot them, but he couldn't hit all of them in time. Two minions managed to grab him before he could finish the last one, but Matt didn't give them any chance to finish him off. Instead he tried to break free from them, but to no avail.
"Matt!" TK cried, running towards him. But Angelus grabbed TK and held him back, pulling him away from Matt.
TK struggled against Angelus, fighting to get out of his grip, but he was too strong and held onto TK tightly, keeping him close.
"Matt! TK!" cried Whistler, struggling as much as he could. Darla punched him hard in the stomach, causing him to double over and fall to the ground. She kicked him in the face with her high heels. When Whistler fell flat on his stomach, she kicked him in the ribs. Whistler groaned in pain, rolled on his back slowly.
Darla grinned down at him triumphantly.
"Whistler!" Matt cried, trying to break free from their grasp, but to no avail.
Angelus grinned evilly as he watched Darla attack Whistler.
After several painful kicks, he finally got tired and collapsed to the floor, unconscious, blood trickling down from his face. Angelus chuckled evilly.
Matt and TK continued to struggle against their captor, but they were unable to do so. A few seconds after Darla's kick, she walked back to Angelus with a smile on her face.
"Now, I'm afraid that you won't be able to help your dear friend, Whistler anymore." smirked Angelus.
"Damn it, Angelus! Let us go!" screamed TK in frustration.
"No, you two are coming with us," replied Angelus. "And I'm going to make you a vampire, just like me."
"Not gonna happen. You'll never make TK a vampire! Leave my brother alone!" declared Matt furiously, fighting harder than he ever had before against the demon, despite being trapped between him and his brother.
Darla punched his gut, making him grunted in pain.
"Matt, no!" cried TK.
Matt coughed due to the punch he received.
"Shut it, little one! If you can't take some hits, then you shouldn't be a part of this conversation." barked Darla.
TK growled and bit his lips, stopping himself from responding.
"These two are blood brothers." explained Angelus. "The only difference between them is…" Angelus grabbed TK's head, revealing his bare neck. "They have the same vein!" he declared proudly, laughing at his own joke.
"No. No! Let him go!" begged Matt desperately, tears filling his eyes when he saw his blood pulsing inside of his neck.
Angelus ignored his pleas, he sunk his head toward TK's neck, bit him and drank from him. TK started screaming in agony, arching his back violently, but Angelus held him firmly.
"NOOOO!" Matt yelled, struggling even harder than before, but he wasn't strong enough to free himself. Tears streamed down his cheeks and his breath shortened. Finally he stopped struggling. His struggles ceased completely, and his body went limp as if someone had pulled the plug on his life support.
Angelus raised his head up from TK's neck, and he bit his own wrist, drawing blood. He placed it against TK's mouth and drank the blood, relishing the taste of his blood and the feel of the demon blood entering TK's system. Matt could see his face changed. His forehead wrinkled and his eyebrow disappeared underneath the ridge, he had a cute ridge above his eyes. His fangs elongated part of his lips as he suckled his blood.
Angelus smiled mischievously as he continued feeding his Childe.
Once he finished, TK's face returned to normal, but his eyelids remained closed. He laid there dead as the wind breezed through TK's hair. Angelus let TK drop to the ground. He turned around and looked at Matt with a satisfied smile.
"He is now under my control. He will obey us without question." smiled Angelus maliciously at Matt.
Matt glared at Angelus hatefully, still glaring at the demon for siring his brother.
Darla caressed Matt's cheek lovingly. She smiled at him tenderly and stroked her hand through his hair. Matt looked away from her. He wanted to yell, scream, curse, anything, just anything, but he knew he could not. So he sat there silently, staring at the ground. Darla leaned in and pecked Matt's lips gently. Then she tore his collar open, revealing his ivory neck and shoulders.
Matt stared at Darla, unable to believe what he was seeing.
"What are you doing?" hissed Matt angrily, clenching his fists as he struggled against his binds.
She giggled. "Relax, Matt. Just let me mark you," She licked his neck seductively and bit him, drawing her fang deep into his skin.
Matt whimpered, letting his head fall back, closing his eyes. Darla sucked hard on his flesh for several seconds until Matt's body relaxed. He relaxed even more when the sucking stopped. She tore her head away from him, she then slit across above her cleavage with her sharp fingernail, drawing blood. She grabbed Matt's head to her bosom to allow him to drink. She moaned loudly as Matt began drinking the blood, and she started rocking her hips seductively, rubbing herself against his mouth, causing him to moan lustfully against her breasts. Matt took hold of Darla and pulled her closer, licking her exposed breasts, sucking lightly at her nipples.
Matt's face changed into a vampire. His ridge protrude from his forehead, becoming thicker from his forehead. His fangs elongated and sharpened as he suckle her breast lapping up the blood greedily. Darla moaned loudly in pleasure, placing both her hands in his hair. He stopped sucking as his face revert to human again.
He lay down on the ground, his body felt nothingness as he drank everything from her. Darla fixed her shirt before standing up, smiling evilly.
"That should wake him up soon." she said to Angelus happily.
Angelus laughed.
"Well done, baby. Now we just wait patiently and then watch our victory unfold. I can't wait for them to turn into vampires." said Angelus.
He ordered his minions to leave this place as quickly as possible. They got in the vehicles and departed from the dock, leaving the three men alone.
