"This is a bad idea."

"Nah it's a great idea Ijin."

"That's rather debatable Hyeokjin."

"Its gonna be great man. Look," Hyeokjin handed over the dirt rock to Ijin, who just sighed in defeat," All you gotta do is chuck it," Ijin followed Hyeokjin's finger that was pointing at an unsuspecting Jaehyung.

They had found themselves being roped into some activity the school was running, and that entailed cleaning up one of the local playgrounds for the children.

Now here was Hyeokjin, trying to convince him to throw the dirt rock where it would fall through the trees and land onto Jaehyung's head.

Even if he could do it, it was going to be difficult to plan for such a throw due to the arc and the path it would have to take through the branches. Assuming it wouldn't break while it was going through the tree.

"And hope it'll get him."

Ijin scrunched up his nose, looking between the dirt rock that was in his hands and Jaehyung who was standing in the middle of the trees, picking up litter," I don't know." His eyes glanced over at Seokju, who was a few meters away from Jaehyung as he also did his own thing. Seokju most likely wouldn't get hit if he was going to throw the rock.

Ok, maybe it wasn't that bad of an idea.

"Come on," Hyeokjin said as he tried to convince Ijin to just throw the thing," You can finally get back at him for the time he made you play the maze game."

Ijin scowled at the memory of the maze game. When Jaehyung had tricked him into playing a game that had a jump scare at the very end of the game. It was a very stupid game that he was minorly embarrassed to admit that it had managed to scare him.

He most definitely had to get the red-head back.

"I was going to do a grip check on him."

Hyeokjin rose an eyebrow," Isn't that when you rip someone's shirt off by pulling it off?"

He nodded," Yes." He had decided that he was going to do it to Jaehyung when they were getting dressed for P.E. Of course, he was going to have a replacement shirt ready because he wasn't a jerk, but after Sung-Ho had done that to him back on the army base (Now that he looked back, it was rather funny) he just knew that he had to do the same to Jaehyung.

The boy mulled over the thought for a few seconds before quickly moving on," Well this is gonna be funnier. Just do it man. I believe in you."

Well.

It was probably going to be funnier than doing a grip check on Jaehyung.

Ijin huffed before winding his arm back, ready to throw the dirt rock so it could hit Jaehyung. Hyeokjin grinned as he took out his phone and pressed record. Stepping a few feet back so both Ijin and Jaehyung could be in the frame.

The redhead was about 30 meters away, doing his own thing as he stood there. Without putting too much thought into it, Ijin threw the dirt rock at a high arc, hoping that it was going to hit his target.

They waited in anticipation when they heard the projectile going through the branches, hoping that Ijin's aim was going to aim true.

The dirt rock exploded upon contact with Seokju's head.

A cloud of dirt covered their classmate as he coughed and sputtered out the dust he had inhaled by accident. The dirt settled all over his head and clothes.

They died.

Ijin snorted into his hand, before breaking down into loud, gasping laughs for the first time ever. His stomach started to cramp the more he laughed, the back of his throat slightly aching with how hard he was laughing.

His own laugh was almost foreign to him, never had he laughed so hard, but at the moment, he was just going to concentrate on breathing.

Hyeokjin's wheezing laughter just made him laugh even harder, his shoulders moving up and down in silent laughter before he took a deep breath to start laughing audibly again.

The fact that Seokju was approaching them, a murderous look on his dusty face made him laugh even harder.

"W-wait hang on," Ijin stuttered out, slowly moving away as he continued to laugh his heart out, not blinking an eye when he felt Hyeokjin start leaning on him for some support. He didn't even get a chance to explain that he wasn't the intended target.

An arm was wrapped around his neck, and knuckles were digging into the crown of his head.

He laughed even harder.

"You little shit," Seokju growled out. Ijin could feel the dirt from Seokju's sleeve on the back of his neck and that did not help in the slightest," What was that for?!"

Seokju may have been pulled into their little prank by accident.

But by god.

It was so funny.

He rose an eyebrow as he opened up the group chat. Slightly curious about what Ijin sent as most of the time, he was merely a spectator in their madness.

Hm.

It was a video?

Little Shit: I laughed pretty hard when this happened.

Oh, now he just had to see it.

The video was hilarious.

But it wasn't the sight of seeing a dirt rock explode on the teenager's head that made him smile.

It was the fact that Ijin had the goofiest smile on his face, and the loudest laugh they had heard to date.

He couldn't help the laugh that slipped out when he heard Ijin snort in the video before the teenager started laughing even harder.

It was good to see him happy.
